Would 10/10 recommend shopping at Toyota of Bristol if you are in the market for a new car. Toyota of Bristol made it as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend Jacob. He made the process so much easier and was very hard working with it getting me the car that I wanted. He took his time and was very patient in the process. He was really patient and very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely shop here again.

I worked with Jacob Kopp on purchasing my new truck. He was a friendly guy and made me feel at ease. He worked with me to find the truck that I liked. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was in and out off the dealership in 3.5 hours, which I thought was was very good time since I walked in and didn't know what type of truck I really wanted. He spent all his time with me until the deal was done. I would recommend Jacob to work with on purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Jacob. And thanks to Toyota of Bristol.

I have been burned by many vehicle repair shops. I’ve had simple maintenance turn into time and money pits from multiple other maintenance shops. At this point I try to work on my car myself to save the headache. I needed specialty work done that I couldn’t do myself, so I took a chance and used Toyota Bristol. They were awesome! Dean Hughes was my service advisor and I had a fantastic experience. I was not overcharged and I left satisfied that my service was completed in a timely and cost effective manner. I will definitely be back when I need my vehicle serviced. Thanks!

I was visiting from out of town, and had some warning lights come on. They worked me in on a very busy Friday morning and told me what needed to be done. Unfortunately they didn't have the part but they did assure me I was safe to drive home. Thank you so much for being so attentive on such short notice. Very nice dealership.
