I purchased a Honda Civic about 2 months ago. Customer service was great and they helped me in any way possible. My only complaint is that the car has a few problems that were not mentioned when I was purchasing it. I was even given an inspection paper to show that the car was up to par but it wasn’t even for the car I was purchasing; it was for a truck. I’m sure it was just a mistake and he got the papers wrong but I just wish I was given the correct paper so I knew what had to be fixed and I could have gotten a lower price. I had to spend nearly $700 on just the brakes because everything that can be wrong with the brakes was and it also runs very loud when the A/C is on. A problem that I cannot afford to fix at the moment is the cv axel joint, it is in very bad shape so Im not able to make proper turns. None of these issues showed while I was test driving the car and began to show about a week after purchase. I believe the price should have been lowered because of all of these problems, but it is what it is. This place is a good place to go for amazing customer service, just make sure to get the car thoroughly examined before purchasing.
