I had an amazing experience here. It was my first time buying a car as I need one since I no longer live at home. Both Sam and Christian did an amazing job talking me through all the processes. They were very transparent and told me what was wrong or what wasn’t wrong with a car I was interested in, the pros and cons of a certain model, etc. I knew exactly what I was getting for the price I was paying. They work really well with working with your budget and making sure you’re able to successful get a car that lasts awhile. I definitely recommend shopping here and if not here, at least stop by!

The staff here were super nice and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I felt as though my needs being met was their biggest priority and I appreciate that a lot. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a quality vehicle!

Sam and Christian were easy going. No hard sell here. Found a great car at a great price for my wife and am very happy with the fast and courteous service. Less than an hour for paperwork and delivery. I would buy from Truck City again.

I bought my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD a few months back from Christian Onofre that works at Truck City Inc. First, I was told that there were no cosmetic issues and that was a lie. When I went to go look at it the entire truck bed was completely unpainted and scratched up, and there are several dents and dings on the truck. I left that alone because I really needed this truck to start my towing company and the dents weren't huge. Since I bought the truck I have felt the steering wheel get "stuck" as I turn and the first few times it was just a light feeling that I chucked up to being the way the tires are installed on the truck and their size. Over time it's been getting progressively worse to the point where I turned one day recently when at a shopping center and it got stuck so bad that I almost ran directly into another vehicle because my truck didn't want to turn. Thankfully it did turn enough at the last moment where I barely avoided hitting the other vehicle. Not only was I not sure what was going on and was wondering if I should call Truck City Inc. about it or not, I have also been extremely busy working full time, and getting my towing business up and running. I couldn't find the information I needed to called Truck City Inc. (I'm not very phone savvy either) but my wife helped me find the entire conversation I had with Chris on Facebook messenger that I had archived. I finally call them last week and was told that Chris wasn't there but he'd call me back. Of course, that never happened so I called again earlier today and got to speak with Chris. He basically told me tough luck, and sue him if I want to. So I will definitely be looking into that. Please be careful when doing business with this company, most specifically with Christian Onofre. It's sad that people are ok with lying. Especially about something that can cause a terrible accident such as a faulty steering wheel.

This is my experience buying from Truck City... to save you time, DON’T DO IT! In October 2020 we bought a 2012 Mini-Cooper Clubman S that was $3500... after fees (no financing, purchased outright) it cost just over $5500. Chris, the Owner/Manager told us that they had a mechanic go over it and that it needs break pads in the front and struts, which he said was the cause of the clunking sound we heard every time we hit so much as a pebble during the test drive and that for $200, he’d take care of it. We agreed and paid... now the nightmare begins. We took the car home as we waited for parts as their repair didn’t fix the issue ($350, not $200). The car sat in the Garage until Christmas when I tired to start it and put it into the driveway as a surprise gift for my son... it would not start. I had to put it on jumper cables for 4 hours just to get it to turn over as the battery charger could not charge it and the jump box failed as well. I ended up limping it to Mini of Des Moines where I found out that it needed $10,000 in repairs!! Well more than the worth of the car and twice what I ended up paying for it! Chi’s admitted that he wasn’t honest about the work that needed to be done and offer to repair it for only the cost of parts, no markup, no labor. This he said would be less than $2000. I reluctantly agreed and 4 MONTHS later, I got the car back... the cost was $1650...on top of the $350 already paid. I got the car home last night... they’ve had it since January when the towed it from Mini. On the way home, it says that the front breaks are worn (supposedly fixed when I payed the $350) and that there’s a low oil pressure warning... the error says that driving the car is no longer possible. So that’s $1650 to get back a car that is just as bad... it doesn’t clunk though, so they get 1 star instead of the zero they earned.
