EDIT: There is a shortage nationally of vehicles for sale. So be flexible but focused on your transportation needs and values. Ask for ANGEL, RAUL and CARLOS! Angel did an excellent job explaining to me the safety functions of cars within my range, associated warranties, and vehicles similar to what I pictured originally. Unfortunately the vehicle I originally decided on was sold while I was still doing paperwork, but eventually I ended up with a great car. Raul was great in being patient and the finance aspect. He gave good advice on seeking multiple insurance quotes and we discussed next steps prior to signing. Thanks!!! Carlos explained the fees and everything and it was a quick, easy process. My family has history of buying from Toyota of Orlando and I would again in the future. Just be prepared that inventory is low (national shortage). Be flexible and be prepared (eat beforehand... the process is long!).

Aquino made my sales experience at Toyota absolutely amazing! He was so informative about the process as well knowledgeable about the cars and their features. Vernon was superb at explaining all the financial aspects of the car and really helped me understand what it was going to take to purchase a car. He really worked with me and helped me get to a the perfect payment situation for me. Jason made the the ending experience at Toyota perfect and such a breeze. Explained everything once more and answered questions I didn’t even knew I had! In all the best car buying experience ever!

If I could give more than five stars I would! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Danny in the service department, he is a superstar! When I brought my truck in, he was thoughtful, caring and optimistic and informative about the whole process. Danny went out of his way to ensure my peace of mind towards my truck. If you want legendary customer service, look out for him when you need any sort of service for your vehicle. Driving my Toyota Tacoma is a blessing, having a company that focuses on customer satisfaction like Toyota of Orlando does makes me even more proud to drive my truck. A big thanks to Jordan, Andres and Jean in finance for their amazing customer service. I also wanted to thank my Haitian Salesman (I feel horrible for not remembering his name. He was such a good salesman because he listened to my needs. A very special thank you to Jordan the GM who turned what could have been a bad one star review into a 5 star review, not because he placed me in the vehicle, but because he actually cared about my experience and called me back to find out what happened and at the end of the day I was able to leave with the car of my dreams. Purchased a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner at this facility. We were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable salesman named Kevin. He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. Letting us test drive the vehicle. I would highly recommend him He is not pushy in any way. He then introduced us to the rest of the team we went through all the phases of the deal and everyone was Amazing., I cannot say enough about the whole team. Great experience in car buying. They are fair and seem to appreciate their customers. Kevin even checked on us during our time there all the way to when we were leaving. If your looking for a Toyota this is the place to buy.
