This was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tommy (sales person) was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Financing was easy, quick, but also took the time to answer all of my questions. It was well after closing and Joe in service took the time to help explain a bunch of fun features about using the Toyota app. I really got the sense everyone enjoys working at Toyota City and enjoys working together.

Review Update 9/17/2021: I emailed the president directly and he was able to resolve the below issue for me and I received my refund within a week. Thank you for your help Michael. Review Update 9/8/2021: Reducing this to 1 star because I overpaid for a vehicle I picked up in mid-July and still have not received my $2,000 overpayment back. At the end of July I was told that a check would be sent out in the mail but I have not received anything yet. I have been calling to reach John in the finance department (ext 1075) but I have left several voicemails and he hasn't returned my calls. At this point, I am wondering if it will have to come down to disputing the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Originally I posted a 5-star review (you are somewhat pressured to do so in person so when you pick up the car), but since I am here revising my review I figure that I might as well catalog another thing that bugged me throughout my experience. I got a great loan rate through Bank of America, but this dealership does not have a relationship with them so I had to go through a manual process to secure the loan. This took about 2 weeks, and the salesperson I worked with was frustrated with the length of the process and at one point told me that he was getting pressure to get the car off the lot. If I didn't get the loan approved quickly, he said they might sell the car to someone else (despite the deposit that I paid? And despite the fact that the purchase agreement that I signed is good for 30 days?). Overall the people I dealt with were pleasant, but I do not feel compelled to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

SKYLER IS THE BEST!!!! This guy is the definition of customer service! He made my car buying experience smooth, pleasant and quick. He understood everything i wanted and delivered what i was looking for. I really felt cared for and valued as a customer! One thing i hate is walking into a dealership and feeling like a piece of meat amongst the vulture salespeople looking to rip you off. Skyler was honest, patient, and genuine! He never pushed, pressured or made me feel like i was missing a “deal of a lifetime”. In stead he guided me throughout the process and helped understand everything before my purchase. If you are looking for a car and are looking for a salesperson who cares about your needs this is the guy! SKYLER! He truly goes above and beyond for you! He makes you feel like part of the family! I've been to several Toyota dealers, all much closer to home, when Toyota City was recommended by a friend. I figured why not one more. It was well worth the trip. This dealership staff work together like a team. My salesman, Marc, had over 30 years experience in the business - that says volumes. Joe made sure he did a thorough delivery of the car, going over any questions we had - and there were more that a few with so much new technology. Then we met with Mustafa, their finance officer. Most past experiences with dealership finance officers are tiresome with extras pushed at you from every angle - this is not the case here. Simple straight-forward and fair. I think I was introduced to almost all of the staff and managers between the day we bought the car and picked it up. Great team, great experience. Thanks!!!

Anthony helped us through the car buying process. He was very helpful and kept in touch often through our car search. Once I bought the car, Joe was super helpful in showing me each and every feature the car has and teaching me each feature I didn’t already know. I am super grateful to Toyota and their wonderful staff who helped us through this process. I’m in love with my new car and so grateful. Thank you!
