Despite the fact that I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership, you would never have known it by the way they treated me. It was as if I had been life long customer. It way very easy to make the service appointment online. I got the requested call back within an hour and got the reminder text just like I had set up. The courtesy, expediency and competency of their service is commendable! I had been to other dealerships to scout out a new car. I filled out a "True Car" questionnaire online on a Friday afternoon and it was forwarded to Toyota of Boardman. I had never heard of them before. By Saturday morning Boardman had found the car I was asking for. By Monday afternoon I was driving it home with a price I was happy with! Justin did a great job programming all the electronics on my RAV 4. It would have taken me HOURS.

He was great to work with, an excellent communicator, and he gave us a price that it made it worth the 2-1/2 hour drive.Justin Bailey did an excellent job teaching us about our new car and expediting the paperwork. Justin in sales took the time to let me test drive several different models so I could decide which car was best for me. I live in Denver Colorado and found a vehicle at a used car dealer close to this dealership. My husband and I picked up a 2017 Toyota Sienna lease last night from Jim Barth and yet again were very pleased with our experience! He worked with us and our growing family to get exactly what we wanted. He was professional, answered my many many questions, and made sure to get the car we wanted. He even set up my phone and went over all the features of the car so I am not guessing months from now what a button does. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from him and wouldn't go anywhere else! We worked with Erica Graham on the financing and she was friendly, efficient, and didn't make the process and signing seem like a chore. She offered us a few upgrades and didn't pressure us into buying the extras, if we didn't want to. I would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for a new/used car!

On my way to New York from Columbus Ohio in my 2006 Sienna. Engine light on. Called my service person at Toyota Direct in Columbus. He said it sounded like an ignition coil in one of the cylinders. He said we could drive the car on 5 cylinders! Got to the Toyota dealer in Boardman, Ohio (near Youngstown). Gerald took care of us right away and within only a few hours told us the problem was indeed an ignition coil. We had to rent a car near by to go on to New York to make it to my daughter's wedding! When we returned a few days later, my car was ready as expected. I was very impressed with the professionalism, speed and courteous concern we were shown by the Boardman dealership and Gerald in particular. He left the key for us so that we could pick the car up on a Sunday when they were closed. He was terrific. All was fun at my daughter's wedding in NY!

Service Employee Gerald Lane went above and beyond to make my bad situation better. I got a flat tire and needed a replacement tire. They could order one and have it Monday. When I mentioned my situation with my husband being hospitalized in Pittsburgh and my need to take my children to visit the next day, Gerald said let me see what we can do!! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was treated with high energy and friendly people. Kevin Bertilacci was my sale rep and he went above and beyond to accommodate any request I had. Once I left the dealership, I had further questions and I never had to track him down. He was very accommodating, friendly and kind. I went in and told the first salesman who greeted me that i was only dedicating 1 hour of my day to test driving a car, getting a quote on my trade and a price on a new car. I was in and out in under an hour. I went to other dealerships to check a few other cars. The salesman at the Kia dealership told me there was NO WAY the salesman (Jim Barth) was going to sell me the car for the price he quoted me. I went back to Toyota because I was a little nervous and Jim assured me that the price he gave me was what I would pay. I went home to think it over and decided on the 2017 Toyota Camry and much to my surprise when i went back I was told by Jim that he was actually able to obtain financing at a lower rate for me which in turn lowered my monthly payment. The man at Kia told me I should drive the Toyota over if I actually purchase it because he was so sure it wouldn't happen. I do intend to stop by there next time I am in the area and prove to him that he was wrong and his bullying tactics will never sell any cars. Erica took care of my financing paperwork and she was knowledgeable and quick and had me in and out in no time at all. My experience with Jim Barth was professional and CALM, unlike the way most salespeople behave and he came thru with everything he promised me and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is tired of the typical car buying experience and who wants a great deal! You will receive both of those from Jim.Anna R.

II had a great experience at your dealership. We were immediately greeted by Jim Barth. I had visited various dealerships in Pa., W Va. and Ohio and did not have very good experiences. The friendliness and great personality of Jim far exceeded what I experienced at any of the other dealerships. Jim was truly interested in what I was looking for, there was absoutley no pressure put on me, and he just put me at such ease in the process. Jim suggested I take a test drive in the Camry to see how I liked the car. We went back inside the dealership and talked some more regarding the program Toyota was offering, etc. I signed up for the 36 mo lease program, paperwork was completed and I drove off with my new car. I felt very comfortable talking with salesman Mike Butream, there was no pressure to sell. I went in the first time to look and test drive a new vehicle. After going to Toyota of Boardman a few times, I ended up purchasing an upscale Toyota RAV4 in excellent condition. If you visit this dealership, ask for Justin Bailey. You will find that he is an exceptionally courteous and personable salesman, and that is very knowledgable about cars, especially Toyotas. Stopped in after work last night with no intentions of buying a vehicle because I thought I was too flipped in my trade but was curious. When I got there Mike "Bubba" Kirkwood was available and showed me a car and it's like he knew the exact one I was looking for. Within a few minutes of talking he had a camry pulled up and ready for me to take for a spin. After the test drive I was very hesitant to look at pricing because I thought it would be pointless with my trade, but I was dead wrong. Mike was able to work with me and they were able to give me more than I could have ever anticipated on my trade and got me into a brand new car at a lower price than what I was currently paying on my old one! Mike was absolutely fantastic, friendly, open, and honest. Needless to say I will be back in the future and I will immediately ask for him!

They get you in and out in reasonable timeframe, won't sell you something that doesn't fit your needs (had a small leak in transfer case that could have resulted in very expensive fix but mechanic recommended just monitoring and bringing back in in a week, ended up it was just a breather hole that had filed up with dirt. Saved me thousands. Just bought first new car at this dealership and they worked to get me everything I wanted on a special order. Highly satisfied.

I spoke with him beforehand on the phone and he had everything set up for me when I got there. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me every option he had. He was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through the whole process of trading my old car for a new one. Once I had decided on a car, Rich did a great job explaining the financing. I had previously talked with Justin on the phone and he was very helpful in giving me some preliminary info. A couple weeks later, I went to the dealership and sat and talked with him and Kevin. They were both super friendly and answered all of my questions. As much as I know they are there to sell cars and make a living, it was a comfortable atmosphere and I felt no pressure (which is a BIG thing for me). The staff overall was very courteous and offered refreshments as I took the time to make my decision. Once everything was done, Rich did a wonderful job explaining things from the financial point of view as I was signing my paperwork and Justin went over the car from front to back, helped me set up my Bluetooth and just went above and beyond what I had expected. After months of looking for the perfect truck for me, I felt exhausted. And overwhelmed. This would be my first bank loan and I was horrified, I didn't know the ins and the outs and I was worried I'd make the wrong choice. After seeing a truck I liked on ToyotaofBoardman.com's website, I decided to make the second step and see if I like it as much in person as I did online. When I pulled in, I was greeted by Jim Barth. I was warned by many to watch out for salesman, but Jim instantly got my trust. He walked up and shook my hand and never once forced anything on me. It felt as if he was there just to answer any questions I had and that was it. I never felt forced on the truck which I appreciated so much. Any question I had, he made to sure get me an answer immediately if he didn't know off the top of his head. Very kindly, too, he stayed over an hour after the dealership closed just to make sure all my questions where answered. The next day, after a night to gather my thoughts, I decided to take it a step further and talk about financing. This absolutely frightened me. I have never done anything like this and I'll admit it, I was scared to death. But the whole entire staff made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. They were very patient with me, knowing I had very little experience with financing a vehicle. By the time I signed my last papers, I felt comfortable with my decision. Jim met me with a big smile with the keys in his hand to my new truck. The entire process was so smooth and easy. Days after my purchase, I stopped to see Jim again and he was as happy to see me as he was the first day, greeting me with a smile and a hand shake. He truly made the entire process enjoyable for me and I appreciate his help and experience immensely!

I bought my first new car. I am typically a used car buyer. However, Toyota is such a great brand and holds value to the point where a new car purchase was slightly higher than a used one. The sales person, Jim Barth, was very knowledgeable about the product. He wasn't pushy. For instance, during the test drive he didn't get me to do things like run the radio or A/C or whatever to mask possible noise. After I made the purchase he helped me set up the radio and Bluetooth. He was also happy to answer questions. He was not in a hurry to push me out so that he can work on his next sale. After fixing so many cars with different brands, it seems that Toyota/Lexus is the best value. (I never fixed a Scion.) It is great to have a car that doesn't have as many mechanical failures compared to much of the competition. When there is a problem, the car is designed the way a car should be. In a Toyota it seems that a bolt is where a bolt should be and not a torx head screw or whatever. Even for buyers that do not fix their cars, it is cheaper to pay someone else to fix a car that is designed better.

I found 2 matching vehicles local to me, and gave Toyota of Boardman the first shot and making the deal and they came through. The purchasing experience was pleasant, and all interactions were friendly. Kevin made sure to answer all of our questions about the new vehicle, and took quite a bit of time and care to make sure we knew the features of our new car.Going through the information in Finance with Erica was more helpful than other financial experiences I've had in the past, and she made sure to explain the whole process in terms that were easily understood. After purchase, we had to return for some service as part of our deal, and Jessica was very helpful in setting all of that up for me, and ensuring that I would have a vehicle to drive while my new Toyota was there. My boyfriend has been looking for the perfect car for a long time. It wasn't until we stumbled upon "Toyota of Boardman" who had the car he was looking for. We've never had great experiences with dealerships seeing as how we feel as though they are just trying to sell you a car and send you on your way. Not this dealership! Everything was so easy, from the first moment I submitted my interest in the car Kevin Sikora immediately called me and was very eager to help. He took care of the whole process via text and phone calls which I believe is amazing because who really has the time to talk when in today's society it's all about texting. He was amazing, he also worked out an amazing deal to have our previous car loan paid off so we can get the one we truly wanted. It was a bit of a drive about 2 hours but It was more than worth it because we not only walked out with our dream car but with a dealership we can rely on. He was attentive and friendly.I like the fact that the first 2 years of maintenance are included.I did not like thati asked for a price and he did give me that price, but when we were finalizing we were offered many different options, as far as protection against dings, etc. Advised to buy at least one which raised my lease price by almost $45 a month. I know I did not HAVE to buy any, but I would have appreciated being advised of it beforehand.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a 2007 white Hummer H3 last week. It has failed inspection in my state due to the frame being rusted completely in half. This vehicle now sits in my driveway, completely undriveable. This massive defect was not disclosed to me by Preston Toyota. Thank god it was discovered by our state inspection before we were killed by this unsafe vehicle. Never purchase a used vehicle from this dealership without having it put on a lift and inspected by a mechanic!

I fell in love with the Rav4, and did not want to leave the dealership without it. Justin and a wonderful finance woman were nice enough to stay well past closing to help me with all of my questions. I dropped by early December to take advantage of the FREE oil change and tire rotation on my 3rd Camry (love that model) that I purchased last year and wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas. While waiting, I asked about the remaining 2015 Rav4 models that were still available. Kevin S. took the time to give me some quotes on what was in stock. Took a few days to ask to my wife what she would like and IF she would entertain the idea. Told her there was a silver Limited and a blue XLE in to choose from. She sighed and said "I would really love the Hot Lava color." I went back to see Kevin but, it was his day off. I thought my gift idea was done. Much to my surprise, Andy L. picked up the ball and ran with it. I told him I was ready but, I really needed a color change to seal the deal. He replied that the chances were slim but, that he would try his best to locate what my wife desired. The very next day I was elated to hear that I was able to get the desired color, year and features that she wished for. Kevin sealed the deal on Andy's day off and all is good. Talk about a team effort. My wife and I could not be happier this Christmas.

Do to the odd working hours and schedule of my job, I am not always available to converse on the phone. However, texting has become an essential means of communication. Andy understood this and was more then willing to accommodate. Initially there was some miscommunications about the purchase price of the vehicle, but once this was sorted out, the process continued smoothly. Mistakes happen, we are all human. I live on the VA/NC state line and it was about an 8 hour drive to Boardman. I've driven out of state to purchase numerous vehicles in the past, but this was by far the furthest I've driven for a vehicle. I took a rental car there and Andy picked me up at the rental car company in the 2013 Toyota Tundra I was looking to purchase. He was a very laid back salesman, wasn't pushy or forceful in anyway. A genuine nice guy. The vehicle itself was as described. Had some minor scuffs and scratches that weren't visible in the pictures I had seen before making the trip. However, Andy took the truck to the body shop and had them buff out what they could. This is a used vehicle after all. Had I known about the scratches before making the trip, I still would have made the trip. Overall the truck was in excellent condition, this dealership takes pride in the way it's vehicles look.The financing dept. was very helpful. Erica was very knowledgeable about out of state vehicle purchases and was able to answer any questions had. It was nice to work with a finance professional that actually had a personality and wasn't all business.The dealership is a very nice environment. Upon entering I was offered a beverage and snacks. Everyone was very friendly. Before leaving, the truck was filled with a full tank of gas, which was a nice surprise.All in all, I had a quality experience with Toyota of Boardman. Andy and Erica are excellent examples of the type of employees every dealership should have. My son purchased a new Prius last night, I drove in with him from Pittsburgh. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were professional and attentive. The dealership overall was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Kevin Bertilacci was awesome, not pushy and was knowledgeable on the vehicle. I have been to a number of dealerships during my car search. I've had really bad experiences at some dealerships, and okay experiences at some dealerships, but all my experiences with the Preston family of dealerships have been exemplary. My dad bought his car from Preston in New Castle several months ago, where Larissa Stefano showed us the meaning of customer care. In fact, I first contacted Larissa because I was pleased with how she treated my dad. But when her location didn't have any cars that interested me, she suggested that I look on the PrestonAuto website, and that's how I found my car.Upon browsing the PrestonAuto website, I discovered that I had an interest in several cars in the Boardman area of Ohio. Being from Pittsburgh, I had to weigh my options carefully before considering the minimum one-hour trip it would take to get to Boardman, but the decision was easy as the Boardman locations clearly had the best selection of cars in which I was interested. I called the main number and got Stephanie DiCarlo, one of the managers there. I had wanted to go there after work to see some of the cars I had selected, but Stephanie regretfully informed me that their dealership closed Wednesday (that day) at 6pm. Since I work in Pittsburgh until 5pm, I knew that wouldn't work. She helpfully suggested that I come on Thursday, since they are open until 9pm, but I was already busy that day. I suggested Friday, but yet again my visit was thwarted by the dealership's early closing hours. "I'll have to come by some time on Saturday, I suppose," I lamented.I explained what I was looking for, and she took all of my information and said she'd be in contact if she discovered some other vehicles in my price range to show me. Barely a day later, I got a call from Justin Bailey. Justin Bailey? I thought. The password from the NES Metroid game of my youth? "Hey Shawn, Stephanie told me what all you were looking for, and I think we have some options here that you could consider." The first car he suggests, I'm stunned - it's definitely the kind of car that would suit my needs, and it's in my price range, and I somehow missed it on the website, and OMG he really listened and took the time to find me a car that I might like! Right away I felt like I was in very capable hands. No other dealer had treated me this way. With most other dealers, I felt like I was a burden on them. "Ugh, why doesn't he just use the website?" I'd imagine them saying, even though that's usually what I did. But with Justin, I felt like I had an ally in my search for a car. Simply put, it felt like he actually cared that I find what I'm looking for!Justin suggests more cars, some of which are already on my list, and some which I've already decided against, but I conclude my conversation with "Justin, it seems like we're really on the same page here. I'm definitely coming by on Saturday, and hopefully my choices will still be there!" Justin helpfully suggested that I make an appointment, since Saturday is usually their busy day. We made the appointment for 11:30a and I hung up with great anticipation for Saturday. You know how they say that when you find the right girl, you just know? Finding a car is kind of similar. I had some appointments at other dealerships near Toyota of Boardman that I went to first, including another Presto Dealership where I saw some very nice options. Most of those cars were just strong maybes. I realized I was running a little late due to traffic and called Justin. He was understanding and appreciative of my call, and patiently waited for me.When I arrived, another employee told me that Justin was helping a family buy a van. He saw me and instantly figured that I was Shawn. "I'll be right with you," he said. "Hey, I made you wait, it's only fair that I wait for you, too!" I replied. He chuckled and I sat and waited for him, but within just a few minutes he was at my side."Let me bring around that car I told you about." Justin brought it around, and it was definitely a solid option for me. It was on the low end of my price range, it had reasonable mileage for its age, but I wasn't too thrilled by it. Did I want to get a car that was just OK for me, or something I really liked? That was something Justin couldn't help me with. I took the car for a spin with my dad and Justin in tow, and I just wasn't feeling it. Justin told me of the other cars I was interested, and I asked him to grab the keys. He grabbed three sets and we started walking outside. "Did you have any questions on these cars?" I didn't, because I had already researched them online. "Can you excuse me for a few minutes while I finish the paperwork for that family that was here before you?" I suggested "How about I give you my driver's license, and I can take these for a spin while you take all the time you need?" "Perfect," Justin confirmed. A quick picture of my driver's license and he was off paperworking while my dad and I test drove my next option.The car (a 2009 Prius IV) was in great shape, and had some great features, and we took it for a spin. It was priced reasonably, had low miles, but was very similar to the car that I had borrowed from my dad while I was conducting this search! Not bad, but not great either.When we returned choice #2 to the parking lot, Justin came outside and said, "I'm all yours!" He asked what we thought about the car, and I told him the same. "How about we look at that blue one that I saw online next?"We approached the car, which I liked when I was doing my research. It was pretty new (2010), was deep blue in color, had low miles, had a reasonable feature set, and seemed to be priced fairly. It was probably my top choice before visiting the dealership, but I had been disappointed by my top choices at other dealerships when I saw the car in person. Will this one ... a Toyota Prius III ... be the one?We approached and most things looked to be in order. The car was mostly in great condition - no large scratches, no dents. There were some cracks here and there, but nothing too major. I audibly noted some of the issues with the car, but none of them were dealbreakers. We sat in the car as Justin explained the changes made between the 2010 and the 2004-2009 models (which I was used to). I was impressed at his knowledge of the car as well as its features and history.We took the car for a ride, and that's when I first knew that I was falling for this car, much like the girl in my analogy earlier. Great gas mileage, responsive steering, a tight turning radius, well-revised and intuitive instrument panels - this car was clearly what it seemed to be when I was researching it. Like the breath of relief you get when a girl matches both her picture and her eloquence, the rest of the ride went smoothly and we returned to the dealership.I had a few more options that I had originally considered, but I decided that I liked this car, if we could take care of some of the issues I had with it. I offered a price lower than what was listed, and Justin very apologetically and politely told me that they can't accept offers on this car. It had been on the lot for a while, and had undergone several price reductions before I had even seen it. Its next step was to go to the auction, where it would likely fetch exactly what they were asking for it. I had done my research on this specific car, so I felt confident that Justin was not trying to pressure me into the sale. His earnestness in telling me those reasons furthered my feelings of trust in him.I knew that the price of the car was actually very good, so I accepted that there was little room to negotiate on this. However, we were already relatively close to the target out-the-door price they were asking, so we talked. "Can you take care of some of these issues first?" Justin offered helpful solutions, and looked into several options that would put my mind at ease. There were even some calls that were above his pay grade, which he had to get management approval for. But when it was all said and done, we came to an agreement that both Preston Motors and I were very happy with. All along the way, I felt that Justin was doing everything possible to make things the best they could be."We have a deal!" I said, and Justin extended both a warm smile and a handshake. "I'm so glad we could get you into something you liked!" We went through the paperwork, which was reasonably quick and efficient. Rich Mangelli handled the expected pitches for financing, warranty extensions, and maintenance plans, and though I politely declined, he was never pushy or abrasive. They explained all of the tricky issues involved with transferring a car purchased in Ohio to Pennsylvania, and did so clearly and concisely. A short time later, and all the paperwork was done. I was the proud owner of a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Toyota Prius III! I couldn't take the car home right away, because of some of the concessions / fixes I requested as part of the purchase, but we arranged a pickup in a reasonable timeframe. The bottom line is that if you want to be treated fairly by friendly, knowledgeable salespeople who live to find you the car of your dreams, look no further than the Preston Auto family of dealers - especially Justin Bailey at Toyota of Boardman. I highly recommend this dealership, and encourage you to let them impress you as much as they did me!

We had a great experience at Toyota of Boardman. Jim Barth was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 that we were test driving and did not pressure us into buying a car right away. My husband and I test drove similar cars, but we did not like the pushy approach of some of the other dealerships. We ended up going back to Toyota of Boardman to see Jim. He allowed us to test drive the car we wanted on our own and said to take our time. We fell in love with the 2015 RAV4 XLE. We sat down with Jim to discuss numbers and our trade, and Jim was willing to work with us. We thought we got a fair price for the new car. When we came back to pick up the car, Jim took the time to show us all the features in the car and even connected my phone to the Bluetooth system for me. Jim is such a nice guy, and the whole process was enjoyable due to his friendly approach and knowledge. We are very happy with our new car. We have had positive experiences with everyone we've encountered at this dealership.

You feel like they are being honest and fair with you when you have a question or concern and I appreciate that. Service is always done in a reasonable time period not unless they run into additional problems that weren't expected. I've dealt with Gerald Lane and he always does an excellent job in taking care of the customer. I knew I wanted a truck and Jim Barth asked me the right questions to narrow down which truck would work best for me. He genuinely cared about my wants and not about an up sell. This is the first time i've bought a car out of state. The folks at Toyota of Boardman are experienced at handling the process, and take care of all of the paperwork, including collecting your state's sales tax and doing all of the work for you. And, they can get you processed very quickly if you need to, once you make your decision.Also, they can arrange to pick you up at the Cleveland airport - which is about 80 miles away - saving you the hassle of renting a car and returning it.I got a great deal on a fantastic vehicle. I had never been too interested in the "Certified Pre-owned" process before, but doing that really puts you at peace of mind that everything on the car is "just right". I would say the only small hitch was, i was in the finance person''s office before getting a chance to take the car for a short spin. I was already 99.99% sure that I was buying the car, but just had to drive it a little to make absolutely certain.

I am on my 3rd rav4 lease. I had a 2010, 2012 & just got my 2015 yesterday. All of them from Toyota of Boardman. I got exceptional service from Jim and all of the staff. Very professional and friendly. I had checked around at different dealerships, just checking if I would want to try something new. But the quality of the rav4 is not there in other vehicles in my price range. With us having more bad weather, then good weather in Ohio, I will probably always have a SUV. I never thought I would lease, but being the reliability of the vehicle and the exceptional warranty with free oil changes, and tire rotation is hard to beat. I think of it overall for the year, for around $300 a month ($3600.00) year, no other car expenses, its a great value. Totally recommend the entire staff!

Having bought 5 cars from dealers over the past 20 years, this was (BY FAR) the smoothest, fastest, most direct process I've ever experienced. I used their website to find what I was looking for. The random sales associate I reached to inquire about its availability (Kevin) was super responsive, the negotiating was done via text on a Friday afternoon. I arrived Saturday afternoon (last day of the month) and had the keys to my gently used Tacoma in just over an hour. Scott the finance manager was thorough without being pushy and took the time to explain the options and trade-offs for the various programs they offer with the sale. And as a last minute issue came up after all the paperwork was signed, Kevin and the team at Boardman Toyota went to bat to make me whole. I was pleasantly surprised at the time and now having had a few days to process the experience, I realize just how stellar the experience was.

Everything went well from start to finish when we purchased our new RAV4 from Toyota of Boardman. The car was ordered the way we wanted it and delivered on time, as promised. The Lease application was easily completed online and we were notified quickly of the approval. When we went to pick-up the vehicle we had some questions due to this being our first out of state purchase. Erica in F&I was knowledgeable and patient so that we got all our questions answered. This was our first new car and first Toyota. When shopping for a new car, our first stop was here and we were greeted by Nick, We ended up back the next day, don't waste your time driving around all day. They gave us a no-haggle, best price up front and after doing a lot of research, nobody could beat it. Of coarse we had many questions, and they did not just make up answers to get the sale, they answered honestly and if they didn't know, they would find or call someone who did. Financing was also great (and patient!). Scott ran many number for us and made suggestions that we had not thought about that fit our needs. They made a process that is traditionally thought of as stressful, very relaxing and pleasant! We love the new car, and plan on driving past our local Toyota dealership to come to Toyota of Boardman for all regular maintenance and service.

I was having a very hard time finding a vehicle and my search was leading to failure. I did not know what I would do, I felt like I was going to have to settle for any vehicle I could get. Then, I got a call from Tina and that changed my life!!!!! I initially was ignoring the calls because I did not know the number. I had been comparing loan apr and thought I'd check Toyota credit itself. They had the best apr and I got a call to verify some info. I got a return call in about 15 minutes getting approved for the car I wanted. When I arrived a few hours later the lot was full of customers, but after explaining that I got approved by phone Kevin Sikora came to help me. There was no pressure to buy. I already had plans on leaving with "my car" though. I told him the car I planned on leaving with (2014 Prius C) and he fast tracked everything. I was in and out with my new car in 2 hours. I don't remember everyone that helped me, but they were all great.

The two salesman who helped me purchase my vehicle were Andy and Kevin. Both were a tremendous help! I first e-mailed Kevin, explaining two vehicles I was interested in. We set up an appointment to come in to look and test drive the vehicles. I was met by Andy at the appointment. He brought around the Kia Forte I was interested in and explained all the great benefits the vehicle has to offer. I was looking to replace my old car, which, at 10 years old, was getting a little unreliable. After looking around online, I saw the certified used cars at Preston. I received a phone call only a few minutes after clicking online to indicate my interest in a particular model. Victor was friendly and very personable, and we set up a test drive for later in the week. He sent me an email beforehand with a list of all the documents I would need in hand for a trade, so no surprises there. My Grand Am went in for an appraisal as we took a test drive, and Victor had a breakdown of the numbers right away. In the end, I am very happy with the price - I did a lot of research online, and think what I paid was spot on. The whole affair was relaxed and stress free - one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I will certainly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone else who is looking for a car.

My husband and I are from Pittsburgh and went to multiple dealerships, which I can not say was a great experience, BUT fortunately, we saw Toyota Of Boardman on AutoTrader. I had many questions and called many times to ask Nick questions and he was very patient and took the extra time to help us out. We drove all the way to Boardman, OH for this car which was beautiful, in great condition, and Nick worked with us to get us a great price! They lied to me and made me think that the financing for my car is complete. I drove the 2012 Toyota Camry around for a month and then Toyota of Boardman had some guy I had not previously talked to call me and threated me that I need to bring the car back. It was more then we could have hoped for. Shane Lanigan and Doug Wilt helped us on our visit, they were very easy to work with and were not pushy. They only showed me what I wanted and helped me figure out what would be best for my family. After test driving a few different vehicles we decided on the Toyota Sienna. They helped us pick out the model, color, and accessories. They also took the time to show us everything that we could get. They made us feel like we were they only customers there. After getting the vehicle in they made sure that we knew how everything worked in the vehicle before we even left the dealership, and also contacted me afterwards to make sure everything is still good. This was our first experience with Toyota. We had always heard good things about Toyota of Boardman, and with the current Toyota incentives that were being offered, we decided to check them out. Scott Riddle and the other team members provided an excellent experience at Toyota of Boardman. Scott was informative, extremely friendly, and courteous to my entire family. Scott truly wanted us to have a great buying experience and wanted us to be satisfied with the dealership and our new car. Scott also was able to quickly complete our deal, paper work, and even took the time to go through the car with us during delivery. He even set up my wife's phone for the blue tooth setting and helped her program her favorite radio stations. Lastly, Scott made sure we knew about Toyota's two year maintenance package and their complimentary car washes. In the end we ended up with a first class Toyota Sienna at a great price and overall excellent experience. Needless to say, I will be back to visit Scott for a new Toyota Camry in the near future.

The car salesmen that helped my fiance and I buy a car was John Sallmen. Right from the start he was very helpful. We went in and as soon as we opened the doors he asked us if we needed help with anything. I already had a car in mind, 2014 Toyota Corolla. We ended up with the S Plus and love it. I asked about the Corolla and if there were any deals and he started telling us about the leases going on, asked if we had a specific one in mind and was able to pull it up on the computer. He went and brought it around, took some information from us, and we drove it. The thing I loved most about John and Toyota of Boardman is that we knew before driving the car how much it cost and that it was in our price range. I looked for cars at other places and they had us test-drive them first, fall in love with everything about the car, and finally let us know it would be $200 more than what we said we were willing to pay. When we were waiting for financing John made sure we were comfortable, made us popcorn, and got us drinks. Then every 10-15 minutes he would see if we needed anything. It was just a great experience and I would recommend John and Toyota of Boardman to anyone looking for a new car!

I was COMPLETELY surprised at how concerned they were to correct the issue and the extent of accommodation they were willing to provide, on a used car for that matter. I will absolutely not go anywhere else for a Toyota. This is the only place I have been where morals and ethics are actually practiced.

This was by far the best experience ever!!! I walked in the door and the first thing I felt was peace!! Nick did a great job helping me find the car that fit my needs and my budget. We were quickly greeted at the door and after asking a few questions, we were off test driving a vehicle. He was extremely patient and friendly during the entire experience. He made us feel like we were his top priority. While we were waiting for price quotes, all of the other sales representatives would stop to say hello or ask how we were doing. I have never purchased a Toyota before, always Chevy's, but I really enjoy my new vehicle. Had I not had a great experience the second I walked in the door, I would not have purchased the car. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to even see a sales rep at the Chevy dealer down the street, he was hiding in the back somewhere. The team was very welcoming." Big John",manager met us at the door,knew our name and had the car that we were interested in ready to see and drive. John introduced us to Victor Piccione who worked diligently through the sale process. We had a limited mount of cash and did not want to take out a loan. Victor and John made it possible to purchase the 2011 white Camry XLE 4 door sedan. As a result, we were able to also purchase the wrap warranty. Victor explained the car fax details and gave us a copy of it. He gave us the car measurements,type of oil, the certification process. He took us on a test drive and explained details of entry,shifting,heater,lights and many other things about the car. After the test drive, on a cold snowy day, the car was rewashed and filled with gas which were nice unexpected services. Erica Graham helped finish details of the transaction, also in a very professional manner. She willingly answered questions,--even the next day as a follow up. We had overlooked removing the garage door opener from our trade in. Victor retrieved it and will send it back to us. The waiting room and amenities were very comfortable, and the restrooms were spotless. Our total experience on 11/13/2013 at Boardman Toyota was exceptional in every way. I would highly recommend John Sallmen at Toyota of Boardman. I came in on a Friday afternoon and test drove a new vehicle, and he let our family take it without a salesman in the car with us which we liked a lot so that we were able to check out the car and talk freely without the pressure of having a salesman with us. This is our second purchase from John this year and both times he worked very hard to please us without overselling or putting any pressure on us. He is very down to earth and it was a pleasure working with him. We left to go look at a few other vehicles and when we returned to purchase our Toyota, it was very busy but he promptly took care of us and stayed well after hours to get us taken care of. He took the time to show us all the details of the car while we waited on financing to be taken care of, and we left feeling like we knew exactly what we were getting and were very happy. Erica Graham took care of our financing and put no pressure on us to add on packages that we didn't feel that we needed. It was a long day for both of them but they both were very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them both!

Toyota of Boardman gave me the best price other dealers could not or would not match. But most important was how I, the customer, was treated by all the staff especially John my salesman, and his manager. John was sincere, honest, pleasant and patient, small things that led me to trust him knowing he was working in my best interest. There was no pressure to make a deal the same day and make promises I could not keep. He let me take the car home to my wife to drive for several hours( as she normally dislikes salesmen and dealers). He did not pressure me to make a sale. There were no annoying phone calls after to sell or close a deal over the phone as other dealers tried to do. I felt very calm after negotiations and all of the above made me want to deal with Preston Toyota even if other dealerships could match the final price of the car. John also was very patient answering several phone calls about things that had to be corrected on the car that I was unsatisfied with. So the service has been great. I got the impression from other dealerships that they were dishonest. Preston Toyota should appreciate John and know he is a very good and trustworthy salesman, something that other salespeople should try to emulate.

John was very knowledgable about the vehicle and did a great job explaning the features and answering our questions.Once we started dealing on the vehicle, John worked very hard to get us a payment that we were comfortable with and did so in a prompt manner. Erica was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently to get us on our way. Car shopping can be very difficult with two young children, but Both John and Erica were very friendly and did everything they could to make our family feel comfortable.

My husband and I went to Toyota to look at the Venza, basically just to say we had checked out everything before we purchased a Subaru Outback. We weren't expecting to like the Toyota Venza, but when John Sallmen showed us the Venza and took us for a test drive, we loved the car! We had worked with Jerry Chervany previously as well, when we had come in a week before to look at the Highlander (which we liked, but it was too big for our family at this point). Both John and Jerry were very helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Everyone that we encountered at Preston Toyota was very helpful, friendly and professional (everyone at all the Preston dealerships we visited were very kind and helpful for that matter). John was able to get us everything we wanted in a car, all within our budget, which we appreciate. Also, we came in not too long before closing one night, and John was gracious enough to stay past closing to help us, and then come in on his day off the next day when we came back to get the Venza. Eric Sanata helped us with all the financing paperwork, and he was very good at explaining the complicated paperwork simply. Overally, we had a very positive experience at Toyota of Boardman, and we anticipate being return customers the next time we're looking for a new car.

Toyota of Boardman is the place to go. I have been to several dealerships in the past few months and it was always the same old song and dance. I was truly impressed when I visited this dealership for the first time. This facility is top-notch. I dealt with John Sallmen and Shane Lanigan on the purchase of a new Tundra. They were both friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They even brought the truck that i was interested in inside the building for me to look at. Everywhere else that i had been made me walk through rows of cars outside in the cold and dark. They gave me a great deal on my new truck and also gave me a fair trade-in value. Eric Sanata made all the paperwork understandable and explained everything in detail. I was satisfied when i left. All of the other employees also seemed friendly. I am not big on writing reviews but this time i was treated so well that i wanted to share my experience. You cannot go wrong with Toyota of Boardman!

When it really counted, Mike McClung stepped up and truly HELPED ME OUT OF A very bad situation. I was traveling on business, 400 miles from home and BROKE DOWN in NE Ohio (Siezed Motor break-down!). I sat on the Ohio Turnpike discussing my situation with my Insurance company to get me towed. 3 hours later (no tow truck yet) and I called (2) Toyota dealers in the area. First dealer's Service Dept. was non-commital to me. If I wasn't there B-4 5:30pm..... TOO BAD. Nobody would wait for me because their Service Dept. closed at 6:00pm. Then I called Toyota of BOARDMAN, and luckily was directed to Mike McClung. This guy was SO PROFESSIONAL on the phone, I almost couldn't believe the level of service & friendliness he offered. He basically said - "Hey - I'll make sure I stick around until you arrive so I can at least get you checked in and scheduled for a 1st Morning appt. to take a look at your vehicle".So about an hour later I finally show up (now it's 5:50pm and Service is closing at 6:00). Mike greets me, helps to get the car of the Tow Truck and pushed into a stall, grabs a mechanci to take a look (he says this is not good -- need to take a closer look in the morning). So Mike helps get me hooked up with a Rental Car, suggests some close Hotels (like - you don't want to stay at this one, but approx. 1 - 2 miles away are several nice, reasonable Hotels and gets me their #'s, and suggests some good casual restaraunts close to the Hotel. So now I'm not happy being Broke Down, but cery lucky I called Toyota of Boardman.It gets better - Mike calls me the next morning with the bad news! Motor is Seized and they need to open it up to diagnose what happened. He tells me (honestly) it would cost "X $'s per hour" because they don't know how far they need to dive in to determine the problem. I decide to have my 2002 Highlander trailered back to Milwaukee, WI and ask Mike if they would keep the car in their Lot until I can arrange a Transport Co. to pick it up. NO BIG DEAL, Right? Wrong - Quotes come in at $700+ and I decide to travel back to Boardman to pick it up myself. Ask Mike for some time -- No Problem. Mike stays in touch with me weekly via e:mail (no pressure, just how can I help?)..... AMAZING! Trying to kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone, I reschedule my business meeting in Toledo, OH (that I missed because I Broke Down) and I finally arrange a mtg. date of Nov. 26 (Monday am) in Toledo. So now I have another dilema because I can't afford to spend 2 nights out of town. I call Mike to ask if there is any way I can pick-up my Highlander on Sunday night Nov. 28th in the early evening (8 hour drive from Milw). He says NO PROBLEM........ I'll meet you there with the keys and can help you get it on your trailer! (THIS IS A SUNDAY mind you). So I Thank him and we exchange Cell #'s. Call him about 1/2 hour outside of Boardman, and he (and a friend of his) arrive in the cold to "help me".Then I try to take him & his friend to Dinner -- No Thanks, not necessary. He says that it's better that I get back on the road back to Toledo (so I can get to my Hotel and still catch some of Sunday Night football)....... (my team, Green Bay, was playing and he knew that!)END OF STORY - this was the BEST "Customer Experience" I could have expected from a young guy who went WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. The service manager Joe Delapa was friendly and smiled, but I can not say the same for Richard Bell who did not make me feel welcome in the least. lets not fool ourselves... this is about $This is a business, and like any business they are interested to make money, not 'help you out' if it means putting an real effort into it. This review is neither good or bad; just facts. when I came in all the usual amenities you would expect from a major dealership were there, clean bathroom, free coffee or soda, tv and a waiting room. It was the day after thanksgiving and I broke down 100 miles from home. The work I needed for my car was quoted at $4000 for one part and labor, and they were not even 100% sure and said they needed to call Toyota a few days later to confirm thats what was wrong. Since it was still being financed no one was interested to even discuss putting me in a new car. I was told literally "you are what we call under the hole" which has something to do with 'negative equity' and that no bank including them (mind you I only owe 8,000 to Toyota Financial on an 07 Prius) would finance me. So that was that, no real humanity or help, but hey, as a business man I can respect the bottom line, right? After all; This is America, dealerships are all about profit, cars are a luxury, too bad for me... I dont have any hard feelings, but I thought I would mention: When I finally had the vehicle towed back home 100 miles away to ANOTHER Toyota dealership in Pennsylvania: THEY put me in a rental IMMEDIATLY, then they looked up some stuff online right in front of me and said that there is a good chance that various recalls on the 04to07 prius might cover this part, and that they could certainly find a way for me to finance the repair. I showed them the same part on ebay motors for $250 listed as broken/forparts as well as refurbished items for 1800 to 2400. The new dealership in PA said they would exhaust every option, even looking for a salvaged part for me to make sure I either get into another car or fix this one so I can actually afford it. Who cares about free coffee when you got a guy telling you he is going to find a way to help you, and you actually believe him? Thats what it should be about.You can always tell when you are dealing with people who want to help you, and the people at Toyota of Boardman only wanted to help themselves to some mo-money. Well, know what? Cheers, I hope you guys manage to keep your souls and the big money; I was not looking for a hand out, just a hand, at the end of the day least you were honest about not wanting to help me. I certainly learned something from you today and I will carry that lesson into my own business.

John Sallman sold me my 2012 prius in June 2012. I called him and asked him to find me a car for my son who is 16. His vehicle was not fixable and we needed to get him a better car asap. He works, goes to school, has school events, and goes to music lessons. I told John my price range and I got pre-approved for a loan for this car. I didn't have a loan for the prius. John looked up what was available and in my price range and kept in constant contact with me until I was told of a vehicle I was interested in. I came to see the 05 scion but John had another customer with him. Steve Bannon showed me the car and let me drive it in the parking lot. I had to pick up my son so I had to leave. I returned the next day with my son and we test drove it.I was VERY impressed that John and Steve worked TOGETHER as a team. Most dealerships it is a competition and it makes the customer on edge. Prior to arrival in Ohio, our vehicle purchase and all related paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Kevin Sikora. He was always available to answer questions and provide information and photographs etc. He always called me back or wrote an email.My wife and I flew to Ohio from Seattle and were met by "John" who collected us from the airport and drove us 50 miles to your dealership.Upon arrival early one Saturday morning, sadly, we were unable to meet Kevin Sikora as he was unable to be there. However, we were treated to the same five star service by his colleague Kevin Bertilacci.There had been a problem with the drivers window the previous day as you were detailing the vehicle. Your dealership provided the parts to our home in Washington at no charge (as we wanted to get on the road and not delay to complete our adventure driving back to Washington) and even offered to pay for the installation. I couldn't in good conscience have the parts professionally installed as it likely would have eliminated any profits from the transaction. You see, the vehicle we bought was an Isuzu Trooper for $5,000, NOT a new Toyota Land Cruiser (next on my wish list) but for the entire duration of our association with Preston, we were treated as if we were spending $75,000 and not just $5K. Before our arrival, I talked with Service Manager David Shuntich, and he arranged some preventive maintenance at my request (and expense of course) to reassure me for our 3,000 mile drive back to Washington. Maintenance department did a first class job and we were problem free the entire length of our adventure.I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to any friends or family. I liked everything about my experience with toyota except when I read the fine print to my paper work the money that I will have to pay by the end of my contract will be way more than the truck is worth so that left a little sour taste in my mouth. On the flip side the sales man I worked with was awesome he did go above and beyond to make me happy through the experience. If I was to recommend ur business to any one I would tell them to make sure they talk to John and he would really take care of you.

Two years ago I purchased a Tacoma and believe it to be the best of the many trucks that I have owned. Recently; we asked Mike to set up a test drive of a Rav-4. Mike inquired as to what options we preferred and allowed us to test drive both a 4 and six cylinder model. He provided each of us with a cold bottle of water and the assurance that we should take our time and experience both highway abd city driving. All of questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. A conversation the next day resulted in a tentative deal. Mike Butream then went the extra mile for his customer(s). A discussion about our current lease led to his doing a quick and efficient check and an option that we had not known about became a very pleasant surprise. Thanks Mike for going that extra mile. We look forward to picking up our new vehicle upon our return next week. Erica Graham made the inevitable paperwork fun. Her courtesy and efficiency as well as a great sense of humor was appreciated. The attention to the small things this dealership does so well. Cold drinks as well as hot are provided. The popcorn machine was an added bonus that my wife, Carol truly enjoyed.

Steve Bannon made shopping for a car both personable and fun! I was looking for a new car that was a hatchback and had alot of mpg. Steve showed me a Matrix, a dealer-owned Prius, and a Scion. I test drove the Matrix and the Prius. Steve made me feel at home in his dealership, knew his product and answered all of my questions without being overly pushy. I told him I'd be back to test drive the Scion.After looking at more cars at other dealerships, I narrowed my choices down and had my husband come with me to test drive the Prius and Scion. On that day, Doug Peters had both cars ready for us to drive. After my husband drove the Prius and found out that it got 51 miles per gallon, he didn't even want to test drive the Scion! It's not easy to impress my husband but was like watching a kid in a toy store!After Doug figured out the cost with my trade-in and down payment, he took us over to Erica Graham who drew up all the paperwork and patiently explained all the Toyota policies and plans. I am looking forward to picking up the Prius today and am happy that Steve has blocked out a chunk of time to set up my phone with the Bluetooth system and to explain everything I need to know about my new car. The entire experience was great. My wife and I were were greeted by friendly helpful staff. All our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. There was a crack in one taillight and a new one was ordered before any paperwork was signed. That was Thursday and on Monday I was notified it was at the dealer. I was extremely pleased to be able to have the taillight installed on Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle was also missing a jack and handle. I notified the Dealer Saturday and that was also installed at my Tuesday appointment. If I could rate this dealer a 10 I would!

We visited this dealership on a whim not knowing anything about it. I had visited another Toyota dealer the day before and had two totally different experiences. The first dealership I felt really didn't try to match me with a car. The Toyota of Boardman dealer did everything in their power to prove to me I could get what I wanted and they would help achieve it. I am so pleased with the customer service at this location. Everyone greeted you immediately so you felt "at home" from the minute you walked in the door. I left their with a brand new vehicle and a smile on my face. Toyota of Boardman was the only dealership within 100 mile radius of where we live that had the exact vehicle that I was looking for including the color, and at a great price (the Toyota Tacoma, Edmund's 2012 Truck of the Year). It is a large comfortable newly remodeled dealership, and is easy to get to, just a few minutes off of the expressway. Their location in suburban Youngstown is also a great location to test drive vehicles. The sales person Kevin Bertilacci had everything ready in a timely manner. He was friendly and down to earth, but very professional, and he also didn't try to get us to buy something else, which I appreciated. The Finance person Eric found us a great rate and took time to explain available warranties etc. I highly recommend buying from this Toyota dealership.

I gave the ratings that I gave because Steve was terrific. I told him I wanted a Rav4, something a little bit sporty since I have 3 sons. Steve told me he did not think they would be comfortable in another year or two in a Rav, and said I have a Highlander for the same price. I reluctantly tried a test drive. WOW, I was glad I did! Not many salespeople have know what I have wanted, but Steve hit the nail on the head. Just so I would not overthink buying a vehicle I did not intend to purchase, I went ahead and test drove a Rav 4. NO COMPARISON! I had been talking on the phone with Rich for a few weeks regarding buying out an early lease on my Camry. Being a single female, I was very apprehensive about trusting all the information I was getting. All the stories about fast talking salesmen taking advantage of women without a backup along. Every other time I had come into the dealership looking at cars I brought my son or daughter or well informed friend. So after telling Rich, "ok. I'm coming in, and this has better be the deal we have been talking about" I made an appointment and truthfully felt very skeptical. Well,Rich met me at the door and first off showed me the car all polished up and ready to go. Introduced me to Erica who is one of the most efficient, cordial financial people I have ever dealt with. She showed me the paper work, explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease. Everything was as promised. After signing necessary paperwork, Rich again met with me and gave me a review of all the car accessories. Even programed my cell phone into the bluetube, which was very impressive since I am totally electronically challenged. I drove off in my beautiful car saying "Yes, I did it all by myself" (with a little help from Preston personnel) It was a good experience and I have told others about it. This was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. First the dealership is clean and well laid out. I was greeted immediately. Doug Wilt, the salesman, was perfect, he asked the right questions, gave honest answers to mine, did not pressure me to buy anything and quickly without haggling or running back and forth to a "manager" presented an offer on the car I was interested in including the trade amount on my car that was within the criteria I set for him. I went home, got my wife, came back, selected the car we wanted, and finalized the deal. Erica Graham prepared the sales docs while we waited comfortably in the lounge and the car was prepped for us. Erica expalined the paperwork and options succinctly, we signed and the car was ready for us. We both will highly recommend this dealership and Doug to our friends and family. This is the first time I haven't had to negotiate for ever to get a reasonable trade in for my car and a favorable price on the car I was attempting to buy. And we left feeling like we were given a very favorable deal. WOW, that doesn't happen very often, especially when buying a car.

I went to Toyota of Boardman to find a slightly used car within my price range. I have driven Toyotas before and knew that theirs was the type of car I wanted. Upon arrival I was given a chance to look around for a few minutes before Jim Barth approached me. He was honest with me about what they could reasonably offer within my price range. He showed me a couple of cars and I chose a 2010 Toyota Corolla. It had a scratch on the truck and before I left Mr. Barth made an appointment with me to get the scratch painted for me. Why I gave all 5's? Easy to answer. We saw a Prius online while we were in Texas for the winter. We used the internet to connect with Josh Bakuhn, who had sold our daughter a Prius. He was professional and met our daughter to test drive the car. We were second in line for the first one we had "looked at". Josh showed Lisa two others and we bought the blue one. All of the applications were done over the phone, with emails, and the mail service. Erica Graham took care of the loan papers. She stated a good interest rate and we accepted, then Erica continued searching and found a better rate at the bank we deal with. She went above and beyond what we expected. Six weeks later we returned to Ohio and called to pick up the car. We also had called the service department to have door guards installed and I expected clear or chrome colored. They are an exact match for the blue! I am very pleased with my first experience with the service department. Nathan met us, introduced us to everyone, got us refreshments, and took us on a test ride in the car. He had filled the tank (never had that happen with a pre-owned vehicle), set the clock, and had the car ready to go. While on the drive, he showed the many features on the car. Last but not least, Eric Sanata did the paperwork for the temporary tags so we could take the car home. The total experience of purchasing the car was similar to making a major purchase at a quality merchant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would deal here again when we to replace the next car.

This is my first experience with this dealership having used the Preston Toyota dealership in New Castle, Pa. prior for service. I found this sales staff 'laid-back' and not agressive as I've found others in the past. To me, this makes for a more pleasant buying/service experience rather than, 'what do i have to do to get you in this car, or ' are you going to buy this car today?' Jim, Shane, and Eric made it a good, satisifying, pleasant, buying experience. I had some minor issues prior to delivery of this vehicle and Jim took care of them in a professional/satisfactory manner and vehicle was delivered 'on time' and with no problems. The staff truly takes you under their wing, so to speak, and made the WHOLE experience flow nicely.Based on my experience, i would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone, and in a few years when my wife needs another car, we will return to this establishment. I have driven nothing but Honda's and Toyota's since 1984 and it feels good to be back under the Toyota umbrella.

I have dealt with Mike in the past so we have an ongoing customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we went from there. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the Honda. He knows that I do not want to got back and forth with the GM 20 times to arrive at a price. When we talked money Mike brought Shane(The GM) into the room. He gave me his price and we were 1000 apart. We ended up meeting half way and made the deal. Mike is straight forward and honest. If he was not I would have went somewhere else. Anything that he told me would be included (oil change-full tank of gas) it was included. I bought two new Camery's and a Solara since 2005. Mike has been the consumate professional on all occasions. This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle, so I don't know that there was anything that could have been done to make the process less overwhelming. Overall the staff was patient and really worked hard to get me what fit my needs and budget. My situation seemed unique, so there were some bugs in the process which did not lead me to have the experience I was anticipating from them.I worked with Rich Mangelli for 2 months prior looking for a vehicle that met my specifications. He did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Then circumstances arose that did not enable me to go through with the sale. Since Rich was out on the day I camein ready to buy on the last day of the vehicle incentive, Josh helped me out. He was friendly and got me where I needed to be for pricing on a similar vehicle. Having said that, after 3 hours of price deliberations I went to Erica for the final paperwork. She patiently explained it all, but I was very shocked to find things like total loss /GAP insurance were an additional charge. From my research this is very important coverage to have on a leased vehicle, so it either jacked my monthly payment up or I had to come up with additonal cash up front. Since I was already at the limit for a monthly payment I had to find extra funds (which was not easy!) to cover it.

Great experience. My wife and I started to enter a Nissan dealer, when my wife said "I thought we were going to look at the Toyotas". We turned around and drove back to look at the Toyotas, with no real intent on purchacing any car on that day. We liked the car and the atmosphere so well that after a brief private discussion we decieded to buy the Toyota that we almost didn't even look at.

Two years ago we bought a car and it was the worst experience ever, and we never wanted to buy another car again. My husband and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman, Ohio to browse for a vehicle large enough for our kids and also to fit our son's wheelchair. They went out of their way to help us both by finding our van and by helping us get a loan. Our credit history isn't so great because of so many medical bills from our son's many many doctor visits due to his Muscular Dystrophy but they were able to help us get the loan we needed at the price range we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone!!! I bought a slightly used Tundra. It looked great and thought I was getting a good deal. After two and a half weeks of driving through a few rains, the nice wax finish the dealership put on wore off. For a truck that had a life of being driven for 8 months, looks like it had a finish 4 or more years old. Not a good sales tactic and makes a high end sales company look very untrusting.

I was not in the market for a new vehicle until my car was totaled in an accident. I was pretty stressed from the accident and was not sure what I wanted to buy. Plus my husband was out of town when I had to shop and purchase it, which made it even more difficult for me. Doug Wilt made this process easy and stress free for me. For dealerships, do not try to inflate labor and parts costs so as to be competitive w non-dealership service centers. this is important since, obviously, Toyota should and does know more about their vehicles than going to a "generic service center."

Knowing I don't enjoy shopping for car she told me if I went there I would be treated well and get a great deal. After my experience there I feel that is an under statement. When I met Tanner I was surprised by how friendly he was. It also meant a lot that he wasn't pushy. He was very up front and honest which was refreshing. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process. I got a great deal on my trade in and feel I was treated more than fair. When I was taken to the finance department, the kindness and thoroughness continued. In spite of it being a very busy day for them Erica met me with a smile. She was very personable and even though it was the end if the day she took her time and reviewed everything with me. Bought an '04 Surburban beginning of February, about 45 days later we had to pay $1800 dollars to replace the electronic brake system modulator and valve, as well as a section of 9 brake lines that the Preston Service Department tried to say were not rusted enough to need replaced. One of the most important aspects of a vehicle, especially when I'm putting my four children and wife at risk each time we got into the vehicle before finding out what the problem was and then getting it fixed, but yet that's not covered under the dealers 90 day warranty. I got the old parts from my mechanic to show the scum bags they were wrong. I have been attempting to get reimbursed some amount from this dealership and still have not got any answers other than the sales personell telling me they are waiting on the owner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! This is coming from a guy that has bought 4 vehicles through Preston dealerships. Do not take a chance with this place unless you do your homework beforehand.

I found a recent trade in at cars.com and contacted the dealership. I let them know that I wanted to see/test drive the car and they informed me they just received it on trade in and it had not been detailed or gone through the service dept. When I expressed interest in viewing the car on the weekend they made sure the outside of the vehicle was detailed and had the car waiting for me by the entrance to the showroom for inspection and a comprehensive test drive. I was to meet with Bobby Preston who was very friendly and introduced me to our salesman Jerry Chervany. Jerry rode along for the comprehensive test drive and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I live approximately an hour drive from this dealership and only traveled this distance because of the interest in the '99 Rav 4. I will say I was very impressed with the dealership and all of the staff members that I encountered. After the test drive and agreed upon price, they let me know that they still wanted their service department to check the vehicle bumper to bumper to ensure there were no major problems. Kudos, I had agreed to purchase the vehicle and they still wanted to make sure that it was in good working order! I will definately not think twice about recommending this dealership to anyone and will look to them in the future for purchases. I was extremely satisfied with the salesman Jerry Chervany. I am of the baby boomer era and it was refreshing not to have to deal with a high pressure sales pitch. Hats off to you Toyota of Boardman and Jerry Chervany you definately earned yourself a new customer!!

This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I had been dreading buying a vehicle because of bad experiences at previous dealership. From the time I walked into the dealership till the end of the sale Jessica Ramdin offered top notch professional customer service. I never thought that buying a new vehicle could have been so smooth and stress free. She was not pushy, but very patient. On August 23, 2010, I went to Toyota of Boardman for a 2008 Toyota Sienna Limited. My experience at Toyota of Boardman was outstanding from the time my husband and I contacted the General Manager, Shane Lanigan for help locating the 2008 Toyota Sienna Limited continuing through our dealings with our sales representative Jim Barth, who I am proud to say has sold us our last 6 vehicles at Toyota of Boardman. We have been satisfied with: both Ravs, Corolla, Camry, 4 Runner and now Sienna. We can't help trying out all the vehicles! They have all been excellent in quality as well as safe for our family. Everytime my husband and I talk with Jim about our current purchases he has been knowledgeable about each vehicle we were looking at and has always been friendly and took time to really answer any questions we had about the vehicle we were buying. But, the quality of our experience didn't stop with Shane and Jim, it continued on with Eric Sanata, who helped us finance our Sienna in a way the was afforadable to us. Eric was very pleasant and went over all the paperwork in a very easy-to-understand manner that made my husband and I feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. I can say when we shop at Toyota of Boardman it is honestly one of our most enjoyable times that we have when making larger purchases! When our Sienna was ready to be driven off the lot not only did we have wonderful customer service, but our van was detailed, cleaned top to bottom looking really sharp for us to take home. Again- we attribute this to the excellent customer service we always receive from beginning to end. Jessica was very pleasant and friendly through the entire buying process. Overall the experience was fine. The car runs well, it is basically what we were looking for and the dealership was accommodating in letting me take it to my mechanic for a quick inspection. The price was pretty fair although I am not sure I would consider it great and that is why I gave it a good rating. The important thing is that I would recommend the dealership to family and friends.

We found Richard Bell, Toyota salesman, to be clear and helpful. After hearing our wants and wishes, Richard found the Prius we desired and made all of the necessary arrangements. In addition, service for our 5,000 mile checkups has been excellent - both the phone/online appointment arrangements and the waiting time (very brief).

My husband and I had the misfortune of having two vehicles go bad on us literally on the same day. We had to replace our truck and was told our car needed a new engine. Since time was of the essence we shopped online for a truck and was fortunate to find one at this dealership. When we talked to Kevin we were, needless to say, stressed to say the very least. We were relieved to find how easy this salesman was to work with and how eager he was to assist us. Kevin turned our personal nightmare into an actual pleasant outcome by offering us assurance, excellent and constant communication, and was able to complete our transaction in the very short time frame that we had to work with. The actual dealership was clean, welcoming and overall very pleasing. I specifically dealt with Jessica and she was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She wasnt pretentious in any way and didnt fit the sleazy stereotypical sales person at all. She was able to answer all of my questions herself or by asking. I like a person who doesnt pretend to know it all. Its ok to ask for help. Jess got me an amazing deal on my 2010 Yaris, really listened to what I could and couldnt afford, and got me the best car for my money possible.

My husband and I stopped in for a car maintenance check and started looking around the lot while we waited. I spotted a Corolla Sport and decided to test drive. There was not a strong desire to purchase that day due to my husband having just bought a new car for himself. But, with an above-expectation trade-in price offered for my old car and a rebate and low financing--I drove out of the lot with a new car. It handles well, is extremely comfortable(I drive quite a bit for my job)and gets excellent gas mileage. The decision was not only a wise one but the confidense I feel in purchasing a Toyota is priceless. Thank you for everthing, Pam

It was an easy and pleasant experience getting a new car. Good job! The price was right. I also got black thick oil on my sleeve without my knowing it, and then onto the brand new light leather seat. That was two days after the purchase of my new beautiful car. I totally panicked. The service department was wonderful and very kind about it. They saved the interior and the day.
