I was a little frustrated with the lack of communication and the quality of service I have received from Troy-Alan Chevrolet. When I bought my Buick 2 months ago, August 2021, I told them I needed an emissions inspection sticker. I scheduled an appointment with the salesman and when I called the service shop a couple days before the appointment I found out that my name was not actually on the schedule and that they didn't have any available times left. So I had to wait 3 more weeks for another appointment to get an emissions inspection that should of been done the day I got my car. In addition, to that second appointment I also had a trailer hitch installed. When I got home and opened the trunk I noticed that the bumper was no longer flush with the back of the car. I called Troy- Alan, they were closed, so I left a message and they never even called me back. I live about an hour from Troy-Alan so I can't just stop in and have them fix it. I was able to have my family's mechanic take a look at it and he told me that they installed the bumper cover incorrectly and did not attach in the right place. So, I paid them $240 for labor that they didn't even do correctly. I will say that the trailer hitch itself looks good but it is still frustrating that it all wasn't done correctly and that I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. Update: They did offer to cover the fee for the other mechanic, which I really appreciated.

Perfect communication of the diagnosis and parts needed. Perfect explanation of time needed to correct the problem. Perfect communication of when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Perfect condition of vehicle when picked up...washed and ready. Perfect in honoring the 1st oil change for free! Great dealership!

I felt 100% comfortable at Troy-Alan. Kevin was recommended to me by two different people, and he never let me down. We test drove 3 cars, and I found one that I really liked, however, it didn't fit my budget. The next day, Kevin found another car that he was able to get a 72 month term on, bringing it down into my price range. I never even had a chance to go and look somewhere else. Troy-Alan was the first place I looked, but I had planned on visiting at least two more dealerships. I never made it to them because of Kevin's hard work. There were some minor issues with the car, all of which were fixed at no charge to me. Troy-Alan stands behind their cars, and it shows. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Troy-Alan, and when the time comes for me to buy again, that's where I'll be going!

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful no matter who you spoke to. Everyone went above and beyond. Our sales agent Patty was absolutely amazing. The whole process was smooth and very delightful. I am sending Everyone I know that's ready to purchase a new vehicle to Troy Allen!!

My 2021 Equinox broke down less than a mile from this dealership. We were on our way home from visiting Slippery Rock university when we heard a loud bang, like a backfire. Then my car went into reduced power mode. We live about 45 minutes away from this dealership and when my husband finally showed up, he was able to drive it to Troy-Alan. Justin the service coordinator was able to let me know that they would be able to fix it and to get me into a loaner car. During this process, Don the mechanic, overheard what was going on and was able to diagnose and said he could fix it within the hour! Long story short, he fixed it and we were in our way! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the quick response to my stressful encounter! If I lived closer I would definitely be back to get my vehicle serviced here!
