Took my daughter here to look at a car in September, she liked the car, she bought the car, great experience...came back last monday after finding a truck in the lot. Was told it was available, i was still on the clock so they took a copy of my license to start the process. 2 hours later they call & say some big construction company ordered it but hasnt picked it up yet. Thursday they call & say its available again, he’ll call later in the evening with a monthly rate & other details. No call back that evening so i take Friday off because i figure he’ll be calling to say come get it.... No call.. I call them and ask for the salesman, they tell me he’s not in today. I drive over there to talk to a sales manager, and the salesman they told wasnt in today walks out & tells me he’ll call me Saturday to let me know if its still available.....what an operation! You’re here to sell trucks, i’ve been here 3 times this week to buy and you won’t take my money. I don’t get it! And to top it off, when i pulled in Monday morning and was told it was availible, i pulled in with a $200,000 semi from their other dealership in calcutta.

So far I have been impressed me pre-owned car buying experience. If I could give my salesman Mario more stars I surely would. Pictured is my loaner, whom I nicknamed Dorothy. She is available as of 5 pm May 27 and fabulous.

Been dealing with grand Ford for over 30 years since tri state took over I have had my car there two times and will not go back they don't do anything you ask had 2 recalls would not fix they take forever to fix anything and when they finally fix something they don't even call you when it's done don't take your car here unless u need something simple fixed then good luck will not be back
