My experience with Cantrell was amazing. Him and his gm worked with me to get me in to a new rav 4 in my price range after another dealer backed out of their deal. He made the process the easiest car transaction I have ever had. I was able to do most of the deal via email with minimal time at the dealer. It made the 3 hour trip well worth it. This was my third purchase from Toyota of Keene, and they outdid themselves again. Their upfront, stress-free approach to car buying is like no other. I drove up just to take a look at a car, and ended up buying it. They were able to complete the entire transaction in just over an hour, and I was on my way home. All staff that I dealt with from the Manager, Sales Associate, and Finance representative were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership hands down. Even if you are from Massachusetts, they are equipped to handle all aspects of vehicle sales to Massachusetts residents. It's worth the trip!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Salesperson, Randy Filiault, asked the right questions. He guided my experience accordingly. The Credit Dept walked me thru thru my financing. They executed what Randy had said they would. My car was ready the next morning. Clean, gas tank full, etc. I will do business at this dealership in the future.

Volvo of Keene has maintained my 2004 Volvo XC90 for the past 12 1/2 years and the Service Department (Evan) has kept it running like new. Although I live 55 miles from the dealership, it has always been well worth making the trip to receive their unmatched service! As much as I hated to give up my old Volvo with 222,000 miles, I was anxiously waiting for the redesign to become available. We explained to Ned Lester what we needed in a car and he showed us his recommendations and explained the benefits of each car. He helped us narrow down the field of possibilities. When we moved into aesthetics, we realized he didn't have our favorite color. Ned was able to obtain the exact car we wanted within a day or two. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he explained technical aspects of the cars so that I now feel very sure of what I have. He was a total pleasure to deal with.

One of the best purchasing experiences I've had with great follow up and excellent service department support.My salesman Mitch was truly exceptional, with extensive first hand knowledge of the Prius model. His ability to answer questions was very professional and thorough. His follow up after the sale was good.The rest of the staff at the dealership was always eager to help and I saw every other customer around me getting attention promptly if it looked like they needed help.I had a similar experience with another of the family owned dealerships four years ago when I purchased a Honda. Was in the market for a new truck and was hesitant on looking at toyota, I was more into the gm trucks but once I went down to toyota of keene and test drove a 2015 toyota tacoma TRD sport I was surprised that I instantly wanted it. Patrick Harrington was great to work with and same with the financing guy, they got me into my truck that day with no problems. Quite a few of my co-workers drive toyota and most from toyota of keene and I havent heard a single bad thing about them

Ned was very helpful and patient while I tried to find a replacement for my 15 year old Lexus RX300. Believe me even though "she" was 15 years old it is not an easy replacement. I drove a Rav4 - nice enough but not anywhere near the quality of my old car(emphasis on old) then he patiently let me drive a Venza, answered all of my questions and tried to get me up to speed on the blue-tooth etc that have been added to the new cars. I am still trying to learn and may give him more telephone calls with silly questions but he was great. Thanks Ned

I recently decided to buyout the remainder of my lease on my Toyota Highland. I contacted Toyota Financial Services and was told that I had to handle the process through my local dealer. I contacted Toyota of Keene and made an appointment for the following day.I was met at the door and introduced to Mike Wells who was going to handle the purchase of my SUV. I explained what I wanted to do and why and Mike headed off to talk with the Finance Manager. I was introduced to Valerie and she told me that she'd ran my credit report and discussed a loan for me through a local credit union. What was surprising was the interest rate was a full below the credit union I had belonged to for over 25 years. We signed all the necessary documents and I was on my way.All in all, I have to say all of the folks I met at Toyota of Keene were very highly skilled professionals who went out of their was to accomplish what I wanted to do. Will I deal them in the future? Most definitely. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Again most definitely. Very professional organization who go out of their way to provide top not services!

5 star from me. I am in Arizona and purchased a 'Special Car' on auction. Actually I was 3rd highest but the first 2 did not have financing, so I was offered the car at my bid price, which I jumped on. At zero hour, my credit union said I had to have registration in my name before financing. So I informed Shawn Waters and he hooked me up with their finance dept. They only took a short time before I was approved with a real decent % rate. I am waiting for the car to be picked up and delivered. Thrilled to lease a 2015 RAV4 AWD. Jamie Rios was out standing explaining how a lease worked. He helped me select the perfect vehicle for my needs. Jamie was attentive to my concerns. Be sure to understand the no three day grace period in NH. As I live in Mass, I was unaware of this and was sold a car way above my price range. When speaking with a number of sales staff and business manager, the company would not do anything to help me get into a more affordable vehicle once I signed papers. No acknowledgement either, just sticking with the almighty sale and not the customer. Cooling off periods are not applicable in NH. I will not go there again as I feel it was misrepresented..

We bought 2 vehicles in 1 week from Toyota of Keene. Dealt with Joel on both, he was awesome! I would recommend him to anybody. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He explained everything in the buying process very well, went over the vehicles in great detail. Joel was dealing with the manager Jeff on both occasions, Jeff was ok but not very into the customer. Buying a brand new car (or 2) you might think he would stand up and shake your hand.

I wasn't impressed with their customer service here. I had my own financing but Mike Wells assured me when I went up on a Wednesday night that they could finance me and then it would be easier because there would be less paper work. I went back to see Mike and purchase the car on a Saturday, he knew I was coming, I told him I would be there by noon. Well, he wasn't there and the man I dealt with told me that no, if fact they couldn't get me financed.... It didn't matter to me because I already had my own, but I didn't understand why Mike told me that they could when they in fact, couldn't... The man that I dealt with on Saturday was so abrupt and rude that I left. I ended up going back about a week and a half later, on a Wednesday because I LOVED the car and ended up buying it. The man in finance, Robert was nice and professional but he put 04/04/2015 as the date on the RMV-1 form, when it was actually 4/15/15 and I wouldn't be able to register the car with the incorrect date. I was surprised they wouldn't register it for me but apparently you are on your own when you have your own financing. So, Robert told me that on Thursday he would overnight the revised and corrected RMV-1 form so I could have it by Friday and register it on Monday. Monday rolls around and still no form, I called twice to speak with Robert and was told both times he wasn't answering his phone. Finally I spoke with Valerie Woiciechowski in finance and she informed me that Robert was fired on Friday because "he didn't know what he was doing" but I could go online through my insurance and print out a corrected RMV-1 form. When I asked her about the dealer signature that has to be on the form, she told me to "just forge a signature" so I didn't have to come up and get one because I live in Massachusetts. Also I noticed that on the back of the title they wrote the date of sale as 05/15/15! Luckily, I was able to register the car even though the date was a month off. I was completely unimpressed with the customer service here, Mike was always nice and polite when we dealt with him but the finance managers REALLY dropped the ball & were not helpful in any way. I would never go back here or recommend anyone to go here either. The only reason why I purchased the vehicle through this dealer was because I love the car I ended up getting had all the specs that I wanted.

After shopping for cars for a while and turning up with no luck, it was nice to finally take my last trip to a dealership. With not so great credit I had been turned down by multiple places, and was getting frustrated. I went to a Subaru dealership that totally blindsided me and tried to get me into a 2010 legacy with 137,000 miles, for 300$ a month and an insane interest rate! I had to refuse when I was asking why the monthly payment was so high on an 11,000$ car and found out they added a warranty that jacked up my price by over 50$ a month. When I told them I didn't want a warranty they told me it was required. They also never told me my interest rate until I had to ask, (about 20%). Finally I went to Toyota/Volvo of Keene and they did everything to get me into a NEW 2015 Toyota Corolla, for 249 a month and a non criminal interest rate of about (4.5%) SUCH A HUGH DIFFERENCE!! I'm really happy wit my new car, and both the salesman David Cox, and the finance guy Steve Hill, did everything to help me, and gave me options that would best help me and my credit. It was nice to not be turned away.

I went into the Toyota dealership in Keene and had a fantastic experience working with Ned Lester. He was knowledgeable on the product, a straight shooter, and all around the type of Customer Service experience that you expect but do not always get. On top of that Ned was mellow, not pushy and gave me the information to make a vehicle choice. Great place to purchase a vehicle, I had some add ons put on my vehicle and all was arranged super organized.

What a great place to buy a car! Toyota of Keene as a recommendation from a friend and was very pleased with their personalized service, friendliness and accommodating atmosphere. The salesman took not only our budget but our family needs into consideration. We knew what we wanted and the price range and at the time they didn't have anything in stock however our sales man kept in contact with me over a few weeks and they were able to bring in something that fit all of our needs. They were so welcoming of my kids and my dogs in the showroom while we went through the paperwork. Now that it's been several months I still receive check in calls and am so happy to have purchased a van from Toyota of Keene!

Had been working with Jaime Rios to find me a new 4Runner. Jaime was extremely personable and helpful. My phone calls and emails were always promptly answered and all my questions/concerns were too. Jaime himself would send me different cars that would possibly fit the criteria of what I was looking for... When the right car for me arrived on their lot, my car buying experience with Jaime was seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does . This is the 4th vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Toyota of Keene since 2011 and will definitely come back for our next vehicle... But for now will enjoy my new 2015 4Runner :)

I recently purchased my first vehicle from Toyota of Keene. I usually dread buying cars due to the adversarial nature of the sales model. This was a completely different experience. There was no pressure. Dave Cox was very accommodating about my tight schedule and went to great lengths to expedite the process. The employees seem happy- not pressured or stressed. I think this contributes to the pleasant atmosphere.

My wife finally convinced me that it was time to trade in my 2002 TrailBlazer, when it was costing more to maintain than it would cost for a newer vehicle. I looked online and received several emails and phone calls from various dealers. We wanted to lease, and received a great offer from Toyota of Keene. When we visited, we were told that Randy F. would take care of us, he truly did just that! We test drove and then signed the paperwork for leasing a Rav4. The whole process took about an hour! Randy was friendly, very knowledgeable and I liked him from the start. I received a reasonable price for the TrailBlazer and Val did a terrific job explaining the maintenance options to me. Overall, this was a super experience and I would highly recommend Toyota of Keene to everyone who wants to lease or purchase a new or used vehicle.

I was drawn to Toyota Keene by a really good online price on a 2014 Prius, and everyone I dealt with there was very friendly. I had helpful initial interactions with Kristin Lamoureux online and on the phone, and then with salesman Joel Robinson both on the phone and in person when I went to Keene. Joel is a great guy, very friendly, and was accommodating and straight-forward throughout the process, from having the Prius ready to test drive when I got there, to walking me through the dashboard systems once I'd bought it. I can't say enough about his attention. Valerie Woiciechowski was also very helpful in finding the best financing option for me. She has a good sense of humor too, so that it wasn't a chore to go over the numbers. Though I wasn't totally happy with the trade-in price I was offered for my old Prius, the rest of the experience was excellent, easy, stress-free.

We had a excellent experience while trading our 2011 Ram for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Double Cab. The staff was decent, not at all pushy and seemed eager to work with us. By far the best selection of used Tacoma's in the region. Despite the amount given for our trade, we were happy overall. We will recommend friends and family to check this dealership out when looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely be back.

My dad and I went here on 8/27/14. Mike Wells greeted us at the door. During our 3 test drives, Mike stayed with us the entire time we were there. ( he ate his lunch at his desk while we were test driving) which was very considerate. I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla, and Mike made sure we received every discount, rebate, and trade-in that we were entitled to. Very professional, and a lot of laughs too. The financing thru Steve Hill was professionally and smoothly done. Getting the information to our auto insurance was done quickly the following day by Valerie Woiciechowski. It was a 3 hour drive to get there from home, but definitely well worth the trip. I would certainly go there again, and tell you that there is no better place to buy a car. Kara Webster.

Very low pressure since we were initially "just looking." Found a mint condition xc90 for an unbeatable price and drove it away that afternoon. Great financing department as well! Quick process and great rate through a local credit union.

Recently visited to lease a new Tundra. We first worked with Craig Bourassa at which time we came to an agreement on price and which truck - the truck was not currently at their dealership but we were told we could get it in about 2 weeks. After filling out all financial paperwork we were told the truck we wanted was no longer available, nor could they get us the exact truck we wanted. We ended up deciding to take a different Tundra that was already on their lot but with a bigger motor and higher price. At this time we ended up working with Dave Barrett who we felt was not being completely honest and up front with us. At one point we were even told "we can give you this price as long as you promise an excellent review" and "If we are going to receive a 'bad' review from you we'd rather not do business". I believe in being honest and fair and in the past (this is our 5th vehicle purchased from Fenton Dealerships in the past 4 years) we have always been treated this way at Fenton dealerships but not this time. It is unfortunate, but after this experience we will be going elsewhere.

We were extremely pleased with everything that went into purchasing our new vehicle (Prius) The sales team was very helpful in showing us all of the models that we were interested in and getting us in and out of the dealership with our new vehicle as fast as possible (with two kids in tow, we really appreciated their efficiency on time!) When I started looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I searched online and found the prices at Toyota of Keene competitive with other dealers. The dealership is an hour away from where I live, so I called ahead and they always had models in my price range ready to go for a test drive when I got there. Adam Zinn was very professional and helpful, answering all my questions about each vehicle honestly and without any pressure to buy. Adam is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Toyota vehicles, which gave me confidence in trying a new brand. I also worked with Scott Perry, who was equally knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I appreciated their friendliness and low-key sales approach as I had never bought a car on my own before. Cathy G. was also a help as she kept in touch on-line and assisted with test drive appointments. I could have shopped at dealerships much closer to home, but I had a good feeling about Toyota of Keene and I'm really glad I tried them first. I'm so happy with my new (used) RAV4!

We started out online since we live in the foothills of the White Mountains and Kristen Lamoureux was very helpful. She was not at all pushy and offered great assistance. We did most of the work through emails and phone calls. We made the trip to Toyota of Keene and when we arrived they were ready for us and very accommodating. Mitch was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as we found everyone we worked with to be. We have already recommended them to several people we have talked to since our purchase and assured them that is was worth the trip. We can't really comment on the quality of work yet since we haven't had anything done yet. We are very satisfied with our purchase and experience with Toyota of Keene!

I was in need of a good reliable car, so my friend recommended Toyota of Keene, So off we went. I was greeted by Ned who was very friendly and helpful, told him my price range. and he had 3 vehicle for me to test drive. Buying a car is a very scary experience, since I have never purchased a car from a dealership, So it was nice to be treated with respect and not talked down to, I have gone to other dealers and being female they make you feel helpless and don't know anything, well after I test drove the Nissan, I opened the hood and checked the oil and transmission fluid because by the smell and feel you can tell lots about a car. Ned walked out and offered to help. He was very helpful and easy to talk to it was a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to send people there for a new car.

I traded my '13 Tacoma TRD for an '08 Tundra Double Cab Limited. Wow, what a difference! This Tundra is the truck I was looking for last year! I can't say how appreciative I am for the service and attention given by Scott Perry and Shawn Waters. I bought my Tacoma from Shawn last year and went back to him for the Tundra, but he was tied up with another customer. Thankfully he hooked me up with Scott. Scott made this trade as easy as it could be and had no problem in agreeing to fix the few things I thought needed attention on the Tundra. The experience couldn't have been less stressful and the truck was delivered as promised. I felt the attention they paid to detail was BETTER than I expected. Thank you Scott! ?

You will feel welcomed and taken care of just like family from the moment you enter. It was very difficult for me to let go of my old car, which I loved so much, but thanks to the positive attitude and highly adept and knowledgable people here, I not only found a car, but left feeling complete and happy about my decision. Unlike some dealers who will junk an old car that was traded in like my Saab, these folks will do their best to prolong its life. Even work with Big Brothers and Sisters of America to give my car to a deserving home. Magnifico!

The reason why I've given the great ratings in this review is so simple...these guys could not have been better in any way at all. From the getgo, they were the best. Personable, so cooperative and fair, so thorough...just the BEST! This started with an internet contact and continued on from there, and at the end we drove away in our new RAV4. We have done business w the Fenton dealerships before (Honda and Toyata) and have always been pleased..this time we were just blown away by the quality of the business practice and the peerless work of Shawn, Jeff, and Stacy.

Internet sales rep Cathy, called me at home, and asked if I still had my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I sad yes, and I still love it! She asked if I was interesting of upgrading to a new 2014 Corolla, and I said I don't need one, mine is great! I love my car! She said to please stop by and see if we can change your mind! I told her, they would have to make a really good deal for that to happen! I drove up and met with Dave, the Sales manager, and he hooked me up with Joel Robinson! I have purchased from Joel before, and have a tremendous amount of trust in him and with the Dealership after my previous experience with them! He is really an awesome man! Well, he put me in a new Toyota, and I test drove it! The new upgrade is awesome!!! Back up camera! New dashboard! Higher gas mileage! Blue tooth Technology with voice activation!! Oh My God!! It rocks!!! Dave & Joel put me in this new car right at my current payment for my previous Toyota!!! My wife loves the car!!! The whole staff was friendly warm and courteous. After months of hemming and hawing about whether or not to buy a truck, I finally decided to go for it. Toyota.com has a "build your vehicle" section, and upon completing that, I had settled on the 2014 Tacoma-regular cab-4x4-automatic trans.-in silver. When I hit the "get a quote" button, I was emailed a few minutes later by Cathy Gannoe. I explained to her what I was looking for, and she said it would be no problem to locate exactly what I wanted. After a couple emails back and forth, we even finalized the sale price. That evening Joel Robinson called to say he would be handling the sale, and he was able to take to take my info over the phone in order to expedite the paperwork process at the dealership. This all happened on a Monday, and by Thursday the exact truck I wanted was on the lot ready for me to pick up. I was having some trouble coming up with a ride to the dealership, but Joel said, "No problem, I'll come get you." When I arrived Valerie had all my paperwork ready to go. I think the time from walking in the door to walking out with the keys in my hand was less than 30 minutes. Joel topped off the gas tank and I was ready to roll. Everyone I dealt with at Toyota/Volvo of Keene was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I saw a car online at Toyota of Keene that we wanted to look at. We weren't planning to purchase that day, but we drove over an hour to check it out. As soon as we arrived we were introduced to Scott Perry. Scott was friendly and attentive. The car we were interested in was brought around and we went for a test drive. Wow, we loved it. What pushed us over the top was Scott's easy, no-pressure approach. We are an older couple and truly appreciate that. So we ended up trading in our 16-year-old RAV4 for a 3-year old model. Because we hadn't planned to buy, our car had a lot of stuff in it, and Scott even helped us move it over to the new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and got the job done. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Keene, and especially Scott Perry. We wish all sales people were as good as he is.

Words don't explain how well I was treated by Adam. As a young driver, he explained EVERY little thing to me in extreme detail, and didn't make me feel like an idiot. They handled my car with care, and didn't leave it stinking of oil and grease. Paid a lower than expected amount key and labor. Was in and out in less than an hour. Adam gave me his card, and shook my hand. I was even left with a decal and they put some bolts on my license plate for me. Boston Volvo Village doesn't compare to how I feel about them.

After two very bad car purchase experiences, I followed my daughter and son-in-law's lead and went to Toyota of Keene. They have two cars from Toyota of Keene and are extremely pleased with the dealership. Knowing how skeptical I was after my previous dealings, they told me to ask for Joel Robinson. I couldn't be more pleased with Joel as he patiently helped me through the process of selecting the right car. We now have three Toyota RAV4s in the family and I will not hesitate to recommend this excellent dealership to family and friends.

After starting a business i realized we needed a bigger vehicle and more powerful, i contacted David cox who had sold us our other vehicle and told him my plan, he not only got us a fantastic deal but he went out of his way to find us the perfect tundra for what i needed. David is a fantastic sales man and we will only go through him in the future, he takes all of our needs into consideration and delivers a fantastic product!!!!! Upon scheduling service for my 2011 Tacoma, I received an email from Toyota regarding interest in selling my truck. Truly, besides the high monthly payment, I highly enjoyed my truck. I am a bona fide truck girl. So, I really believed that my needs and wants could not be met by any other vehicle. Scott Perry convinced me otherwise. My stipulations for an alternate included the vehicle had to tow like a truck, had to be roomey, had to handle rough terrain, had to have 4 wheel drive, and decrease my monthly payment (or be worth a high monthly payment). Scott respectfully noted my stipulations and satisfied all of them by introducing my to the 2014 FJ Cruiser!!! An FJ Cruiser!!!!!! Once I sat in the FJ I knew the deal was done and it worked out perfectly. I am also 8 weeks pregnant so the space of the FJ and the extra space in the back will give plenty of room for baby "stuff" and a place for my dog (avoiding her leaving muddy paw prints on the seats). LOVE IT!!

First let me start out by saying that I dread the who;e purchasing car ordeal. Randy made my experience a pleasure. He helped me get into the make of vehicle that I wanted. When we started we where looking at used cars and when we got done, we ended up in a lease, (new vehicle), for less money on our monthly payment. We are very happy, Randy did a great job! He listened to our concerns and out us in the right car.A very positive experience, I know when I come back at the end of our lease, I hope Randy is still employed at Keene Toyota, he will be the first person that I will look for.

We chose to look for our next car here because of the consistently high quality service we've gotten on our old Camrys. We never felt pressured by anyone in the sales department. In fact, when we told one salesman we were not ready to buy, he cheerfully acknowledged that, but left us with a business card "just in case". When we decided it was time to move forward, we returned, test drove cars, asked a lot of questions, and made an appointment for a week later to think it over and revisit the cars - still NO PRESSURE - just lots of good information. In the end, Joel had exactly the car sitting on the lot - he knew his inventory and had spent enough time with us to translate "what we thought we wanted" into the right vehicle, price, and trim package.Afterwards my husband commented that purchasing this Toyota was a great experience from beginning to end and completely opposite the fast-talking pushy you-need-to-buy-more-because-you-can-afford-more experience we had previously at another area Toyota dealershipWhat we appreciate even more is that, as people on a tight budget, we were never demeaned or dismissed in any way, but made to feel as important as another guy purchasing a Lexus or high end Volvo. I was referred to Toyota of Keene, specifically Dave Barrett. I was in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma. These vehicles are not easy come buy do to their high resale value and customer satisfaction. Dave was quick in returning my initial phone call, answered my questions, and asked what I was looking for. He ensured me that my business was to him, and that he would work with me while searching for a vehicle. I located a used Tacoma on the Toyota of Keene website. I contacted Dave, and the transaction was flawless. I was treated very fair on my trade, and also with the price of the used Tacoma. When the deal was reached, Dave made sure that of our questions and needs were met prior to picking up the vehicle. When the pick-up day arrived, I was introduced to Joel Robinson. Joel was assigned the task of ensuring my sale went smoothly. Joel introduced me to Valerie who led me through the seemless process of vehicle financing. There were no hidden agendas, no back door deals, just honest sales people who wanted to make the customer satisfied. Joel took the time to walk through my new vehicle and answered all my questions. I just purchased my second new car from Toyota of Keene and couldn't be happier. I live in the Boston area, and even though I am 90 minutes away, I returned to Toyota of Keene due to the absolutely great experience I had before. They are 110% dedicated to customer service, honesty, and attention to detail. The entire experience was nothing but perfect. I worked with the manager, Dave Barrett, to find a 2014 Highlander with the exact configuration that I wanted. Jaime Rios worked with me the day I picked up the car, and couldn't have been nicer. I can say outright, that I have never had a more positive and painless experience when purchasing my car. I came seeking one car that i had researched. Adam took me from where I was in my research to a test drive, and then a very thorough explanation of the process. Adam answered all the questions I could raise at the time of purchase. I received a good estimate on my trade and after getting approved I met with Valerie who explained the extended warranty, as well as talking with her about things we had in common - softball, etc. She really helped with the numbers. I left a couple of hours later driving my Yaris home and feeling like the people at Toyota of Keene were a very large but close knit family. This is the place to buy a car, because there is no pressure, sales people are patient and knowledgeable of their product and the industry. 10 stars for Adam, Valerie and Dave Barrett. Craig Bourassa was our sales rep and he was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Craig was very knowledgeable. We were looking for something specific and he was able to deliver the truck (Tacoma) we wanted. The dealership conducts business in a very "no nonsense" manner. We got a good trade-in for our truck and was able to negotiate on something extra that the truck we were buying didn't have on it already. We've done business with this family in the past and would happily do so again in the future. We've already recommended them to friends.

I met David Cox when I visited TVK to test drive a 2014 Prius v. He was very friendly & forthright during my time there. I told him I had been in contact with a couple of dealerships through Costco & BJ's but that I'd be happy to allow TVK to compete for my business. In a nutshell, TVK came close enough & David's customer service shone so I decided to keep my purchase local! David even drove to our home so we could sign all of the documents as we were frantically preparing to leave on vacation!Overall, an excellent experience. I hope that I don't need to visit their service department much to be able to comment on that!!

I went into Toyota not knowing what to expect. I had just learned that my 2006 Subaru Impreza (with only 134K miles on it) was going to cost over $2,000 to fix due to a blown cylinder in the engine - so it wasn't worth it to fix it. So I needed a car ASAP. My visit to Subaru earlier that day was just frustrating and I did not like how I was treated. The second I met Joel Robinson at Toyota of Keene I knew I was in the right place. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and he made it happen. He didn't pressure me or try and coerce me into getting anything I wasn't interested in. He was a great salesman, the best I've ever had! He was very knowledgeable and I loved his personality. I ended up driving that home in a brand new Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be happier!

I went to toyota of keene in hopes of trading in my older toyota truck for a newer one without breaking my bank acct and was greeted by Ned Lester who was very helpfull and knowledgeable with helping me decide what i was looking for and at no point did he make me feel presured or rushed to make a sale. Once i selected the truck i wanted we sat down and to put all the info together to get an overveiw of what the final sale would look like before making my final decision. feelin very comfortable and informed i said lets go for it. At that point i was introduced to steve Hill for financing and final paperwork who was again efficient and knowledgeable and feel confident that he was able to get me the best deal possible. I am now enjoying my new (used) truck . So if you are in the market for a new car or truck at a good price with no hassel no pressure sales and service staff stop in to toyota/volvo of keene and ask for Ned Lester and Steve Hill.

I spoke with Kristen , whom I met on the internet website. She sent me pictures of cars she thought I would like. When I first got to The Dealership, I met with Ned. What I liked about Ned is he wasn't pushy, Ned was very pleasant and knew the product of the cars very well. Ned even showed me the car fax and consumer ratings of the car I was buying. When I found the car I liked. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I then met Dave the credit person, that went well, then to Steve the financial paper guru.Steve explained every piece of paper in terms I could understand as I signed each sheet. When I drove home that day in my new car I felt confident with how the whole experience went. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

My representative, Adam Zinn, could not have been more professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly & helpful.I was not looking forward to this visit at all -- but had no choice -- my '97 Toyota Camry was done. When all was said and done, I thought to myself, "wow, that wasn't bad at all" -- If you are interested in a Toyota I highly recommend Toyota of Keene. I can't speak to the other salespeople, but if they conduct their business the same way Adam did with me, you can't go wrong.

I went to trade my Avalon with 80000+ miles on it for a car with less miles. Shawn Waters showed me several options suiting my needs and also told me that the new cars were financing at 0 percent interest. As I wanted a car with very little miles Shawn helped me figure out that it would actually cost me less in the long run to buy the new car. I chose a 2014 Camry and he showed all the varies colors he had in stock. I made my choice was introduced to the finance guy, signed the papers and had my new car by the end the same day. Great experience. I have bought several cars from the Toyota garage using Shawn Waters as a sales person each time. I will and have recommended him and the dealership to my friends, coworkers and family.

My wife and I came by Toyota of Keene because we'd been thinking of buying a Matrix for about a year and had planned to buy it at this dealership, because of the high level of customer service that Toyota of Keene is known for. When a goober on rt. 2 in Fitchminster, MA rammed my old 1999 Chevy Prizm [aka Toyota Corolla] bare bones, commuter mobile, we decided to check out the Matrix. We went to the Web site and to our horror, found out that the Matrix was being discontinued. We were all set for high-pressure, tag-team sales tactics, since we'd never actually bought a new car before. I had worked as a mechanic while studying at Virginia Tech and I'd always been pretty good at selecting good used vehicles and either doing maintenance work myself or finding a master mechanic who had more tools, brains and a lift to help me get the old cars back on the highway. I drive as much as 700 miles/week and my wife has a 180 mile commute two days/week.At any rate, we were very motivated buyers. Ned greeted us at the door and showed us the last Matrix on the showroom floor. It's basically a Corolla wagon with AWD and a 2.4 litre engine. After getting a worry-free 240,000+ miles out of the Prizm, and plenty of worries from a Subaru Impreza, an F150 and a Nissan Sentra, I was ready to buy the last Matrix that had been reduced by $3000. We test drove a 2009 Matrix that had just been traded the day before. Because the trade-in was so well-maintained and coated in the color that my wife liked, we ended up buying both - the 2013 with cash and we financed the 2009. Ned was very easy-going and knowledgeable, so he made our experience a lot of fun and minimally stressful. He and Steve Hill were very patient with us [and our wild 8-year-old daughter]. Steve got us a great rate for the 2009 loan. Their manager, Dave Barret, was also very helpful in giving us discounts and telling us how much they appreciated our trust in them and their products. My wife and I were very impressed with this professional team and would recommend Toyota of Keene to anyone looking to purchase a Volvo or Toyota, either pre-owned or new. Ned is also one of the leasing experts and would be a good contact if that were the desired option.

I just recently filled out a review for my wife and mother's purchase. I said that I would be back for my next purchase. Today (12/22/13) is the day I finalized the purchase of my new Toyota Tundra. I really appreciate Adam Zinn and Dave Barrett giving me the time to resolve in my mind whether to buy new or pre-owned. At no point in time did I ever feel pressured. In fact, I feel bad that I dragged Adam and Dave through the wringer. At first I thought I wanted one type of truck, then the next day my mind changed, the next day, it changed again. This went on for awhile until I finally resolved my needs and wants. I ended up doing a lot of research and finally settled on a black Tundra crew max. Our family commutes long distances and we have gone through far too many cars. Nearly 14 years ago I was referred to this dealership by a friend who works in the industry as a service manager (for another brand). I just purchased my fourth Toyota, three of them from Toyota of Keene. The price has always been very reasonable right from the start. When I have called in to see what is available (or checked on line) they are up to date on their inventory and will not lie about what is in stock just to get me in the door. I have also found that they usually have what I want for options on the lot, and have noticed that they seem to have a better variety of options available for their customers. But, the most important part of the experience has been the well informed, no pressure sales experience. My most recent purchase from Ned Lester, Dave Barrett and Valerie Woiciechowski went very well.

The staff was prompt to greet us when we arrived and made us very comfortable while we waited to start our new car buying process. The dealership was very clean and spacious. Our wait was not long when our salesperson Ned Lester came to get us and then showed us the vehicle we were interested in. Ned took us for a test drive in a new 2014 Toyota Corolla. He showed us how all the features work in the car. It was a great test drive and we knew this would be the car we would buy. In the business office Steve Hill took great care in helping us to get the options that were right for us for our purchase. He explained in great detail all the paperwork that we signed and what it all meant and made sure we were comfortable with all the items that pertained tour new Toyota Corolla. My husband and I went to the Fenton Dealership to test drive a new Toyota Avalon. We spoke with Jaime Rios who first told us about the unique changes in the new Avalon compared to our 2005. Jamie answered the many questions we had with his expertise. We then drove the Avalon and loved the ease of handling, the quietness, the sound system and the many new features. What impressed us about that drive is that Jaime took us over some back roads, even a short dirt road with sharp curves, instead of staying on the highway. We were sold on the car. Jaime made the experience of buying a car so easy and exciting for both of us. He also initiated a good deal that pleased us. We would highly recommend seeing Jaime for your next new or used car.

These guys were great. I made initial contact with them via the internet and received a very quick response in return. I explained that I lived a few hours away and wanted to have to make only one trip to the dealership. Joel answered every question I had, worked with his finance manager to secure financing (at a very good rate considering my credit issues) and had everything buttoned up before I made the trip to Keene.Once there, the entire staff was super friendly and worked to make my visit very pleasurableeven giving my 7 yr. old son a place to charge is tablet. My husband and I stopped in to look at used trucks. We had very specific features that we wanted and were seriously considering a vehicle that another (non-Toyota) dealer had to offer. Mitchell showed us what was on the lot and checked what other dealers had. His approach was friendly, helpful and not at all aggressive. Before we left we asked him to give us an idea of what a new Tacoma with the desired features would cost. He gave us that information and we left. We went to the other dealer intending to purchase a truck we had looked at previously. The sales people were aggressive, condescending and phony- everything we had come to expect through years of car buying experience. We went directly back to Toyota of Keene and, with Mitchell's help, bought a new Tacoma. We paid a little more than we would have for the other make, but feel we got a better deal overall. When someone believes in the quality and value of the item they are selling, strong-arm tactics are not necessary. We have bought three vehicles from this dealer over the past 15 years. From now on they will be our first stop every time.

On Veterans Day I took a ride to check out the scenery of Keene NH which is quite exquisite being a MA resident. I had gotten my 2010 corolla serviced thru this dealership before on word of mouth a few times and always came up real happy. The staff there is always genuine, enjoyable and real helpful. Upon stopping there I was only there to take a sneak peak of the new 2014 corolla which has a completely different design. David Cox and Adam Zinn were both very helpful in finding and test driving the new 2014 le eco Corolla. David could tell me each model and what they each include and what colors they come in while Adam was back in a flash gassing up and putting plates on for the test drive. Such efficiency this crew has and after falling completely in love with this car, I went to David Barrett where he help me get the paper work going and how to trade in my car. He gave me what I thought was the best trade I could imagine with my car and what I thought was a very reasonable monthly price. He went over everything and talked so that I could understand and stopped when I had questions and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making. I never felt pushed or rushed or felt obligated to do or make any decisions. While being here I never felt like I was dealing with a bunch of salesmen it just felt like family. I signed all the paper work with Val Woiciechowski where we went thru everything and made sure I had no questions. Finally Mitchell Piper handed me my keys and went over all the new technology that I am clueless about which is rare in a person under the age of 30. He made sure I knew all the features and had me test them all. That night I walked away with confidence, style and a brand new car. I am so happy in my decision to go thru Toyota of Keene; where their staff and work is truly exceptional and they make you feel at home. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends without a doubt!! Its been two days since then but I wake up happy and run to my window just to check it out everytime!

My wife and I were looking for a car for our daughter and were very impressed with the quality of the cars they had. Shawn was very helpful and let us take the cars for a drive without any pressure. We picked out a Volvo and we given a fair price for a car that was going to be fully serviced at their Volvo dealership. When my daughter and I arrived to pick up the car they had it waiting outside fully detailed and filled up with gas. Buying from a dealership that knows the cars they sell far outweighs going to a small car lot where they purchase their cars from the auto auctions and do not have the service capabilities to properly service them. We know our car was serviced by Volvo mechanics. The whole experience was pressure free and we would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

While I didn't need to be "sold" on the new Sienna since I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted, both the sales rep, Ned Lester, and the woman in the business office, Linda, made me feel that this was a family affair. They were both friendly and courteous from beginning to end.The 7-10 days before arriving at the dealership, I had been working with someone over the phone to find the exact package I wanted. That too was far easier than I expected. And the vehicle I wanted was found in far less time than I anticipated. Overall, this is a top rated dealership in my mind and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I called Mitch Piper to inquire about a new Camry, as he had just sold my son a new Toyota truck. He was very helpful, and after some long distance negoiating we set up a day to drive the 200+ miles and pick up our new Camry. Once at the dealership, both Mitch and Steve Hill were like family, they made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. Steve set up our finances and spent more than an hour with us going over everything. We saved over $4000 by making the drive to Keene, compared to the best deal we could get on our trade in from the Vermont dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the New England area. I have purchased close to 50 new cars in my lifetime and these guys are the best.

We had bought a 2011 Rav4 Limited with which we were very pleased. However, my husband did not like the way the tailgate opened and wanted to check out the new Rav4 when we went for service. We dealt with Mike Downes the other time and found him to be extremely helpful and NOT at all pushy, as most salesmen tend to be that I have dealt with in the past. We got the price we wanted to trade and when we picked up our new vehicle everything was ready and Mike was extremely helpful in telling us about new things on it. Valerie was also a pleasure to deal with and has a charming personality and put us completely at ease. We were out of the dealership in less than an hour and my husband is EXTREMELY happy with his new vehicle. We will certainly recommend Toyota of Keene to anyone looking for a car and a good deal.

We researched the Toyota online that we wanted then went to Toyota of Keene. We were greeted promptly by Craig and test drove the model. Craig spent considerable time explaining all options available to us and then went to work locating the vehicle model and color we wanted. He also secured our financing at a low, competitive rate. Within three days our financing was approved and the vehicle delivered to the dealership. We then met with Steve Hill to do all his magic with the copious amounts of paperwork. The only glitch was with Amica not sending the RMV forms over with the correct info. Steve called them back until they finally got it right! Craig and Steve were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We live in MA and they are doing all the registry running for us also. Couldn't ask for anything more! Our vehicle will be ready for us at a time that is convenient for us. What more could you ask for? Great dealership, excellent staff and a beautiful new Tacoma! Best car buying experience we've ever had.

I have had a great experience each time I have bought or leased from toyota of Keene. When it is time for a new car I always return here (at least 5 cars purchased or leased here). Here is the best though, without getting too personal, my credit is not so great lately - we went through hurricane Irene and had alot of damage and expenses. I thought I should shop around a little this time and look for something less expensive (I was leasing a prius). I was reminded why I always go back to Toyota. Plus, Steve Hill went to bat for me and it does pay to be a loyal customer - they were able to help me out and get a good price and rate on a 2014 toyota corrolla eco plus - which I LOVE! I am still impressed that they did this and that toyota financial came through for me. I seriously haven't had any company go out of their way like this for me, but I believe they just do business like this. I have worked with Jaime Rios the last few times and he is great, Adam Zinn came through for me and helped me out, making sure we could get what I wanted (when I didn't feel like I had any options at all). I drove away with a beautiful new corrolla. My husband had a corrolla for 450,000 miles and gave it to someone to have for free because it was still drivable. Anyway, use these guys, they are normal, not pushy, informative, not full of it, they come through for you, even when they have to put more time in for you. I really felt like they were happy to do it. Plus, they knew I lived far away and they had everything ready when I showed up. Excellent experience. It is an easy choice, check it out.

I've had many friends go to this dealership and were completely happy. I saw a car online that I really liked and it was the only car I'd consider. We found the car fairly quickly on the lot and when we went to look for a salesman to get more information Scott found us. He was very pleasant, very honest. I was looking at a BMW which this was a Toyota dealership so this wasn't something he dealt with very often but he was willing to find all the answers to my questions. I had explained that I had some credit issues and didn't even think it was possible but I was interested. We went inside and he sat us down and offered us refreshments then went to the financing guy and asked about the situation. I was immediately rebuffed since it was an older car with many miles on it. I understand this financing issue and explained that I had been pre-approved for a loan online and was able to use Scott's desk to get the documents printed. He brought them to 2 managers who both said that they couldn't use that financing since it's not a company they dealt with. This is an understandable situation so I was ready to leave. Scott stopped me because he noticed one of the dealers on the documents was Hyundai of Keene which is their sister company. He called Dennis over there and asked about this financing and next thing I knew Scott was off to bring the car up so we could take it on a test drive to Hyundai of Keene to see if we could get it approved. He forfeited the sale to another salesman so he could make sure I got what I wanted. This is a very admirable quality in a salesman and I know the next time I'm in the market looking for a car(since I did end up getting better financing and purchasing the car) I hope Scott is still at Toyota since he is a great salesman. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves

We went to the dealership in the market for a used Prius. Despite Ned Lester's efforts to locate one, that particular car proved difficult to find. We left it with Ned that we would search for one on our own. Ned didn't put any pressure on us to keep our business with him or the dealership (perhaps because he knew we'd be back!). When we'd had no luck, I got back in touch with Ned, who asked us if we'd considered a new Prius C, which we had not done for financial reasons. After talking to other dealerships and doing more research, we ended up purchasing a new Prius C from the dealership for three reasons: Ned and the Sales Manager were willing to work with us in terms of the price; it was a great car that met our needs but that we hadn't considered; and we didn't feel any pressure to make a decision (or even buy a car from the dealership). After years of pushy car salesmen, this was very refreshing! We will definitely return to the dealership in the future.

Working with Toyota of Keene to buy my new car was a refreshingly wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. There was no pressure, only attentive listening and grand service. Better than that... they are honest and generous. The thing that impressed me most is that they were all this AND gave me the best "bottom line" price for my new vehicle. And it was the best "bottom line" price out of five local Toyota dealerships I went to. Not the best by a little, but by $700 to $2,000! THEN, they offered me twice the $ that I believed my trade in to be worth. Financing was efficient and stress free. It just kept getting better. I am not an naive person. I know what the average car salesmen is capable of; I do not make friends even with the friendliest of them and I am a tough negotiator. I do my homework and refuse to speak to any salesman who would insult my intelligence by trying to take advantage of me. My salesman at Toyota of Keene was not your average car salesman. Mine was the best there ever was. He didn't waste a moment of my time. He was empathetic to the position of being on my side of the table and very respectful during our negotiations.From past experiences elsewhere, I had become a person who dreaded the stress of buying a new car. Finding a salesman and a dealership full of salesmen that did the right thing by the buyer in every way was not was I was expecting. I kept waiting for the catch and it never came. What a concept. Great business practices and great people. It was a joy to buy from Toyota of Keene in Swanzy NH. I will do it again in another 8-10 years (aren't Toyotas great?!) and I have recommended them to every person I have come in contact with since. Jamie Rios, Steve Hill.... Thank you. We are first time buyers and we didnt have much of a credit score and were in a bind, that was not a problume for Dave Cox and Steve Hill, they both went above and beyond what they had to do in order to get us into a vehicle, they went to bat for us and pull more strings then anyone else would of. Very good at Sales. Not so good on Customer Service after the fact. One of there "reasons to buy" is the Shuttle service. The last time I waited almost and hour and a half. Today i was told 15-20 minutes, reasonable. After waiting 35 minutes I ask the front desk. They say they will call. Then she walks into the waiting area and says it will be another 25 minutes. I was less than thrilled. Asked to speak with a manager, got the ho hum, and then the Sales manger I spoke with left a more sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, no apologies, he seemed annoyed to be even talking to me, he did have someone give me a ride, but instead of me feeling like they care, i get the feeling that after they sold me the new car, I wasn't worth talkin to. The guy who drove me (John) very pleasant and you can tell that he actually cares about his company. If service after the sale is important, be careful.

I had problems with the rotors they weren't smooth when braking. I emailed the 2 sales people and after a couple of days they did get back to me and did fix the issue.

Worked with a multitude of people when I brought in my truck for servicing and decided then to trade it it. Service at this dealership is the best that you can get. Excellent sales team and friendly service. If you are looking at a Prius I would recommend speaking with Mitchell Piper he seems to know everything you need to know about this particular vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota with Ned and he is a good sales person. Adam Zinn was very friendly and helpful when I first arrived and Valerie was energetic and fast even when doing paper work late.

Jamie was great! Jamie and Dave were very responsive. I always felt like I was in good hands. Finding the truck I wanted probably wasn't the easiest task for Jamie and Dave but they came through! Jamie and Dave were always in touch with me throughout the location process of my truck, I never had to call in to find out what was going on. There is a unique feel at this dealership with this team, my wife and I felt comfortable as we worked with them. We trusted them and could tell they genuinely cared; we didn't feel like we were just another sale at a typical car dealership. I look forward to my next buying experience here.

Well I didn't really want another car, but I ignored a "funny noise" and my poor Echo ended up dead on arrival.Ned was great even though I was a bit politically incorrect and got me into a Corolla. I just hope I will learn to love it as much.Almost painless transaction even though I had too many not so good things going on in my life and I was distracted.My old car was totally full of junk (my life) and Ned even helped me with that and reclaiming a computer I left in my rental.Val got me financed and documented lickedy split and I am looking forward to my first oil change and those great bagels!

I have given to rating above because this was the most enjoyable new car purchase I have ever made. I had already started working with Cathy (through Internet sales) and she sent me info a pricing on the Rav I wanted and the next model up( which is what we ended up with). I had done some research on price and felt the price I was given was in line with the prices in the area. She had the car pulled for us for when we we able to come in and test drive. This is where we met Mike. Mike greeted us promptly and got things "rolling" for us. We loved the Rav Limited we est drove, but decided we were interested in having Nav. Mike looked on line and said he wild be able to get one for us in the color we wanted. Although we we're not in a rush, Mike was able to deliver in a few days. When we picked up the vehicle, Mike had everything ready and then we sat with Valerie, to go over the paperwork. She worked with us on the best Ext warranty/ maint. Options would work best based on my mileage per year. She worked with us to get our payment where we were comfortable and we felt we mad the right decision. We have a camry with 220.000 miles ( our beater car;) and I am so excited to have another Toyota. Mike, Cathy, and Valerie made this purchase experience easy and comfortable. No one was pushy. They all worked with you and I would definitely send people to Toyota/Volvo of Keene. When someone spends a lot of money, o matter what it is they are buying, you need to walk away feeling it was right. My husband and I have no doubt, it was right. Thanks everyone!

Craig was very polite and informative about the Avalon I looked at. As we took a test drive, he explained many of the features of the car, but was not overly "pushy". When we sat down to discuss the purchase price, he was very helpful helping me come to a decision and how best to handle the registration because I was a Vermont resident. Valerie was also very polite and went over all the options available for a new car buyer. I purchased my new Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Keene, and I have had it serviced there as well. I have ALWAYS been treated so great there. I live and hour away and I went to a local tire dealership for new tires. The tire dealership in greenfield MA did a terrible job and Toyota of Keene corrected both issues that i was left to deal with. They have gone above and beyond even when it was just over a noise I was hearing. I will never take my truck to any other place for service. Not for ANYTHING, EVER. TOYOTA OF KEENE PUTS ALL THE REST TO SHAME!!!!Chris and John in service are great. They are always respectful and very down to earth.They are very good people persons. The mechanics are the best too. We test drove a variety of SUVs before settling on the RAV 4 Ltd (2013). We weren't sure if we were going to trade our car or try to sell it ourselves. Mike worked with us and though we tried to sell it on our own, we ended up trading it in and Mike met us halfway on the trade in. He was professional yet very friendly. The rest of the crew in the showroom were helpful and friendly as well even though it wasn't their sale. It was a great experience and we love our new Rav 4. This is our 4th Toyota...why drive anything else?

I was looking for a used vehicle and I came upon their site with a used Honda Ridgeline, drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. Upon entering I was greeted by David who asked how can I help you. he allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive and listed to my every detail that I was looking for. I left there facility 4 hours later with the truck, I would consider driving another 2 hours again to see these guys again in the future.

We did our shopping for a 2013 Prius online and Keene Toyota came close enough to the best price we found that we chose not to travel further. The purchase was fast and painless. None of the stereotypical process that we have come to hate when buying a car. Ned Lester was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for a more efficient and pleasant experience. The financial guy, Steve, was another plus. It goes without saying that we our pleased with the car as well. It is over a month and we have no second thoughts about the Prius purchase. We are very lucky to have this dealership in our orbit.

My father-in-law bought a truck from David. David knew we were looking for something for our family. He called us when a Toyota Sienna came in. We came in to test-drive it and ended up buying it. He found exactly what we were looking for and he was great to us through the whole process.I owned a Honda Civic and brought it to Honda of Keene to get some work done on it. Word got to David that I would be on the lot and interested in looking at some cars. My car had just turned over 146,000 so I knew its days were numbered. David called my wife's cell and said to stop by while my car was being serviced and he would let me drive a few cars. Before I knew it, he found the car that said, "Buy me!" I wanted my wife to see it and planned to come back in a day or so with her. He asked if I wanted to drive it home. Really? Well, it was the ultimate test drive and I fell in love with the car that much more. I returned to the dealership only to sign the papers and to clean out the rest of the stuff from my old car!David is an awesome salesman. He's friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get you into a car that meets all of your needs. I never once felt pressured into buying any car. And I definitely felt that David did what he could to get me into a new (to me) car. Steve was very nice and clearly explained all the paperwork as we went through the process. We couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated and how courteous the staff has been.

This is the second car that I've purchased from Keene Toyota. In both instances, I was pleased with the purchase price and the professionalism of the sales staff (Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Finance Manager). They were informative, helpful and truthful and knowledgeable about their product. Shawn Waters has been most helpful and has called several times to see if I had any problems/questions...very customer service oriented. I will not hesitate to return when ready to purchase my next car.

I went down to Fenton just to test drive a Corolla and because of their fair price and what they gave me for my trade, I drove home with my 2010 Corolla that day! They were all very helpful and far from pushy - which has been my number one issue with car dealerships. I would highly recommend Toyota of Keene and we will be going back in the future for our next vehicle purchase.

Bought a brand new Camry... The car is gorgeous and all of the vehicles there look meticulously maintained, both new & used... The dealership is clean, well laid out, and professional... There is a very large inventory of both new & used vehicles to choose from... I appreciated the internet price option with the entire inventory on line to do the shopping BEFORE going there as I don't like to be followed around while comparing vehicles... The salesman, Shawn, was extremely friendly, very polite & knowledgeable, seems to be a straight-shooter without 'salesman double-talk' techniques so we felt he was honest & straightforward... He answered all of our questions readily & completely, without any hesitation. We came in with the internet 'bottom line prices' in hand, so we started from there. That meant that the agreement on the price was done without the typical 'let me go ask my manager' nonsense that so many places employ trying to come to an agreeable price without giving more away than necessary. I prefer that a dealership simply cut to the chase to where they will go to instead of dick around for hours when they already know their bottom price in advance... So why spend hours getting there? Shawn was honest about the 'trade in situation' and so we chose not to trade in because it was in our best interests not to because it would not have shifted the price any lower, it was as low as it could reasonably go (A price verified by contacting two other dealers to see if they could do it one better, but they actually couldn't even match it unless we qualified as college students - We don't--)... So, we felt comfortable that the price was fair to everyone, so we bought it... The dealership also offers excellent maintenance options and reasonably priced add ons for peace of mind to the customer... The process was fast & easy. No BSing around. The price offered was fair & reasonable. The finance process quick & painless. Steve Hill, the finance mgr, was very knowledgeable, professional, and FAST... The paperwork, while always a ton of it no matter where you buy a car, was fast, fully & clearly explained, easy to understand, and took minimal time to complete. We were very pleased that they also offered a Zero % interest rate with the option of as little as Zero down... The only suggestion I'd make is for them to put that prominently on their website as I didn't notice that they offered it and almost went somewhere else that had what seemed to be a lower interest rate than them... We were pleasantly surprised to discover ZERO% and he let us know about it right away when we arrived, making us that much more likely to agree to a sale with their dealership... (I'm sure it is nationwide through Toyota, but did not SEE it offered on the website)... That isn't a complaint, simply a suggestion... (-;All in all, it was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had... and we've bought a LOT of cars over the years, so that is high praise... I'd rate them A+++ and recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a fair & reasonable price... They won't beat it anywhere else...

From the moment I began working with Adam Zinn I knew that I had found the right salesman for me. No high pressure, just educational facts to help me make my decision. I left town shortly after and Adam and I finished the entire purchase via email. Adam responded to all my questions in a timely manner. It felt as if he was my partner in making sure I got the car I wanted and needed. None of the high power pushing or the scary "car salesman" tactics where you feel that you are at the mercy of someone because you want a particular car. I actually got a slightly better price elsewhere and Adam worked with me on meeting the price. I wanted to give Adam the deal because he was the best salesman I had ever worked with. I have been buying cars for 40+ years and have had some negative experiences for sure. Working with the Fenton Family has consistently been the most comfortable, reliable, and best dealership that I have known. I purchased a Honda from them a few years ago and enjoyed the ease of the transaction. Still Adam Zinn at Fenton's Toyota is the most knowledgable, friendly and helpful salesman I have ever had anywhere. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam in particular.

No gimmicks, balloons, contests etc. I started this journey on the internet and the Internet Sales staff not only responded fast, arranged my test drive and even called me back to insure things went fine. The Internet Staff (Kira) did a great job!Jaime Rios (My salesperson) was knowledgeable, polite, attentive and responsive. This is the way car sales should be. I have had over 20 years of sales experience and I was impressed at the way this Fenton Family Dealership operated. There is something to be said when you encounter a sales staff that is not only experienced but also tenured at one dealership.There were a few issues that Jaime and I had identified on my used car and they were all corrected prior to delivery. My new to me used car was professionally detailed and mechanically ready which eased the delivery.I cannot say enough good things! Valerie in the Business office was also very professional and polite without yet again no high pressure tactics.I would not hesitate to to recommend the Fenton Family Dealerships. In August 2012, my wife and I visited Keene Toyota from Hampton NH. A two-hour trip and it was worth it. My wife bought a Rav4 and Mike and Steve were great to work with. It was a great experience and hassle free. They even delivered the car to our home on a flat-bed. Just a couple of days ago, I decided it was time to trade in my Camry for a newer model. Once again, Mike and Steve were great. I showed up, the car was waiting for me, we signed some papers and I was on my way. I greatly appreciate Toyota of Keene, their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. My wife and I are customers for life. Whenever we hear of someone in the market for a car, we tell them about Mike, Steve and Keene Toyota. When they say it's too far away, we tell them that it's worth the trip and they won't be sorry. Scott Perry and Steve Hill were both Excellent throughout the process. Scott's Knowledge of the Toyota products were unmatched. I went In thinking that I would purchase a Corolla LE but ended up purchasing a Camry XLE. After the purchase Scott went through step by step with all the features with my wife and I which we thought was very helpful. Vehicle was prepped and fueled just as Scott said it would be.Steve Hill financial manager did an excellent job as well. Steve had all paper work filled out and explained all aspects of the process and forms in detail. Jeff was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly, flexible and personable. He set me up with Mike, who was very knowledgeable. He didn't push the "sale" on me, and was patient and kind in his approach. In addition to the great customer service, my car was actually delivered sooner than expected. WOW! I ask if the car had two keys that come with car was told yes when I pick up the car was told they lost it they did order another one for me if I didnt ask it would have cost me 300 dollars for a new starter key.I ask for price for extended warrenty they gave me the price when I was doing the paper work for the car I ask if I could think it over and get it later I was told I have to get it now or I could not get it . Would have like to know about it before I was picking up the car. Would have been nice if they could have done the registration for us they couldnt figure out how to swap my daughters plates with mine. Mike Downes was nice to talk and deal with. New Hapshire does not have warranty on used cars safety things only Mass. warrenties every thing

I would strongly recommend Toyota Keene for any new car purchase. They have excellent customer service and will work very hard to find a great deal. I am always worried going into a dealer to trade, but they offered me a fair price and got me into a beautiful new 2013 Toyota Camry. This is a 5 star dealership because they don't pressure you into a deal you don't want, they offer fair prices, and have great customer service.

I am in the military and thought i could trust what a dealership from home had to say about my truck i purchased from them. Got a good price, but then when i arrived home on leave, found out that the $1,700 lift that i was told it had and promised, was a $500 lift. The lift was a selling point to me and now that i brought it up, nobody there will admit that they told me the false information. I also drove the truck for just a little while before the wiring had started to completely mess up and they, nor the extended warantee company i had purchased, would cover it, so i was stuck with that bill as well. When i called there i could get no answers to my questions from anyone. They all pointed fingers to one another. Never will i go there again, nor will i recommend it to anyone. If you want a toyota, White River Toyota is a much better place.

I have been doing business with this dealership for years in the way of routine maintenance on my Prius. I went to the dealership to check out the zero percent financing on the 2013 Corolla; I ended up with a used 2011 Toyota Camry. I hooked up with Scott Perry, the salesman. I liked Scott because he wasn't one of those pushy salesman; we connected immediately. He worked hard to meet my needs and because of his soft approach, I ended up one-stop shopping at the dealership in the way of the extended warranty plan and financing. THe dealership matched my warranty quote from another company and beat the financing rate as well, making my monthly payments lower by $30. Valerie, in the finance office was pleasant and very helpful.The Camry was immaculately clean inside and out.

This review is for Toyota of Keene Service Department. I had originally bought my Tacoma pickup from Norm Wagner Toyota but I was not pleased with the quality of price of their service. They (Norm Wagner Toyota) had used the alternative weight oil rather than the recommended weight oil and it took nearly an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment. They said it did not make any difference.A friend told me about Keene Toyota so I brought my truck in for service, including its 30k service, and was very pleased with their work and fair price. I like their waiting station and wifi because I can stay productive while they take care of my vehicle.I have also brought this truck in for the recalls and for a faulty parking brake that needs occasional lube underneath. Their work on the recalls was excellent including the use of a loaner car.I really like the occasional coupons they send in the mail that helps out too.

My recent experience at Toyota of Keene was outstanding. My previous vehicle was getting older and with times being as they are, I did not want to start running into repair issues. I had purchased my car new/used at the same dealership several years before and other members of my family had recent, good buying experiences there, as well. The salesperson I worked with, David Cox, was respectful of my price point, recognized the style car I was seeking, and worked with me on every aspect of the agreement. I received a very satisfactory trade in deal for my previous car. He also worked with me on the price of the new/used 2010 Toyota Matrix I purchased to make it fit within my budget. The financial team spent a great deal of time seeking a bank that would meet my needs and offer a reasonable interest rate. They even included a warranty for 60,000 miles with roadside assistance and helped me organize all relevant contact numbers in my phone. Talk about great service! Mr. Cox insisted that the car be thoroughly cleaned and touched up before I picked it up and the car was in excellent shape when I received it. I was really impressed with their service, ability to work with customers in a friendly manner, and commitment to making a deal that fits the needs of all involved. I would highly recommend them.

Have dealt with them for now a second time. Both times extremely nice and reponsive to what I told them I wanted. Tried the up-sale me only once and I told them my price point from a lease and that is where the up-selling stopped, the entire time they stayed to the price and type of car I wanted. Have dealt with two other dealerships here in the Boston area and I find myself headed back to Keene after every encounter. The extra drive from Boston back there is worth the effort for the customer service provided.

David Cox was exemplary in his expertise on the car I was interested in as well as all all the other possibilities available from Toyota. He worked diligently to set up a contract that was fair and affordable for me. He has made himself available for all my questions and/or concerns. I did not feel pressured by David. He is a good salesman -the perfect combination of informative and helpful without the hounding or bullying that many automobile salesmen seem to utilize. Valerie was also very kind and assisted me quickly with all the paperwork.

It was a big decision for me to buy a new truck after my Ford product died a slow, painful and untimely death! I had owned Toyota trucks before and knew of their durability so I went to my local dealer to explore the possibilities of getting back into a Toyota Tacoma. David Cox was my salesman and he very kindly put up with my vacillating and questions but very nicely guided me through the process. Very patient, humorus, and very communicative without being overbearing. Very smooth process.My only complaint would be that right as I was signing papers to take deliveryof the vehicle several additional warranty options were sprung on me, not by David, but by the finance manager. I wish I had known about them prior to signing so that I could have had time to consider them and figure out how much I was willing to spend over and above the cost of the vehicle. I presume the dealership hopes for a quick upsell to the customer made in a spur of the moment decision.Dealing with David actually was rather fun though!!I would recommend him if anyone asks me for a reference there.

Toyota Volvo told my wife that her car was unsafe to drive because of a bad inner tie rod and the tires needed to be replaced. The tires were practically new when we bought the car from them 10,000 miles ago. Are you kidding meWe then had the car looked at by Nissan and they told us there was nothing wrong with the front end of our car. I contacted Toyota of Keene through Internet sales. I received great information on my truck right away, agreed on a price and made arrangements to see the vehicle and take delivery all via e-mail. When I got to the dealership, the car was as promised, prepped and ready to go. I was able to test drive the truck along with others in a completely no pressure environment. The purchase process was simple, quick, and efficient. While I made the final arrangements, the truck was inspected, filled with gas and the plates were put on. He had plenty of energy to assist with whatever I needed, and answered all my questions, but also didn't smother me and he allowed me think on my own as well. We needed to replace one of our vehicles due to a total loss in car accident. As always I have requested quotes from 10 Toyota dealerships within 100 miles from our residence. Toyota of Keene returned the best initial price amongst 9 other dealerships.Contacted Mike Wells and we able to negotiate even better final price for our new 2012 Toyota Yaris LE. This is the second vehicle we buy from Toyota of Keene in the past one year and we have received unconditional outstanding service again. Mike Wells is all about down to the business, straight talk and courtesy. Buying this vehicle took us about 1.5 hour in total, including initial conversations via email. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was parked outside, state inspected, fueled. The financial manager had the paperwork ready for us to sign. This is the fourth car we have bought/leased from this dealership. We have purchased both new and used cars from them. I always find the salespeople to be helpful and honest. Jaime was very knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful with our deal. He could easily explain the difference in models and upgrades. In addition, we have had our vehicles serviced through the service department for both routine maintenance and more involved maintenance with our daughter's used car. We have always had excellent care for our vehicles. The service department is friendly, helpful and willing to work around our schedule/needs as best as they can. They are very professional and courteous. I have been very pleased with the deals we have gotten on our vehicles and the service they have given us in both the sales and service department. I was in for my 95000 mile service & when I was being written up, I mentioned to John, the service manager that the back hatch on my 06 4-Runner had rust again. He wrote it in & said he would get right on it to take care of it. While my wife & I were waiting I suggested the we take a look in the showroom and when I opened the rear door of a Tacoma double cab, my wife exclaimed, we can use that. Then Dennis came on and when I found that it could tow 1400 pounds more that the 4-Runner, that is when we looked all specs and began talking. In my 70 years of auto/truck buying,this was the most pleassant & enjoyable afternoon that we spent during the buying/sparring episode. Wen we arrived we had no idea or desire to buy and we were not pushed. This was the third car,SUS,track that we have bought here, but it was by far the best!!!

My experience with the two Davids an Keene Volvo was exceptional - and I am very pleased with my leased Camry SE. However, after the fact, I've heard tv ads from Boch Auto in Boston (I believe), indicating Camry leases in the $189.00/mo. range. Even adding on the various surcharges for mileage etc., that would result in an amount far less than mine, which is in the $330.00 range. I was very pleased with the complete sales process and highly recommend Jaime Rios and his team for your new car. Since I was bargaining with my beloved Porsche Boxster S for a new Tacoma Access Cab pickup, I really didn't think we would make it happen. What am I crazy trading a Porsche for a Toyota pickup? Well Jamie worked hard for me and made it happen on the last day of the month. I was treated well. Jamie is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have had my truck for about 3 months and I am very impressed with its comfort, performance and its amazing gas mileage - I just love it and glad Jamie persisted. My original contact with Toyota of Keene was to purchase a part for my 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. While on the premises, I looked at the used trucks available and became interested in a neat, clean 2000 4-Runner, which I ultimately agreed to purchase after a very amiable, low key, but effective interaction with Salesperson Dennis Kerbawy. After taking delivery of the vehicle it developed a minor rattle which led to a series of inspections that ultimately revealed an issue undefined by previous inspections serious enough to necessitate returning the vehicle. Dave Barret, his Service Manager and his General Manager, Mr. Schwartz all worked together with Salesman Dennis Kerbawy to create a solution to the situation. They developed a very fair alternative deal for me and I was able to replace the truck with a slightly newer vehicle, still in my price range. It is important to emphasize that every one of the individuals who dealt with me throughout this marketting anomaly was cordial and full of intent to insure that my best interests were realized. To start, dealership was a very low key environment. I was able to look around the lot without being pestered about what I was looking for. The showroom was busy, so it took a few minutes for me to be helped, but as soon as someone opened up we were off and running. Joel was very friendly, tons of energy. Very straight-forward experience with what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend, etc. I did have to press him about the exact vehicle I was looking at (it was flagged as reserved, which may have been the cause for hesitation). The test drive went fine, I was pleased with the way the vehicle drove, and Joel was very thorough about the information on the truck. When it came down to working through the numbers, there was some back-and-forth activity on his part, but that's to be expected. We initially did get the pricing to the point I was looking for to make it affordable for me, but that price point changed when I sat down with the finance manager. A tweak to my down payment got me back to my price point, and it was a relative small price to pay for it. Overall, I was satisfied. It was a longer process than I anticipated, but I attributed that to it being busy.

He pointed out all of the features of the vehicle without any pressure.I was also impressed by the other sales staff who asked if we'd been helped when Michael was away from us. We have bought 4 vehicles from Toyota Volvo of Keene since 2003: 2 new 4-Runners, a new Tundra and most recently a new Camry. We have also leased with Toyota. The service has always been outstanding and the prices affordable. They are child friendly, which makes the experience that much easier! You are greated with a smile and treated with respect. The sales staff does not pressure you into buying something that you don't need or want, but they will give you information to make informed decisions. There was not a hard sell approch, but more like two friends discussing the price of concert tickets or something. I first contacted Toyota of Keene via online chat. My questions were answered thoroughly, and my request for the e-price of a vehicle was responded to via email and by telephone response within 30 minutes of the request. I had set up a tentative time on the next day to discuss the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and although I was unable to go to the dealership until later that day, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. The transaction was as smooth as it can get: I was given a fair price on my trade, I was given a fair price on the vehicle I purchased, and the sales/financing team went to bat for me to receive a better interest rate on the car loan. I had one concern after leaving the dealership with my new-to-me car, and that concern was responded to promptly -- and had already been handled. I highly recommend this dealership, and I will absolutely return for my next purchase.

No pressure sales approach. If you have owned a Toyota in the past, you don't need to have big pressure salesmen....the cars and trucks sell themselves. Shawn allowed us to drive what we wanted, I liked that we were able to take the vehicle out without a salesmen and we could decided for ourselves.

Cathy Gannoe was very helpful online and got information back to me very quickly which is the reason we went to this dealership. She sent me the specs on the vehicle right away that were not listed in the toyota certified ad and let us know the vehicle was still available so we did not make a 2 hour trip each way only to find out the vehichle wasn't there. Mike Wells was also very efficient and had the vehicle ready to go when we got there for a test drive. It was very busy when we got there but he was great. I was especially happy that we did the transaction the same day which saved us another two hour drive each way.We were looking for something larger than the RAV 4, yet still fuel efficient that was able to hold more passengers when we needed to flex up as we have 7 grandchildren now, four of which are in carseats. One of my grandaughters made me take her out for a ride around her neighborhood the next morning and already had DVD's picked out to put in the vehicle. We drove up from Massachusetts (1 1/2hrs)to look at a used 2008 4Runner. Mike Wells couldn't have been more helpful. A no pressure, take your time sales approach to car sales. What a breath of fresh air. After completing the deal with a very qualified and congenial finance dept. we were faced with a snafu getting the vehicle home in Mass. without the proper legal registration, which Mike quickly solved by offering a dealer"s plate and a Fed-Ex mailing pack to return the plate to them. We had to have some emergency service done on our car while vacationing in the area. We were so impressed with the kindness that had been afforded to us, that we decided to look into buying a new vehicle from them even though we lived 100 miles away. Our decision to purchase was made rather quickly, when our daughter decided that she wanted to take our Volvo XC70 to college with her. We literally decided on a Thursday to buy, travelled to Keene on Friday, did the paperwork, and drove home with our new car. Joel was easy to work with, and made the process seem easy.I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated well, and wants good service both in sales and repairs.

It was mine and my wife 49th Anniversary and I wanted to make it a very rememberable event. So I thought, what better way then to buy her a new car. I have had Toyota automobiles since 1996 and we both have admired the RAV 4 since it first came on the market. With not much time remaining (3 days) before our Important date I went to my Toyota Dealer and met Mr. Jaime Rios and explained what I had in mine. Jaime was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the RAV 4 and picked up right off on what I wanted to do. After I picked out the RAV 4, color, I thought she might like and at a cost I felt comfortable with Jaime suggested I take the automobile for an overnight test drive and surprise her with it the next morning. So, with Jaime, the plan was put in place. Only Jaime went steps further, He came to my residence the morning of our Anniversary took my Corolla, replaced it with her new RAV 4 and put a very large RED Ribbon on the new car. Needless to say, my wife was very, very excited and very and happily pleased. I would like to take a moment and again say, Thank you Toyota and Jaime Rios for making this event a very rememberable Anniversary.

We have dealt with Toyota of Keene for the past 6 years. They gave us a fair price on our first two Toyotas, expedited delivery, and went out of the way to help us. For the past 6 years, they have provided us outstanding service. Friendly people, accommodating scheduling, well-explained service needs and similar customer-friendly activities. It was time to trade-in one of our Toyotas and we considered all area dealers. But, our past experience (especially with this service department)caused us to short-list Toyota of Keene. While one could question the usual "bait" of "special trade-in values" used to entice one to make a trade-in, they ultimately came to a reasonable price . . . not the "best" price available, but a "fair" price and continued association with a very good service department.

Once my vehicle had a problem, I got only a run around from the service department. I called the Toyota 800 service number and opened a case. I was told that Todd, the customer service manager at Toyota of Keene, would contact me within three business days. I did not receive a phone call back. I called two more times and still received no phone call or other communication from the dealership. My complaint with the BBB resulted in no phone call either and only a pat and dismissive answer by letter through the BBB. I was ignored and no effort was made on Toyota of Keene's part to resolve or even discuss the issue with me. Even if they felt they were in the right in terms of the vehicle's issue, ignoring a customer's formal complaint is poor customer service! Customer Disservice is what I received. I will no longer do business with them and will let everyone know of my experience there. I will say the sales department of this dealership is wonderful and I had a great experience with Jamie Rios. Too bad for them I won't be back to purchase/service any vehicles.

Great experience for the second time. Dealer ready to work with you, LOW pressure which is always a major plus. Joel was very friendly and had all 6 vehicles I was interested in ready to drive. A small issue with whell balancing was addressed and corrected on the spot. Good team, I highly reccomend this dealership.

The necessity for another car came upon me rather sudden. Though not really financially ready for this venture, I had no choice. My search had to include a car that was "green". By that I mean mainly excellent on gas. As my finances became apparent, I had to downgrade my choice to be able to afford a car. My Salesman was very helpful in that matter. Then the Finance Manager I dealt with was very understanding and really went to bat with "the powers that be" for me. We were able to get a "green" car that I could afford and still be able to put food on the table. Thank you so much Toyota of Keene!!

Shawn Waters greeted us initially in a low key, friendly manner, on our first visit. He found the car we were looking for, and offered us a test drive without delay and did not in any way try to rush us into a deal. He responded, instead, to what we wanted, when we asked. Upon our departure, he offered to answer our questions, but again did not push us at all. A week or two later, after having researched many on-line resources for invoice and MSRP prices, as well as other on-line resources on how to purchase a new car, we again test drove a Highlander. Shawn had the car out front and ready to drive when we arrived. But, again, no pressure, just a low key helpful approach by Shawn. When we were ready to buy, we went in with a firm high price in mind, having done a reasonable amount of research. The initial price offered by the dealership was fairly competitive, but based on our research still provided the dealership with more than a fair profit. We haggled a bit and reached what we felt was a fair price. The car was delivered on time, equipped just as agreed, clean, and with no hassle when the deal was closed. We were impressed with our experience and have appreciated the follow-through since the purchase. It's nice to buy locally, particularly when "local" is both friendly as well as competitive. That was certainly our experience with Toyota of Keene.

From the time we first entered the dealership, we were shocked at how the customer service was so great. Mike Wells was excellent, he is what every sales person should be. This was the fourth dealership we went to in search of a Rav 4, and I was getting pretty disgusted with the usual sales routine, if there's one thing I cant stand, its when a sales person has to run off every two minutes to check with his boss, we didn't get that with Mike. He was informative and knowledgeable and really helped us with our decision process. Until we came here to Toyota of Keene, we had just about given up hope on getting into a new Rav 4, but Mike some how saved the day, and we are now driving a 2012 Rav 4.The finance part of this deal was also a very good experience with Steve Hill, he was presented with what we could do financially from Mike, and again some how got the deal done. It was amazing watching him work to complete the sales, he didn't miss a beat and knew exactly what we needed.I can't say enough how much my wife and I appreciate what both Mike and Steve did to make our car buying experience a pleasure. This was a very pleasant experience, no high pressure sales, unlike Toyota of Greenfield. Everyone was friendly and answered any question we had. The differences in the trucks were explained very clearly and all pros and cons were right up front.The selection was fantastic and what we were looking for was on the lot. I would buy from them again. Ned is a very good sales man, he explained everything to us and was on the spot with everything including the paper work. The wife was happy that he made a point to talk to her as well, if the wife is happy we are all happy.Excellent place to buy a Toyota.

I would definately recomend Toyota Volvo of Keene to my friends and family. David Cox is the salesperson I worked with when I leased by 2012 Toyota corolla. David went above and beyond in getting me the car I was looking for in the price range I could afford. He was in touch often with updates on when my car would arrive. My wife and I visited another dealership close to where we live in Norwich, Vermont and felt as if we were being sleazed the entire time. Then we came to Toyota of Keene and talked with Jamie Rios (we had bought a car from him just a year ago). Jamie's level of professionalism, dedication to service, knowledge of his product, and integrity are instantly apparent when you deal with him. I had to fish and pry to understand the implications of run-flat tires at the other dealership-- Jamie told me the issues before i had a chance to ask! We were quoted a towing package that was higher than the website MSRP at the other dealership-- Jamie dound a way to get it cheaper! As an engineer, I have a good understanding of vehicles, nad a good understanding of what I want. Jamie facilitated my process of buying a car. This is about as good as it gets when buying a new car from a dealer. Dave Barrett and Mike Wells were very easy to deal with and seemed to care about making us happy. They didn't have the color we wanted, so they found the car we wanted from another dealer and went and got it. It ended up being over 100 miles for them to go and get it too. Most dealers we talked to really didn't seem to care about what we were looking for. The business woman was really good at her job and easy and efficient too. This is not the typical "sleaze central" car dealer. I highly recommend these folks and am very happy that we went here to purchase our new Toyota.

I purchased a 2002 Ford Pick-up truck from the dealership through Mike Downs. He was hones and forthright. The truck had only 66,000 miles on it I had driven the truck about 200 miles when the it stopped running totally. I drove to Keene (about 40 miles) and gave them the keys. They used a wrecker to bring it in to the shop. They put some mystery parts onto it and said it was fixed. My sister and her daughter drove to Keene to get the tuck for me, as I was out of town. I next drove it about 3 days later and it had no power. They must have missed something.I drove the truck back and they were going to fix it. More parts and the service department did not even keep me informed about the status of the truck.To shorten the story I finally picked it up and drove to Brattleboro. I no more than got there and the truck again lost power. I took it back to the dealership as this is the third time this has happened.I explained I had had it with the truck and the Service department. They agreed to take i t back and have been most helpful in that process. Sales is OK Service needs all the help it can get

I recently had to purchase a used car and I had a very limited time to do so. My Sister persuaded to visit Toyota Of Keene. I had always been a Honda owner. I was quite doubtful that I would find a car that I liked and I was even more doubtful that I would be able to drive one home that same day. In anticipation to returning home from an overseas deployment I needed a new car. I contacted Dave Barrett and he took care of everything. Including Toyotas generous discount for military personnel. (thank you Toyota!). I literally handled all of the details to the purchase of the vehicle by email from my deployed location overseas. Dave had me go on line and look for the color, the style of the interior, and some of the other features i was interested in adding to the Rav. Dave handled the financing, the registry, and the car insurance. This is my second vehicle purchased (leased) from Toyota of Keene. The overall experience has been just fine: the dealership and all its personnel have lived up to or exceeded my expectations. My new vehicle was delivered spic-and-span clean and with the traction motor battery fully charged and the fuel tank full. Ned Lester initially helped to clear up some confusion with my on-line registration, then "held my hand" through the ordering and leasing procedures, which went off without a hitch. I am particularly pleased with all aspects of the dealership and plan to continue doing business with them in the years to come.

We had a very positive experience dealing with Toyota of Keene. We had been dealing with their "business development group" via email for a couple of weeks prior to stopping in to the dealership. They made us a deal on a new RAV4 that had been in the emailed advertisements that had been sent to us. It was a very good deal on a very nice car. The 0% financing sealed the deal for us. Two notes, the salesman did not tell us his name when we arrived. Second is that the time to "process the paperwork" seemed to take a while. In the end, we drove out the same afternoon with our new car.We would recommend Toyota of Keene to others out looking for a new or used car.

Toyota Keene was my exclusive service department for my Toyotas (4Runner, Camry, Corolla). I USED to feel good about this dealership and I USED to think the service department was excellent. Something happened, they try to sell you a timing belt when it has a chain drive (4Runner), or they sell you a timing belt prematurely on a car (Camry). I take in a car for an oil change, get it home (60 mile round trip) and find it isn't done!!!Oil changes when done were consistently, yes consitently, OVERFILLED!!!I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealer to have a car serviced!!!Makes me not want to buy a Toyota anymore.

We had to urgently replace our 2004 Toyota Sienna. We live in White River Junction. We did our homework on line and contacted almost every dealership in the Upper Valley. Toyota of Keene from the very beginning was ready to talk bottom line. No sales games at all. We were first contacted by Cathy who I believe works in internet sales. She assured us they would beat every other dealer on price and she was right. It was no contest. Toyota of Keene came in thousands of dollars cheaper than some closer dealerships. They also threw in the 100,000 power train coverage. The sales and management staff were very friendly, and very efficient. We loved that they didn't play any of the regular sales games with us eg: how much do you need your monthly payment to be? - I hate that strategy). They also had the best stock in all of our local dealerships. Overall we had a very positive experience buying our new Toyota. It's worth it to take the drive to Toyota of Keene - I would highly reccommend them to any of my friends and family. T

Other employees with whom I interacted were equally helpful - I spoke to someone on the phone before my fisrt visit to the showroom, with someone else at reception when I arrived, and on a return visit after the purchase (when Joel was on a business trip) to enquire about aquiring an owner's manual for the vehicle. Our experience at Toyota of Keene was fabulous from the moment we stepped through the door. Everyone was responsive, Joel was waiting for us, and the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I found exactly what I wanted, and in spite of some glitches on our part, Joel and the staff were amazingly accommodating! It was actually a super-pleasant and enjoyable day...not what one would expect from a Dealership! We drove 85 miles from our home, and are glad we did. I bought the perfect car for a very fair deal, and even financing was a breeze. It was a totally no-hassle, no-pressure experience. Kristin Lamoureux was our internet connection, and she was very helpful, friendly, and responsive, providing all the initial info I requested. I also spoke to George Thompson, when Kristen wasn't there, and he provided me with complete invoices on both of the vehicles I was interested in. There were no surprises or add-on fees. The dealership is very transparent and super-user-friendly! It was worth the drive!!!

So I must start off by saying, I have NEVER owned a Toyota nor was I very fond of the idea.Not to mention I have had the worse luck with dealers. Well, this past experience changed everything for me! I have less than stellar credit and needed to get something with a low enough payment, reliable, and good on gas. My answer to my need? A Toyota Matrix. I was greeted as I walked in by some of the most friendly faces, and treated as a person, not just a credit score. The sales rep Shawn, was MORE than able to answer all my questions and even went beyond what needed to be said! They were great about working with my credit, and even offered me the lowest APR I have yet to come across. I came back not even a week later to a ready to go, great looking, new addition to my drive way. Now I have always been a truck guy, but this car so far has been the most fun and well handling car I have yet to own. I recently sent in a question to ask what type of oil they use for their oil changes and got an email back in a matter of hours!They have my business! Thanks again guys!!

What a nightmare! I was lied to, deceived and the dealership committed fraud to sell me a car that has been nothing but problems. I paid them $150 on top of the sales price to get a thorough checkup by the Subaru dealership on the car. They told me everything was fine. The check engine light came on as I drove home. The cruise control was broken and the gas door was jammed so I could not add gas to the car. The truck latch was broken so I could not get into the trunk. That was just the start! UGH UGH When I was taking it in for service, the engine seized on the highway. They are no longer responding to my emails!!

An outstanding experience working with Jaime Rios. I was considering two vehicles, one at Toyota of Keene and one at a competitor in Massachusetts. Ultimately it came down to the ability of Jaime and his colleagues to put together a very good deal for me. Having been a through the process of buying a car numerous times over the last 23 years of my life this was by far the most pleasant experience and with 5 children they made it quick and convenient. I bought my Toyota Echo slightly used from Toyota of Keene where I had all service done until the dealership was purchased by the Fenton Family. It seemed a good time, given gas prices, to find someone closer to home to avoid the 45 minute trip. Went in to buy new Tacoma. Mike was very friendly and helpful. We agreed on price and when I later checked on the status of the truck Mike stated there had been a misunderstanding, which dramatically raised the price.They stated my trade was part of the price. This was not the case as the price was agreed upon, well before mike asked of I would consider trading my truck. When I complained Mike emailed me a new quote and when I accepted this offer they again said they had made another error and again increased the price by $1,000 dollars in a return email. We found Ned to be friendly, honest, and respectful. For these reasons, weve bought our last two cars from him (one Volvo XC70 and one Toyota Camry SE). There are Toyota dealers closer to our home in Massachusetts, but we went well out of our way to do business with Ned, and with the team at Toyota/Volvo Keene (their service team has been honest and fair with us, and they stand behind their work). Ned doesnt play the silly games that weve found at some other dealers -e.g. this is a special deal that lasts for today only because my boss will be gone on vacation starting tomorrow. Because Neds a man of his word, buying a car from him is completely hassle and stress free. If youre shopping for a Toyota or a Volvo, give Toyota/Volvo Keene a look, you wont be disappointed.

This is our second car that we bought at Toyota of Keene. We have worked with Joel both times. Joel makes it very easy! We told him what our needs were. He gave us options. He is extrememly enthusiastic and knowledgable, but NEVER pushy! He let us take our time to make a decision. He then made it extremely easy for us to pick up our car. He was patient and very respectful. I trust him coml;etely to help us make a good choice!!!

It was a wonderful experience from the first time I dropped by to inquire about the about-to-be released Prius v to my pick up of my new vehicle several weeks later. Ned was a great communicator while I was waiting for the car to arrive, did a fantastic job exposing all the cars features when I picked it up, and has followed up to make sure I know he's there to help with any questions that might arise. I was very, very happy with this purchase experience. I had really disliked my contact with Herb Chambers because of their high pressure sales tactics. Earlier this fall I walked away from purchasing a Mazda 5 because of the terrible experience I had with the sales managers at Wellesley Mazda. So now I'm a very happy Prius v owner. Thanks Ned!

I have been to this dealership both for a new and a used car, and each time I have found the staff (Joel Robinson in particular) friendly, informative, and helpful. They have an excellent stock of cars to choose from, and will work with you to find the car you want that fits your budget. I have traveled all the way from the other side of Vermont (over 100 miles) to do business with them, since I had such a good experience the first time around. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I owned a 2004 Prius purchased at Toyoya of Keene. The 2004 Prius was totaled in July this year. I survived the accident with bruises to my chest but no other serious injury. I attribute the air bag system in the Prius to have afforded me the protection. This year I found a number of previously owned vehicles at Toyota of Keene. I chose a 2005 Prius that I was able to affordable with the insurance settlement and some out of pocket money. Ned Lester personally went over the car and made sure the mechanics fixed and replaced whatever was needed. I am pleased with the car, the personal friendly service and my experience in dealing with Toyota of Keene.

This is by far the VERY BEST car dealership I have worked with in over 40 years of car buying. My Volvo S80 is the third vehcle I have bought here and the second from Ned Lester. I came into contact with a Customer Service Representative named Kristin. She was extremely friendly and very helpful to get me started in my pursuit of a 2011 Toyota Corolla lease. She gave me appropriate information, sought appropriate information and made me feel extremely comfortable as a new customer. I was impressed that she called my home on three occasions to set up an appointment with the dealership. I am sure she wears many hats at the dealership. She was impressive! I came into the dealership and Kris Kucala was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the process, giving me prices, registration information, and made the leasing process easy for me to understand. He took me from his desk through the financing process to the delivery of my vehicle in the service department. His professionalism reflected highly upon this Toyota dealership. I will seek him out during my next lease in three years. Kris brought me to the finance manager. Steve Hill made this area very easy to understand. He walked me through every step, showing me where every dollar was going to be spent. I was again impressed with knowledge and professionalism exhibited by the third employee that I had contact with. In the past it has not always been easy to come to an agreeable price on an automobile as they have not always been known to come to a compromise. This time it was different; Joel worked with me. Shawn Waters was informative, offered a competitive price, helped me find the vehicle that met the needs of me and my family and went the extra mile to get it all accomplished in a timely way. When there were challenges in the process, he found solutions. Could not ask for more and will recommend him in the future. I can't attest to service yet. Only slight negative was being offered all the warranties only at the very end...would have liked to have learned about them earlier on so that I might have purchased them rather than feeling the need to make the decision at the desk...it did feel high pressure and a bit predatory.

That was appreciated. I did my homework in advance of the purchase so I knew what I was looking for. But they took the time to help me figure out what year and model type would be best for me.

Id like to preface this by saying I hate car buying. The process usually sucks. I was in search for a Toyota Tundra ranging from years 2006 to 2009 and I found quite a few online. One that interested me was a 2006. So I made an appt to go see it. I met Dave upon arriving and he came across as very friendly. The price for the Tundra was right and it was in good shape, however after looking at what else was available I decided to test drive the 2010 Tundra. What a nice ride. Dave was very knowledgeable about the features the truck had and helpful with all my questions. The price was more than I was originally wanting to pay, but after weighing all the factors it seemed to be a better choice than the 2006.The over all experience was very good. I cant say excellent because the paper work got screwed up. The dealership itself is nice. They have a lot of used vehicles to offer. Dave was always willing to go the extra mile and get my questions answered.Thanks

Christ (not sure of name) was friendly and knowledgable. He showed us several models of the Volvo SUV and helped us determine the features that were most important to us. We discussed the other SUVs on the market and decided the Volvo XC was what we wanted. Fortunately, he had the car with all of the features we wanted on the lot and in the color we preferred. We agreed on what we felt was a fare price and he supervised the paperwork so that we were able to walk out with a new car later the same day. When we went to pick the car up, he took us through the important steps we needed to know in order to drive the car, open the sunroof, run the radio and the bluetooth connection. Salemen like Christ are why we are return customers to Toyota Volvo of Keene.

Mike was extremely helpful with requests we made to the car. He even found a defect (due to a scratch acquired in transportation of the new vehicle on a molding on door frame) that we in our excitement of purchasing did not notice. As a whole the dealership is very friendly, welcoming, and not pushy in the least, making it the kind of place you feel comfortable looking around and asking questions. Our experience with Kris has been outstanding. His knowledge of the Toyota product line is impressive. There was not a question asked that he did not have the answer to, and if he was unsure he looked it up, giving us the confidence that the product we were getting had the features we were looking for. Our first contact was online with Stacy Curtis. My husband & I were looking for a Prius III and Stacy & I had many (about 12) email exchanges over the course of 4-5 days. For every question I had, she would have or get the answer that was acceptable. The dealership didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. Sales Associate, Jaime Rios then contacted me. We talked about the features I wanted & my color preferences. One day later he called to say that a car matching my requirements was available. I sent a nominal deposit & we drove down from VT 2 days later. Jaime was exceptionally personable & helpful. Even the person who worked with us to pay for the vehicle was polite & informative. I came to this dealer for a used Toyota which I found for sale over the Internet. The car had some noise which was coming from the strut mounts and I had a GREAT experience with the sales specialist Joel Robinson. This guy went the entire extra mile to see how he could assist and make sure that the problems are fixed and make the deal happen. He even got his hands dirty to find out where the noise is coming from. He won me as a customer with his respectful and non-pushy attitude. When he called the used cars manager to see what he could do was a disaster in terms of customer bonding relationship. The manager was sarcastic, pushy and intimidating which made me to walk away from this dealer and not coming back at all. How sad to see that service is not in the managers' mind. Don't they realize that in this day and age we (the customers) talk and have friends who trust us what we say?

Let's face it. This is a business that doesn't exactly have the best of reputations (sadly due to a few bad eggs and irresponsible media portrayal. As such, when buying a vehicle I have always been a bit trepidatious. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of purchasing from Shawn, which I can say was a very pleasant experience. Not once did I think that he was "just trying to close the deal" or just trying to get me in some random car to get me out of there. He took the time to really listen, and truly focused on finding a vehicle that was right for me, not one that was right to make the quick sale. I will say, given my prior car buying experiences, I was surprised at the high level of care I received. I suppose I shouldn't have been though. That's what the car buying experience is *supposed* to be like. I am quite thankful that I have had this experience with Shawn, as he proved to me that not everyone out there in the car sales business is just out to sell you whatever and get you out the door (something the previous salespeople at other dealers definitely attempted). He is truly a rare breed among salesmen, and someone that the others I have dealt with in the past should aspire to be more like.

As I am in Banking I see alot of people that are looking for new or second hand cars. In discussions with them I ask about what they are looking for, where the looking, etc. I would never hesitate to recommend Shawn Waters if asked. I have the utmost confidence in his honest and "over-the-top" helpfulness. I hestitate to use the word "Salesperson", as in the past people have tended to look at that term in a negative light. But, if I could say that "Shawn Waters" is the absolute best person that any dealership could possibly ask for based upon his extensive knowledge about his products and the service provided by the Keene Toyota Volvo Dealership. Luckily for you the space you have given us to rate your employees doesn't allow me to gone quite as detailed as I would like. I never feel like a number with Shawn. Have bought every car I have needed from him the last few years. I know when I walk in that I will be well taken care of. Shawn listens to me and helps me find the right vehicle for me and at the best price as well. You don't find that very much these days. It is always a pleasurable buying experience here and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I didn't find anything great about this dealership. I was pushed into a car like usual.The manager was upset that I wasn't buying the car that day, and I could over hear him telling my salesperon about it. I have asked a question about my car twice now without a response. When I did go to get my car I had to wipe off the wax spots off it. So overall it was fine nothing great. Oh and they countinue to tell me that they need all five for this.....

We gave Keene very short notice as to when we would be coming down to buy a new Matrix, but they were able to work with us remarkably well.We ended up there on a Sunday where they had some limited staffing, but they bent over backwards to help get us in the new car and on the road. Very pleased with the experience.

We feel he gave us a good deal and took good care of our needs. Whenever we have a problem, which isn't vey often, Shawn is always there to help us. I hated car shopping. Back and forth with pricing, and the "let me speak with my manager" game. At Toyota of Keene, this simply did not happen. I was greeted almost immediately upon walking into the showroom. Jonathan was fantastic, conscious of MY time and MY idea of the perfect car. I got a fair price on my trade in, the exact price and payment I was looking for, and no games. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had from start to finish.

Jaime informed me at a service visit that the cost of the Prius is apt to go up with the increase in gasoline prices. Therefore, my wife and I visited Jaime a couple of days later to check out what he had available. Fortunately, he had just what we were looking for with the Prius. We negotiated a reasonable price and made the purchase. We have purchased other vehicles through Jaime previously and have always felt that he treated us well without pressure. We will continue to do business with him in the future.

I came in at the close of the business day on a Saturday. I was greeted with a smile as I apologized as I didn't know they closed at that hour. I thought I would have to come back. Joel Robinson took great care of me, and I got a fantastic deal with more features and less cost than my previous lease of a Toyota Prius. The manager helped get them to make an exception to allow me to get only a slightly higher monthly lease rate after the credit check was done. I picked up the car on Monday. I love it. I think they simply take advantage of the fact that they have no competition nearby and charge higher prices as a result. You can get a better deal by shopping around a bit. Some will even deliver for free. This is the second time within the last year I was much better off looking at other dealers. Keeping it local is great if it doesn't cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Sales representative was professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get the best price possible. Great selection of vehicles to choose from and the sales rep was extremely helpful. I have dealt with many different dealerships over the years and this by far is the best.

We have owned Toyotas for years. We went to our local Toyota dealer to see what was available when we were ready to change from our minivan to a car. I wasn't very happy with the salesman and his approach. I decided to drive a little further since I knew I wanted a Toyota. What a difference! From the moment we entered the salesman was informative and helpful but not pushy at all! We could not have been more thrilled with the amount they gave us for our trade in. I love my new car! And I am more than happy to drive a little further to have my car serviced at Toyota of Keene. I could not imagine a reason to buy a car from anyone else!!

I highly recommend Jaime Rios - he was informative, responsive, personable, listened well, followed up quickly, and made the purchasing of a new-to-me car as enjoyable and painless as possible. The reason all the scores above are not 5 does not reflect on him. We needed to reach him by phone to ask a title related question and were passed around the phone system and no one else was available to help us.We have been clients of Fenton for years and will continue. There is no reason to go elsewhere for sales or service.

Hello Scott, Just wanted to get back with you on my car purchase! David Cox helped me a lot getting my paperwork/financial data in order online which helped me, so I didn't have to take time out of work. Jaime ended up being my sales rep and did a fantastic job identifying my car needs and financing needs and was able to direct me in the right direction on each. He made sure he helped me through the whole process from beginning to end and helped me find an insurance company to help me as well. He also followed up with me after I took the car to be sure I was happy with my purchase. Steve Hill did an amazing job getting me financed with a very low interest rate, which took a lot of work on his part because I have a low credit score. He made many extra phone calls; which he didn't have to do in order to be able to offer me the best financing package he could. I never felt like I would be turned down until all options had been explored. He too, followed up with a call to me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The car was mint when I picked it up! Someone had worked extremely hard on making this car look brand new inside and out! I would highly recommend your company (and already have to several people) to purchase a car, because I was treated extremely well (spoiled!) and I am very happy with my car and still shocked from the superior customer service I received! Toyota of Keene was such a breath of fresh air. Professional, friendly and not intimidating. It didn't feel like a "locker room" but still had an air of fun at the dealership. Jamie Rios was great to work with. He knew exactly what we were looking for and knew everything about our purchase. He didn't BS us about anything. Everything was factual and genuine including the price. I would deal with him again and have never had a better experience.

My car buying experience was great! No pressure from sales personnel following us around the vehicle lot. Extremly pleasant to deal with, the atmosphere very relaxed. I would recomend Toyota of Keene to my family and friends. We have had excellant experience with our previous 1999 Toyota Rav 4 which my son now has, with milage of 115,000+ and still runs like a charm. Thanks Ned for the great shopping experience!

Both of these gentelman were wonderful to work with. The entire sales staff at Keene are friendly and helpful (no pressure). I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I was honest with Joel that I had already been to another dealership that day and had some hard numbers to compare. Joel was very confident without being arrogant. What a refreshing way to buy a car.I got exactly the car I was looking for (with a few more perks than I expected) and got $1400 more than I was quoted at the first dealership. The dealership as a whole is a friendly and relaxed place to shop for a car. I think the fact that Toyota products sell themselves helps the staff to be confident, relaxed and not pushy about anything at all. Ned Lester is a very low-key, friendly, intelligent, personable guy to work with, and is the opposite of the "car salesman" stereotype. (That's a good thing, Ned!) In 2009 I thought I might trade in my '06 Prius for a new one, and I spent hours with Ned discussing this possibility, only to pull out of the deal at the last minute. I felt a little guilty about that, but Ned was completely understanding about my sudden change of mind. So when the time came to get serious about getting a new Prius last June, I had no hesitation to go back to Ned, and was delighted with the outcome: a brand new 2010 Prius with lots of features, right on the lot to drive home, and leasing it for an affordable monthly cost. It soon took me across the continent to California, and will take me back to NH soon. And I get over 60 mpg on these freeways!! I recommend Prius, Keene Toyota, and Ned Lester to anyone who wants a great car, a great dealership, and a great salesman!Ben Wise

Prior to my visit to this dealership, I had had very bad experiences with different Toyota groups near my home in Manchester, NH. I had all but given up buying a Toyota. Then, a friend encouraged me to try Keene. I must say that I was NOT enthusiastic. Having been treated so poorly by the dealerships near my home, I did not want to travel almost two hours to receive more bad treatment from another Toyota dealer.The other groups had done bait-and-switches, low-balled my trade-in, high-balled their new car or did quick fancy math with fees and other figures.I knew how much my trade-in was worth. I knew how much I could pay. I knew I was being fair. My friend told me that Toyota of Keene was different.I began with an email conversation with Stacy Curtis the customer advocate at Toyota of Keene. I explained my hesitation to her and told her of my other experiences.Stacy assured me that this would not happen with Toyota of Keene. They even put a taped coating on the temporary plates as it is winter and without protection the paper plates would have been destroyed by snow and salt and slush in just a brief time.My old plates from my trade-in were placed in the back of the new car. Everything was all set to go.Joel, then, showed me several new accessories that my new car had.He told me to call him whenever I had a question. Or email him. Whichever worked for me.It was so wonderfully easy.As it should be. Everywhere.I walked in the door at 1 PM. I left around 3 PM.Very happy!I will never buy from anyone but Toyota of Keene. Ever. I would reccomend this dealership to friends and family because the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, they did not make me feel pressured at any time to make any decisions I was not ready to make. They listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs were and they helped make all my wishes come true.

Jaime was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, treated us with respect, accommodated our schedules, and worked around our children. He also seemed very knowledgeable about the product, its history and the car sales world in general. He had an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle we were buying and all of its aspects. We were confident that we were getting factual and helpful information from him at every point and trusted his integrity immediately. He went above and beyond what we expected and we will certainly call on him again when we are in the market for another vehicle. I believe we got a great deal on a great car from a great salesman!

Why am I not suprised that Toyota of Keene has a "5" rating?? This is a staight shooter dealership!! I NEVER feel dooped when I shop for a car there. I took my mother shopping here because of my past experiences with this dealership. She had a bad experience the day before with another dealer and I knew I could trust Toyota of Keene to treat us with the respect, kindness and honesty I have always received in the past and grew to trust in. A two thumbs up AGAIN for Toyota of Keene! And if I had more thumbs, they'd have those too! :) Thank you to Mike for all your help today. My mother loves her new Camry. Id like to give a big thumbs up to Michael Wells and Toyota of Keene for being both customer friendly and enjoyable to work with. I first visited the dealership and met Michael six months ago when my son was looking for a used car. We didnt purchase from the dealership at that time, but Michael Wells was so great to work with that I asked for his business card and said Id be back in touch when I was ready to trade in my Toyota RAV4. I called him last week to let him know I was starting to do my homework and poke around dealerships in the state where I live (Massachusetts). And that's what I did until I traded in my 99 RAV4 for a new 11 RAV4 at Toyota of Keene last night. If you want a salesperson who is very likeable, honest, down to earth, and willing to work with you, then dont waste time drive straight to Toyota of Keene and ask for Michael Wells. And while youre there, youll meet a great number of others at the dealership who will greet you with a smile and a nod. Matter of fact, theirs was the only dealership I visited that made me feel like a valued customer long before I signed the paperwork. Im looking forward to a very long and happy partnership with the folks up in Keene.

I gave a high rating for a few different reasons. There was never any pressure to buy anything, I found a 2010 on line and corresponded with David Cox about it and thats what initially got me to Keene Toyota. Once there everybody seemed really laidback, in a good way, not in a way they didn't want to help. Shaun Waters and Stephen Hill are two of the best people I,ve ever crossed paths with in car dealership, they were both very polite, they both talked at me, not down to me or at anytime did they give me the feeling I wasn't getting the best deal possilble. We had a special circumstance, the car we were trading in wasn't 100% but I walked in the door, met the first salesman I saw, told him what I want/needed and with just a few phone calls, the dealership had me out of my bad situation into a better one. I loved dealing with Michael, who called me 3 times on his day off so we could get the deal through, he was easy to talk to and didn't beat around the bush. Buying a car is up there with going to the dentist for me but dealing with Michael and Toyota of Keene made it SO easy. I'll be back for sure.

We did not plan to make a commitment right away, and were going to go to at least one other dealer, but we were very happy with the cars we saw (both used and new), and with the salesman. Several family members own Toyota's and are happy with them, including 2 who own RAV4's.

We had previously bought a Sienna van from this dealership. I walked in not knowing any of the sales people and Ned Lester is who helped us. With Ned's assistance we got very helpful advice on what was available and what met ours needs. The purchase of the van went very smoothly and in the year and a half since owning it we have had service and repairs done and everyone we have dealt with were efficient and professional as well. As a result of our satisfacton previously we contacted Ned and told him of our current vehicle needs and once again we are driving away with a good feeling that we made the best possible deal and purchase that we could have. We never even considered going somewhere else. We try to be loyal customers when we are treated right and the feeling we have gotten from this dealership is that they value their customers and want them to come back.

I dread dealing with most car salespeople, they only care about making the sale. Mr. Rios was different, he concerned himself with what my family needed. I take a long time whenever making a large purchase. Jaime answered all my questions and was patient and did not apply pressure. He will be a strong factor in favor of my purchasing another vehicle from Toyota/Volvo of keene.I do miss Frank in service, what happened? I just spent over 500 dollars for a service which was mostly a visual inspection (high priced) and no car wash. We make the long drive to Keene for the extra touches, we will reconsider where we go, no sense making the drive if the service is the same as the closer dealership.

We have always received wonderful customer service and have much confidence in the repair work done on our vehicles. Jaime Rios has been our sales contact at Toyota of Keene for many, many years...he is an outstanding individual...honest, trustworthy, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the entire line of Toyota and Volvo products. We TRUST Jaime....which is not always a word we associate with many involved in the automobile sales industry (sorry!). I even brought my daughter-in-law (age 25) down to Keene from Portland, Maine to purchase a new Corolla ONLY FROM JAIME...no one else could offer her the integrity and honesty that she needed in making her FIRST-EVER vehicle purchase. And Jaime did not let us (or her) down....he took her step-by-step through the entire process, explained everything about the paperwork, then answered all her questions relative to the nuances of her brand new car! It was so exciting for her! She will return in a few years to see Jaime when she returns to the auto market once again.

The expierence was great. I am in North Carolina and looked at the websites for stock and prices. The mulitple pictures of the car were very informative and a great help. When I contacted Ned Lester about the car he was extremley helpful and took the time to examine the car. He offered more pictures and to answer any questions I may have had. He test drove the car and explained all the prior service work that the dealership had performed. The price was great for the vehicle and along with the sales customer service was a deciding factor in purchase from this dealership. The car was delivered quickly and all the paper was smooth and hassle free. Considering this was an out of state sale with out of state financing through my bank down here the paperwork side was smooth and the dealership was quick with all the needed paperwork for the bank. I am more than pleased with Ned Lester as a sales person and the dealership as a whole.

I will definitely continue buying my cars here from Jaime. I feel like I get a fair deal and appreciate the service. I do not like buying cars because I am worried I will get taken advantage of, and I do not feel that way with Jaime. They even have a Lego table in the showroom for the kids! The service waiting area is very nice, and free car wash coupons are a plus.

First, I have been a customer at Keene Toyota Volvo for many years, and I continue to be a loyal and very happy customer! I recently worked with Joel Robinson and traded in my Lexus SUV (which I had also purchased at this dealership) for a new Landcruiser. Joel was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions right away. If there was something he was not sure about, he would clearly find out then give me the information. He was friendly without being pushy - always very courteous and "gentleman-like" - always genuine. Joel also has a deep understanding of Toyota vehicles and is ready to help without overwhelming. He makes sure all details are taken care of, such as removing the plate for my tow hitch, getting my DVD player up and running, helping me with the Blue Tooth (he actually set it up with my phone), getting my license plates off my old vehicle, and much more. I would highly recommend both Joel and Toyota Volvo to anyone, any time. I also have worked with the service department over the years and they are wonderful. They always work hard to make sure I get appointments at my convenience (which is not always the same as theirs). They are great at explaining all the work that needs to be done and letting me know the costs before doing the work. They are friendly, and also have made a great environment for their customers while they wait for the work to be completed. I have been in a business highly dependent on customer service (high end products) and there are very few businesses that I feel truly meet the bar in this capacity. The other reviewers here commenting on the lack of pressure and typical car-salesman-like behavior are absolutely right -- The sales staff is great. He found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Shawn found my RAV and had it ready for delivery very quickly. Our experience with Toyota of Keene and Shawn Waters was nothing short of superb! This was not our first choice of dealerships, we went to the "come on down" store, figuring that we could get the best price around along with an easy sales experience. Were we ever wrong! The same old sales bologna, waiting for people to come to you, and bouncing back and forth from the manager. A complete waste of time. We then decided to give Toyota of Keene a shot, an could not be happier with the way we were treated by the sales staff. This was not what I as a consumer was used to when "haggling" the price of a vehicle. These guys were really easy to deal with, kept everything simple and honest, and most importantly treated us, the consumer, with respect and dignity. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was planning on sales people trying to screw me over. But I walked in and everyone was very friendly from the start. Jaime Rios was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find the car I wanted. I test drove the car on monday afternoon and Tuesday night I was driving it home. Everyone was very helpful in getting the paperwork done and even staying late to help me purchase my corolla. I would definately go back to this dealership in the future.

But Toyota of Keene/Jaime's service (also the internet salesman, David Cox) was exemplary, including the following:- David returned my call within ten minutes of my e-mail querie, and had me an actual MSRP on the vehicle I spec'd to him within another ten minutes.- They got the vehicle I wanted moved from another location.- Jaime was courteous, helpful, sophisticated and professional in answering my questions.- Jaine followed up on my additional requests, such as spec'g winter tires.- Jaime's familiarization tour was fabulous.- They assessed my trade-in quickly and (I thought) fairly- They gave me a fair deal on the purchase, I thought, without gamesmanship.- They processed the transaction quickly.- Jaime followed up with me on additional questions, post-purchase.

I put in an online request for a used Toyota Sienna XLE. David contacted me immediately with exactly what I was looking for. We negotiated a price over the next week (a very low price) via e-mail and phone. He answered every question I had openly and honestly. When I went to the dealership to do a test drive and check out the vehicle everything was EXACTLY what I expected and they didn't try to up the price or add any extras. The sale was quick, easy and VERY convenient! I got the BEST price I have seen on a Sienna and I LOVE my van! Absolutely no buyers remorse! I recommend Toyota of Keene to everyone I meet!
