I will admit I hate going into dealerships. Me and my wife argued for weeks about buying a new car, long story short we ended up going into Transitowne on a Saturday just to LOOK. We where greeted by T.J. we told him what we were looking for in our next vehicle and before you knew it we were leaving with a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Out of everything though our favorite part of the buying experience that me and my wife agreed on was how well our salesman connected with us and our small family. The best part was T.J. went out of his way to make a scavenger hunt for scratch off cards in our OWN VEHCILE it was fun for the kids and us as well. Anyways I started talking to the managers and explaining my situation. I wanted to be around a certain payment and loved there 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Jeff. My son came in a day earlier looking for a car that would be affordable for him and still being something he liked. He got all the information he needed that day, brought the paperwork back to me and we cam in the next day to finalize the deal. Worth driving 70 miles to buy from Transitowne! Peter Igielinski took excellent care of us. We were able to buy the Jeep we wanted (option-wise and color-wise) at a price that was better than any dealers could offer us in Rochester. There was no pressure to add on anything to the deal though we did decide to go for the 10 year rust warranty ($500 total, a no brainer for those of us who live in Western NY).

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now to get a call from service regarding the back up camera on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. This will be the third time I will be coming in to try and have it repaired. The first time they said it was a loose wire, the second time (after waiting over 2 hours) I had to bring it back the next day because they did not have any "electrical" service man that was able to look at it. The next day, I was told the backup camera was replaced and it worked intermitently but they also thought the radio could be a problem so a new one was being ordered. That was on July 8th and it is now July 20th and I have not heard anything from them. I am very upset and feel like they just do not care and guess what? The backup camera is now NOT WORKING AT ALL! I would not recommend the service department to anyone and will think twice about purchasing my next vehicle from Transitowne. I thought I was buying from a good dealership that had a good service department (or so I was lead to believe) Boy was I fooled!

I was looking for a new car because my current one was on it's last leg. I searched around to a few different places and finally found a honest and super helpful salesperson to assist me with my very first brand new car purchase. I thought I wanted a Jeep Cherokee and left the dealership after I signed a paper saying I wanted a Cherokee. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, my current vehicle broke down in the road right outside the dealership. I limped it across the street and called AAA. My salesperson, Jeff Persutti, volunteered to drive me and my children to enterprise so I could rent a car for the weekend. I ended up renting a minivan (even though I swore I would NEVER own one!!) and the ease of putting car seats in and the room inside was just too amazing to pass up. I called Jeff on Monday morning and told him that I changed my mind and wanted a minivan instead. Not only was he not upset that I made him retrieve a vehicle from another location and didn't end up taking it, he made it very easy for me to change my mind last minute and get into something I really loved. I will own this car for years to come and I know my kids will be happy and I won't be crammed into something that looks cool but just doesn't work for a young family. So goodbye Jeep Cherokee, hello Chrysler Town and Country. I am officially a minivan mom and I couldn't be happier. Jeff really took care of me and made sure that I had a ride to and from the car rental place and was really a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking to purchase a vehicle!

Normally I absolutely HATE the car buying process...and this time around it started out the same way. My husband and I were both looking for new cars so whoever we dealt with was going to make a sale for two cars in one day! We decided to head over to Transitowne to see if we could possibly make something work....we were introduced to Tim Loughran in sales and our experience there was totally different!! After many lackluster programs and cars over the years, Transittown of West Seneca smashed it out of the park. Price most importantly. Maybe I was just lucky and it was great timing, but I got the best discounts and incentives of any deal I've ever made. They were clear and transparent, no sales games and over talking, best price right up front and if they couldn't do it they would tell you. I knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to be at. They gave me clear options, no pressure and I made my own decisions and thankfully got exactly what I wanted and hoped for. My salesman Tim Loughran was outstanding. Had me in and out with delivery in 45 mins. Very knowledgable, personable and shot it to me straight, just how I want it when going through the car buying process. Made it so easy and painless. I was impressed by the quality and responsiveness of the communication at Transitowne. I was looking for a very specific used car and was treated very fairly and warmly by all of the folks involved in the sale. The car was waiting, warmed up for a test drive. I was given many miles to put it through its paces. My sales person, Jeff P. could not have been more patient and accommodating to my questions and details that needed to be secured for the sale. The same level of service came with the delivery/pick-up of the car after the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Even though I was buying a used car of significantly lower value that their showroom cars, I was treated better than my experience buying brand-new from a luxury car dealership for my previous car (same brand of car).

Stopped in after the gym to look at the new Challengers. They had a sub lime RT. Just what I wanted. Loaded up really good. Asked if they would take a 81 DeLorean on trade. They found a buyer for the DeLorean in a couple days. Every one worked together in Transit Town to get it done. I now have a way groovy sub lime Challenger RT sitting in my garage. It only has 20 miles on it now. It sure was fun driving it home tonight. My salesman was James May, he even came in on his day off. I wanted to write to say thank you to all the folks at Transitowne Dodge Chrysler Jeep in West Seneca that helped me purchase my new Grand Caravan today. Tim Loughran was instrumental in securing a deal that fit my needs and my budget. There was a significant mixup on the price of the vehicle I had wanted to purchase and the management at Transitowne stood by the information I had been given over the phone. Not many businesses show this type of integrity these days. And, they didn't have to do it. Most companies would have said Sorry, it was an error. But, not Transitowne. On top of that, I needed same day delivery (as we live an hour and a half from West Seneca) and the team at Transitowne made it happen. They got me financed and the car inspected, registered, plates switched, insured, and prepped for delivery (with all the goodies - service coupon book, full tank of gas, etc.) within just a few short hours. Mark Valenti worked double-time to get me the right financing with an excellent warranty that came out within dollars a month of a pre-approval I had come to the dealership with for just the car alone. I cannot say enough about my experience at Transitowne. I LOVE my new car and am happy to be part of the Transitowne family. Thanks again to the entire team for the positive car buying experience. I had the good fortune to purchase my Chrysler 300S from salesman Tim Loughran approx. 2 years ago ... so when it came time for my wife to purchase an SUV for the winter ... there was no doubt who we wanted to buy from. I didn't have any intentions of purchasing a new vehicle or even a used one. I just wanted to go look at Wrangler's. I went to Transitowne and saw a white Jeep Wrangler that I fell in love with and decided to go in and talk to someone. James May took care of me and ended up giving me a super awesome trade in value for my previous vehicle and did everything possible to get me at the price range I needed to be at. James connected with us on a personal level as well which was nice because It made me feel like I wasn't just another sale to him. He genuinely cared about my needs. I was interested because the 2012 van didn't have air/heat in the back seat and it wasn't good when you have 5 kids. Transitowne of West Seneca is in my opinion the best dealership around. I have bought my last 3 vehicle at Transitowne facilities and I have found that West Seneca is by far the best. I realize I am not the only person On the planet. But this is ridiculous. I usually have to wait an hour for an oil change. Today with no one else in the waiting room? I've been here two hours! One update about 45 minutes ago. Oh the car I bought from them ran out of gas on the test drive. But I liked the car and bought it anyway. Maybe I should have taken it as a sign to come.

Pretty good sales experience. Sales rep was good. No follow up after the sale. I've had a small issue that I can't even get someone from service to call me back on. I was told by the tech that looked at it the one time I brought it in that they cannot help me. When I said that i just purchased the vehicle he looked at the service writer who just shrugged his shoulders and said talk to your sales rep. It is a used vehicle but had about 200 miles on it from when I bought it. I did speak to my sales rep and he asked his manager who said he would get back to me on Monday (2 days). That was the beginning of me being ignored. No a single word from anyone despite many left messages ( you cant get anyone to answer their phone there) its going on for weeks now. Do business at another dealer.

I located my CTS on Cars.com following lousy local experiences. Drove >1hr to dealership. Made a great deal on a really nice car. Dealership was backed-up, so I had to wait over an hour to sign contracts, a slight inconvenience. Would drive that distance again for similar deal.

The buying process was good, and then when I went to the Finance Department to purchase the vehicle, they had alot of extra charges, like 399 for Etching of Vin, 200 for service coupons and 65 for gas, they did take off 165 dollars of these charges but had to pay 500 of these charges. Which they said they charge everyone. Not happy with charges for items I didn't want.

I spent well over a month shopping for a new car, during that time, I visited many dealerships. Usually I felt some pressure to "make a deal" at each dealership. The staff at Transitowne were very helpful, when I was just looking for information, they gave it to me with no pressure. When I decided on the make, model and options I wanted, they offered me the best price of any Dodge dealership, and almost 2,000$ more for my trade in. The buying process went smoothly and quickly, they even went to a dealership in Fulton NY (over 150 miles away) to get me the exact SUV I wanted. Add in free oil changes for life and you have a dealership that has a customer for life.
