I was very skeptical at first, “if it’s to good to be true, it is” when in fact, this was true. I posted my car for sale and a day later Bryan from buying at trust auto reached out to me, we set up and day and time for the company to come see my car. They were pleasant and very open about the whole process. Any questions I had regarding the sale of my car was answered promptly by Bryan himself Sandra or frank. All were polite and respectful of some concerns. We came to fast and painless agreement on a price. And I couldn’t be happier! Thank you everyone at trust auto -Matt

Car bought: 2014 Audi Q7, tfsi, Oct-5, 2021. Among the dealers I have dealt with, Trust Auto is definitely a better place to get a used car. But this is ONLY based on how a customer is treated. Nick Fulton, the sales rep was great in answering my questions and was honest to acknowledge if he didn't know anything. He was patient with my requests to test drive 4 vehicles. Also, visually the place is great especially with so many mechanics and technicians working on each vehicle to make sure they are in an acceptable shape before being listed online. For these aspects, I would recommend anyone to go here. HOWEVER, when it comes to getting a good deal, I'm not sure they care. Even after my repeated requests to at least take $200 off of the total (exorbitant) fee and other costs, they seem to ignore what I had asked and also they quoted a VERY HIGH INTEREST rate at more than 5.2% EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE. (I know this is high because the same Capital One bank gave me 4.2% at another dealership just last week). I know the dealership could have done better AT LEAST in this regard even if they don't want to reduce any of their fees. All said and done, if you are looking for any consideration with any cost you pay for a vehicle (even as low as $100), this may not be the place. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a customer friendly place where you are treated with respect, This Would Be The Place which is definitely worth it. WHEN IT COMES TO INVENTORY, THEY HAVE QUITE THE COLLECTION AND THE SPACE FOR IT. GOOD LUCK.

Long drive from CT to MD but it’s worth it. 2014 Porsche Cayenne diesel is a great car, they had the best price. My wife and I love the car. Russ did a great job getting the finance office manager also very accommodating. You will not find a better place to get a great car

Being out of state and having a 3 hour drive, it was worth the trip bought a audi 6s and it was in great condition and great mileage for a 2013! Keith Stacy was very open and honest and willing to work with any thing that needs to be replaced! Full tank of gas and clean before leaving! The fastest in and out from start to finish! Will recommend coming here!!! Thank you Keith for an amazing experience!

It was a long drive from Pennsylvania to Maryland but in the end it was all worthwhile. We made a great deal for a great vehicle. The front desk staff made us feel welcome to as soon as we walked in the door. The sales staff and finance staff also made us feel very welcomed and made the environment low stress. We would recommend this dealership!
