Overall, this was an average experience. Don’t expect above and beyond. The service representatives were all friendly and professional, but it was the same game of cat and mouse as always. I had two primary issues I’ll detail below. 1. It was difficult to get forms in English. For a major dealer, this should be a simple process I believe, especially with so many immigrating from the states. I understand official forms are primarily in Spanish, but it should be easy to provide unofficial copies in English so we can know what we are signing. In the end, I got some forms in English, not all, and it always took 10-15 minutes to get any given form printed in English as well. 2. I purchased a used car which was in decent condition, but was dirty during the test drive, and the trunk was covered in yellow foam powder from a damaged spare tire cover. I pointed this out during the test drive and was told the car would be detailed before taking it if I purchased it. Once I finally purchased it, the vehicle appeared to be clean on the outside but was not detailed on the inside as promised. They were initially pushing me to accept the condition because it “didn’t come out” when it was cleaned, but once the manager came out they said I could pick it up the following morning at open, and it would be clean. The following morning, I come at open to pick up, and the car is not finished. They send me off until 11am, and when I come back, it is still not finished. Finally at 2pm I come back a third time and it’s clean. It didn’t matter to me how long it took to clean it, it upset me because I came back 3 times before I got the car. Had they been more conservative on the time frame and had it done, I’d have been much more satisfied. In the end I got the car I wanted for a decent price, but it took several days and more headache than I believe it should have. It was about the level of service anybody should expect from a dealership.

Excellent customer service. I'm really glad I chose Triangle Toyota, got some good hearted people, like Eli and Edgar, that made the whole experience very easy and smooth. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.
