Great dealer, had a great experience. We drove to this place from Nebraska to just test drive but ended up buying a car. McKenzie Benson was a very knowledgeable salesperson; she helped us get on the road with our new Mustang Mach e. The staff was very professional and polite, competent. In August I purchased two new vehicles at Tri-State. One was ordered back in March. It took longer to get here due to the chip crisis, but my salesman John Turner keep me informed along the way so I always knew what was going on. Very great group of people to deal with. Tri-State will definitely be where i purchase our next vehicle.
