Went to numerous dealerships promised financing and turned away hrs later , Was told about trident automotive called went right in and an hr later bought a beatiful new car best expierence ever!!!!! ASK FOR VINCE

I bought a 2010 Ford Mustang from Vincent and I could not be happier not only with the car but with the service; when I had a question they were up front and honest for the entire process. I had been to many dealerships and told lie after lie, when Vincent told me that he could help me he did. The entire process was very easy. It took me longer to decide on the car that I wanted than it did to actually do the paperwork.

when you call them, they never call back, they promise to fix whatever the problem is but the problem never be fixed. they had vehicle over a month and still issue contiunes., all out they are not professional people.

Just bought a used 2000 Chevrolet Silverado from Trident Automotive and had no issues with the process. I drove two hours from where I lived, just to test drive this beautiful 4x4, and sure enough she was MINE. I must say, the customer service was great, signing the papers was fast and my questions were answered. Couldn't be happier :)
