I was very disappointed in my recent purchase. I was promised the truck I was purchasing was just like my 2018 truck with additional "bells and whistles" by two different salesmen. This was an untrue statement. There was no CD player on the truck. When I asked the salesman about this -- his comment was he forgot and laughed. I understand Ford is no longer putting CD players in vehicles, but it would have been very nice to have been told this upfront rather than be mislead. Later the salesman called and told me how I could spend additional money to have another company install CD equipment that would probably not work very well.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased 2 expensive lemons from this place in the last 5 years. I thought I just had bad luck the first time and gave them a second chance and what a mistake. My Explorers transmission gave out in the first 11 months of ownership. The vehicle didnt even make it to its first state inspection.There service department is terrible and will not help you at all. They are a sorry about your luck kind of place. I've never felt more robbed in my life. I must add I'm still paying for both. One is a pretty blue lawn ornament.

I have always had great customer experiences when purchasing a vehicle or having work done to my vehicle at Tri-County Ford. The staff are so friendly and make sure that the customer is satisfied. I will always purchase my vehicles here!! Thank you for always being so kind, honest, and trustworthy!!
