Used Cars for Sale at Trinity Cadillac in Englewood Cliffs, NJ

The dealership ship at Cadillac Englewood Cliffs always provided impeccable service, and it was at a convenient location for me. I've been trying to make an appointment a little over two weeks now. I stopped by the dealership, and it was closed. Is the Cadillac at Englewood Cliffs shut down?

I went there today but there was noone around, doors locked and phone numbers not working. Totally deserted and looked it shutdown even though their parking had cars @Owner - Instead of replying sorry, atleast you could mention to the public whether the showroom has shut shop? Because by what I saw it looked shut for good.

Based on my most recent service i give it one star. Took over 3 1/2 hours for oil change and recalls . I needed to ask a manager to go to the back to see why my car was sitting on the floor for over 1/2 hour and not even looked at I arrived at 7:45 so was one of the first cars . we were use to the service level provided in the past and heard the dealership is under new management . very poor ., hope they improve and provide a level of service the dealership offered in the past..

I went there in the summer to go look at some cars and I was told by the SERVICE DEPARTMENT not the SALES DEPARTMENT that they were bought . So then I wrote the review that I had previously wrote and there responded with THAT THEY WERE OPEN NORMAL HOURS so then I go and call 3 different number that we’re all under Cadillac Englewood and all of them were not in service someone needs to explain?
