I have now leased my third Tundra truck through Toyota of Kirkland. The service is impeccable. I actually choose to drive a bit further from my home simply to do business with this dealership. They have a seamless operation and absolutely take care of their customers. My sales person this time was Barry. We just purchased a Highlander Platinum from Toyota of Kirkland. Stefan and Kennie were very helpful in walking us through the specifications and purchase of the Platinum and an excellent trade-in value of our Highlander Limited. Susie in finance was very thorough in explaining all the paper work involved and a delight to work with. The entire experience was very comfortable, accommodating and professional. Great experience with Lisa and the finance department. Seriously, the least painless car buying experience I've had. She explained everything well and worked with me on my trade and options. Would definitely recommend! I've also heard great things from other Toyota dealerships, as well, about this location.

Brought my FR-S in because the trunk wouldn't open and it needed a 35,000 mile check. The mechanic found a blown fuse and I was able to get a loaner for a couple of days while the worked was done. The staff was efficient and courteous. Very impressed with my experience. Brought my FR-S in because I needed an oil change and the technician found oil residue, had it checked to see if there was an oil leak, and changed out filters. All the staff was friendly and courteous I bought a 2000 Camry recently, so I took in to Toyota of Kirkland. Troy, my Advisor, discovered that a brake light was out and topped off the brake fluid, installed a steering wheel cover and replaced interior door handles, he was very courteous, professional and friendly, and, as always, excellent customer service and overall a great experience coming here.

Service department is absolutely top notch. Lindsey was a wonderful service advisor, she was courteous, professional, and didn't make the experience solely transactional which can often happen in this industry. She took the time to ask what exactly I was looking to have done, built a list of services for me to visually see, and then made the right recommendations and adjustments. I was very happy with my experience here and will certainly be bringing my Toyota 4runner back for all it's service needs!
