I received in the mail a Labor Day Sale Spectacular flyer with Play Vegas Jackpot game. On the back of the flyer it indicates you can call 877-2047255 to Activate now and find out what you have won. So, I played the game and the results indicated that I won something. When I called to find out what I have won, the customer service representative would not tell me what I won and said I needed to come in. He transferred me to a manager. I explained to the manager what the flyer said that his company sent out, however, the manager said I would need to come in to find out what I have won. This contradicts what his company sent out in writing. The manager hung up on me during our conversation. He said I guess we have nothing more to talk about and hung up. I would have thought that a game like this was to draw in customers not to drive them away. I don't see how you can put things in writing and then not honor them and expect to gain customers.

We went to tri county Chevrolet a couple of times just looking. Had looked at the equinox but talking with bobby howell I told him we wanted something with more room. He showed us a 2013 Chevrolet traverse. My wife test drove it and loved it. So we purchased. Great riding vehicle been to the beach in it. Too me the best riding vehicle I've ever had. It had a couple of recalls which our salesman helped get our vehicle worked in for the service dept. I also helped my daughter purchase a 2013 Chevrolet impala. A BIG thanks to our salesman Bobby Howell as well as finance dept. To me the best dealership around.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Not only was staff highly knowledgeable and friendly, but they go above and beyond in insuring that everything went smoothly. Everything from working with me outside business hours to driving to a different city to get emissions and paperwork from my dad, the co-signer. This dealership get 3 thumbs up and I highly recommend.

They let me know the warrenty had been extended, Loaned me a car untill mine was repaired which was just a few hours.

Best experience! Ken, Jeremy and Rob were great! Stayed late for us,we came after work & tons of help and information (including a great finance rate)! Our daughter's first new purchase, THESE GUYS made her dream come true! Her new Chevy RS Camaro (Inferno Orange) is gorgeous & this dealership made it happen for her! Best deal to be found anywhere! I was looking for a used vehicle in a certain price range, The Salesmen Kerr Sutton was very professional and very friendly. He acted as though I was family. Then entire staff was just as friendly and was helpful in every way. They were determined to make me a satisfied customer. I will sure try them first before purchasing another vehicle.
