I was very satisfied with my experience at Troncalli Subaru and with my sales rep, Bob, not because of something he did but because of all the things he did not do. All the typical "tricks", and sleazy crap you expect from car dealers was not something I had to deal with when I went to Troncalli and dealt with "Subaru Bob" Cichoki.He didn't feed me lines or try the old draw-four-squares on the paper and try to change the subject when I mentioned final price. None of the old tricks, none of the BS, none of the gimmicks. Not only was Bob friendly and helpful but he was knowledgeable about the car and was able to express that knowledge in a way that was not pushy or arrogant. He gave me a lot of useful information pertinent to what I was looking for and made me feel like he was interested in helping me find the car I wanted, and not pushing a car HE wanted to sell. Troncalli Subaru is over an hour away from me and I would go back to buy another Subaru if I was in the market for another one. Bob found the perfect balance of being a good salesman, but not pushy, not annoying, and most of all not a stereotypical car salesman. He seems to genuinely good at his job and I would have no reservations recommending him or Troncalli Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I highly recommend Troncalli Subaru. My purchase experience online with Richard Nash was very positive and professional. Due to a small recall issue, I also had the pleasure of working with the Troncalli Service Manager Tim Brown and service advisor Thiago Ding both of whom treated me with the utmost respect and cooperation arranging for my service to accommodate my work schedule. The waiting room was pleasant and the work done within the time-frame promised. I love my Subaru and appreciate this dealership.

For more than forty years, the car buying experience has never been one I particularly looked forward to. However, recently I attempted to purchase a new Subaru Outback from a local dealership in NC. The experience was nothing short terrible. They had too many people involved in the sale and no one seemed to know what the other was doing (or maybe they did). It felt like I was working with the three stooges except there were four of them. They had the car I wanted and at the price I wanted, but finally, after two weeks (it felt like two months), I gave up on them and just walked out never to return. After about a month I decided to try expanding my car search outside my local area. I did an internet car search on CarGurus.com and quickly found the exact car I was looking for at Troncalli Subaru in Georgia. It was located about 175 miles from me but I sent a request to be contacted. Within about fifteen minutes I received a phone call from Stephanie Culver at Troncalli Subaru. From that point, my car buying experience was forever changed. Ms. Culver was a delight. I found her professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and just an overall pleasure to work with. A very competitive price was quickly negotiated over the phone. Pricing was straight-forward, up-front, hassle-free and confirmed by email. Within days, I was on my way to Georgia to pick up my new Subaru Outback. While there, I also met and talked to several others who assisted in completing the transaction. They were friendly, helpful, and treated me almost like family. I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru, and the experience not only met my expectations, it exceeded them. I used online connections to dealers to get quotes for my 2016 Crosstrek. Troncolli contacted me first. After getting a quote, I shopped with other dealers. When one of them told me they couldn't beat that deal, I knew it was a good one. It was the least amount of time I have ever spent buying a car, and the deal was marvelous! The financing offered by Subaru was unbeatable. From soup to nuts, the whole experience was unmatched.

On my first visit I saw Bob Cichocki. He took me for a test drive. He was very professonal, good at showing me all the features, and very friendly. However I wasn't quite ready to make a purchase. A few weeks later, my husband went online and started dealing with Stephanie Culver, so when we were ready to make the purchase, I went to see Stephanie, since she did all the "paper" work, and they assured me that Bob Cichocki would get a part of the commission. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and yet she was warm and friendly. I ended up taking advantage of the financing since there is 0 interest, so I also dealt with Casey Cash. He too was very professional and friendly. The finalization of the documents was quite easy. So now I am happily a part of "the Subaru Family"!

My wife and I recently purchased a Forester from Troncalli. It was the biggest mistake we have ever made. When it came time for our monthly payments, I noticed that they had increased drastically. Upon further investigation I found that Troncalli had reported an incorrect price to the bank (of course they added a few $$$). Naturally, I was not going to pay it and reached out to Troncalli. No one answered the phone or returned my phone calls for over a week. I was simply ignored, until I finally reached Mr. Troncalli himself. Then after another week of explaining that the price was reported incorrectly, they began to fix it. Of course, I has already missed a payment and was assured by Mr. Troncalli himself that it would be pro-rated. However, two months later a late notification pops up on my account. Apparently, Troncalli failed to ever post the first payment as promised. Now it starts all over again, and no one will answer the phone or return my calls. Yes, this is a true story. Do yourself a favor and when you consider purchasing a car from Troncalli....just don't.

I visited Troncalli Subaru on August 27, 2016 with high expectations. I had been sent there by two trusted friends who had very positive experiences. And truthfully, I still have high expectations for what lies ahead with the Service Department. But the purchase experience was painfully long....hours of waiting to see the "finance guy" ......with periodic promises..."only 20 more minutes." It was an arduous day and even though the sales person tried his best to keep the atmosphere positive, the rudeness, disrespect, and haughtiness of Casey Cash when I finally entered his office came close to making me walk out without my new car. I only stayed because I couldn't imagine going through a purchase process again and I felt the car I had chosen was right. But in many ways, I still wish I had walked away. No customer should ever be treated with the arrogance and impatience that Casey Cash displayed. His words, facial expressions and demeanor were hopefully not representative of what is accepted or expected from a Troncalli employee.

Every step of the transaction was flawless, from working with Stephanie to the GM Michael, everyone was welcoming, helpful and full of knowledge. Drove out in under an hour and a half with a gorgeous Crosstrek 2.0i Premium for a heck of a deal. They even paired my phone to the car for us! Thanks for staying late and making the deal happen. This was the best car experience we've ever had. I am sure we'll be back!

Prior to going to Troncalli Subaru I contacted two other dealerships in my 100 mile radius and could not find the Forester with the features I desired, prices and locations. Stephanie was most helpful with the questions she had answered and the comments she had made in assisting me to decide on the purchase of our 2017 Forester. I am local to them (exit 11). I am a cash buyer with a excellent credit. I had a question about the availability of a certain Subaru. Their sales team does not reply to inquiries on Troncalli's website and they don't return calls. You get promises that a member of their sales team or a manager will contact you promptly. I'm here to say that they do not. Emailed the general manager and nothing!I'm not too confident at this point that Troncalli Subaru can exceed any of my customer expectations if I can not find a sales team member that will communicate with me.

Just a couple of weeks ago, my car finally hit the bucket. I was looking forward to getting a new car, but I had no idea what I wanted. Right after my car died, I took a trip to Oregon to backpack with friends - there were Subarus everywhere. I loved how the Crosstrek looked, so I decided to start my car search by looking at used Subarus. My budget was around 20k. I found a couple of used Crosstreks in my price range at Troncalli Subaru. Since it was pretty close to my house, I decided to stop by and see if I even liked driving the Crosstrek. Stephanie took me on a test drive of the new Crosstreks and I loved it. Since a new one was out of my price range, I started looking at the used ones they had. There weren't that many, but the next day, I couldn't stop thinking about the orange crosstrek I'd seen. It started growing on me, but it was just out of my price range. Thankfully Stephanie worked with me to get it marked down from the suggested price and into a range that my budget could handle.She was awesome about not pushing me into getting a car and followed up just the right amount. She even helped me when I asked her questions about the other used Crosstreks I was looking at for different sellers. This was my first car buying experience and it's going to be hard to top.

Our terrific experience began when we walked into Troncalli Subaru. We met for the first time in person our internet sales person Stephanie Culver. After discussing what we thought we wanted she showed us several cars in the two models we were interested in. At the beginning of looking at each car Stephanie would show us all of the features that were on the car and the differences as we moved between cars. She was incredibly patient and answered every question with an a terrific knowledge in terms we could understand. I am 62 years old and the father of three boys. We have bought several cars. Timothy greeted us with a smile immediately as we arrived, he also was ready for us and also already had a loaner car waiting for us. Timothy was extremely kind to my wife and our 20 month old son. He also shared a personal story about his son. Timothy calls us when our car was ready and was very helpful when we arrived. Our Outback was shining like it was the day that we picked it up from the Marvelous Casey Cash. Timothy also assisted with affixing our Subaru stickers, helped us prepare for a Thule that we will be receiving next week. We had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. They took our car immediately with no long wait. The young man who handled our appointment was efficient and friendly. We had a coupon which was honored and saved us quite a lot. Our wait time for the work to be done was exactly as they quoted. The waiting room was nice, comfortable. They had a Keurig coffeemaker with many choices of brew and creamers, also a basket of snacks and a fridge with cold water. We got our car back ready for the road, nicely washed. Very happy with the customer service.

I wrote this email back in February to the general manager. I never got a response of any kind. So I will never use them again.Mr Barlow,I bought my used Subaru from you last fall. It was a pleasant experience and I am quite happy with the car.I tried to get a cover for the back cargo area of my Forester from your parts department. They said there wasn't one made for the 2007 Forester, so I purchased one online. Perfect fit and matches the upholstery. Strike One.I got a coupon from the dealership for a discounted oil change, so I brought it in and your service manager told me that the coupon was only good at the Jeep service (even though it was from Troncalli Subaru), but he would honor it this time. Strike Two.Needing an oil change and tire rotation, I called today to see what sort of price is the service without coupons. Guess what? I can't find out. It is not posted on your website and no one answers the phone in service (I called 3 different times). Just voicemail. I can't just answer the phone whenever I want. Strike Three. So now I will stop at NTB on the way home and get service.I will go back to having my car serviced at a non-dealership garage, but I wanted you to know that I tried give your service department a chance at my business.Thought you should know.

Stephanie was a delight to deal with. My experience was awesome. Great customer service and everything went smoothly. They did not have the Subaru Forester Touring with all the features I wanted in stock, but Stephanie arranged for one to be driven there from close by within 2 business days. I was given a tutorial on all the features that the car has and she was very thorough.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealership in quite some time so I was naturally a bit hesitant when my family went to look at the new Subaru Crosstrek. Bob was great to work with - took the time to ask what we were looking for in a new car and what we already knew about Subaru as a company. I needed a new car. Not just any car as I'm in sales and it's my mobile office. I'd heard great things from a relative about the Subaru Forester. I was thrilled to see Troncalli was in Cumming as it was not a far drive. Stephanie Culver, the sales associate, was amazing from the get go. She was kind, informative, accessible and very knowledgeable. I test drove the car and then spent the next 6 weeks test driving anything comparable. Nothing out there competed with the Forester. I made a commitment to Stephanie that if I chose the Subaru that I would buy it from her. 6 weeks later, I did just that. It was the best decision I made. Troncalli is fortunate to have Stephanie as a sales representative for anyone looking for a Subaru. The Subaru Forester sells itself. Stephanie sold it to me. I was more impressed with her and my own experience of being in sales for 20 years. Michael Lubanski will seal the deal with all the paperwork needed. Michael knows his stuff. He is confident and makes things happen. Dealerships need to make note. Having a great product is one thing, having great representatives for the dealership makes it a done deal. After contacting two other Subaru Dealerships, I reached out to Troncalli Subaru. Stephanie Culver answered my inquiry. She included some information regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for.I called her and asked more questions. She did some research on locating more vehicles, explaining that ordering a car can be just as easy and discounted as a lot purchase.We texted back and forth several times and then I made an appointment. She was so gracious and easy to work with. The manager was accessible and very helpful. The numbers guy was easy to talk with. All of them treated me we respect, friendliness and were very knowledgeable about their products.I walked out with a car-- and that is something I don't do every decade!

My first experience with a Subaru was when I was a teenager, step dad had one, I never drove it and never really asked about it. The first real time Subaru caught my eye was when I saw Colin McRae doing his thing in the dirt at high speed on tv. I was in awe, and wanted one of those. Being realistic with budgets, it wasn't happening for me. Time goes by, I have owned at least 15 different cars since that time, and now older and wiser, I really did my homework this time. I watched every video on YouTube I could find, from anything of the models offered, option packages, mpg, repairs, etc. I started to zero in on the Forrester, and decided that's what I wanted. Convinced the wife this was the right choice, and we should seriously go and take an up close look at them. Took me a month to convince her to even entertain the idea. So we went to Troncalli, and met up with Eric. Having been a previous car salesman myself, I was aware of the "tricks of the trade" so to speak, and went in with a guarded posture. Eric, being the old salty dog that he is, picked up on this real quick, and just more or less stood back and let me ask what I wanted, and interject what I already learned about each model. This was great, a very low pressure, don't have to buy anything approach was exactly what I wanted to experience, and Eric didn't disappoint. He took all the time that was needed for my wife and I to drive the Outback, Forrester, and Crosstrek. The Forrester I wanted, they didn't have with the options I was after (Eyesight mainly), and would have taken weeks to get on the lot. I was ready to get out of my truck as fast as I could. After discussing with the wife, what was a realistic expectation to our needs, we settled on the Crosstrek. We didn't "need" some of the things my "teenage" mind was telling me to get. We ended up leasing, as it was our first Subi, and I looked at it as if it works out for us for the next 3 years, then I will probably be a Subaru Lifer. Bottom line, we got a new car, payments dropped over $100/mo, not to mention the insurance went down as well with this purchase. The buying experience was top notch in my opinion and would return again, I have only delt with service once, so that's yet to be seen and gave an overall 4 star for this very reason.

We had thought about a replacement for my wife's 2008 Acura TL for some time. It had been a great car, but it had 170,000 miles and I wanted her to have something newer, safe and reliable. We had rented a Subaru while visiting Yellow Stone National Park and my wife liked everything about it. Sooo....Test driving an Outback is a challenge. Nobody has them. We found a dealer with a 2015 (we bought the 2016) and my wife was sold. We went to dealers in Augusta, Atlanta , Macon and Decatur and were contacted by Stephanie with Troncalli via email. We did that aggravating dealership thing (let me talk to my Manager) with the other dealers . I wanted a drive out price. Stephanie was the only one who gave me a drive out price price without me asking and gave me a line by line accounting of the fees/taxes.Stephanie had the best price on the Outback, the best trade in price, and made this as easy as this could be. Nothing but top notch service from Sales, Finance, Parts (for accessories) and Service. Have referred friends to this dealership and they are now part of the family too. Like going to "Cheers", "where everyone knows your name...".

Wonderful! After going to several dealerships for other makes I settled on Subaru. Dreading going in to look but was greeted by Ms. Bobbi and from that time on everything went smoothly, No high pressure. Just facts and honesty! From Ms. Bobbi in sales, to Mr. Mike in finance to out the door. A very smooth process and I have recommended them to several friends. Usually keep my cars for 10 to 12 years so guess I will see them down the road a bit.

As we have been previous Subaru owners, the folks at Troncalli didn't have to sell us our car - we knew exactly what we wanted. We had been to two other dealers before going to Troncalli and weren't very impressed. At Troncalli we were warmly welcomed by Bobbi Patterson who explained that she was in the process of finalizing the sale of a new Subaru. She immediately arranged for us to test drive the Outback model we wanted. We also were able to test drive a new Forester comparably equipped to the Outback. When we returned, she was finished with the previous customer, and spent two hours answering our questions and taking us on another test drive. By then, we were ready to complete the sale - except that there wasn't a 2015 model in the color we wanted at any Subaru desler in the southeast. Bobbi said "no problem" and arranged for us to order a 2016 model for the same agreed on price as the 2015. Since we were in no hurry, we signed the contract. When we sent to pick up our car yesterday, Bobbi spent over two hours with us going over all of the features with us. She has a great sense of humor, but at the same time is very experienced and thorough. We couldn't be happier with our expetience at Troncalli thanks to Bobbi and the Sales Mgr. Mike _____. Bobbi personally introduced us to the Service Mgr and the Parts Mgr. boyh of whom were very friendly and welcoming. The only drawback on our whole experience os that Troncalli Subaru is 82 miles from our home, but at least we have a beautiful rural drive most of the way!??

Just purchased a new outback from Troncalli Subaru. worked with Subaru Bob. Most of the transaction was done over the phone. Once Bob found out my preferences for the vehicle he took over and sent me everything. The purchase was very smooth and when I went to the dealership to take delivery on a car I had never seen I was very pleased. Bob made sure the vehicle was equipped to meet my needs, and he spent time making sure I was happy with what I was buying. He made sure to go over all the features of my new car and answer any questions I might have about the car. I would recommend Troncalli Subaru and Subaru Bob to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. I was on the market for a 2016 Subaru WRX and emailed over a dozen dealerships for quotes. Stephanie Culver was the most responsive, straightforward, and caring person I had the pleasure of working with while searching for my WRX. Unlike other dealerships, Troncalli did not bombard my inbox with spam on a regular basis or call me daily. After buying my 2015 Outback (see previous review), I needed a used car for my son. Once again, Troncalli, specifically Stephanie Culver, came thru! Mike Lubanski really pressed the banks to get me a better rate on financing, which he did. I was in and out in under 2 hours. In addition, I have had 2 complimentary services on the Outback since December and Tim Brown is a true professional. If you prefer hassles, broken promises, and aggravation, go somewhere else. If you want an excellent car buying experience, Troncalli is the dealer to go to!

We both agreed that it was the easiest most enjoyable car purchase that we have ever had, When you are spending that much money it should be fun and exciting. They remember that and make it fun. None of that let me go ask my manager stuff. We have had our oil changed here and it is great. They are ready for you when you arrive, get it done and you are on your way with a very clean car in no time. Plus once again they are just pleasant people!

My comments apply to the Troncalli Subaru sales lot only. I recently purchased a preowned Subaru Forester, and it was the most pleasant car purchase experience of my life. Bob Cichocki was excellent to work with--no pressure and no games--he just tried to help me find a solution to my car needs. The car I purchased did not have heated front seats. Bob got those for me, and they were installed within 4 days. I also traded in a car, and they took no more than about 7 minutes to tell me what they would give me for it, which was fair. The financing portion was quick and painless. In the past, I would be at a dealership a minimum of three hours for all these transactions, and it wasn't very pleasant. But with Bob and the rest of the team, I completed the transaction in a little over an hour, and it was very pleasant!

I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from Troncalli Subaru. I'm incredibly picky... my expectations are high... and, candidly, I'm not easy to please. In short, I was overwhelmed by how positive my experience was in EVERY respect, from beginning to end. Michael Barlow (Manager) and Eric Kosa (Sales associate) are simply outstanding. They listened intensely... communicated perfectly... and were consistently focused on delivering my total satisfaction. There were zero hoops and loops... zero surprises... zero disappointments. My car (3.6R Limited in Carbide Gray Metallic) was not immediately available, but they swiftly got it into my hands, even though I changed colors (from Black) after the original order was placed. Pricing was excellent, without having to go through the wrestling matches I've always experienced with other dealerships. These are two of the most likable guys on the planet (Michael and Eric)... but, more importantly, they deliver outstanding service and are on top of every detail. This was, by far, my most positive car buying experience (out of 12+ purchases) in my life. This was my first purchase with this dealership, and I am absolutely now a loyal customer! When we went to Troncalli Subaru, we explained to the salesman that we just wanted to test drive an Outback, not buy. He was most helpful and we especially appreciated the fact that he used no high-pressure tactics. We felt comfortable and unhurried. We ended up buying the next day. We've since brought our cars back to have accessories installed and the service department has been very quick and professional.

Wonderful experience at Troncalli Subaru in Cumming, GA. My salesperson was Kevin Slatton and I must say working with Kevin was very comfortable. Frankly I dreaded the whole buying experience but it was painless. I asked for an extended test drive and got exactly what I wanted. When it was time to cut a deal Kevin gave me a very competitive price and before I knew it I was out of there driving my new Outback.The business manager (Michael Lubanwski) did a great job of explaining options and when I declined them that was it......no pressure, no games. Again, I was not looking forward to the whole new car buying experience but it was painless and I'd highly recommend these two guys to help you if you need a Subaru.

I have purchased four new vehicles over the last 25 years and never had a good experience. Some of that had to do with my poor credit and bad finances when I came out of college. Even after my career was on track and my finances were under control, the car buying process was still a pain. I purchased a new car just three years ago (with A+ credit) and knew exactly what I wanted (make, model, options, etc.). Unfortunately I just couldn't get a dealer to give me a straight price. I would get figures from dealers via email exchanges, but every time I walked through a door, the price would change. I had to walk out on two dealers and file a BBB complaint. So it was with this baggage that I pessimistically started my search for a new vehicle for my wife. After emailing five local Subaru dealers with the exact vehicle I was looking for, I got a price back from Michael Barlow and it was the lowest one. I was expecting to walk through the door and hear a different number, but that never happened. Not a single mention of extended warranties, gap insurance, or anything else. We were in and out in just about an hour and are as happy as we can be with the car and our experience. I would buy from this team again in a heartbeat.

In fact, the whole process was the easiest car deal I've ever had - besides the test drive, it was less than an hour. Definitely worth the 50+ minute drive from Jasper. I did not have the time to visit this dealer in person because I live 2 hours away so I applied for financing online. They were quick to send my information out to lenders but have yet to call me! It has been one week and still nothing! I had to call in and check on my application and each time I was passed off to someone new! At one point I spoke to someone who said they had some denials (common when buying a car as we all know) but when I asked for what reasons or if we could request a counter offer I was cut off quickly and told the lenders will send me a letter. Duh! that is a given but I have the right to know what is going on and instead was dismissed and continue to be dismissed. After being fed up with all of this I called to speak with the owner and was told he is permanently unavailable then was forwarded to the general manager whom has yet to return my call! All in all I would not recommend this dealer to anyone because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On a Monday, I scheduled my 2013 Subaru Forester for a 45K service for Friday. When I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation in their computer system, although I had received a confirmation email. No problem. Tim was very accommodating and took my information and keys. When I returned at 5 pm, the car was ready with all that a 45K service entails. I only know this because it said so on the service ticket. I wish they would break down exactly what they have done, such as changing the cabin filter, checking the various fluids and functions that the service recommends. Also, there is supposed to be a complimentary wash, which mine did not get. I still am pleased with the dealership and the friendly atmosphere of everyone there. My complaints are trivial and the car has run great since I purchased it, some 2 years ago.

I'd been a Honda guy for the last 15 years, but when it came time to retire the old car, I decided on an Outback. I decided on Troncalli Subaru based on reviews. I am SO glad I did! From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. Stephanie Culver and Mike Barrow were a dream to work with. Stephanie couldn't have been less "salesman" and was as excited about my purchase as I was. Mike gave me straight answers; no BS. This type of service was completely the opposite of previous car-buying experiences. I would highly recommend Troncalli to anyone in the market to buy a car. You will not be disappointed!

My wife wanted a 2015 Forester so after weeks of careful research and price checks over the internet we found Troncalli Subaru's web site and their new car inventory listing. My wife selected the model, color and features she wanted for a 2015 Forester, we made a reasonable offer via e-mail to Stephanie Culver and she accepted an scheduled an appointment for a test drive and drive out. Michael Barlow was also very helpful and accommodating and within two hours (in two visits), my wife drove out with her new car. We had a good sales experience with Stephanie and Michael and after being Honda car owners for over 20 years, I think my next car will be a Subaru as well and hopefully Stephanie or Michael will be there to make it happen!

After getting the "royal runaround" from another dealer in the Atlanta area, my husband and I happened upon Troncalli Subaru. What an amazing experience. They did not have the Forester that I wanted, but offered to special order it for me. We placed an order that day for "Lucy" our new red forester. They kept us informed as they received the Vin# and that it would be about 4 weeks more. "Lucy" arrived in 6 weeks from order date. Not only that, the price that we got for her was great, the purchasing time was not stressful at all and we really felt no pressure from start to finish. They spent so much time making sure that we were happy and informed of all of "Lucys'" parts and gadgets. We could not be more pleased by all of our purchase experience. It was so low key and yes it was a fun and happy experience. Subaru Bob was so much fun and so knowledgable about the Subaru brand and parts and procedures. He even took us in and introduced us to the service dept people and scheduled our first oil change. Mike made all of the money part easy and low key as well. He was so personable and not like a "normal" pushy sales person at all. We had already been preapproved for the loan but he was able to match our great rate and make it easier. I had already priced and test drove Outbacks at other dealerships before I came to Troncalli. I was always impressed with the car, but the negotiated eals left something to be desired. Then, yesterday, I met Mike Barlow. I hadn't actually thought I'd be driving away in my new Outback when I accompanied a neighbor on her first car shopping experience in over 18 years. Over the years I prime myself for the worst when embarking on dealership visits. My neighbor was also prepared for a negative experience since it had been so long since she'd had to deal with it. We were both astounded that Mike made it painless, worthy, even pleasant. That isn't normal! "Pleasant" and "car buying" in the same sentence makes the mind boggle. But, it happened and neither of us could be any more pleased with the results. I have a '15 Outback, she has a '14.Mike is low key, reasonable, patient and entertaining. His great sense of humor helps the process along. He makes the best deal possible for everyone involved. Stephanie is upbeat, honest and eager to make the experience positive. She actually told us that we are important to her. How many times do you hear a car salesperson say that and really mean it?Without reservation we would recommend Troncalli Subaru and crew to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Even if you think you might want another make at least give Troncalli a visit before making a final decision. Your time won't be wasted and your experience will be positive. Troncalli reflects well on Subaru as a brand and a company.

I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Troncalli. Over the years, I have purchased and leased many vehicles and have never had such a pleasurable experience as this. My sales representative, Stephanie Culver was honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She made the whole experience seem more like a fun and exciting recreational event, rather than the typical car buying experience many dread. Mike Lubanski, the finance manager gave me some great advice. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he dissuaded me from making a decision that would have potentially cost me a lot more money...And he's a bean counter with a personality to boot...Wow! What more could you ask for? I gave several other dealers the opportunity to earn my business, one closer to where I live even had a slightly better price. In the end, I can say without any reservation...Troncalli Subaru is the best!!!

My sales representative, Stephanie Culver was honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and attentive to my needs. She made the whole experience seem more like a fun and exciting recreational event, rather than the typical car buying experience many dread. Mike Lubanski, the GM and F&I guy gave me some great advice. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he dissuaded me from making a decision that would have potentially cost me a lot more money...And he's a bean counter with a personality to boot...Wow! What more could you ask for?! I gave several other dealers the opportunity to earn my business, one more local to me even had a slightly better price. In the end, I can say without any reservation...Troncalli Subaru is the best!!!

This Saturday, I left my car at Troncalli Subaru for an oil change. I noticed that on the door it said that on Saturdays the service department is open until 6. I got there to pick up my car at 4:25. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSED. I walked over to the sales department and the sales manager said that the people of the service department left at 4. The sales manager walked us back to the service department. I pointed to the sign on the door that said the service department was open until 6 on Saturdays. He seemed surprised. The service manager looked around for the paperwork for my car but couldn't find it. He walked away to ask someone. While I was waiting, I noticed my paperwork sitting in the rear of the service reception area. I brought it to the service manager who spent about another ten minutes trying to find my car and then get it out of the locked lot. When I got my car there, I pre-paid for oil changes. I will be back because of that, but I will wait while the work the work the next time.

Conrad is fantastic. The entire service department is always excellent to work with, though. He had my car in and out of the service center in about an hour. While waiting, I enjoyed free coffee, water, and a bit of television. :o)

We have been buying new cars for over 40 years now and this is by far our best experience. Bob was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I just recently purchased a 2015 Crosstrek from Troncallii Subaru in Cumming. Our sales rep, Eric Kosa, could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly or courteous. Not sure what I really wanted he guided me in the right direction for my needs and price range. He was patient with my needs and wants in a new car and made every effort to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with all the options I wanted in less than 4 hours. Delivery of the vehicle was quick and efficient. Over the years we have purchased 10 new cars and the buying experience ranged from boy did we get taken to that wasnt too bad. They sold this used Subaru Outback to me at what I felt was a very fair price. I had done a lot of research before purchasing. All of the staff were so nice and welcoming and I felt like I was with friends buying a car. While this dealership was a long distance from my home it was well worth the drive! We found a car from this dealership on Autotrader.com. We had been in contact with both Stephanie and Tom through emails and phone calls. We planned to drive 114 miles to look and potentially purchase a Forester. We called the night before to confirm that the car was still available. We spoke to Stephanie and she said that it was. We told her that we would be arriving between 12-2 the following day. Upon our arriving to the dealership, we saw the car and checked it out. Then, proceeded to go into the dealership where we waited for 10 minutes for someone to help us. When that didn't happen, I waited outside of Tom's office until he recognized me standing there. We told him that we had come to look at the Forester. He replied saying that he sold it that morning. He said he didn't know that we were coming because Stephanie did not tell him of the conversation that she and I had the night before and he sold the car. He even dropped some curse words when he realized the mistake. This was after we drove 114 miles with a 6 and a 3 year old with us. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our experience and the lacking of professionalism.

I have to tell you how I love our 2 Subaru's. First of all, they always run great, thanks to your terrific service department, where we always have our cars serviced. (Conrad is great!) Secondly, when we bought our vehicles, Tom and Mike were so great to deal with and we are so happy we bought from them, and Troncalli. Finally, I'm sure you know how wonderful these cars are in bad weather, snow or rain. Thanks to my Legacy, I made it home Tuesday from work when I thought I never would. So many cars, trucks and buses stuck all over the place made it very difficult to get around. I was 30 miles from home when I left around 12:45pm Tuesday, from the Windy Hill and Hwy 41 area. Traffic at this time was already gridlocked in that area. It took me several hours to go the first 5 miles over to 41 and north to Franklin rd. We live just south of Cumming, in northern Alpharetta, so I knew it was going to be near impossible to get home with all the other vehicles on the road. I must have changed my course 10-20 times and go thru dozens of sub divisions where people left their cars on the road, buses too! I can't remember how many helpful people would tell me not to try going up their hills because no one can make and I will just get stuck. Some even told me I would die if I tried it. I just replied..."I have a Subaru, I can make it". The car hardly ever skidded, only a couple times for maybe a second or two, not even around corners or the steepest hills. After 8.5 hours of absolutely crazy problems, I did make it home. I know, for a fact, that I never would have been able to make it home, with the roads getting worse and icier the more north I went, if I did not have an awesome car like my Subaru Legacy!!! Thank everyone there, at Troncalli Subaru, for their incredible vehicles and for getting me and my wife home safely!!! We love you guys so much! We are Subaru owners for life. (why doesn't Subaru use that for their ads? Life meaning years and also keeping you alive) Anyway...we love our Subaru's.

We bought a 2013 Subaru Outback this week from Subaru Bob at Troncalli in Cumming and the experience was great! Bob really earned this sale as we had been looking for over a year for a vehicle to replace a 2002 VW wagon. When we first looked at the Subaru Outback last year, we told Bob we were just out looking and he was patient. He explained everything about the car and even gave us the ride up the hill behind the dealership after our test drive. It was impressive to say the least. While we continued to look at alternative vehicles, we kept coming back to Bob and the Subaru Outback. Bob was really terrific, always patient, going over every detail about the car and answering our questions. Once we decided Subaru Outback was the car, Bob turned us loose again for another test drive. And this time, we were hooked! As we finalized the deal, he took us around to meet the Sales, Service, Parts and Business managers. We were treated with respect and not rushed. With about 350 miles on our Subaru, we are looking forward to our first road trip. We were very happy with our sales experience. I scheduled an appointment for Memorial Day. I was surprised and delighted they were open for business although they probably would rather be cooking out or doing something else. My Forester was taken in for its 15k mile checkup as soon as I arrived and back in less than an hour. In the meantime, I exercised my dog in the grassy area. I had been thinking of trading my small SUV to get a car with less miles to last me through retirement. I started test driving some cars to get a feel for the different vehicles I was considering. I spend the prior weekend at various dealerships with salesmen who knew alot (and kept talking to my husband instead of me!) or next to nothing about the cars. Some were putting on the pressure and one even suggested I not consider one of the cars I asked about because it was probably out of my affordability!!!! He didn't even know my name, run a credit report or anything! I would not have bought a car from him if it was the one I was just dying to have! My husband suggested I check out the Subaru's, he had one about 5 years ago which we liked very well. When we got back home, he checked out the website for Troncalli Subaru and said I should give them a shot. On Monday I contacted them for more information and got a quick response from "Subaru" Bob. We set up a time to come in and test drive a Legacy that afternoon. It had started to rain when I arrived but Bob assured me this was Subaru weather. He had the car ready and I took it for a spin. I really liked the handling and it was relatively quieter than the other vehicles I was considering. What I liked most about my experience was "NO Pressure" sales. There was no Mutt and Jeff routine to talk me into paying more for the car or trying to get more for my trade. I wasn't introduced to ten other people who tried to convince me this is what I should buy. Bob took care of everything. I was really pleased with what they offered me for trade and with the special financing Subaru was offering, it was a no brainer that I would buy a new car as compared to the used vehicles I had been considering for same amount or more money. Bob exhibits the personality traits one would hope to have in a friend. He has a broader perspective than just making a sale. For me, all this is important. Beyond our experience with Bob, our experience with all the other individuals was also very positive. I would have to say, in our history of purchasing a new vehicle, this has been a great experience. And on top of all this, our new 2013 Outback is also great. The quality of workmanship and safety features in this vehicle is excellent. When you couple all this with a very reasonable selling price, it makes for an exceptional experience. When I picked up my new Subaru an item which I ordered was not on the car Bob immediately investigated and ordered the part. Several days later I emailed him and asked if I could also order side cargo nets. He told me no problem. he parts arrived and an appointment was set up to accommodate me.I met Conrad the morning of my appointment that would start on my car. I was waiting awhile and Conrad came out and explained the reason for the delay was the engine had to be cool in order to install the block heater I ordered. He was very apologetic and ask if he could get me anything while I waited.When the service was done Conrad escorted me out o the car to show me where the plug was located and answered a question I had about a sensor. He told me to come right back if I had any problems.I've dealt with service departments before and not with the best of feeling or service.I was very happy with my experience at the Subaru service department and look forward to a long relationship with them.

We bought our new Outback a couple weeks ago from Bob and we couldn't be happier. Bob was very patient with me no matter how many times I came in to test drive it or asked questions. The entire dealership was patient with our two small sons and we never felt any pressure to purchase. Once we did, Mike and Bob made everything so easy and we were in and out in about 2 hours. Time has really flown since the purchase of my new 2012 Outback and I was due to the first service. One call to Troncalli, the service was set at my convenience and was completed most expeditiously. Conrad Macarthur leaves nothing to be desired and is the consumate professional in the care of vehicles brought to his department.

Bigger is not necessarily better in the car business... In general, Subaru in the Southeast has a tougher job pulling in people from other brands. The climate and relative cost of AWD tends to put 2-wheel drive Honda/Toyota and domestic brands on the top of folks shopping lists. So to succeed, the Troncalli folks simply take better care of their customer both in Cumming and the sister store for Troncalli in Kennesaw. And with 2 stores (and Kennesaw right down the road from Subaru of America corporate) there is also some "volume" power in these 2 smaller stories. Compare that to the Stivers/Gwinnett dealers who pitch low price but use VERY different pressure sales techniques to turn units (HELLO... Subie owners are not "units"!) Over the past few years, we've purchased 2 cars here and many of the staff and Mgrs have remained the same (great sign), the service folks are VERY thorough and you'll be treated better. Another family member has his Subaru's service done there and had repair work done after a minor accident and is very happy many miles later. The store tends to draw heavily from the North Metro Atlanta 'burbs and heavily from the N. GA mountains as well. A smaller store that's on the larger Troncalli Dodge/Jeep property means lower overhead. You'll also need to negotiate here (so do your homework), but the negotiation will be respectful and fair.For new sales, the level of professionalism and patience in picking a car, then follow through after sale were also outstanding. Subaru Bob did the best job I've seen in 25 years of buying cars to ensure I picked the right vehicle and to ensure we're happy with the car afterwards. Some paperwork issues on our trade were also handled without drama. And in good faith negotiations on the new car sale, "ties went to the customer" with thanks to the Sales Manager Mike. Great store Mr. Troncalli.

I have purchased 5 Subaru's from this dealer and would never go anywhere else. Even though I have moved to North Carolina, I return to Bob Cichocki and Troncalli to trade whenever the need arises. the service department has always been great and everyone at the dealership is very friendly and courteous.

I purchased a new Subaru Outback in July. The decision was between a Mazda CX-5 and a Subaru Outback. Although the decision seems simple now, at the time it wasn't. It came down to 2 things - the knowledge of Subaru in general and all the Subaru models Chris Wright had and the experience at the dealership. My wife had leased a Mazda CX-9 a few months back and, although the purchasing experience was OK, the knowledge of the employee was minimal and the financial experience was a nightmare. We had to go back and forth to the dealership 6 times because they couldn't get the paperwork right.The experience at the Troncalli Subaru dealership was great! Chris Wright was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. He thoroughly explained the details of the Outback (and Impreza) to us and even the background of Subaru. They even helped with and supported our 3 and 6 year old boys running around the place! The financial process was easy and we had zero return visits for missed paperwork!Overall I would highly recommend a Subaru (my wife is thinking of getting one too!) and would highly recommend purchasing it from Troncali Subaru!

I have a 2001 Subaru Outback and the place I used to go for service had nearly convinced me that it was time to replace a car that I love due to some expensive repairs that they said needed to be done (transmission, etc.). I took it to Troncalli on recommendation from other Subaru owners and asked them to give me their honest opinion. Conrad introduced me to George - the Subaru whisperer. George gave it a once over and let me know there was nothing wrong with the transmission and that he thought it had another 100,000 miles left in it! There were only some normal wear and tear repairs that needed to be done. That was last March. We did the repairs and it has been running like a top since then. Today I was back for a 90,000 mile tuneup. I can't say thank you enough to George and the team at Troncalli for the way they help me take care of my car. They are honest and trustworthy - they have come in under the estimated price for both of my major services and always take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. They even reset all my radio presets when they had to disconnect the battery. They fix what needs to be done and don't do things that you don't need. I won't take my car anywhere else!! Buying my new 2013 Subaru Outback from Troncalli was a breeze. I was contacted by Eric Kosa soon after I filled up my internet application at cars.com, and it was great working with him. I felt that my car buying needs were taken care of at each step. The communication was excellent, but not excessive. I never felt pressurized in any way, and had all my questions answered patiently. The pricing was reasonable as well compared to another dealership that I visited (which was closer to where I lived). I greatly recommend Troncalli Subaru for anyone considering to buy a Subaru in the Atlanta area.

Sales experience on the purchase of a new 2012 Subaru Outback exceeded all expectations. Was welcomed back to the dealership (like a long lost relative, returning home) by both Bob Cichocki and Tom Martin. Before leaving on Saturday (after my test drive) Bob advised that Conrad wanted to see me and say hello. My return on Monday was to purchase a new Subaru. I had decided over the weekend, I wanted to test a different model, to make sure that I was purchasing what would do best for my long term use. This additional test drive was quickly arranged. We returned to the dealership for a quick, efficient painless closing on the purchase of our new Subaru Outback. Even Conrad Macarthur, came thru from Service to his his congratulations on the purchase of a new Subaru. The only question, I could possibly have, is why doesn't everyone treat their customers (or as they are called at Troncalli, their guests) as the dream team at Troncalli Subaru does? I was initally contacted by Eric Kosa and later by Tom Martin in regards to a new Subaru Outback by email. Eventually, we settled on a reasonable price online and I went to the dealership on a Saturday and concluded my deal. Eric Kosa and Tom Martin and all of the staff were friendly and helpful and it wasn't the typical unpleasant in your face pressure you feel at other dealerships. Eric spent a lot of time with me going through the car and answering all of my questions. I felt like I got a good deal on a great car and definitly would do business with them again. I have had prior experience with their service department with my old Subaru and really enjoyed working with Bill who is an excellent mechanic.

Bob is a very nice man but was not informative about the Cars. During our first visit he had no brochures about the car I was interested in and couldn't keep the different models straight. Kept getting the features of the premium vs limited mixed up and confused; however this information is available online and in the brochure. My biggest complaint about Bob was that he said the car had federal emissions therefore it could be registered in North USA. This is incorrect. He also was not informative about other states registration process and had limited knowledge about Georgia registration.When I finally made my decision to purchase the car he informed me that it had the emissions I wanted. I drove the 2 hours to the dealership to find out it did not have the correct emissions and he didn't even have the correct car (model and color). Luckily I did not purchase a car from this dealership but purchased it from a dealership in buffalo which did a fantastic job. I would not recommend Bob or this dealership unless you know everything about cars because they will not be helpful and may give you incorrect information.

I originally was shopping on-line to purchase the Outback. I new what I wanted in the car and price was a major factor. Eric Kosa responded almost immediately in spite of it being late in the day. He made me a great offer. We talked the next day and made the appointment for Saturday to make the purchase. I applied for the financing on-line that same evening. By doing so Mike Lubanski had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived. The showroom was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very pleasent to work and talk with. The whole process took less than two hours including a tour of the the building and to meet the people I will be dealing with for service. This is our 5th Subaru in about 14 years. Subaru is definitely not the least expensive car out there. The price is reflective of the safety, comfort, standard features, options and the company behind them.

My persuit of the best AWD system available led me to Subaru and Bob Cichocki (Subaru Bob) the very best Sales Person I have ever encountered. I informed him up-front that I was researching and not ready to purchase but when I was ready I would purchase from him because of his patience/expertise and no preasure tactic of sale.Bob patiently took my wife and myself on numerous test drives explaining every aspect of Subaru and Troncalli Subaru including introductions to Tim Martin (sales Mgr) and Conrad Macarthur (Serv. Mgr)After nearly two months of research I returned to Subaru Bob and ordered our Subaru, a 2012 Outback Limited taking delivery In Dec. 2012.Recently my wife and I drove to Wisconsin and experienced a slight malfunction as the (Check Engine Light) came on, we called the service dept.and Tom Martin quited our fears and took the time to locate the nearest Subaru dealer in Madison Wisconsin with phone numbers and directions. The problem was quickly located/serviced and corrected,(Loose Gas Cap) and we were on our way.I have to ad the fact that Iam 78 years old and have purchased a number of automobiles during my lifetime and I have never experienced the pleasures of the car buying experience given that Troncalli Subaru, Subaru Bob, Tom Martin, Conrad Macarthur and the entire staff of this dealership, including Subaru manufacturing. Good people to work with, very easy to make a deal and walk away with a car. Was given a quote online...and they kept their word: didn't add any hidden costs, car was exactly as advertised, etc. Also, they did everything to make the process easy for me, didn't try to sell me on any other cars or pressure me into doing anything I didn't want to do. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Troncalli dealerships are long time and well known dealerships with quality reputations. Wanting a Subaru, it was a no-brainer to visit Troncalli Subaru. And, a trusted friend, a long time Subaru owner just purchased his 5th Subaru here. As car buying experiences go, our dealings were well above average with everyone with whom we dealt. We feel we got a good deal on our trade. The Outback has thus far exceeded our expectaions. Given the need, we would return to Troncalli Subaru to purchase another vehicle.

I was very impressed by the Subaru Tribeca and Subaru Bob. What is more important is that my father was impressed with Subaru. He has seen cars inside and out, wrecked and whole. He was surprised by the power-train and the explanation of the Subaru's versus other companies. We are normally a very strict GM family but when we were looking for myself car for when I move away, I began to look out side of our normal box for something that would suit my future needs. Bob was able to give us the information we needed and allowed us to test drive a Tribeca. He and the Tribeca have won us over. Over all it was a great experience.

A sincere interest in what kind of vehicle we were looking for and why, an extensive explanation of every aspect of this car and the best price quoted, made our buying decision an easy one.An anticipated 8-10 week lead-time for delivery was well worth waiting for but as it turned out, the Impreza arrived at the dealership in 4 weeks with everything we had requested.

Just purchased my first Subaru after 20 years as a Honda owner. Was not thrilled about look/feel/drivability of new Hondas I was looking at so I started to look at Subaru based on what I heard about quality. While the Outback's quality helped sell itself, the help I got from everyone at Troncalli - Bobbi, Tom and Bob - has been top notch! This is my fifth new car buying experience and I can say that both the initial service I received and after-the-sale follow up form Troncalli has been incomparable. I highly recommend checking them out.

They are always great hosts, and even though we have to drive an hour and a half to get there, we always enjoy our visit. Oh, and did I mention they have great coffee.

I was in the market for the 2012 Impreza. After internet shopping and obtaining quotes from all Subaru dealerships in reasonably close to the Atlanta area, these guys came back with the quote that the others wouldn't meet. I ordered a Subaru '12 Hatchback from them in late Fall, 2011. There were several delays in my order process that caused me to not be able to take actual delivery of the car until March this year. That being said, this dealer worked with the distributor/manufacturer to get me compensational perks from Subaru that made the delay tolerable. During the whole process they ensured me I could have my deposit back at any time, the price would stay the same on the car, and the price would remain the same on my trade in regardless of the amount of miles I put on it from November to March. The dealer did everything they could to make a tricky situation better. That being said, I would recommend this dealer to my friends due to lower prices, and great customer service.

They went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. I live more than 1.5 hrs away from the dealership and they made sure I was taken care of and the work completed in a timely fashon. They could have charged me more than they did , but they were more concerned about fixing my problem and making sure I was happy I feel I treated very well and if I had a question they went out of there way to help me understand about the problem with the vehicle and the best way to get it corrected without breaking the bank. I will find a way to keep coming back for my service even though the distance to the dealership will be a challange. Thank you Trocalli Service Department for you great service.

I was attemting to purchase a new vehicle and I was trading in my 2007 outback which had 22,000 miles on it. I had a price of the trade from Kelly Blue book and the price that I recieved was $2,000 lower than the price the blue book had given me. As a result of my visit at this dealership I purchesed a new 2012 Legecy and traded in my 2009 legacy at another dealership and was very happy. As a former manager of a Subaru dealership and a son who has been employed as a Suberu service manager for 22 yearsI feel that I have a pretty good idea what a car is worth as a trade in.

I have purchased two Bajas from Troncalli and all service has been done by Troncalli. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and will continue to use them. Conrad is always prompt in settng up my appointments. If I wait for my vehicle, he makes sure I'm comfortable and keeps me updated on what's going on with my service. And he offers a free wash if I have time. Bill takes excellent care of my car. He has done almost all of the service work and I have never had to bring it back for any reason. He takes time to explain repairs and I really appreciate that. Mark is on top of the parts department. Only once or twice have I had to wait for a part and it was usually for a special order - not service related. All in all, these guys are the best!

The Sales & Service Staff are 5 STAR. I bought a 2010 Legacy two years ago and recently a 2011 Tribeca. Prior to that I had been leasing my Subaru's from them. Tom and Bob made the sales experience painless. They were very thorough and are the reason I love conducting business with Troncalli Subaru. The service department goes the extra mile to ensure your investment stays protected and running in top condition. Conrad, Bill and George have been servicing and repairing my wife's and my cars for several years. They are very thorough to ensure our cars stay in peak condition. My wife travels a lot and this gives me peace of mind knowing her car is going to operate safely and perform well. I trust these guys with the care of her vehicle. Great staff. Bobbi was our sales associate. No pressure sales. Michael in finance was professional and explained everything in detail. It was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle that the sales associate went over the car manual. I would buy from them again and would refer them. We drove from Dallas GA to Cumming to purchase our Subaru.

Don't waste your time. The salespeople are really helpful when it comes to taking your money and getting you into one of their vehicles, but that's about as good as it gets. The service department is absolutely terrible. For starters, my turbo went out so I brought it to them to fix. After repairs were made, I picked up my car and got no further than 9 miles down the road before i lost oil pressure. Once the tow truck picked me up and we got back to the dealership, it was determined that the motor needed to be overhauled. Now after this happened it ran decently for the next 30k miles except the bearing noise, messed up starter which would grind on the flywheel, and some other minor repairs which were neglected to be repaired at my request. Then the motor started knocking. Once again, I bring it back to see what's up. Without performing any type of mechanical test or taking anything off of the vehicle, they could tell me it needed a short block and a turbo. This sounded absolutely ridiculous, so I called every Subaru dealership in the state of Georgia, and not one of them had these unheard of amazing diagnostic skills. They are NOT a credited member of the Better Business Bureau, so that won't get you anywhere, and Subaru of America doesn't want to do anything to help. Now they expect me to PAY them to take it apart and determine whether it was a latent defect from previous repairs(which they assured me is not possible because they don't make mistakes....ever).

Buying the car was a great experience and service is great also. Subaru dealers really care about their customers. The salesman was concerned about what I paid and continued to check on my satisfaction for three months after the sale. I have had two services since I purchase the car and both were very smooth.
