From start to finish everything went smoothly. The staff was very professional and I am very pleased! I returned recently for my 5,000 mile check up and can state that the level of competence and professionalism remain. Toyota of Massapequa is a real keeper! I returned yesterday for my 10,000 mile service The car was finished promptly and the service remains outstanding. Scott, my service coordinator is very efficient and professional.

I was able to get to get a next day appointment for an oil change for 8am. Marcia checked me in and I made myself comfortable in the spacious waiting area. About an hour later my oil was changed, tires rotated and fluids topped off. Marcia explained how many more free services I under my ‘Toyota Care’ coverage. A very easy and painless experience.

Nice group of folks there, I decided to buy out my lease. Andrew the sales rep and Jorge the finance rep both answered all of my questions patiently, let me know my options. Made for a smooth transaction. Really like this place, I'll be getting my next Toyota here ! Update 9/22/01 Still have my highlander and love it! Also I service my car at Toyota of Massapequa.
