We took our F350 in for an oil change and fuel filters, price and people were awesome, and they washed the truck when they finished. Best price at a Ford service center and we have been to Ford in quite a few states. Nice to find fairness in business! Would recommend if in the area.

We are travelling by Ford RV. The oil could not go through the oil tank. We find this ford dealer and they repaired it. There is no the replace part and they let us stay in their parking place for three days free. They tried their best way to find the original in other state and we are waiting for the part to repair. Really thanks for their efforts especially the advisor Stephen.

Arrived at 8am, left at 1130 (never offered any assistance or transportation...i was supposed to be out within 1 hour.......took vehicle in for factory recall on airbags, left with no radio working, took back and they're trying to reschedule work and discount charges.....ughhhh...radio was working fine when I arrived.....I call b.s....

We were on a trip from OR to TX and sprung a fuel leak in one of our fuel filters on our F350. got to the dealorship late in the day they had room for our 5th wheel and got us back on the road that day by staying late and getting it done. Great People, Great Service. HIghly recommend..

Called to make an appointment for service on our 2010 F-250. Was told the service scheduler had just stepped out. Took my number and explanation of problem with vehicle. Unfortunately, 5 days later, no return phone call. Poor customer service/response.
