What a fantastic experience at Trusted Auto Brokers. I was in the market for a Lincoln MKX and saw one on their site. The photos looked good and so I went out to see it and it looked better in person. Eric helped me and was focused on answering my questions and making sure the truck was the right one for me. There was no pressure on his side and he let me take my time at the end of the day to go over the entire vehicle. Test drive went well and I felt comfortable with doing the deal right at that time. Their inventory was unique and the cars looked be be in really good shape. You can tell they are not like some smaller dealers who stock junk trade in cars with problems and rust. In the next 2 years I will again be in the market for another car and will definitely check them out first.

We negotiated the value of my SUV over the course of the day. Tim was very reasonable and fair with his offer. After agreeing to sell the SUV to Trusted Auto Brokers I was introduced to Tommy, who took care of all the paperwork and who was fantastic to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes.

BUYER BEWARE: We so We spent an additional $3800 in repairs. We went to look at a 2006 Toyota Sienna that I found through the CarFax website. They were responsive to let us know it was still available. We went there and were able to test drive it. We worked with Flavio who was very personable and answered our questions. Upon test driving the car we noticed that the seat belt was missing for the second row seat. Also that the mirror cover was completely broken off. We brought this to their attention and they offered to fix both at no charge. I believe they should have seen this prior to selling the car. We left the car there and put some money down to secure the purchase. This was fine. I then had to call once a week in order to get any updates on the repairs. It took about 4 weeks to get the van. I understand there were delays but a simple call, text, or email would have sufficed to keep me updated. I have since learned after taking the car to a mechanic it needs a CV boot repair and rack and pinion repair. It also needed a new strut suspension spring and part of the exhaust had a hole. We asked about a seven day time period after the purchase to return they said they don't have one in place, and it would be a show stopper if I asked for one. I also asked Eric when I picked up the car if I could have a copy of the Car Fax which was online initially and he ignored me . When I did go pick up the car they were in a hurry to get me out of there. No thank you or sorry the repairs took longer than we thought were ever spoken. They just wanted me to take the car now I understand why. I wouldn't buy from them again. They are more interested in just turning around cars and not customer satisfaction. Which is too bad b/c it seemed like a nice family owned business upon initial contact.

Good stuff first: Three stars given primarily for the hospitality and the patience of the car sales representative. Thank you. >>SUV bought on Aug 11, 2021-- to Mechanic on August 19, 2021. >Not so good stuff: The first available day off from work, the car was taken to our trusted mechanic to make sure the SUV was sound. The EVAP system (evac leak) had to be repaired and the battery replaced. He suggested a computer reset also. >Next service to be scheduled and done by Dodge dealer- computer. [At this time don't know cost or seriousness of issue.] So with an extra 1k probably- grandson will have a sound reliable vehicle. We didn't expect a perfect vehicle. >Really not good: We were told by Tommy (owner?) that they had replaced the battery because of the vehicle starting up issue. It was implied that the battery was just replaced before the vehicle was driven off the lot. BUT... Picture of the old battery our mechanic replaced. ( saved at our request) [If photo does not post- pardon me. Not sure it uploaded. If not will try later.]
