I have called 3 separate times over a 2 week period on availability of a pickup. As of today it is still listed on the website and no call back. Last call I made was on Wednesday. They said someone was driving it. I was interested in it and was willing to be patient to see what happened. I'm sad to write this review as the rest of my family has had great luck here.

Craig was amazing went above and beyond in helping me purchase my vehicle all the way from Florida amazing customer service and great people I would recommend this dealership to everyone these guys won’t let you down.

Was highly interested in a vehicle and requested simple pictures. John couldn't be bothered with it cause it was snowing (You couldn't just pull it into a shop? Also i waited 5 days before sending an email giving another chance to another sales associate whom i assume is the owner or part owner with having the last name of Tripe. No response at all after a few days. You lost a sale, i was looking to purchase ASAP, already bought a SUV from someone that wasn't lazy and wanted to make a easy sale. You are not looking into anything. Just a generic reply to try and save face. You claimed you wanted an open dialog since my review on another site. you have my email you have my phone number. Two weeks later and still nothing in return, no response. LAZY!
