All I can say is: “meh”. Been treated better at other dealerships before. First of all, I can tell right away by the way people communicate on the phone (where it’s easy to quickly dismiss people) what kind of personality they have, and it seemed like I wasn’t proven wrong on my assumption - they’re cold. Unfortunately, it’s a seller’s market currently and salespeople don’t necessarily have to be friendly and warm because they know their cars will sell regardless. My salesman was Bill Ladd; he was direct and straight to the point which, while I do appreciate it, it can come off as cold and intimidating - most people are already scared to walk into a dealership to begin with. I think by the last time he saw me, I was able to actually catch him throw a half-smirk, but that was most probably because of the commission he had just earned from my purchase. Regardless, what you see is what you get. The car I bought at the listed price was priced very fairly and on the lower end of the market range. This is a no-negotiation/haggling dealership. The car was in very good conditions and everything under the hood was pristine but that’s more of a reflection of Honda than the dealer’s service department. I wasn’t attempted to be upsold on anything, though, and like I said, everything was straight forward with no hidden “gotcha’s”. However, the financial guy, he was definitely a prime-grade jackass. I could tell he was upset because I used an outside loan as opposed to going with the dealer’s in-house financing; but how stupid do you think people are to walk in without a pre-arranged loan so that the finance guy can take advantage of the situation? He couldn’t even get down to the rate I got from DCU - 1.49%. But because he wasn’t making any profit off of me, he was giving me the cold shoulder treatment. In hindsight, it’s funny that a grown man exhibits such behavior, and even my salesman pointed out that the finance guy is usually a jerk. In conclusion, if you want straight to the chase no bs, go here. If you want to feel at ease, comfortable, and welcome, look for another place.

I like to do my own maintenance but don't have to tools to remove catalytic converter bolts after they've had 13 years to rust in place. Troy Honda took care of it. I'd rather take it here than a muffler shop since Troy Honda takes responsibility for the total car. Friendly, professional, competent - Troy Honda is my go to place for repairs.

Tom Theisen was pleasant and non-abrasive when it came to assisting me with finding a car. When I selected the model and color I wanted, he worked diligently (even on his day off!) to get that vehicle in stock for me to take home as soon as possible. After finding a car I was interested in on cars.com I checked availibity and found that it was no longer available. They tried to sell me something else. Further contact with cars.com brought up the same car all week that was not available. Problem seems to be one of two things dealer does not update his information to cars.com or cars.com has no visibility to dealer response to availability inquire?

I recently bought a used Honda 2013 CRV from Mike Nadlicki at Troy Honda. I had a couple concerns prior to purchasing the vehicle like (Tred left on tires, brake shoe thickness left, etc.) and Mike showed me all the paper work and even had the service department take a look. One thing to note is that I asked for shuttle service and the response was that the maximum distance they are allowed to go is 4 miles. I live 7 miles from the dealership; they were not busy that day and I waited for 15 minutes for my transportation to arrive and during this time the shuttle service did not move. I had hoped they were a little more flexible when they are not busy.

My only complaint was the fact that it took almost a week for a part to arrive. We brought in the Oydessy in for Air Conditioning Service On a Wed and the part (a hose for the rear condenser) did not arrive until the following Tue. It seemed like Troy Honda did not know for sure when the part would arrive.

.I wasn't planning to buy a new car when I took my 2004 Accord in for oil change & new headlight, but the new style intrigued me. Next thing I knew, I found myself ... Tom Theisen is my sales person. If you plan to trade in your old car, DON'T!!! While it's convenience, you'd get low-balled. They follow auction values rather than Blue Book Value. Also, John is very slow in responding to my emails when making inquiries after my purchase. A very disappointing experience and don't be fooled by the "great" reviews.

The wait time was only 25 minutes. I expected longer and was pleased for such a quick turnaround. Suggest you take a look at the online appointment page. I made an appointment and did not get a call back. When I called after a two day wait I was told no appointment was necessary, but no one called back to tell me that.Overall, I give it five stars.

I walked in going to buy a 16' Civic and ended up pulling out of the dealer because of how uncomfortable I felt. The Salesman Tom had absolutely no personality and no energy. The dealership is very small and super low budget. They're are so many bigger and better Honda dealer to take my business so I did. The carpet and chairs in the dealer were old and stained. I felt like I was buy a car in 80's.

The service salesman, Rich Smiley cost me $800.00 extra. My Odyssey had a problem with rear back door, The cable was lose or came out from roller. He told me it will cost $1100.00. I declined the job. He asked me if want to cut the cable so i can close the door, I said yes, Guess what by cutting the cable i found out i have to change the whole motor assembly otherwise i need the change only the roller cost was $55.00 plus labor of $200.00. This was my stop at this dealer never going back there again. i'll be calling my layer to discuss my legal options.

Harry Merced at Troy Honda sold me my last Honda (2011 CrossTour). It was a very dependable vehicle and it never needed service, just maintenance. I originally wanted to purchase a CRV. However, I did not like the CRV after driving it. So Harry recommended the CrossTour. Since that was such a good recommendation, I decided to return to Troy Honda and seek out Harry for the new vehicle. He told me that the CrossTour was not available for 2016 and suggested trying the CRV once more since he felt it has only gotten better. Again Harry was right on. Both vehicles were great recommendations and he handled the transaction with ease.

We were in touch regularly so I knew exactly where I was in the process of getting a new car. Just bought my new 2016 HR-V to replace my aging 2006 Civic with 168,000 miles. Joe Camilleri was the salesman 10 years ago and the salesman for the new buy. Joe will remember you by name any time he sees you at the dealership. This is a guy you want to deal with over and over. Took the Civic in for service at this dealership every 5,000 miles. I purchased my Honda Pilot last December. It was used by certified. I dropped it off for three things. 1) the alarm was going off on itself, 2) the sun roof had a seal which was loose and 3) the windshield had a trim piece which came loose and I put drops of silicone to keep it in place. Bob wrote all three items on my paper work. I picked it up a day later at 5:30. The first two items were done, but nothing about the trim on the wondshield. I asked Bob, who wrote it up. His answer was someone named Rob was gone and I could call him tomorrow. I would have expected someone at the dealership could have answere my question about the trim or they should have offereed to follow up and call me. That is customer service.

Bought 3 new cars and 1 used car from Troy Honda, and have had all my service done there. Plan to keep buying and servicing there. Friendly and very accommodating employees all around - Harry in new car sales, Rich, Bob, Matt in service, and of course Patrick when you need a convenient ride in the courtesy shuttle. They'll even wash your car upon request when you have it serviced, a real nice extra. It's the only dealership I actually look forward to visiting.

I had several concerns with my vehicle when I bought it in for service. Brad assured me that they would check my car and that is what they did. When I left all the concerns I had disappeared. From tires issues to fluid levels. The temperatures have been so harsh lately that you have basic concern with you car being able to function. I wanted it but when I called and talked to Mike, the used car salesman, he told me it was already spoken for (not picked up yet but cash down) and I asked him to please call me if the soon to be owners change their mind for any reason. One week later Mike called me to say the car did become available again and I was thrilled! I asked if he'd hold it while we make the trip there, we got there, met Mike who is a very nice man and a man of his word, something lacking in today's world, and we bought the car. 5 months later we could not be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend Troy Honda and in particular, Mike! Wish were lived closer to have the car serviced there! Thank you!

Oh yes, there are others that can do oil changes and regular maintenance for less. But, if you want it done right the first time, then Troy Honda is where you want to be. I always get my oil changes and everything done here. The people are always nice and courteous and its nice to walk in seeing their smiles. My family has been going to Troy Honda for fifteen years, and are on our third Honda vehicle. We're always satisfied with the quality of service, and I really appreciated that you no longer need an appointment for an oil change. I was slightly disappointed that, even though my bill listed recommended services that I hadn't asked for, the person who helped me didn't mention them.

I had a vibration sound and an engine hesitation going on and they really listened to my explanation of when they happened, because they didn't happen all the time. They not only found the problems and fixed them, they did it quickly. My car is running like new and doing it very quietly. Can I say the issues were also really inexpensive to correct? Yes I can!!! I have all my work, even my oil changes done at this dealer, they always go over the car carefully and have done nothing but good solid work for me. My car may be 7 years old, but it runs like a new car, this dealer makes sure of that.

EXCELLENT services were rendered over the years on a well-driven, very reliable 2006 Civic Coupe (170k miles) which was used as a trade-in toward the purchase of a new 2014 CR-Z EX. In addition to the base package, several upgrade options were installed. This included a SiriusXM receiver. All options were flawlessly installed and working. From my experience, the sales and service staff are extremely qualified on new car prep and delivery. Thanks again Tory Honda for the extra care it took to install all these options. The car is a joy to own and drive. Honda Engineering has come a long way in delivering a hi-end, performance package with this Hybrid. The ride and road handling are very impressive. There is no under-steer during hi-speed turns. The car literally "hugs" the road. The inside is literally sound-proof under different road conditions. Although small for its size, I feel safer in this car than my old Civic (would you believe).

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after the mainenance check light came on. The check in process was smooth and swift, and within 15 minutes I was on the shuttle to get back home. A hour later they called to ask about doing some things that showed in the check; another couple of hours and the shuttle picked me up to get my car. Plus, my points gave me some reduced pricing on the maintenance! Great job, Troy Honda.

I called at the last minute to see about gettinga oil change and was pleasantly surprised that they could not omly take my car but the service was prompt and efficient. I was able to take my car at lunch time and still make it back to work on time.

I've only been a customer for two years at this dealership but the service guys are top notch. My 09 Odyssey suffered from a persistent steering wheel vibration that was driving me nuts. You don't know how many times I got the van back with the technicians saying "vibration's gone" when it wasn't. Matt Miller took it for a test ride and let me just say that man knows cars. Matt felt the vibration calling it "subtle" but completely acknowledged that it shouldn't be there. Bottom line these guys worked with me on the car going through several iterations of problem solving including test driving some of the used car fleet for comparison till we finally found and resolved the issue. Bob Rawlett and the whole team of service men there are a great bunch. Hate to admit it, but I bring my Acura here for service too...

I really appreciate the honesty, from the time I called to make my appointment to the discussions about my service. Brian was straightforward with me the moment he picked up the call to discuss the best time for me to bring in my car. I wanted them to have the time to really look at it, and he made sure my appointment timing would meet that need. They took time to find the problems and communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner about the needed repairs. The price was appropriate and the work was done when they said it would be. All in all, a really great experience. My old Honda is a great car and it is staying a great car because I get great service at the dealer, honest and friendly service. From the moment I drove in Brett made me feel at home. He took care of my truck and got the work done on my truck at the time he said it would be. The cashier was helpful and friendly. 2 months ago I bought a 2009 CRV from another dealership. 2 days ago, the "D" started blinking on my dashboard, meaning transmission issues. I was close to devastated as I had only made 2 payments on my car. I went in to Troy Honda, which is close to where I live & told Brett Duprey my problem. He suspected I had received bad service from a new place I had gone for an oil change & who had talked me into getting a transmission fluid change. Brett told me at first they couldn't get me in until Monday (this was Friday) and suggested I go back to the oil change place & demand they correct what they had done. He was telling me all of the questions I should ask & then said "You know what, I'm cheesed off-I'm going to call them!" and took my receipt & called the place, asking them many questions to which they stammered, etc. Then he wrote me up a service order right there & then and had someone take me car & change the fluid, which was a very inferior product, unfortunately. I had my 1994 Honda for 18 years & was in a mind set that oil change places were an o.k. place to get things done, but, boy did I learn my lesson! I am now going to go to Troy Honda for service on EVERYTHING. Brett was wonderful-he could see I was in a state (I have to admit I shed a few tears after I realized he was going to get my fluid changed that day). He talked to me about how great their service is & why & showed me a sample of a work order that gave great detail on the products they use to service cars, even on an oil change. Then we chatted about the breast cancer event they were hosting the next day, so I bought some raffle tickets & made a donation. He also had someone wash my car before I left. ALL of this took place in about an hour. I'm telling you, I went from really scared to a very, very happy person, all because of Brett & the other wonderful people who helped me out there. The good: the representative took care of my needs and found a vehicle for me that was what I wanted. The service was quick and without a glitch. The Honda representative was very good as finding the best deal for me. The bad: I wish I was told more about my car as far as features and specs go. The attention of the representative sometimes waned from one customer to another.

Brett was fantastic. He kept me apprised of my vehicle's status throughout the repair, made suggestions to prevent future problems, and even strongly recommended using new airbag clips when my headliner was reassembled for safety reasons. He recognized that the vehicle is carrying my kids around and wanted to make sure to use NEW clips so that there would be no problem with the side airbags if I were ever to have a side impact crash. Worrying about MY kids' safety? Now THAT'S the way to endear himself and the dealership to me and the people I interact with on the topic of vehicles. Nicely done.I would have given 5-stars across the board, except for one issue when I arrived home. I read my service write-up at the dealership, which indicated that the Low Battery warning flash upgrade was done even though I wasn't having any problems with it and though I didn't ask for any work to be done in that regard. When I got home and turned off the car upon arriving home, the Low Battery warning went off after about a year of NO problems with it. NOT PLEASED! Keep in mind that I suffered six months with this Low Battery problem when I first bought the vehicle in October 2010 and was given a runaround by the dealership that "I wasn't driving enough." Everybody driving a 2011 Odyssey -- and frankly, the manufacturer and your dealership -- knew that numerous people were complaining about it. It wasn't until I took in a 10-page printout of complaints from an Odyssey Owner's website complaining about the problem that I finally got some action on it.So, with yesterday's Low Battery warning caused by the flash upgrade, I'm now having flashbacks to the original problem. And now I'm concerned that I'm going to have to waste more of my time driving back to your dealership to have this problem diagnosed. (Do me a favor: Don't tell me that my wife is not driving enough because it will trigger Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from my last experience on this issue.)
