Best car buying experience ever. I needed a used car to replace one my daughter totalled. The cars I had looked at in my desired price range were awful so when I saw the Kia Soul on-line I wanted to see it quickly. We weren't able to get to the dealership until 15 minutes before closing. Bill stayed to let us check out and test drive the car with no time pressure at all. Very friendly and efficient. Worth the drive from Greenwood. I can't say enough good things.

They contacted me very soon after my initial on-line inquiry and answered all my questions honestly (even sent me a picture of a specific part of the vehicle that I had questions about). After searching for a new car for months all over Indiana, we found exactly what we were looking for at True Blue Autos, just 20 minutes from home. Ted was very helpful and worked with us to be able to purchase the car we finally found. No high pressure sales job, just friendly straight talk. On the day we picked the car up, Alex took the car for a fill up and wash while completing the paperwork. A huge plus, Ted filed the papers necessary for title transfer. This was a great "find" and great experience. We have never dealt with a "used car lot", but this not your ordinary "used car lot". The fact that owners are connected with Alex's family business that has been around since 1954, gave a lot of credibility. A big factor of taking our SUV in trade and appying towards the purchase price of our new SUV for tax purposes was also a big plus. We only had to pay tax on the difference. One cannot do this is Ohio or KY. Ted was refreshing and knowledgeable about the whole process of buying the vechicle and about our SUV in particular. I checked a lot of sites and found the SUV that was more than we were expecting. It was throuroghly checked over and given an A+ status and we were given a 3 month and/or 3000 mile warranty - FREE. We have 83000+ miles but the SUV looks like it came off the showroom floor. I would and will recommend our experience and purchase with True Blue Autos.

Ted and Alex are in the infancy of their dealership, however you wouldn't believe that unless you knew better! They are friendly, knowledgable, and very in tune to their customers wants. When searching for a vehicle on my own, I ran into dead ends. I visited Ted at True Blue and gave him the description of the type of vehicle I was looking for, down to the trim options available. They took the time to track one down and called me. When the 4Runner had made it to their lot, it was everything I was looking for and then some. I was ecstatic! The dedication of the True Blue employees is truly amazing! I am very very pleased with my purchase. The process was as smooth as anyone could ask for! I was looking for a low mileage Pontiac Solstice via web search and found True Blue's listing for a 2006 Solstice with 11,000 miles. The description claimed that it was true mileage and listed all details on the car. It was important to me that I trust the dealer as I was located about 150 miles away and did not want to drive out there to find a less than described car. I was not disappointed. The care was in great condition. The transaction with Ted was painless and the car has been perfect.

Prior to dealing with True Blue Autos I had tried to make purchases with some of the larger national sales companies. True Blue Autos was the only business that exceeded my expectations throughout the entire sales process. I live on the east side of Cincinnati, OH and I traveled nearly an hour and a half to purchase a clean, low mileage, 4x4 pickup. The deal was very clean and simple - Ted offered an exact description of the truck, had the tank filled, had 30 day tags made, provided the front license plate mount required for OH, verified and demonstrated operation of all of the options such as the towing package, talked with my credit union for the financial dealings and he gave me a ride to coordinate the transfer. Couldn't have asked for more.
