The sales staff were so polite and explained all our questions. Not pushed at all. Finance staff were very thorough and offered all available choices on products but not pushed about purchasing them. I would recommend them to anyone. The most relaxing buying experience. Thanks John.

Everyone was super helpful and trustworthy, showing me the entire process and what’s happening on their end. As a first time buyer it was a great experience vs the other dealerships I had visited. They took great care of me as a buyer. Highly recommend over any other Toyota dealers.

Jon Martinez is the best! Highly recommend him to everyone looking for a vehicle. Jon opened the door and greeted us as we walked in to the dealership. He asked us if we needed any help and if we were looking for anyone in particular. We did, and talked to Andrew in the internet sales department. Jon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't have the car we wanted to see initially sold before we got there literally but test drove another similar one. Jon took over from there, No pushy sales tactics, up front pricing, honest, left us to explore and find what we wanted. Initially, we left to get some lunch and think about what to do but 2 days of looking and several dealerships under our belt we decided we wanted a Toyota. I called Jon to ask if they had another car in the lot with the options we wanted exactly but they didn't. Jon took it upon himself to find one with all the options but it was a different color that they had and offered to bring it up front for us to look at when we came back. It was a looker and definitely more than what we expected. From there, we got our financing, finalized the paperwork, and off the lot in our brand new Toyota. Every one of the staff was professional and I must say 5 stars, hands down. My family and I love our new Toyota and recommend anyone to come here and ask for Jon.

Brandon was incredibly helpful for providing all the answers to the questions I had and making the car buying experience a great one that didn't have me regretting my purchase one bit. I'm thoroughly enjoying my brand new 2021 Toyota Tacoma and couldn't be more grateful for the honest and transparent conversations we had about the company, brand, and finance options. They helped me figure out what were the best options for me and got me through the buying process efficiently but still at my pace giving me time to look through everything. The loan options were also at a surprisingly great rate that was nearly exactly what USAA offered for their rates which is very impressive. I will definitely recommend buying here for anyone I know who's looking for great service and pricing. Shout out to Brandon for being an awesome guy going above and beyond for me!

Just bought a Tundra and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Mark Lucas provided the best service. In fact, he encouraged me to buy elsewhere when the exact truck I was looking for was available at another dealership. I never felt pressured to buy through him. It was by mere chance that one became available. Mark called me up without pushing the sale to let me know that the option was there. The transaction was seamless. I recommend Toyota of Puyallup to anyone. Ask for Mark Lucas!

From the time I drove up with my car in the service line, to waiting in the service line, waiting for my car...the WHOLE experience was EXCELLENT - Well done - you certainly know how to make a customer feel warm and welcome and at home!

I first purchased my first Toyota here at Puyallup and had it serviced for every oil change and have always had an excellent experience. They offer a comfortable place to wait with cookies and drinks as well as offer a shuttle to nearby stores. They are also close to a large park which is great when you're there for a longer service and have a kid with you! They have always done a great job, so now that I have a new Toyota Corolla I will return to continue the great service here.

I came to this dealership after receiving one of those "YOU'RE PRE APPROVED FOR FINANCING!!!" e-mails from my credit card company. I normally delete those things right away since A) I'm not normally in the market for a car, and B) My credit is pretty sub-par. However, I got that e-mail on the day my '01 Jetta decided it was going to crap out on me again, and try and take my hand with it (2nd degree steam burns. long story) I got a call to set up an appointment from one of the sales managers, Jeff. I returned his call a few days later and set a time for that evening to come in. He asked me if I had an idea of what I was looking for. I told him that I had browsed their pre-owned section a bit as well as their new cars and the Scion iA looked like a car that could fit my needs and possibly my budget. He informed me that there was currently a rebate on those cars that would look like cash down, which was good for me since this trip was very much on a whim. I had looked over the fine print of the e-mail and it told me I could be approved for anywhere from $4K to $35K. I was expecting the low end, due to my credit, but wanted to give it a shot anyway because I was done with the Jetta. I got to the dealership, and met Jeff right away. He was very friendly and welcoming to my fiance and I. He got us some water while I filled out some of the paperwork and we met our Salesman, Patrick. Patrick was just as friendly as Jeff was. He got us an iA to test drive around the area, and I loved it. The thing drove like a dream. Very quiet on the inside. These were all just cherries on top of my only real criteria that was the car had to start reliably, unlike my Jetta. We got back to the dealership and sat down with Patrick while we waited for Jeff to finish the financing approval process. I was in the process of bringing myself back down from the new car excitement and bracing myself for the disappointment that I was sure was only a few minutes away, when Jeff walked up to the table and said "You're approved"! I thought he was joking at first. He set the paper down in front of me and said I got approved for the loan with a payment that was only $20 more than where I wanted to be if I could get into a car. The interest rate was high, but I was expecting that, and at this point, was fine with it since the payments were affordable! SOLD! I couldn't believe it. They used all of the rebate as the down payment and told me to hang on to the additional money I was going to put down, as it would only have brought my payments down around 12 dollars a month. I felt a wave of relief wash over me when I realized that I wasn't going to have to deal with stupid car troubles for quite a while. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was so friendly and kind. I couldn't have had a better experience. Big thanks to Jeff, Patrick, and Tiffany for helping get me into a reliable vehicle at a fair price. This place knocked it out of the park.

Have been looking to buy and reached out to this dealer for an inquiry... The internet department (I presume they were the ones that replied) contacted me quite a few times after the inquiry (seems to be a common practice when you dont reply right away), and gave me a very template like response. However, after replying they answer my questions in a very honest and professional manner. Ultimately, their pricing was not as aggressive as I was expecting for a used car (the car had less than 10k miles but its initial price was more than a new MSRP) so I decided not to pursue further but overall it was a good experience.

My brother told me about this dealership, he said he goes here all of the time. I have a 2008 Chevrolet Taho that had a electrical problem and I took it to two different shops including a Chevy dealer. Well no one could find the problem, the first time I took it to Toyota of puyallup they fixed it under two hours. It was a loose wire under the floor in the back seat. Thank you so much Toyota of Puyallup!!!!

I had the best purchase experience in my long history of buying cars. I went through Toyota of Puyallup Internet Department. They replied quickly with a fair price. My vehicle was ready when I arrived. Our Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. The Finance Representative was prompt and thorough. I will buy my next New Toyota from Toyota of Puyallup.

Had a leaky water pump replaced in my 07 Tundra. It's a somewhat involved process and these guys were several hundred cheaper than the other dealers in the area. They were very friendly and more than happy to install a NAPA brand over Toyota OEM ....which promptly started leaking as soon as they installed it. Having compared both brands of pumps and gaskets I don't see any other way of saying I was simply swindled. They probably just didn't clean the housing and installed with a bad seal. I've had zero problems with countless other NAPA parts that I conclude these people will systematically screw the customer.

Simple as this: We found a car, offered our lowest price and they accepted right away. It was 10pm and they let us take the car home over night so we could have an independent inspection done on it the next day. Matt Penrose (the manager) said they won't fix every little detail but if there is an oil leak - they would repair that before we signed the paperwork. Guess what - there most certainly was an oil leak - amongst other things (brake light out, battery about to die, and power steering fluid leaking) Went back to the dealership - Our sales guy, Justin Thomas, went to talk to the manager. Matt was off that day..Justin spoke to the used car sales manager, Richard Laning. Justin came back to us and said "We'll take $400 off". No...that's not what we were told last night. No, we will not accept $400 off - fix the problem. Justin went back to the manager and the manager (Richard) came out this time. He sat down with his arms crossed and said" Best we can do - $400 off the price". He DIDN'T say - "Hey guys, really sorry that there was an issue that our mechanics missed. We'll fix it up for you tomorrow and have it ready to drive home tomorrow night" Nope, the manager proceeded to tell us how they do not invest in their used cars because they would be spending too much money, he said we got an inspection from a shady company, he told us how long he's worked there, blah..blah..blah We reminded him that we were told LAST NIGHT by the manager (Matt) that any oil leak would be fixed. Our sales guy, Justin, said that he FORGOT to mention that to Richard. Richard said "Fine, we'll replace the valve covers and keep you at the original price that we agreed on" We said - we don't want you to just "replace the valve covers - we want you to fix the problem..like we were assured would be done, if there was a leak" End result, of a long argument back & forth, manager said "I've had enough" and pushed our independent inspection back at us and walked away. Not only did they not "make the sale" but they lost customers - for life. Studies show that customers become loyal to their dealership..and in the age of social media..I cannot believe that they treated us like that. Now, we will not buy from them, our co-workers will not buy from them, our social media contacts will be wary of them - for what? The managers ego? The cost of "doing it right"?

I have purchased many vehicles from Toyota of Puyallup and I am always happy. My most recent purchases have been the most fun. Most people dread buying a car, but I look forward to it because this dealership makes it a wonderful experience. This was my third purchase from Jeff Goossens [5th car from Toyota of Puyallup]; who took into consideration everything I wanted and made sure that the vehicle was a good fit for my lifestyle. They are always available to answer questions and help you; even if it has been a long time since you bought the car. Years ago I had an issue with a chipped key and Jeff was there to help me and get it resolved. I will never go to another dealership to buy my cars.

Sales department is greatBut the service department need some work, they worry more about survey ratting then the customer. Always look under the hood after servicePersonal experienceOil cap left offTranmission fluid overfilled (Three visits to fix but it was never there fault)Rags left in engine compartmentOil filter over tightenedpoor communication between the service counter and service tech (Three visits I asked for new plastic clips for under body noted on paper work but never completed in shop)Over all the service department will never own up to mistakes they have made.

It was incredible the level of service I received from Toyota of Puyallup! This store is worth the drive for anyone living in Seattle or the Bellevue area. I have heard so many great things from family and friends and decided to just go "look." I ended up purchasing a vehicle and will never go anywhere else.
