Would review higher if I hadn't found a forged signature in my documents. They low ball offered on my trade, which I knew and accepted knowing I wanted my purchase. Instead of being honest about it, they forged my signature on a trade-in guarantee after I mentioned getting a higher offer from another dealer. I never even knew about it or saw the paper - coming from out of state. Please look into your vehicle value so they don't fleece you as bad as they did me. If you're okay with their offer, make sure they're honest with you about what they're doing.

I had the best dealership experience of my life at Tri-Star in Blairsville. Even though I didn't end up finding what I wanted to find right away (I had a very specific car in mind), I will definitely continue checking their stock and likely buy from here. Travis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very personable, kind, and not pushy when we told him we weren't going to buy a car from him right away. If I end up buying a car, it's going to be from him.

Truly a pleasure to work with these guys. They actually care about the relationship they build with their customers and they do their best to maintain that relationship even after the sale. They really did their best to make things work for me and did whatever they could to help.

Was contacted by sales through the True Car website. Was initially given a good price for the vehicle that we agreed on. Went back a few days later to sign the papers and take possession of the vehicle. Everything seemed legit until we got a call from our insurance agent asking why we paid over market value for the vehicle, they were assuming there was upgrades. We looked over the paperwork and found they had raised the price over $3000 from the agreed price. Contacted the sales department and was told that we signed the paperwork so it was ours. They would gladly take it back in trade at a much lower price than we paid of course. Seems they were just glad to get their commission and any bonuses for over selling a vehicle.

A Jeep that we originally purchased from Blairsville Tri-Star developed s leak in a transmission coolant line. Tri-Star gave me a fair estimate and did a check of the vehicle for other leaks that might be of concern. Of course, there were a couple. Tri-Star did a great job with the repair and it still was a fair price when I presumed that the work would cost a lot more than it did. Christine and staff were great at explaining what was wrong and what needed done and exactly how much it would be before I turned over the keys. I would (and probably will need to) take my Jeep back there.

Nancy McKee made our first experience with Tri Star Kia very nice. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She worked with us for 2 days and made our purchase very easy. We are enjoying our Sorento. It is a very nice vehicle and so far we are very pleased.

They found us the exact model we wanted that was optioned how we wanted it. Got it quickly, agreed to a better price than any other dealer would, were very fair on our trade allowance and didn't try to push extra products that we didn't want to pay for. Highly recommended.
