We just bought of 3rd Toyota from Toyota of Lake City! Now happy owners of 2021 sienna and 2021 trd off-road Tacoma! Our buying experience once again was exceptional! The Manager Alex was friendly, informative and absolutely amazing to work with! Ocean was the sales associate we worked with recently with our Camry trade in and was very helpful to get our Tacoma! You don’t feel pressured, they listen and work at getting you what you want! Even during the pandemic they worked at getting us what we wanted. It’s been a smooth process every time! We live in Redmond and make the drive out to their dealership because of the bad way we were treated at the Kirkland location when we first decided to buy 4 yrs ago. They make the experience buying a car enjoyable. I will definitely be back to buy more Cars once my kids start driving! Everyone there is great! Even financing! Made an appointment for a few days out for normal maintenance. They always do a good job and have it ready on time. They give a coupon for a free Brown Bear car wash. No complaints.

Branden was great to work with. It was my first time leasing a car and Branden made the whole leasing process very easy. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in, and a great deal on my Corolla hb. Shay was also very helpful. He got me through the whole financing process very quickly and professionally. 3 years later I'm updating this to tell you that if you buy a car from Lake City Toyota, insist that Barri is your finance guy. No one else. He is amazing and has integrity and will treat you with respect and integrity. Ive been very impressed over the years dealing with him. I can't say enough. Heres my old review: mean, I love the car, but I do not love the lying sales woman, or the shady sales manager, who tried every trick in the book to get me to pay as much as possible, including straight up lying to my face, over and over. Love the truck though! and the service department is pretty solid! Editing 3 years later increasing by 1 star- I still feel the same way about the sales group at Lake City, and bought my new truck from Burien Toyota. I have to say though, the finance department at Lake City Toyota is wonderful, and Bari is by far the most helpful person I ever spoke with there. He is the only person there I felt ever felt confident was telling me the truth.

It was a real pleasure to speak with one of salesman (Oleksandra). She spent few hours with my wife and me explaining all the details and answering our questions. She was proactively proposing options that were more suitable to us. Unfortunately, we ended up buying in another dealership, mainly because of price difference, but definitely had a good experience here and would recommend it to everyone.
