One of the BEST car buying experiences I ever had hands down! Jonathan made this super easy and smooth! Made sure I understood everything and we were both on the same page, went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfect! Answered all my questions thoroughly, worked out an awesome deal for me! This guy is great!! Walked out with my beautiful JEEP! I highly recommend this dealership. Definitely will be returning for any future vehicles :)

When buying your first car it can be very scary and stressful. Not only was I buying my first car, but I was doing it through a dealership trade. Jonathan from Jeep Tracy made sure the process went well by always keeping us updated with what was going on. Jonathan has been absolutely amazing with my first time buying process! Not only did he find me my dream car, he personally went to the dealership we were trading with to make sure himself that it was in great condition. My family has bought now 6 cars from the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Tracy, and we have not been disappointed. I recommend everyone to go through them when thinking about buying a new or used car, and ask for Jonathan! I would like to thank him again for everything and especially my new car.

Went to test drive a charger 392 with my girlfriend and was told that we couldn’t test drive the car unless we were buying. Everyone was friendly except for one of the managers. Oh well 🤷‍♂️ Edit: how would I go about contacting you?

I rarely write reviews...but I just had the best experience buying my new Jeep here. Both the sales person (Jonathan) and finance person (Tony) were awesome. Jonathan was knowledgable, but also the friendliest and funnest person to work with. Very straightforward in discussing price, options, etc. and helping me understand my car. Great experience with Tony on finance as well. Didn't feel like I was pressured to buy anything I didn't want. So happy that market adjustments on my Grand Cherokee model were dropped this weekend (other dealers in the Bay Area still had them when I was comparing). Also couldn't believe that I got the special financing at 0% (obviously had to qualify with credit scores) !!!! I've already started telling friends in the Bay Area to check this place out and I only bought my car yesterday :-)
