Brought our 2013 Tacoma in for routine oil change and service. All went smoothly, in and out in 40 minutes. Heard an episodic yet persistent low vibratory rumble, usually after stopping for a while. Headed on back and Alex was the excellent diagnostician who wasn't satisfied until a solution was found...simply a loose connection that was tightened and off we were able to go. Thank you Alex. Our first time at this dealer after moving from Michigan was reassuring as they stood by their work and made things right.

Kyran Pope with Corvallis Toyota was absolutely wonderful!! Kyran went the extra mile to make the transaction seemless and pleasurable. She also gave me an absolutely awesome deal on the Camry! No other dealer was able to come close to the deal she gave me. I was in the hospital in Portland and unable to make the trip to Corvallis to make the deal and pickup the car. Kyran brought everything to me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Kyran!!

Very prompt in replying to e-mails. Gave us a good price on a vehicle. Very friendly sales staff and finance manager. We also purchased a vehicle protection plan but there was no pressure. Remodeling of the facility was under construction when we visited; the new LEED-certified building will be very cool.

While the facility itself wasn't so great as the dealership in currently under construction, we couldn't have had a better car buying experience. The salesman I worked with, DJ, and I communicated before I ever came to the dealership regarding model, color, and price of the car I wanted. DJ made it happen in a very stress-free, no hassle manor. The finance manager, Steve, was exceedingly kind and respectful, and he was particularly careful to get us on our way as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Corvallis to anyone interested in buying a new car.

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Toyota Scion Subaru of Corvallis and both times the car I wanted for the price I wanted it left me smiling. The sales person, Rodney Witherspoon, was friendly, helpful and not pushy or rushed. I feel I received a very good price for my trade in and was treated with respect. I drove from Ashland to purchase my new Forester, that is how much I respect and trust this dealership.

Keep in mind that Toyota/Subaru of Corvallis is in the process of a huge construction upgrade...with a new eighteen bay service facility and eventually a new showroom. Parking is tough for the moment, however, those are the only setbacks(temporary as they are) to shopping for a new car at this location The positive side.....for me, was an easy and comfortable experience with the sales force inside the current showroom, especially Kris Jerome, who sold my new Subaru Outback to me. His gentle approach was exactly what captured my attention and the old style process of "what can i do to put you in a new car today" stereotype, was NOT present in the least.... Also, my extensive research on four car manufacturers products had Subaru front and center in a number of categories.. That, coupled with the fine folks at this location, resulted in a new business relationship for me and for this dealership

I found the sales staff here knowledgeable. We were able tocome to an agreement on price relatively easily. All in all it was a great purchase experience.I have not yet been in for any service.but I would certainly recommend this dealership for buying a new Subaru.

I bought the car today and was impressed with the honesty of the salesman Rodney. Rodney's honesty brought me back to do buy car at the place. The dealers overall are best in the area very accommodating and helpful. I will do recommend having business with them.

Toyota of Corvallis is a great dealer for a new car. Kyran was wonderful and has great customer service skills. She is very knowledgable of the vehicles, answered all questions and was very helpful. The price on the Corolla I was interested in was better than I had expected and the trade in value they gave for my car was great. The entire process was painless. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again.
