I went in to purchase a used car. I was told ahead of time that the price was negotiable as I had a 2 1/2 hour drive and would not have came if not. Not only was the car put on the lot scrapped up and a chuck taken out of the tire. but was I lied to multiple times. When discussing a price I was then told the price was not negotiable and of course was frustrated. To calm me down they took a whopping $200 off as I pointed out all the cosmetic issues with the car. When I was given a price on said car I called the next morning when before I said anything confirmed that the said price was the same and was told said price was the same. Excited to buy my car I moved forward with the next steps. Only for them to reject my calls for 3 hours and then tell me the price in one day went up $3,000 and they would not honor the price from the night before. $3,000.... in 8 hours... not to mention I was put on hold and never called back unless I called and got ahold of them. Needless to say I don't want to buy a car anymore id rather take the bus.

Recently Alejandro Ramirez helped me get a good deal on a new Camry. He definitely is a guy to go too ! He has that honest helpful patient chill n’ friendly attitude. No disappointment with his professionalism 👌🏻

The salesman Alejandro Rodriquez was very helpful in making my purchase very successful! I made a deposit on a new Prius Prime before they had the car and followed through with me the whole process as the car got to the dealer. I also dealt with Will , who is the finance manager and both were very nice and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind next time anybody I know or I need another Toyota. THANKS SANTA MONICA TOYOTA !!!!

The post purchase experience has been absolutely terrible. Managers do not care what issues arise, it's not their problem. If they can easily pass it off that seems to be the path they choose. The whole sales process was time consuming and that is by design regardless of whether you get your price or not. If you are ever looking to buy a Toyota I would choose another dealership, you've been warned

The parts counter guy doesn't know PARTS AT ALL he didn't even know what a crush washer is.. Where is the other guy? Wasted my time & gas ALL FOR NOTHING. Come on Santa Monica Toyota MANAGEMENT do / review your own responsibilities as well as the staff YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR 👎💯👎💯👎💯👎💯👎💯👎💯
