The service department is outstanding. This was my first time and I came to get a second opinion on some work I needed done. Bobby in the service department was amazing!!! He was very attentive, knowledgeable, nice and very easy to talk to about my vehicle.The quality of work and the customer service (everyone was extremely nice, even the valet, cashier) is definitely 5 stars. Had to wait for about 5 minutes for service manager to take my car in. After that it was all great. They did the service and parts changed as the promised and had my SUV ready before the promised time. Great experience! My sales representative, J.R. (Norberto) Miranda, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Ask for him if you go! I felt that all my questions were answered and that I was able to evaluate all my choices, including cars at other dealerships, and make a good decision. I'm very excited about my new lease on a 2016 Toyota Prius. Because I had my old car with me, J.R. helped me get the car back home and find good options for resale. I'd also say that the finance manager, Peter Benarbashian, and the floor manager, Jerome Washington, were also very kind and friendly.

Stay away from this dealership. I was sold a car that has a major oil issue that I wasn't told about, I asked for a 2nd key, floor mats and a car manual and was told no. Salesman was ok, but upper management were rude. I was told the car had an oil change and had been inspected. I was driving home and the oil light comes on I needed to add oil (remind you they told me the car just had an oil change). They were not accommodating at all. Before you step on any car lot, make sure you do you homework, especially women! I could go into more details, but I look at the situation as lesson learned. Oh, I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE DOWN PAYMENT, THEY SAID THE FINANCE COMPANY REQUESTED A CERTAIN AMT. ALL ALONG IT WAS Glendale Toy REQUESTING AN HIGHER DOWN PAYMENT!

The service I was provided while worried that did not know what to do that my car was making rattle noises, my car did not want to start up, I call up the Dealership in Glendale where I made the purchase of my car, The Manager From Parts and Service Return my call right away, he gave me his support NOT to worry and do what I can to take my vehicle to the Dealer, they were going to take care of the issue.I got there, all the Manager did is to offer me help and check the warranty of the vehicle he was going to take care of the problem without charging me no Money, because my Vehicle is fairly new.My car was ready in less than 3 hours, they changed the battery and the car was up running again.I was very happy with the service they provide me and I figure that I made the right choice to come to this dealership at Toyota Glendale, CA I would recommend this Dealership to any one Great Customer Service always try to find a solution to your Vehicle problem.

I was there for the 42,000 mile check-up. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The appointment began on time, ALL personal were courteous and helpful. There was a table to work at, There were a dozen or more complimentary beverage choices; bathrooms were clean; world class soccer was available. The results of the brake check, tire rotation; oil change and vehicle inspection were all explained carefully. A realistic time frame was given and the service was completed within that exact time. There were no surprises except the best service I have ever received. Congratulations to Toyota of Glendale. Formerly I had cars from other makers. This was my first experience of Toyota service. I had to take my car in for a recall replacement service and I was assigned to Paul. The check-in process was smooth, he answered all of my questions, and even gave me an estimate on things I needed for my car in the future. No pressure whatsoever and everyone was courteous and attentive. Paul and the service team have been great and I will always bring back my car to them for anything in the future.

Made an appointment for 1:00pm and they attended to me about 5 minutes early, and that's good. I had a minor service where the advisor estimated 1-1/2 hours wait, and I agree. Got our car at around 4:15pm, even with constant follow-up with the advisor after the promised 1-1/2 hours passed. It took them more than 3 hours and the car was dirty and unwashed.

I have been bringing my 2005 Toyota Prius (best production model ever in my opinion!) to Toyota of Glendale for about a decade now and the service and staff across the board have always been terrific. I attribute the longevity of my car to this provider and the care of my dedicated service mgr Paul Flores. Service is even more smooth and efficient now because they have continued to build upon their services and infrastructure around the needs of their clients and provide excellent service. Each service provider has their own dedicated team and the managers are transparent about only doing what is necessary for the car. You never feel pressured to do anything that isn't absolutely necessary. My usual service mgr was on vacation recently and a very nice gentleman named "Lucho" took care of me and I couldn't have been happier with his customer care and the maintenance performed on my car. It is running much better now. I highly recommend this service provider.

I purchased a CPO Prius at this dealership on March 14, 2016. Gary Guemiksizan, the General Sales Manager demonstrated tremendous leadership in allaying all my concerns. Gary went above and beyond in meeting all my requests. He patiently listened to my needs and diligently persevered in resolving my concerns. Gary is a truly a stellar leader and an asset to this dealership. Anna Nathan, my Sales Lead was phenomenal in finding me the ideal certified Prius. She personally kept me abreast of the inventory and when the right car was available, she reached out and scheduled a test drive. Thirty minutes later, I was purchasing the car. Anna demonstrated tremendous customer service and sales acumen in getting the car detailed, carpets shampooed and presenting the car in a near flawless state. I hope to experience a similar level of heightened customer satisfaction in the coming months when I bring the car in for service.

If you think that you got a good deal from Toyota of Glendale? I think theres a good chance you got ripped off and dont even know it. Heres one way you can find out. Go out to your car, look at the edges of the doors and the inside of the door handles. Do you see a thin layer of plastic film? Thats called door edge protection and door cup protection. These items are good to have on your car and they will protect the paint, but they should only cost you about $50 or so, if you put it on yourself. If you pay someone to do it, it might cost around $200. Toyota of Glendale charges you over $1,700. Why would anyone pay for that? Because, Toyota of Glendale does everything it can to hide the cost from you when you deal with them. If you ask about anything being added to the car, like I did, they lie to your face. In fact, if youre talking to Gerome Wasshington, whatever words are coming out of his mouth are probably a lie. I asked what was causing the difference between the manufacturers MSRP and the final cost, and he assured me that it was entirely DMV related fees and financing costs, due to my credit score, which to be honest is barely in the good range these days (but thankfully getting better each month). I assumed because of my credit not being what it was, that I would pay a little more than what Toyota had advertised for the lease promotion. So, I bought into Geromes lie. Also note that the finance guy is supposed to confirm any dealer added extras with you before you sign. The person I dealt with did not do this. Toyota of Glendale is a den of crooks. If you dont believe me go look at your Bill of Sale, and your car, and decide for yourself. If you would like to make a complaint to Toyota corporate office, as I did, please include Toyota of Glendale Paint Protection Scam in the subject. Im dealing with James S. there. If you are about to buy a car, only go here if you enjoy getting ripped off and lied to.

I was met by A gentleman who politely informed me he would do his best to have my car ready within an 1 1/2, which was reasonable. I then left to have breakfast with my daughter, whin45 minutes I received a call informing me that my car was ready for pick up. I was shocked at their efficiency and level of commitment! I came in with out a appointment when I noticed a leak under my SUV. Mike Daw got back to me very quickly to let me know what I needed done. I appreciated his professional approach to handling a small difficulty I had as far as picking up my SUV. He gave me the number to call when I was ready to be picked up. Only complaint was I had a little trouble getting through to them for pick up. Otherwise, it was the usual great service.

My car's throttle body needed to be replaced and I was really stressed out. Their customer service got me through a difficult time and the service consultant explained everything to me in a straight-forward, yet very warm way. I am not a "car person" and asked a lot of questions. They got me through it and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Everybody from the front desk, to the guys bringing my car to the front, to the service professionals were all really nice and sweet. My only complaint is that they're not open on Sundays, but I don't blame them for that.

Arrived at my appointed time on a very cold morning for Glendale. With temps in the mid 30's many of your customers had to wait outside as the seating inside was full. It took probably 30 or so minutes to talk with a service adviser and at no time did anyone of the employees offer anything like coffee or hot tea. There is a vending machine inside but it only gives very small cups of coffee and at no time did any of the employees suggest to the customers that they use it. And with the long waits it would have been nice to offer donuts or pastries such as Lexus of Glendale does. It was obvious that there were not enough employees for the amount of customers that had been scheduled. Finally although my car was in for a major service once again I got it back "dirty." On the upside Peter was very knowledgeable and did the best he could to get me out of there considering the workload.

I like going here. Jimmy is super nice, the staff is respectful and they get the job done in time. Their shuttle service makes it easy to schedule maintenance, even on busy work days. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

The moment you enter the dealer service lot, an attendant ask you the nature of your visit. Then he direct you to the appropriate lane, then someone comes and goes around your car and prepare the tag then the service provider comes and goes with all details regarding the service you are intended to get done. Prompt update regarding your service in progress and then another courtesy call that your car is ready, "the best part we are open until 10pm, you can pick up anytime before that" so you do not have to abandon anything you are doing and pick up the car.

Jimmy Cheng was really helpful and took the time to explain the type of service my car needs. It's great that he reminded me when my last service date would be. Overall, I had an excellent service, which I always do. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. However, I would recommend maybe Toyota can upgrade the seating area at the waiting lounge both outside and inside. Not a big deal but thought I share my feedback if your goal is to achieve ultimate customer experience.

Took the new Prius in for its first check. This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The time estimate was accurate and the staff friendly. They have a shuttle to and from the local mall (and other locations) that made a world of difference.

Well I got this Prius 10yrs back and when i took it to you guys in Glendale, the battery had finally went dead - in the back - But of course it had other Problems too - and servicing needs - I got your 'fuel injection' job and yes - i seem to get better gas milage now really !!! I also got your premium level 'servicing - instead of the regular one igot every 6 or 7 mos. over the years . I The mechanic - . Roland , suggested i clean out my car too , which i did - (I am a pack rat !!)and he helped me with boxes and the trash bin. Even though i spent near $900 , the car does get even better milage and the the oldbattery had 66,000 miles on it - so a new one was necessary ! so i was not penny wiseand pound foolish - i 'invested' in the brand new one. The cost of auto repairs/upkeep is huge - I got the 1 yr warranty papers but ihope this lasts me 3 or 4 years But yes when i seen normal service- I got Jorge's card and will come back to Toyota/Glendale . .You sales people, Jorge H. and Roland seemed to know their jobs well .

He provides excellent service and is on top of his game. I have been going there since 13 years and he has been ever so helpful til then. He makes sure the customer is his first priority. I've been going to Toyota of Glendale for over 10 years. I like to be personal with.people and appreciate to be treated the same way. I feel home at Toyota of Glendale, always welcomed as a family member. The staff is spontaneous, friendly and very kind in a genuine way. They truly have been getting better in receiving and expedite the cars coming for service, but it doesn't look like formal or hard. It just flows!

First time buyer. Be careful when they say congratulations u have been approved. Dont sign anything until u have read the agreement completely. Watch out for "packed payments". It's a terrible tactic that is being used to add extras like gap insurance, extra warranty and a tire wheel protection to your loan without u even knowing it. The finance department won't tell u either that u "purchased" these items cause the middle guy Jerome already added it to u loan payments. Also make sure that thea car u test drove is the car u come home with. I test drove a car that had a cargo net but didn't get one in the car I bought???Don't Let This Happen To U!! this Dealership should be investigated.

I have been going to Toyota of Glendale for over fifteen years -- through all of my Toyotas -- I have had four Toyota vehicles.They have the best service department I have ever been to. George was my service manager and he always does a great job. He is friendly, helpful and never pushy! I love the convenient hours for working people and that they always make sure I can get my car back the same day since I have no one to pick me up and take me home -- even though they have a great shuttle services, but if I come after work, and the shuttle is not available after a certain time, I have to wait.They always get me out in a reasonable amount of time!I love Toyota of Glendale.Mickie B

Our family, has been buying/leasing cars from Toyota of Glendale for many years. It's always been a good experience. Three years ago, we worked with Armen Tashjian, for the first time. That's when it became an EXCELLENT experience! Armen, has all the qualities you would want in someone you are getting a car from. He's patient, good listener, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and will go the distance to make sure you are satisfied! After our first experience with Armen, we knew we only wanted to work with him in the future. When our lease was up last week we made an appointment to see him. We felt we were seeing a family friend. This time equaled the same amazing service we received the first time. It flowed with ease without a hitch! We are certain of one thing, that three years from now we will be making that same appointment with Armen! In the meantime, will be referring him to all our friends to him!! He is a true professional and Toyota of Glendale, is very fortunate to have him on your team!

I purchased a 2015 RAV4 at Toyota of Glendale in late December 2014. I purchased extended warranty and for the paint protection and upholstery protection treatment. I had arranged for CarMax to purchase my old vehicle but I had no one to pick me up from CarMax and it was late at night. I had travelled out of my area of residence to purchase the vehicle at Toyota of Glendale based on a family member who knew the owners but worked at a different vehicle dealership elsewhere. The salesperson at Toyota of Glendale picked me up in my new vehicle at CarMax and we drove back to the dealership where he handed me keys. It was after 9 p.m. at night and I was most appreciative that this young man had seen me saved me the time and expense of calling a cab and had put my personal safety and wellbeing above his own personal comfort that night. The only reason I am giving this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the manager on duty the day of my purchase. After looking at the offer made, I wrote down another figure on a piece of paper and presented it to him and told him that the amount was more in line with my comfort zone financially. He reacted emotionally and felt insulted. My offer should not have been taken as a personal insult by this man. I've run businesses before and a counter-offer is never to be taken personally and certainly is not cause for the reaction I received. A simple, "No, I'm sorry, but the price I gave you is as low as we can go" would have been welcomed and should have been said with a smile. Instead, this gentleman huffed and puffed and made a someone embarrassing scene about my offer. I don't take offense easily and decided to put the incident behind me and accept the offer because it was a pretty good deal when taking into consideration the price of the extended warranty and the paint and upholstery protection warranty. I left with my vehicle and am very happy with my purchase. The dealership even had a new owner event a couple of months later which I was invited to attend. Unfortunately, I was not well and was unable to attend. I recently received a call to remind me of my 6 month warranty maintenance. Another perk of buying from Toyota of Glendale! Like I said, if not for the manager's unprofessional attitude that day, I would have readily given this dealership 5 stars. Still very happy with my purchase so I recommend you pay them a visit if you are shopping for a Toyota vehicle.

I set for appointment for oil change last April 20, 2015 because the oil color is like coffee and the last change oil was July 2014. I had my car registered in the shop and the rep told me to wait inside the waiting room and wait for someone to call in my name. Nobody called my attention, I was even with my wife so that if I go to the rest room, someone would notify me if my name is called. We waited for 3 hrs and went to the service attendant Paul Flores only to tell me that my car is not yet due for change oil because it uses synthetic oil.I told him why he didn't bother calling me on that and he only informed us when I went to his office after 3 hrs waiting. I just thought I am waiting a long line! He apologized saying that he is busy and forgot about it.This is ridiculous. Their customer handling is very very poor allowing for this lapses. I'm extremely disappointed.

This review is to thank the Toyota advisor Wilson Castillo. Imagine a car, left in LA with no owner, the car doesn't start and AAA has to come and tow it somewhere else for parking for six more days... My daughter was overseas and I am in Florida. I called Toyota of Glendale and asked for help. They kindly agreed to help. AAA has towed the car to Toyota. Wilson Castillo was very kind and helpful - he called me when the car arrived, then notified me about some repairs the car needed. They also offered a complementary car wash, which the car really needed. He said the car can stay there until my daughter comes to pick it up. I have no words to express my thanks to this man. I services my Sienna at this dealership. the staff are very nice but don't expect everything to go right. after servicing my car i noticed that my front bumper is scraped and has touch up paint on it. So instead of letting me know they scraped my car they just put touch up paint on it. 3 weeks later when i washed my car i saw the touch up paint and it has been so long so there is nothing i can do. What a responsible dealership!!!! the last time i went to services my car there their car wash broke off my antenna and this time they scraped my car... i will not go back this dealership again.

I just had the most pleasant experience leasing a car in a long time and A million times better than my experience at the same dealership about two years ago. I dealt with Dale Wellington. He actually listened to what I said was acceptable and what wasn't acceptable and didn't try to nudge me one dollar over that. in fact he had me me spending less. He was very respectful of my time and wishes. The general manager Patrick was also extremely friendly and cordial and nobody tried to sell me one extra thing.

Even before the day we finally bought the car, DJ was very prompt in providing us with quotes of the various cars we were interested in. When we finally went to Toyota of Glendale to buy the car, he was very friendly and helpful assisting us and showing us the models we were interested in. This dealership was friendly and nice and they seem honest. The dealer Edita was funny and nice and really tried to show us a few cars. These cars were just not what we were looking for and after talking to her we could tell that Toyotas were totally out of our budget if they didn't want to work. I think that the Manager should have tried to find us a car, but he didnt. He only said that he would call us; but he didnt. We did buy a Nissan Versa SL at OC Nissan, Irvine. They gave me a really reasonable deal on a new 2014 Nissan Versa SL Sedan that was fully loaded with all the options. Toyotas need to come down in price a little bit I think. They are not as nice as the other brands in the same class. I think that the manager should have at least thrown some numbers out there and tried to get us Toyota, but he didnt even try. This is the thing about Glendale. It seems that they have enough sales that they dont feel pressured to sell anything. They seem to have already met their quotas for sales and just are not interested in making a deal. I suggest you go to another part of LA county or Orange Co to shop for a car. You will find better deals and more interested sales managers.

Wonderful experience, personable and no hassling, haggling or negotiations.The best part was that Chad saved the car for me [apparently the only color Cypress Peal left] until I returned on Friday August 30th, 2013 to seal the deal with a better price. Ed Meyerson in finance, personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Last but not least, Lance detailed and polished my car and was introduced to me by Chad and I had a chance to personally thank him.This is the first time in 20+ years that I left a dealership before 1:00 a.m. [ I left at 8:15 pm] without a headache. 5+++++ stars. A very easy going experience. I never felt pressured or hassled. My wife and I originally came in just to do a test drive (we knew of a much better deal at another dealership 80 miles away) and when we openly told this to Anna, she explained that she could work with us on the price if we liked this car. After leaving the dealership and thinking about what price we would be willing to pay for the cars she showed us, I texted her my offer and we negotiated a reasonable price and trade-in deal completely via text-message!I should also mention Eddie who did our document prep work. Eddie was very nice and cordial, not trying to up-sell us on anything and explaining every very well. Overall if all used-dealer experiences were this easy I don't think people would dread buying cars nearly as much as they do.

Armen was extremely helpful and made sure that we were getting the car that we asked for. He didn't hesitate to answer to any question we had and followed up afterwords to make sure that we are satisfied with the car! ... Agreed on a price over the phone on a new 13 Camry LE ( my 4th Camry) with Mr. Flores ( Net sales). Confirmed the price with an email. One hour before arriving at the dealership reconfirmed the condition and price with Mr. Flores. When arrived at dealership Mr. Flores wasn't there, refused to answer his phone and his partner, Mr. Garcia tried the old disreputable bait-and switch. Also refused to put me in touch with the original salesman. Pathetic!!!Toyota company MUST work harder to stomp out these unaesthetic practices from their dealerships.P.S.Called another dealership, obtained a quick quote and bought a car from a sales person willing to stand behind his word.

I was taken for a terrible ride here at Toyota of Glendale. Salesperson (Mike), had one price for me, and it was different in the finance office. Turns out they added a warranty, and/or were very dishonest about what the final price would be. I won't get into specific aftermath, but every review on here and on Yelp about employees texting, calling, begging and FOLLOWING home potential buyers....rings TRUE. Avoid this place.

This was the worst car buying experience. I brought my husband with me to go over terms on my lease buy out. The sales man followed us home for a down payment check and got into an argument with my husband in the front yard because the agreement we made was NOT put into my contract. They gave me the extended warranty (which I didn't want and an extra year of payments! ) when my husband looked at the contract, an argument arose. My neighbors are witnesses. Even though they re-wrote my contract, I do not feel secure in even having my car serviced there. They are NOT honest people, GO TO Toyota Pasadena. Their service is impecible and they guaranty their work. I love my Toyota but will Never use this dealership again.

They just jerked me around when I went to buy a Prius. They ran my credit before they would talk numbers and made prommises the manager turned down. I would never recommend thus dealership. And would never recommend running your credit before making a deal.
