UPDATE: Service department is still awesome. I've now purchased 3 vehicles (2 new) and leased one from here. I do not enjoy the car-buying experience at all (in general, not just here), but as far as dealerships go this one is one of the best I've dealt with. A big thanks to the General Sales Manager, Josh, for making sure I was taken care of. ORIGINAL REVIEW: After purchase service is top notch. Adan in the service department is awesome, very friendly and always greets me by name. Customer service at it's best!

Thank you Toyota of Wichita Falls! Y'all know how to do business. I dealt with Virgil, who is a great guy. He was transparent and direct with me and followed through on his every word. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid XLE before even seeing it in person- made me a bit uneasy but when I picked it up it was exactly what I wanted. Only a couple miles on it, perfect, smooth ride, all the promised packages. They got nothing wrong in the entire sale process. It was also a pleasure to be in contact with Scott who took great care of me when I came to pick up the car. Toyota builds such great cars. Highly recommend.

Definitely not friendly after a sell! They are so rude! It’s so funny how they are soooo nice then after you buy it Totally jerks!

Great service. The follow up by the staff was amazing. I was going in a trip and they rushed the delivery of the 4 Runner I bought. I was new to 4 wheel drive so they took the time to give me a tutorial and point me in the direction to immediately take it off-road.
