I shopped around a lot before I bought my x1, and Im so glad I did. I was treated horribly at other dealerships, with one even telling me "come back when you want to buy something" and never letting me test drive a vehicle at all! Coming to Tulley BMW was like a dream after that! They are genuinely intetested in helping you find the best vehivle for your needs. I got an amazing deal on my X1, and a great price for my previous car. The dealership was quite competitive. I didnt set out for a BMW but it was the best descision of my life. The car is much better quality, better price, and service is beyond compare to my previous nightmare experiences.

I am beyond excited that I finally am driving a BMW that I have wanted for such a long time. When my husband and I walked into the dealership we were greeted right away..we had an appointment. We were introduced to Victor and he let us know that he would be taking care of us today..I knew from that point that this was going to be a great experience. Victor listened to what we had to say and wanted to make sure that we got what we wanted. He first had us test drive a 330 which I thought I was very interested in..very informative and great during the test drive. We had also told him we were interested in an X1...he went to the lot and had us test drive the X1...well I do not need to say anymore about the car because it was absolutely amazing!! We told Victor what X1 we were interested in (showroom) and he immediately went to work. To make a long story short....Victor was amazing and it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. He made it so easy and quick. My husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about this dealership and their sales team. You all made me the happiest girl and I was able to drive home on my beautiful new X1 and we owe alot of it to Victor..we will highly recommend him and the dealship. Val was absolutely amazing and came over and spoke with us and let us know he appreciated our business. Michael our sales manager made the financial part of it so easy..in and out!!! The best part is when I told Victor that I always wanted to get a car and it have a big red bow on it...well he made it happen!!! Found the process at Tulley Nashua to be as good as can be expected at a car dealership. Gloria and Bob were knowledgeable and personable. I have always found buying cars exciting but a bit of a dance and a bit of a pain. Tulley has a great approach and solid employee who know their products and are easy to interact with.

Tulley BMW denied my request for a loaner or rental vehicle until airbags were available to replace the airbag in my car that has been recalled for safety reasons. Instead of doing the right thing, they recommended I try another BMW dealership. There is a safety recall for a reason, and since my request doesn't include me buying a new car from them, they aren't interested.

We have been BMW owners for 18+ years now and have been a Tulley BMW customer for the last 8 years. Aside from BMW being the best vehicle to own...! -the team at Tulley BMW is exceptional. We just purchased a brand new 2016 435i xDrive Convertible from Gloria. Talk about an easy deal, with no high-pressure, and very professional, friendly & courteous service- she came through for us. We communicated via email and text and telephone and Gloria worked out the entire sale in this manner, It was a true pleasure meeting her when we went in to pick the car up at the dealership, but it was wonderful to be able to arrive, spend very little time with paperwork and drive away in our beautiful car! Also, we traded in our 2008 X5, which Tulley offered exactly what we were looking for had we sold it on our own, showing that BMW's do in fact hold their value. I have NEVER met a more caring, patient, and involved car salesperson other than Gloria Prosper. Gloria stayed with me during my entire process of "going back and forth" on what I was really looking for in a new vehicle; she was extremely patient and went above and beyond providing answers to so many questions I had asked; she was a delight to work with and was "my" genius in navigating the entire process -- pre and post-sale, and was very up on all the electronics and accessories/packages available and showing me the intricacies of the BMW features in the vehicles. I was simply turning in a end of life leased vehicle on my visit to Tulley. 90 Minutes later I am driving home in my new car! Casually Visited Tully BMW dealership, just to explore x5 xdrive 40e.Gloria Prosper is very friendly person and explained to me details about the car with a patience.She helped to arrange test drive . With a friendly environment made me to go ahead with reasonable offer which was accepted and whole thing was finalized including signing papers in less than 30 minutes.I couldn't believe myself that I signed up for new BMW x5.Delivery of vehicle was very smooth. This dealership is by far the overall BEST in the entire New England area. My overall experience working with Victor V. was beyond exceptional and his attentiveness and outstanding customer service is unmatched. It took me four dealership's to my find my car, until I saw Tulley at a distant and decided to go in and inquire about a car that I liked. So I went in and there he was, Victor Y. the most amazing guy you can talk attentive and humurous too and he's like family when you speak to him. I test drove the car and loved it, but best of all they made it possible for me to buy the car. This is a great sales organization. The problem is the post sales service is terrible. BMW acknowledges it and Tulley makes excuses for it. I own two other premium cars, and can tell you their service is far superior to Tulley. The ability to get a "comparable" loaner for warranty work is next to impossible. The communication and follow up is terrible. They have never met a deadline, or called proactively to let me know that they didn't finish.If you want a premium brand experience... try Mercedes (Flagship) or Cadillac (Long Cadillac)

Dan Cody is an absolute gentleman. I hate car salesmen and my wife hates them even more but unfortunately they are a necessary evil. It wasn't like that with Dan. I had visions of a more grand experience but it was no better than my last Honda ('08) or Chevy ('11) experience. Perhaps expectations were off, but so far a bit underwhelmed. Val Goldenberg tried to strong arm me into using his recommended credit union instead of my own bank so he could get the kickback. Claimed Euro deliveries must be financed through their preferred bank. Went so far as to say that he could not except the treasurers check from my bank.

From the first time I arrived at the dealership to look at the car through to close the process was seamless with very little pressure. Gloria and Bob made it an easy buying experience which is what car buying should be (but usually is full of pressure tactics and games). I will buy from them again.

Over the course of six months, came in two different times to test drive a 328 wagon ( one test drive diesel, the other gas ) . No pressure to buy whatsover, and while I thought I was still a ways out from buying, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff won me over and after the second time, after sleeping on it, I called back to finalize getting the car I wanted. On the day of the sale, Gloria ( the salesperson ) even picked me up at my house ! When I arrived at the dealer, my car was parked front and center with a placard congratulating me on my new purchase.

I came to Tulley BMW to return my 2013 528i lease and was interested in looking at a new 2016 X5. Victor Yekelchik came over to service me and helped make my second purchase at Tulley just as pleasant as the first 3 years ago. Victor helped me pick out just the right X5 for me and worked with his finance staff to get me a very good deal on returning my two previous leases. I would recommend anyone looking for a new BMW to come to Tulley and make sure to say hello to Victor. Recently leased a new 2015 BMW 750lxi at Tulley BMW. The staff there was unbelievable after I had reached out to them regrading a leftover 2015 in their showroom to make sure it was still available.As repeat customers, we have seen firsthand how changes in the Tulley organization have made a good buying experience even better. Kudos to the staff for really stepping it up even further.Our transition from Shawna (Business Development) to Mark (our new to us CA) was seamless and Mark is extremely knowledgable about the 7 series in general and helpful in terms of how to navigate some of the new features of the vehicles. He took the time to get to know me and my fiance and our little car related quirks so he could provide us the best level of service catered to our needs. I was very surprised with how many years he has been at Tully BMW that I had never crossed paths with him before.I really want to call out the exceptional experience I have had with Joe Leonard as he spent a great deal of time with me going over leasing details and protection packages. I am a very picky customer in general and Joe made sure that items such as the XPel Paint Protection were installed to my preferences and that the job was in a timely manner as we purchased right before Thanksgiving. He even spent time speaking with the Tulleys directly to see if a program created by the Tulleys could apply to us and our new car. Joe is quick to get an answer or knows who to ask if the information is not readily available. He had Michael Holzman speak to us regarding the process for canceling our extended warranty on the 5 series we traded in. The level of cooperation and teamwork across the board is tremendous and I want to make sure you hear it from one of your loyal customers. I also want to thank the General Manager Val for making our experience as great as it was, I know we have established a solid relationship that will carry on for many years as our car needs change over time.I know that I will definitely steer folks towards Tulley if their interests lean towards a new or used BMW. Even though we live just around the corner from the Manchester Tulley location I will make a point of swinging by occasionally to patronize their dealership if we need parts, accessories or just to say hello.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for my service experiences at Tulley BMW Nashua. To begin, I purchased my 2011 BMW 335xi at a Lexus dealership still under BMW factory warranty in the fall of 2014. I brought it in to Tulley BMW Nashua right after purchase and was assigned to Jason Morrow, one of the service advisers, and I would say experts, at the center. Jason took the time to bring me up to speed about the ownership of my BMW and took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the 335xi and, to be honest, I knew very little about owning a BMW and the associated care & service. Jason, at this initial appointment, also had my BMW thoroughly inspected and driven to make sure everything was perfect for my new ownership experience. Jason & team did find some small issues and they were promptly & professionally taken care of all with great attention to detail essentially white glove concierge service. Since this initial appointment back in the fall of 2014, I have been working with Jason at Tulley BMW Nashua for the care and service of my BMW. Jason has continued to make my ownership experience a great one! Recently, I needed to bring my car in for scheduled maintenance as well as a BMW replacement windshield. Jason was able to coordinate the scheduling of both appointments into my schedule as well as provide me a loaner for my convenience. This process was so seamless and everything was completed as promised with the white glove level of service that was expected.Jason is truly the example of what exceptional BMW service stands for. Jason takes the time to build a relationship with all of his service clients, which brings the overall service experience to a greater level of professionalism and enjoyment. Owning a BMW has been an amazing experience for me thus far, and moving forward, Jason and Tulley BMW of Nashua will be the only team I will work with for my BMW needs present, and future.

On September 16, 2015 I went to Tulley BMW for service on my 328i. I had made the appointment earlier and told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The service from the beginning, from the phone call to schedule the appointment, to the completion of the appointment was fantastic.My service advisor Nick MacMaster was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was completed in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend their service center.

From the moment we walked in the door the level of service that was provided exceeded all of our expectations. Our sales rep was Tyler Seifert. His attention to detail and listening skills were a breath of fresh air. Rather than trying to sell us a car he was more focused on finding the perfect car for us. He kept stressing the most important part of the sales dept was to find the right car that fit all of the customers needs, lifestyle, and budget. When we were told price was the easiest part of the job we were very apprehensive. Believe it or not Tyler did not play any games with us. In the past at every other dealership I've purchased a vehicle from we had to deal with a lot of back and forth to get a fair deal.The entire experience from start to finish was laid back and we even had a lot of fun with Tyler. He knew the product and was understanding of all of our concerns. If we knew it would be this easy I would have bought a car 6 months ago. Overall this car buying experience was easier than I could of Imagined. Tyler, Bob Marcoux, and Joe Leonard were a breath of fresh air. We did our research and visited many dealerships. We knew what we wanted and actually were not even considering BMW until we stopped in and spoke with Ajay Goyal. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the BMW 435i hardtop convertible. This is a really sharp looking car. He didn't have the exact car we wanted, but we tried one out and loved it, but still had one more car on our list to look at. He said go ahead, I'm not going to pressure you. We didn't really want to waste any more time, so, we sat down and talked. His manager, Val came over and introduced himself to us, he wanted to look at our car, we were trading. Ajay said, "we can custom order one for you". It is already in production, 1 week earlier than expected. It is exactly what we wanted, power, sporty and functional. We can't wait!!!

I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure of dealing with Tyler Seifert, he and the entire staff were professional, helpful, and honest. Overall after 45 years of buying and leasing autos this has been the most painless, and truly enjoyable venture. I special ordered a 435xi gran coupe. Dealership told me 6 to 8 weeks and it turned out to be exactly 7 weeks. I also like to track the vehicle so when I needed VIN and shipping info, I received info from dealership upon request. When vehicle arrived at dealership I was promptly informed and I picked day and time for pickup, which they confirmed. Car was beautiful and ready for delivery when I arrived and it was locked so no one could get inside as it had a whole 6 miles on it. The finance paperwork was straight forward and they kept to exactly what had been agreed to (no hidden paperwork fees were added at last second). Time will tell as to how they treat me going forward when I need support, however my experience is they will do well.

BMW USA sold me an automobile and an extended warranty on the vehicle. They would not honor their new car warranty over the last 3 years and will not honor the extended warranty at this time.1.BMW USA told me that the battery was not not covered.2.Tulley BMW told me in 2012: we dont replace batteries under warranty3.Tomkinson BMW told me in 2013: well reset the battery fault light, ignore it, and itll stop blinking in the spring time4.Tulley BMWs service manager told me in 2015: the battery is enormous and that well cut some customers a deal on a new battery but we dont replace batteries, because they are a wear and tear item5.BMW USA finally explained to me that: it is your fault that you ran down your battery by leaving the automobiles lights on all night I never left the lights on during the night. Corporate offers the warranty but then forbids the dealership from honoring it by refusing to reimburse the dealership for the repairs. The consumer gets squeezed in the middle and corporate makes unearned profit off the warranty and the dealerships socks it to the consumer for the cost of the new battery and labor of around $650. Its a sophisticated scam because each side blames the other and as the consumer you get taken in coming and going.

This was my 4th leased BMW but my 1st experience with both this particular dealership and with Gloria. The negotiation process was painless and fear. She was both accessible and responsive to my questions even after leaving the dealership. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Gloria and Val came through with everything I requested. Marc made the final steps with the documentation easy and didn't try to force my hand with things I didn't need. Thank you for a great experience!!!

I had an excellent purchase experience with Len Bellacicco at Tulley Nashua. The negotiation process with Len was fast and painless, and Len was nothing but professional throughout the exchange. He even gave me a ride to return a rental car 20 miles away. Additionally, after finding that the car was missing an interior part (the previous owner had not left in the car), Len worked to obtain a new part quickly and courteously. I was very happy with the car, Len and Tulley.

Purchased a 3-series from Tulley BMW and had a great experience. The CA Chris Greer, was wonderful. He made me drive different cars and carefully explained what each optional package did. It is a real pleasure to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind and worked hard to Val to find the right car for me. Chris and Val are very professional. There was no hard selling. No hidden costs. No stress.

I've been a customer of Tulley's for years... just leased a 2015 X4 and the customer service keeps getting better and better. I can't say enough good things about them from the sales department to the service department. Steve Hammond was my salesman and I have to say he's the absolute best! I've serviced my prior BMW's with Jeremy Tatem and Kevin Mclaughlin and thet have both always taken very good care of me. I highly recommend Tulley BMW for your next purchase and/or service. Oh and I can't forget Val Goldenberg, the sales manager, he greets me with a smile and great service every time I walk in the door. :)

I bought a certified preowned BMW recently. The car I bought had existing " bent tires", not even sure what that means. I brought the car in for service for the first time after adding only 5,000 miles to the odometer, for an oil change and inspection. I informed the technician that the car shakes at speeds of 70 miles per hour since it was purchased. Their "diagnosis" was "bent tires" after likely hitting a pot hole. What are the tires made of, plastic? They asked us to pay $540 to fix this problem. "Luckily it is something we can fix." I thought to myself, "luckily", what does that mean? I thought BMW was "the ultimate driving machine." I thought their mechanics went to a special BMW school. Is this a real conditions? Perhaps BMW is losing it's quality and durability. I've never had "bent tires" on any other car I've owned. The technician informed me that it is " no big deal, it happens all the time, luckily we can fix it." The car is "certified preowned" and this problem was already existed when we purchased the car. What does "certified preowned" really mean? Is it a slick way of adding $10,000 to the price? Also the manager of the Tully BMW, Val Goldenberg was unprofessional, unintelligible. He did not provide a remedy to the problem. In the process of purchasing the vehicle no word was mentioned about bent tires. In my line of business this is withholding information and it warrants a full return.This car was purchased for my wife, who happens to have two 20 month old children, who needed a reliable car and we do not have one with the BMW.

I've owned BMW's for the past 10 years. I've never once had a bad experience as I've had at another BMW dealer in Massachusetts near work. The technicians at Tulley always take time to shown why a repair is required so I'm not left with that, do I really need this feeling. I drive 120 miles a day to work and back and I count on my car not to leave me stranded somewhere, so keeping services up to date is important to me. Sure it's not cheap to get a car serviced correctly sometimes, but to me I'd rather trust it's going preform that way it's supposed too.

The service department at Tulley BMW is by far the worst I have ever been to. The department is unorganized and to make an appointment is such a process. Once your car is scheduled they promise you to have a loaner car but it is NEVER a BMW, they only have a few. I brought my car in for simple service, a couple of break in issues and noises that were coming from the front. The car was there for SEVERAL days and nobody bothered to call in for a status. Finally they called and said the car was done. Once I arrived at the dealership, my service advisor said that everything was normal and all BMWs have the issues mine was having.I then took my car to an independent garage in Hudson, NH that specializes in BMWs. This location had the car fixed in 2 days, and found a defective part in the car. Tulley's service is terrible, they do not care about the customer and really do not know BMWs. They are the dealer, they should have found the issues.My family has 4 BMWs. The cars themselves are next to nothing but Tulley does not do a good job representing such a great car.

The experience from start to finish was first class, attentive and highly recommended. Dan Cody went out of his way to get me specific information I requested and helped guide to me to an X3 that I am very happy with. The test drive in "sports mode" with Dan sealed the deal. The sales manager, Val Godenberg, provided a level of communication and service that exceeded any of my prior interactions at dealerships. He made sure the process was not only efficient and smooth, but stress free and enjoyable.

I recently purchased/leased a BMW 328X Drive Diesel. I met Ed Poole my Client Advisor, upon entering the showroom. I knew I was in good hands within a few minutes of meeting Ed. He was professional, Knowledgeable and answered all my questions as I determined which car was going to work for me. Once I agreed to purchase the car the process continued to be smooth and professional. I met with Jim Beal to complete the financing portion of the the transaction. Jim was very helpful as well as he reviewed and explained the documents I needed to sign. He answered all my questions and processed the paperwork very quickly. My car was ready for pickup the next day. Ed had the car ready for me. He proceeded to walk me through and explain all aspects and functions of the vehicle. This was the most thorough presentation of a new car I have ever experience. AND this is my third BMW purchase. Ed made sure when I drove away in my new BMW that I would understand and be able to experience the functions of the vehicle so I could enjoy the BMW experience I have come to appreciate. I have been a loyal customer of Tulley BMW for almost a decade now and the main reason why I stay with this dealership is due to their service department. Jan Van Sciver, Jen Craft and the rest of the team have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my service needs have been met. They are honest, empathetic, and always will be like a family to me.Even though I have moved to Florida recently, I still call these guys with any issues that my BMW experiences. The purchasing experience was pleasant and without pressure. At no time did I feel rushed. Bill reviewed the high level options and configurations prior to the test drive so as to put me behind the wheel of a car as similar to what I was looking for as possible.Post test drive we reviewed options and work then began to find the car that fit those options.Price negotiation was straight forward and to the point ending at a number both parties were comfortable with. Financing was also quick and a better deal then at any of the local banks I researched.Delivery of the car was smooth with Bill doing a full review of the car and answering my questions.I would rate my experience with Tulley BMW and with Bill Cavanaugh as 5 out of 5 stars.

My friend and I had stopped by Tulley BMW to view a couple of cars that we had wanted to compare, as we were cross shopping and wanted to experience what each German maker had to offer. I've bought my VW from Tulley before, and had a great experience, and was looking forward to working with them again. But, this time, it was a disaster. The selection of cars at the dealership were, as usual, excellent. We were greeted right away by Steve Hammond, the "client advisor," and told him about how we each wanted to test drive a car. He abruptly refused, and advised us that we "couldn't test drive cars all day, because it costs money, and puts miles on the cars that deter ACTUAL buyers." My friend's desire was a preowned 135i, and he was willing to talk shop if he had liked it. Whoops! I mean, nobody wants an extra three miles on a USED car if he wasn't impressed! They'll walk away every time!Our only option was to sit in the car in the parking lot, and play with the buttons in the car that I liked. He then started urging me to take it for a drive ...around the parking lot. At one point, he told me to floor it in a 50 foot straight stretch in the crowded parking lot, with 20 foot snow banks on one side, and a line of shiny new cars and concrete lamp posts on the other. Blind spots galore, but no, floor it! I think we will bring our business to another brand. If I wanted to be treated like a waste of time and a penniless irritation, I'd shop upmarket. It's a BMW 335i, not a Ferrari.

I Love Tulley in Nashua its my favorite dealership! In all of my experiences there and it has been a few in the past year all of the employees are very polite and helpful. Ed Poole though really has the funniest, polite, and informative personality needed when I have been in looking for the best fit of BMW for me.The finance office has also worked very well with me in making the payments and purchase comfortable so when I drive away I feel good about the investment I made for myself.I recommend Tulley and ask for Ed Poole, you wont be disappointed.Jennifer Kessel

Tulley BMW and Ed Poole our salesman, did an excellent job helping us select and purchase the right car. Ed worked with us to test drive several cars, both new and certified used. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles including both small details and larger engine and safety issues. He explained every detail perfectly in a way that we understood and made us feel very confident about our purchase. The sales manager Val was also helpful in working out some of the details with the purchase. I have bought and leased many cars and have never had such good service from a dealership or its employees. The bottom line, I highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to call Ed Poole at Tulley. He did a great job!

I had a really good experience at Tulley. This was my first BMW, so a little nervous and perhaps clingy/needy in making sure everything went as planned. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, and patient with my husband and I. We did have a small instance where we were very interested in a specific vehicle, and it was sold beneath us as we were test driving it. Instead of the sales rep pulling our sales rep away in private to share that news, he spoke about it openly in front of my husband and I, which made for some awkwardness. Other than that, I am thrilled with the car I have, and really enjoyed working with Tulley BMW. THANKS EVERYONE!

Everyone at Tulley BMW provided world class service. I went in to purchase a new BMW and drove away just a few hours later in my new BMW 320i xdrive. Everyone was kind, helpful and genuine from sales to finance. It was by far the best purchasing experience I've experienced. They truly went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted and made sure I drove home in the vehicle I came in to purchase. I drove 2 hours to go to this dealership and it was well worth the trip. I would recommend Tulley BMW of Nashua, NH to anybody, any day. The stuff is very friendly and professional. The dealership is welcoming. From the day I asked for quote on the web site that direct me to Tulley and speaking to very friendly coordinator Sara Donovan to the day I picked up my car, only took 5 days. I was pleasantly welcomed to the dealership at the time I first stopped by on Tuesday night, I met Sara in person who introduced me to Val Goldenberg (general sales manager), who introduced me to Steve Hammond (Client Advisor). Steve took time to understand what is exactly I'm looking for, (I came prepared) so this didn't take very long time. We test drove few vehicles (X5) and by the end of the day I was able to select the car I want to buy. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. After the decision was made, Val made sure that I will receive best possible deal on new car as well as on my trade (I was very satisfied with the numbers). Once that was done, I was introduced to Jim Beal (Finance manager) who did all the paper work. I was told that I'm all set and I can come back on Friday night to pickup my new car. The delivery experience was pleasant as well, my car was waiting for me inside the dealership with personal note attached (very pleasant surprise). Again Steve took time to go over car features in details, I was welcomed by Val and Jim who congratulated me on my new car. Few days after the delivery I received follow up call from Steve to make sure that everything is good with the car.Once again if you looking for new or used BMW, Tulley is the place to go, make sure to look up people I mentioned for great business and best deals!Thank Tulley!

Let me start off by saying that previous to coming to Nashua, we had been to quite a few BMW dealerships in Massachusetts and our best experience by far was with Tulley BMW! We are so happy with the car and the service we received that we will go back and absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Our sales associate, Victor Yekelchik was very friendly, knowledgable and genuine. He went above and beyond, raced back and forth, answered as many questions as we had, made us feel confident in our decision and was there to make sure we were happy every step of the way. At one point when it seemed that we were unable to come to a deal, but he worked hard and spent countless and I mean countless hours trying to make something happen for us. He truly made our experience at Tulley an amazing one. He greeted us at the door when we first walked in with a smile and the rest is history. The next day we were driving out of there with a brand new car! I purchased my first BMW, a 2011 128i convertible from Tulley BMW last Saturday. Len Bellaccio was the salesman, and he made the experience enjoyable--something I can't ever remember saying about buying a car. Len worked with me on price and even got the convertible ready for me to drive home on Saturday so I could enjoy the top down on a beautiful day. Overall, Len, the Tulley management staff, finance staff, and support staff made buying my car a great experience.

I chose Tulley as the biggest BMW dealership in NH, but they offered more than just a variety of car options I was looking. From the first moment we met, Ed was exceptionally pleasant to my requests. I wanted to buy a 2010 BMW X5 and Ed informed that they have a great CPO option which was just going through the final touches at the service department and was planned to go on sale next day. As this car was exactly in my budget, Ed managed to arrange the test drive shortly during my visit and thoroughly described all its features and history.Even though the car was mostly ready for the sale, it required that the window tint be removed, which required me to come next day.Since I wanted to get the car right away, I had no car to return back home. Ed arranged me one of Tulley BMW cars, to compensate for hassle.In general the process of buying the car was stress-free. Ed took care of everything I needed and when needed acted in my best interests. He was checking the small car disadvantages for me and ensured everything is fixed before I get the car. That said, I was not disappointed noticing something new after I picked the car.Many thanks to Ed. I would definitely recommend Tulley BMW and Ed, as a manager, to my friends.

Experience was not good. When I arrived to pick up car after purchasing vehicle from lease, contract documentation was incorrect, had to re-do contract. Drove the car out and had issues with alignment/wheel balancing. In addition was told that Services department had no knowledge that this car belonged to someone, they thought car was a car for sale, and disconnected my Sirius membership. When left the dealership the second time, warning light for TP monitor came on, and returned again. Very disappointing, sales rep essentially disengaged himself from process and left me to sort the car out. Not sure that I would recommend this dealership. Service department was very helpful and tried to rectify things as quickly as possible. Was very impressed with Service from Services department.

Very pleasant experience Dan Cody was the sales person I dealt with. All were professional and the customer service was excellent. There was a discrepancy in the price of the car between the sticker and the sale price listed on the website (in my favor) and it was taken care of immediately. I would say the only issue I had was finding out I had actually been charged 200 dollars for registering the car as a standard fee, instead of the 125 dollars it actually cost. This was not explained in detail and it should have been. Not a fan of paying $75 dollars more for something than it cost. Something I have to remember to question next time I buy a car. I did go over to the GM service center while there to see if they could open the keys to my old Saab so I could replace the batteries. They were quite helpful and pleasant and managed to get the keys open (free of charge) so I could replace the batteries.

Before I talk about my experience...a little background. I was in the market for a new car and finally settled on a 2014 X3. I am a very picky and detail oriented consumer. I read reviews, online forums, and comparison shopping. I visited 6 dealerships in both NH and MA and spent countless hours researching my purchase and options. Of all the dealers, Tulley and more importantly Ed Poole who was my CA was exponentially more knowledgeable and responded quicker than anyone else. In fact, before the X3, I had placed an order for a 328i sports wagon with another NH dealer. Because of the exemplary service with Ed after I changed my mind on the vehicle choice, I cancelled the order and got my deposit refunded and CHANGED my original choice in dealership. It was night and day in comparison (if you are in NH or MA) between what I was offered and how I was treated vs. other dealers. As I mentioned before, I had a laser focus on what I wanted and the prices I was willing to pay. I shopped around everything including extras like the extended warranty. Tulley matched everything on price so I was even more pleased about that.If you are in the market for a BMW...run...don't walk to Tulley and ask for Ed Poole. The others involved in the process - Emily Gallagher (sales manager) and Jason Catalano (business manager) were also excellent as well.

From the moment I went in and asked questions and was just "gathering info" to when I picked up my vehicle just recently, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were very prompt with returning my emails/phone calls and had all my questions answered. I did not feel pressured at all when I walked in, and enjoyed being able to roam around the lot at my leisure, instead of being swooped in and confronted with the "in your face approach." For that I was very appreciative.I would most certainly do business with them again and look forward to purchasing my next BMW through them!

From the moment that I walked into the dealership seeking information regarding the BMW 3 series I felt welcome. Joe greeted me with a friendly smile and asked what brought me to the dealership and wanted to know how he could be of help. I explained that I was just there to inquire about the product and that my lease would not be ending for another three months and explained that I wanted to keep my payment at a specific amount. He allowed for me to test drive the 3 series and explained the options that were available. I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me in any way into making a decision that day and explained to him that I was still shopping around. After test driving several cars, I finally decided to go with the BMW. I met with Joe again to order my new car. I found the process to be very easy and was very impressed with Joe's knowledge. My vehicle was manufactured and shipped more quickly than expected. through the process, Joe kept me updated through phone calls. On the day of the closing, the process again was very smooth and we were in and out in a timely manner. He explained the vehicle and the options completely and stated that if I had any questions that he would be available to answer them for me. Overall, one of the best experiences from start to finish. I have found the BMW 3 Series to be a great car and am grateful I was able to lease it at the price that I was looking for.

The contact was initially via e-mail using the BMW's "Build Your Own" on-line. Len Bellacicco responded very quickly and offered a very good deal that I ultimately went with. He was friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me find a way to get the BMW Apps option after production has started (no change can be accepted then). I wish I had a little more time between the order and production to catch my mistake in forgetting to add that option. Len has handled all my other changes like adding accessories and not doing a trade in, etc. very efficiently.The paperwork did have some errors but ultimately the end price was not impacted and proper paperwork redone for me by Emily.Post sales and delivery follow up was exceptional. Len went over all the important functions in the car to get me started. He paired my iPhone for me and pointed me to the on-line resources as well.

Joe MacIntosh was excellent in advising me, regarding the order and purchase of a new BMW 135i. Joe kept me updated on a regular basis regarding the building, shipping, and dealer prep. He was also instrumental in making all the arrangements for the snow tire package and installation scheduling. Worked with Mike Ciano (in Jim Beal's absence) on a new lease for my wife's BMW. I had called Joe McDonough to set up a test drive and Mike had the correct car ready for a drive upon our arrival. He and Joe worked a special lease turn-around deal very quickly and professionally. Mike did the leg work for the drive and selection on New Year's eve and we picked the car up 2 days later. Having hit a 'landmark' birthday, I decided to treat myself to my first 'premium' automobile, and after reviewing Mercedes, Audi, Lexus et al, I decided on a BMW. Because I've owned few cars in my life (exclusively vehicles provided by my past employers), I had no trade in and decided to lease. The process with Frank Chafe went smoothly, and by ordering the car instead of taking one off the lot, I was able to stay within my lease budget. Frank met me halfway in these negotiations, and was very patient. Buying a high end car, one expects to be treated with respect, and I was. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Paperwork with Emily Gallagher went smoothly, and, again, my questions were met with patience and a sense of humor. I would highly recommend Frank Chafe, and Tulley as a whole.

We received excellent service when we were looking for a new car. We had looked at a used BMW at Tullet's in Manchester. They sent us to Nashua as they thought we might find a better selection for what we were looking for there. We found a new BMW X5M that we fell in love with. Leo was very helpful in talking through our options and making sure that we had the best arrangement for our needs. We were going out of town some set the delivery date for 2 weeks later. When our plans changed unexpectedly they accommodated the change, getting the car ready 4 days early. We are very pleased with the prompt and courteous service we have received. We expect that we will continue to do business with Tulley BMW in the future.

I was greeted at the door by Leo and explained what I was looking for. He quickly was able to show me the car I was inquiring about and offered me a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and did not pressure me in any way. At the end I purchased the car, a process that was quite easy and only took about a half hour. Brett explained the financing and warranty options and quickly generated the required paperwork. Leo kept in constant contact with me on the arrival of the car and made sure to be available to fit my schedule. All interactions with staff were friendly and knowledgable and I would recommend the dealership. The overall experience was excellent and therefore I gave staff and the experience a 5 rating.

I was in the market looking for a new 3 series and had already visited a few dealerships before I came to Tulley. I had a great experience in working with Mark who explained everything in detail. I had the opportunity to look at quite a few 328s on the lot, though none fit the configuration I was looking for. Once we agreed(haggle free) on the price, Mark took up the task of locating a 328 just the way I wanted; that same evening, he located one in a shipment from Germany, which I gladly took! The car was mine atleast a week before the ETA. Mark was very courteous and helpful from the very beginning to the end of the transaction and then after. Though I had made finance arrangements, Bret managed to get good deal and then the holiday credit. He closely worked with me and explained all the fine print and made sure that I was satisfied with the financing terms. Overall, I would give a highly recommended rating to them and would definitely call on them for my next purchase.-Kumar

I did a lot of research on the BMW 3 series when we did the European exchange two years ago. If I had the time, I would have purchased another vehicle this same way. However, I was pressed for time. I researched other dealers, test drove other cars but saved Leo for last. I test drove one car and then he showed me the one I eventually purchased today. He had me at "Hello." Leo suggested I take the car for more than just a test drive so I drove to show my husband at work. When I picked up my husband (who drives our other 335), we drove straight back to Tulley and purchased the car. I brought it home the next business day. My friends thought I may have been impulsive but it gave me the opportunity to tell them about Leo Debrum and Tulley BMW . I was confident of my decision, felt informed and educated by Leo and never questioned his integrity. This was our first BMW purchase and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience from the first time we walked in the door until we took delivery. Jim was the consummate professional every step of the way. There was never any pressure to buy. Once we decided what we wanted, Jim set out to find a car in the system. There was only one meeting our specifications and unfortunately the dealership had a buyer so Jim was not able to procure that car. I am not sure who was more disappointed. The decision was then made to custom order exactly what we wanted. Jim set our expectations for delivery and kept us updated on the progress every week or so. Hurricane Sandy did not help the timeline once the car arrived into Port. That is when Jim updated daily as it slowly moved up the East Coast. Upon delivery, Jim spent over an hour with us going over every feature of the car. As an added Bonus, Jim and Brett found a $1000.00 rebate that the dealership could just have easily kept for themselves, but they passed it on to us. Tulley BMW and Jim Beal have set the bar very high for what a car buying experience should be.

Andrew and the entire staff were terrific. I finally took the time to test drive an X5 after a year of research and contemplation. I was determined to also test drive a MB GL but Andrew cut me a deal I couldn't refuse. The X5 is sweet vehicle and I'm thrilled with my early holiday present - to myself! I just purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 and the experience was terrific. I previously purchased a new 525x and had an equally satifying experience. Frank and Brett helped me this time and it was the most painless experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. They were both very friendly and accomodated my crazy last minute schedule (including communicating with me the way I needed; email at times and phone at times, depending on my work schedule). I wanted a no hassle experience and they gave it to me. They paid great attention to detail getting everything perfect on the vehicle all the way down to the mats in the car. I had great options for financing and they were extremely flexible allowing me to hit the payments and payment schedule that was best for me. I was comfortable that the price I received was fair (a big factor) both through the comparisons that they were able to articulate as well as the research that I had done previously. Frankly, this is the 7th BMW we have owned. My parents actually had me looking at a Mercedes, but once I talked with Frank and drove the X5 I knew that I was sticking with BMW.

I just picked up a new 650xi GC from Tulley, and from start to finish the experience was a good one. There was never any pressure and Jim, Ed and Joe all put up with my rather picky questions over several weeks before ordering the car. In fact, I don't think they ever even suggested buying a car until I told them I wanted one. Even after the car was ordered they still let me test drive anything I wanted, even though the decision had already been made and there was no reason for me to do so (other than satisfying my own curiosity).I rated Price as "Good" vs "Excellent", not so much because of the discount they gave me off of the sticker, but just due to BMW pricing in general. Maybe that's not fair as this is a dealership review, but for the price you pay BMW really should include some more standard features than they do. Compared to the competition BMW is really behind here, so why buy one? Well, the 650 is simply the best looking car in its class, with the best interior BMW has ever produced. Still, can't give a "5" on Price.Overall I am very pleased with the experience there. No pressure, no hassle, and the manager always had time to answer questions. It is obvious to me that the people I dealt with really enjoy the cars they sell. This isn't a dealership where the salespeople come and go on their way to other jobs, they're people who love cars and BMWs in particular.

Purchased a certified used BMW from Tulley at an incredible price - which had the features my wife desired (stick shift and AWD). The car was in immaculate shape, and Mark was very helpful in describing all features and letting us test drive the car (not BMW owners previously). Mark allowed us to put a deposit to hold the car for a few days so we could drive a competing model (Audi) and make up our mind.Once we decided to purchase, Emily helped us out with a great rate on financing - and it truly was a trouble-free experience to walk into Tulley, sign a few papers, and walk out with a practically brand new car.The dealership itself was very impressive. Great inventory, the staff were eager to assist, and they obviously cater to customers.All-in-all, a pressure-free, trouble-free experience, and if we are ever in the market for another BMW, Tulley is certainly the first place we will visit.

The only negative of the whole experience was the value of the trade. Initially the physical presense of the facility is impressive. The driveway flanked with new and used BMW's is a sight to behold . Once you enter the showroom you are cordially greeted and directed to your salesperson. Leo DeBrum is very knowledgeableof BMW's and the entire product line. He took the time to ascertain my needs and desires and made suggestions for color combinations and option packages. Once we had a model with options he worked with Joe McDonough to design an acceptable lease arrangement. This was done without the typical hassle and bickering. I am very pleased with all the Tulley representatives that helped me purchase my vehicle and I would highly recommend Tulley BMW to my friends and family.

Our experience was very good. The dealer had a vehicle in-stock (was able to study this in advance on their website) that met our interest and we were able to come to a fair price. I am not intereseted in a lengthy, annoying negotiation game and did not find this to be the case here. Our salesman Steve was very accomodating in demonstrating the vehicle and allowing my wife and I to appreciate the features on our own. The preparation and delivery occured the same day. Throughout the process, Steve was very attentive to our questions. Financing the vehicle was quick and Emily did an excellent job handling this (she has a very pleasant demeanor which made us quite relaxed while signing the important documents).

The time had come to upgrade my 2004 3 series BMW. Having received great service from Jeremy Tatem, service advisor, over the years, I decided to ask Jeremy for the name of a sales representative that he would recommend. I was introduced to Joe and had a pleasant experience that resulted in the purchase of a 2011 328xi which was a loaner car with 5700 miles. From the first meeting with Joe, we knew that he was the professional and pleasant individual that we were seeking to build a business relationship with. I encountered superior customer service throughout the entire sales process. Joe did a great job in listening to my specific needs ( and did not waste a minute of my time by showing me only the new BMW's that met my needs. I went to Tulley for some repairs, i was unhappy about how long it to complete my car but i understand there could have been more damage then expected still wish it didn't take so long. I got my car back with a few new scratchs on it but after i contacted them they took me in with no problem and fixed it all. I respect the tulley dealership for the way they handled the problem because no matter where you go there is a chance for something to happen and not all dealerships will be so understanding and fix it.

I went to Tulley BMW to explore options as far as trading in my 2010 GTI. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are both gearheads, so we had plenty of good car chat. When it came time for business, Jim was very direct. I didn't have to deal with any BS, and I got the car and price I wanted. On top of that, I took European Delivery of my vehicle. The whole experience of picking up the car in Germany and driving it throughout Europe was incredible. None of this would have been possible without Jim and Tulley BMW. I did shop around and I found that the other local dealerships were lame and unwilling to work with me (because I'm not a stuck-up douche). I could not be happier with my Tulley BMW experience. This was my first BMW purchase and it was a terrific experience. Steve Hammond made it effortless and a real pleasure. I purchased a Z4 with Euro delivery and Steve stepped me through each phase. He communicated extremely well and seemed to know in advance when I had a question. His emails and updates kept me apprised of my car's production and delivery progress and his enthusiasm and detail made me feel like he was personally building the car himself. We had an excellent experience with Nick when coming in to lease a new BMW. Nick was friendly, patient, and above all honest with us - I particularly appreciated his sincere attempts to steer us toward a car he felt was best suited to our needs rather than simply the most expensive model he could sell us. I may very well be in the market for leasing another car sometime in the next year or two, and will most certainly come back to see Nick if that turns out to be the case.

We first purchased from Tulley last year and really hated our 650i convertible for multiple reasons that would take forever to list. But Jim made buying our brand-new X5 M really easy to come together. They took back the car we hated for almost every penny I paid for it, and got us into a super car suv. Although Jim was on his vacation while we were purchasing vehicle he made it a point to call us and check in with how it was going and how it went at closing. Who does that on there vacation? Jim beal does. So if your going to purchase a vehicle from Tulley I would Highly recommend Jim. Considering I've tried everybody there. I'm extremely tough customer to deal with and he was the most pleasant to work with in my book. Thanks for everything you did for us Jim, and if we ever need another M series BMW we know who to go to.

Experience was very good; no issues spending time test driving multiple vehicles. Our Sales person, Leo DeBrum, was very helpful and always answered our follow-up questions promptly by phone or email. Sales support staff was very professional and our transaction was handled without any glitches. Chose the European pick-up which was a great experience and again went through without any issues.

This was our first lease of a vehicle (been buying cars for 45 + years). We went to 6 different dealerships and found most had misleading come-ons to get you into the dealership where you learned the real details of the lease. You feel misled and then distrustful. This was not true at Tulley. The lease details were straight and to the point. Our sales rep - -Frank Chafe-- was friendly, had a sense of humor and very direct and clear about the lease. What impressed us most was Frank's tenacity in representing us to Tulley. At first, we could not reach agreement on a lease for the X5. We left the dealership thinking we would not come to agreement, yet Frank said don't worry, I'll get the deal you need. Three days later he called and had convinced various members of management to meet our needed terms. We're really happy with the x5 now and its only because of Frank that we have one.Tulley also appears to be a dealership that stands apart from others. No come - ons, no hustle and no sales pressure. In a word both Tulley and Frank Chafe have class. You really feel they care about you as a person more than as a customer. We used to feel IRA Lexus was the best dealership we had ever worked with, but now its Tulley- - -maybe its because its a family business and not a corporate entity. At IRA you have a background feeling they will do what's best for them, while at Tulley you feel they'll do what's best for you - - -that your satisfaction is more important than "the sale".We worked with Emily on the paperwork and finance/lease details and were really impressed. She is very professional and buttoned-up. It seemed like only minutes we were in her office and everything was done. All paperwork was in order and ready to be signed when we arrived. The fastest this has ever been done on any car purchase we've made.We're looking forward to working with Frank, Emily and Tulley again when its time to get a new car. They'll always have first shot with us.

Once you own one, you won't be disappointed. Joe McDonough made the deal hassle free. Emily Gallagher made the financial paperwork a breeze. Nick was my primary salesman and was extremely helpful in pointing out the differences between the various new models, including both the technical description and his own personal description based upon his experience in driving each model. Nick also made available all new models and several certified pre-owned models for me to test drive and compare,then prepared pricing calculations for the various new models (including with or without options) and the certified pre-owned cars. Nick went "to the mat" for me in an attempt to negotiate on a certified pre-owned model, something I really appreciated. In the end, with Nick's help, I bought the perfect car for me, which coincidentally was the car first recommended by Nick. I could not have put someone through a more rigorous test of both patience and skill if I was pretending to be a buyer but really acting for purposes of evaluating a saleman's performance. The dealership and Nick should be proud.

Steve and I spoke over the phone several times and he described three vehicles in stock which matched my interests. I arrived at the dealership a couple days later and found exactly what he described, test drove the car and was sold before I had taken the test drive off the lot. BMW makes a fine automobile and Steve made the process of buying the vehicle easy and pleasurable.I can't say I'm looking forward to my next BMW because I like the one I have so very much, but I will say that I now get it when BMW says it is the ultimate driving machine.Steve Hammond is a delight to work with.

Nick was responsive, very forthcoming with information, and down to earth. When I asked over email for some pricing on some of the options I wanted, he sent me a detailed listing. None of the other dealerships I had contacted (5 of them) gave any specifics without first insisting I come to the showroom. That set the right tone for me, and Nick didn't disappoint me when I did finally meet him in person. Very collaborative, low pressure - basically no sales BS. Although they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, and I probably could have gotten the same one delivered to another dealership closer to my home, there was no question I was going to deal with Nick after we met with him the first time.

Worst possible dealership to go to. These people bring a bad name to the brand. I have had the worst experience dealing with their sales managers and everybody else. Before i bought the car everything seemed nice but soon after their service and customer support sucks. I wish i had never bought my X3 from them. counting on 50 days and still have not received my license plates because they s***wed up more than twice and no one has the courtesy to call me and let me know.

As far as buying a car goes, the experience was low stress. The model of the car I wanted wasn't in stock, so I had to order it, which ended up being okay because I got exactly what I wanted. I got a fair price, but the main reason I purchased at Tulley is the service. I have been going to Tulley service for over 4 years and they have also been a pleasure to deal with and make sure my car is operating it top operating condition. I would recommend Tulley to anyone. My experience with Tulley BMW has been fantastic. I first went in looking for a used BMW M3. Leo DeBrum offered his help with trying to find this specific model (M3s are not easy to find). He kept me updated throughout the next month with what was available. Finally, I decided to lease a new M3.The purchase was seamless, and the car is perfect. The day I went to pick it up I found the car in its own room at the dealership. The M3 looked brilliant. Next to it was a pedestal with text describing that they were happy to have reserved this car for "Mr. John Smith." I doubt they would do this for every model, but still, it really made the car feel unique, and made me feel like a million bucks.

Nick was part of the reason we choose to buy another BMW. Our previous sale less than a year before was smooth and painless. Due to some unforeseen circumstances,Nick was able to alter the delivery date several times to meet our needs.We decided to test drive the X3 at a event,and decided we liked it enough to consider purchasing it. We test drove it several more times to make sure it was the vehicle for us. Nick was very patient and answered all our questions. We even took a look at it when it arrived from the factory,several days before we signed the papers.

I have been a Tulley fan for 7 years or more. My purpose for this visit was to buy a new car. I have worked with Frank in the past and was very pleased to learn he was still on their sales staff. The experience there is a very relaxed no pressure approach to car sales, no up selling as they call it. Frank was very helpful in helping me. There was no haggling about trade in value and we reached an agreeable price in about 5 minutes. He knows his business and made the experience painless and seamless. They took care of everything. I only needed to show up to pick up the car.I highly recommend Tulley and Frank to any one and I will certainly return there for service, again just an outstanding department, as well as future purchases.

The purchasing process at Tulley BMW was a breath of fresh air...a totally different experience from any previous auto dealership. There was absolutely no pressure and pricing discussions were straightforward and honest. I've bought BMWs in the past and had been pressured to "buy one from the lot" in order to "get the best deal." There was absolutely none of that at Tulley with Nick...we ended up ordering a new car from Germany so that they could ensure I got everything I wanted in terms of color and options without having to pay a special premium for this service. I will definitely be returning to Tulley and look forward to working with Nick in the future!

Great experience from beginning to end. Nick provided me with a very competitive quote on the vehicle of my choice - BMW X3 2011. He was helpful and friendly, answered all my questions starting from car options to chose and ending with questions around the X3 factory ordering and build process. There was absolutely none of the typical back-and-forth type of bargaining one expects when buying a car. No trips to the manager, no changing of options or prices. Some extras such as paint protection, wheel & tire extended warranty and such were offered in the finance office but absolutely not pushed in any way.All in all a very smooth easy process with which I was comfortable at every stage.Thank you Nick!

It was important to me that the sales staff were knowledgable and experienced with this kind of program as it was all new to me. Steve Hammond with Tulley BMW was the salesman I was looking for. This has been my first experience in buying a used vehicle. Working with Nick was very easy. We had a good conversation regarding the vehicles and the options that I would be interested in. He listened to what I was looking for and presented vehicles that met those criteria. Communication was frequent enough to keep me informed and to stay in touch. I have owned or leased BMWs from Tullleu for over 10 years. I always felt that I was treated fairly during each sales ezxperience. The sales staff is highly professinal and will work with you (w/o rushing you). The service department is superb. They know BMWs and do highly professional work. THeir quality is excellent and on time. They even took me unschedule when I had a problem needing fixing ASAP. I often thought that I might get the wowrk done at a cheaper rate if I took the car to Joe's fixit station', but dismissed the thought immediately. You get what you pay for! 1. Took us seriously when we visited dealership and then Steve Hammond kept in touch.2. Added us to the auto contact system so that we were invited to the customer appreciation event in the fall.3. At that event, confirmed that he understood we were interested in at manual X3 and let us know one might be in the pipeline for a February off-lease date.4. Followed up early in 2011 with specific information on that vehicle.5. Followed up again in early Feb and then, later in the month, made us aware of when the vehicle would be returned.6. Immediately scheduled with us when the return was confirmed and,7. Put us under no pressure after our test drive of the vehicle.8. Presented a truly fair price--we'd done our research and knew we were not being jobbed!9. Dave Gott handled the financing efficiently and was very helpful with his tips as a long time friver of manual-transmission BMWs.10. Our X3 was in such great shape the day we came to collect it, and Steve even loaded our stuff into it while we completed the paperwork with Dave.So, while the vehicle "sold itself", the folks at the dealership made the real sale happen.

Tully BMW is very service oriented. When I purchsaed the car every effort was done to agree to the price I offered. There service department is excellent as I am contacted to bring it in for the routine service. The car is always ready on time. My last visit I was given another BMW as a loaner car for the day right away and was able to get right in and out. Although I must say that was the first time, as in the past I was given a low end, not very clean enterprise rental, which I did have to wait for and do more paper work. I hope those days are over .

This is my second BMW, first at this dealership. I originally didn't buy here because I came into the dealership, and nobody served me in 45 minute of waiting. I would suggest making an appointment. This time I conatacted Steve. I bought a demo at a price far better than the price I paid at the first dealership. I think Steve listened carefully to what I wanted, and found a model that met my needs. My 328 xi was in perfect condition, and I paid less than the base model with a premium package and navigation system. I won't buy another BMW without the navigation system.

Steve's approach was very professional and friendly as we went into the dealership. He did not present as a high pressure salesperson. He quickly determined our interest and got us into a new demonstration vehicle which we ended up purchasing. The demonstration was very effective, particularly the demo of the all wheel drive feature. He worked very hard to find the model and features we wanted. When it came time to negotiate a price he was again very professional. While the price negotiating routine was very familiar with the back and forth with the sales manager, it was nonetheless not obnoxious. At delivery he went through the features and set up our cell phone. The experience with the BMW assist feature was not as satisfactory (not Steve's fault) because of some problem with the customer service computer. When I tried later it took two more go a rounds to get it initialized. Very satisfied with Steve.David was likewise courteous and efficient. He told us what we needed to have to close and we did it. The actual purchase went very smoothly. David was fine.The actual choice to buy a BMW came from a push by my son who has one. I had intended to buy a lower priced more fuel efficient car but he appealed to the fun of having a great car. So far I am not disappointed. The only problem I have found is the accuracy of the speedometer. It is 4 mph off at highway speeds. I called Steve (on the way to Florida). He encouraged me to take it to a dealer. I have not done so yet. The choice of your dealership was proximity and my son's knowledge that this dealership had improved considerably from when he bought his.

My car buying experience was fantastic. I came into the dealership having already driven the car I wanted, with comparative pricing. Not only did I get a good deal on the car I leased, Leo and the Tulley staff assured me that they will take care of my 3 BMW's needs in the coming years. This is actually the second car I have bought from Leo within the past year. I have a very busy schedule and Tulley is going to make future service appts as easy as possible for me. This past week was a great example of how they made my life better in terms of service. The staff at Tulley has been very friendly and helpful as the pick up date of my car approached. Today when I picked the car up, Leo was great. He went through the car and the features. He set up my blue tooth on my phone. He helped set up the satellite radio.I purchase alot of cars, (4 cars in the past year) and this was one of the best.

This rating is specific to the Sales Department at Tulley BMW and Frank Chafe. Frank was attentive to all aspects of the sale and provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, the vehicle had many problems immediately after delivery and I was disappointed. I've owned other BMW's and this has been the worst ownership experience of the 4 that I've owned. However, I commend the Service Manager, Jay VanSciver, for his professionalism in providing the service that was needed until the vehicle problems were corrected.

Our experience with Tulley BMW was truly a positive experience. After doing some research on our own and locating the vehicle on the MotorTrend website, we visited Tully with the intent to test drive the X5 that we found on-line. James Beal greeted us and made arrangements for the vehicle test drive. He spent time learning about what Ray and I were looking for and provided valuable and relevant information that influenced our purchasing decision. The entire process from negotiating a fair deal, to completing the finance paperwork, to the delivery complete with a thoughtful sign that read this vehicle would be going home with us, was delightful. I love our used 2006 X5, which I call Snow Flake, and feel confident in our choice to have purchased from a knowledgeble and caring dealership. I will share this experience and will be proud to recommend Tulley BMW to anyone.

I was very impressed by Nick Plasteras as my salesperson because of his extensive knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. I also appreciated his patience with me as we came to a deal for the car. He listened and understood exactly what I wanted. He called several times after I took delivery to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new purchase. I would definitley work with Nick again for my next new BMW. :)

I was in the search for the perfect BMW and it took about 4-5 months for me to find the one I wanted. I worked with other dealerships that pretty much lied to me saying they had what I was looking for and they didn't. I started working with Jamie Chisholm and he was friendly and was not trying to put me into something I didn't want like many others. I was really busy with work and so I was on the internet looking and then one day I stopped in and started working with Steve Hammond since Jamie was tied up.Once I started working with Steve, he provided a great experiene for me, like Jamie did, and he followed up with me every so often to see if I was still in the market...I was.I stopped in again late one Saturday, and Jamie searched the lot to find the exact car that I was looking for..it just came off the truck. I was happy to see this and put money down that day. After it was through all the processes of CPO, etc. I recieved the call from Jamie that it was good to go and so I stopped in the next day to take it for a drive. My p vehicle is the fourth I have bought from Tulley, going back to 1998. I can say with unquestionable honesty, that each time I buy a vehicle the pre-sale and sale experience gets better. My Sales Associate, Steve H. also sold me my last BMW and he was excellant then and continues to be so. He was instructive and patient with me as I decided on the vehicle, the options and putting together the final deal. Jay V. and his staff also were helpful answering questions about the vehicle I had chosen even before it was delivered. Dave and Emily in the business office were most helpful and exceedingly efficient in putting together all the paperwork and registration Details. Derrick facilitated the trade as well. This center receives my top rating because of the people. When i walk into service it feels like the red carpet is layed out and everyone is friendly and kind. I have been to 3 BMW centers, and this is by far the best experience I've had. I will continue to use them to service my vehicle and will/have recommend to all i know.

Tully BMW, and Frank Chafe especially, were great to work with. From the beginning, we never felt pressured by anyone and always greeted with a smile and hello. Frank did a great job of understanding our requirements and tried to find the best car on the lot to meet our needs. Once we found the right vehicle, we went back and forth a couple of times but in the end, we worked out a great deal. I would say it was overall a fairly straight forward process in the deal negotiation.When we went to pick up the car, Frank went over every inch of the features, help us setup the car (e.g. navigation, radio, etc). I had to bring it in to have them add Satellite radio and I received top notch service. I got a loaner for the day and the car was ready within a few hours. They have a very streamed line process and again, everyone was very easy to work with.I highly recommend Tully BMW as well as Frank Chafe (sales). I definitely seeing us going back.

What I liked most about my experience with Tulley and the salesman James was their honesty. I was in the market for a used BMW but didn't want a huge hassle at the dealership. I called ahead and spoke with James on the phone first. James was very frank with me and promised me a good trade before he saw my car or my face. When I did get to the dealership I was very pleased to find that James kept that promise and gave me the same deal in person. The service department has been very accomodating and I just love the fact that I get a car wash after every service. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.

I have worked with Tulley BMW and Steve Hammond on two cars. The first was a European delivery of a 3351 and the second a 2011 535i domestic purchase. I found the dealership to be a very pleasant experience. It was a clean modern comfortable facility and worthy of the type of purchase I was going to make "1st Class".The whole staff was very educated on the car and its attributes as well as courteous and considerate.My experience with Steve Hammond was no less than the total overall excellent experience. Steve is one of the most knowledgeable sales associates I have experienced.The attribute that I most appreciated about Steve was his candor and that he was more of a consultant than just a sales associate. Steve was there to make my experience a pleasant one and not just to make the "sale".

The service is great. Sales person are nice and professional. They can guide you through the purchase process. I got my new BMW X3 from them. When I went pick up the car, the sales person spent long time to show me the important new feature of the car so I don't have to read the user mannual which is great.

I would rate my experience with my sales advisor, Nick Plasteras, and Tully Motors as nothing short of transformative. I walked into the dealership a car-buying cynic and I left Tully converted into an exceeding satisfied customer, enlightened consumer, and appreciative FORMER cynic. From start to finish, my experience with Tully was unrivaled. I arrived at the dealership uncertain which model I wanted to purchase. My salesman, Nick Plasteras, served as an astute listener and a versed adviser, expertly guiding me through my car selection process. He was not heavy-handed he simply provided all of the information required for me to make my own informed decision without any aggressive sales tactics. He is, by far, the most knowledgeable and articulate sales advisor I have had the opportunity to work with in my lifetime (from any car manufacturer). I should note that I left the Tulley after my initial consult, in search of a better deal elsewhere (before returning to Tulley to purchase my vehicle). I was surprised that this was accepted by Nick/Tully without any negativity or aggressive sales tactics. Why should they? They would not need to employ such means, as what I found was Tulley provided the most positive experience and competitive prices around. After I returned to Tulley to purchase my car, the remainder of the process was also seamless. All of the personnel at Tulley were, like Nick, exemplary - both professional and accomodating. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Nick spent well over an hour walking through the features of the car as well as answering my questions and ensuring everything exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend Nick Plasteras and Tully to anyone considering a BMW purchase. I purchase a new car every 3-4 years. This last summer I decided to buy a high end SUV. I visited several dealerships and was "turned off" by the sales staff. I don'rt like to be "talked down to" or pressured in any way.At Tulley's I met Steve Hammond. He listened carefully to my preferences and took me on a test drive of an X5. We went over options.I needed time to consider such a big expenditure. By the time I came back, I was ready to make decisions and had definately decided on a color which had to be ordered. Again no pressure as Steve explained the options and associated prices. I feel that he got me a great price.What I really like is the option to follow up on e-mail with both Steve and Jeremy Tatem in the service area. The folks at Tulley's function as a "team".

I went into Tulley on the recommendation of a friend. Almost immediately, I met Steve Hammond, a salesman. He instantly made us feel at ease and comfortable. We had never purchased a luxury car before so it was a bit of a daunting experience. Steve spent considerable time with us just talking before we looked at cars and took a test drive. We were very quickly hooked on the car and Steve's great approach was a key factor. He followed the process through from beginning to end even after it went to the financial folks but he remained with us throughout.Since our purchase, any time we have had to bring it in for regualarly scheduled work or some minor issue, the service advisors and the service department staff have been phenomenal. They are quick, professional and solve whatever problem there is in a very timely manner. I have complete confidence in their work.Overall, our experiences with Tulley have been great. When time to look for another car, they will be on the top of our list.

If I didn't know it myself, I would never have guessed that this was a COP vehicle. It could have come straight from the factory. The sales representatives from this dealership are very friendly and helpful. They also offer very competitive price in their region. Along the whole purchase process, all things are taken care of reasonably well. They value their customers, and made us always feel comfortable. They make good communications, which made our purchase much easier.There is one thing they may improve to make their service even better: the consistency of customers' information when they transfer it from one department to another, for instance, a misspell in my name was corrected on the order sheet but was still wrong later for applying a loan.Overall, they do a great job and I would definitely like to do business with them in the future.

My experience began with sales with Joe. Unlike other dealers, of more than BMW, I found Joe to be very informative without feeling pressured. Joe gave me useful feedback about choices, based apparently on an excellent personal experience and knowledge of the vehicles and options.While it is possible that with extended negotiation the final price might have dropped a little more, I was happy with the offer and this was also a no pressure situation. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been helpful, polite, immediately knowledgeable or redirecting to the available expert. Service has been a pleasure to deal with, though my needs for this new vehicle have been very limited. I have had more questions about an odd behavior in the iDrive and Kevin in service is to be commended for his diligence in investigating the matter with BMW. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy another BMW from Tulley.

I am very please with the service provided by Steve. A lot of paper work and negotiations have been done over the phone and e-mails. I came to dealer to introduce myself at the very beginning and later to pick up my car when it came from Europe per my specs. The Steve was extremely responsive and fair. The price for my 535XI was great. I highly recommend this dealership and Steve as a sales person.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tulley BMW, and I must say their professional, no-nonsense, straight forward approach was quite refreshing. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, for once, I was able to have my vehicle serviced without the technicians finding (or creating) additional maladies. I am extremely pleased with my Tulley experience; though, I am even more pleased that I have finally found a dealership that I can rely on for all of my service needs.

Brought my 2007 328xi in for a Service Engine Soon problem. They had the car for 5 days to replace the valve sensor and harness. That was fine, took a little longer than expected but fine. Picked up the car and didn't think to inspect the body work because no body work was done in the first place, brought it home and found a big scratch on the lower back driver side of the sedan (side-skirt) !!! Looked like something scraped it like the head of a buffering machine with no pad on it. Called them immediately when I noticed and they told me to bring it back in the morning. Brought it back and talked to the Service Manager and he told me that it couldn't have happened at their shop or dealership. Are they serious???? He said that they have caused it because there was nothing there that could have cause a damage like that. It wasn't from a curb because right after I picked up the car, I drove it off there property and right onto the highway and then home. Then they said that the best they can do is split the cost with me. Really??? He had the shop estimate the total and it came to $366 and some change. I looked at the estimate and the part cost $33!!!!! Everything else was labor and paint!!!!!!!! LABOR AND PAINT IS COSTING $333 for a $33.00 PART!!!!!!! Not only that but now I have to bring the car back in because the Service Engine light came back on.

I just bought my fourth lease from Tulley BMW. My most recent car is a 3 Series convertible and I absolutely love it and Tulley! I have dealt with three different salesmen but all were professional, courteous and fair. This time I dealt with Jamie and he listened to everything I had to say and I hate to admit - talked me into a convertible!!! BMW's advertising is now all about 'Joy'....and I must say that is exactly what I feel when I get in my car after work, put my top down, and watch everyone else look on in envy!If you are thinking of buying a BMW then you must visit Tulley BMW! The dealership, the people and the service are all incredible. Jamie was great and Emily was too. The experience I had at Tulley BMW was very professional! I purchased a 2010 335xi sedan which I totally love. The sales process was low pressure. Everyone was very helpful escpecially salesman Nick Porriello and finance person Dave Gott. They took the time to find out exactly what I needed. David was great explaining the BMW finance options I had to choose from in a friendly manner. Nick is a fantastic salesman his personality was great really helping me choose the vehicle that best suited my needs. I would definitely recommend Tulley BMW to everyone in the market for a new BMW cause they clearly make the process of buying a car enjoyable.

Recently I moved to New England for my daughters schooling and visited 3 other Bmw dealerships before selecting Tulley Bmw. The atmosphere and treatment I personally received is what anyone would expect when your in the market to purchase an item of luxury. I was given very detailed information after I expressed my interest in the 5 series which will be my fourth Bmw. I strongly recommend Tulley Bmw to anyone that finds them self in the market for these automobiles. 10/10

Bought my first BMW at Tulley. Have been in and out of the dealer and I haven't even had the car for 6 months. They deceived me regarding the odometer reading told 8000, odometer disclosure 10,000 actual reading over 13,000. They touted the superiority of the run flat tires but never told me in 8000 miles (total 20,000) I would need 4 new tires. Was told it was safe to drive on tires 2mm when the handling was off and car slid on normal breaking when it snowed. Battery died and car had to be towed because unable to jump start. Told this was because I sat in the car for 30 minutes with the key in ignition and overhead light on (heat was not on nor was radio) waiting for my son. Car started fine without problems. Went to the gym. An hour later got in the car dashboard lights came on along with idrive but engine would not start. Then no power. One week after buying car noticed no windshield wiper fluid, trunk door stuck, voice control not working then navigation system nonfunctional one day after the former repairs were made. Requested trade assist was offered at 2009 if I deposited $20,000 and was willing to pay a higher rate or 4 new tires. Bought the road hazard insurance because told it covered the tires. Found out it only covers damages on the road not wear. Given the options I wanted my money back because I was deceived and the car has defective, used parts.

stay away from this dealer it overcharges customersvisited to have my blownout tire replaced, I have a road hazzard warranty which I was told would cover everything dealing with my tires and would pay to replace them, it was purchased from a bmw dealereven though my car was ready in 1 hour it took the dealership staff 3 hours to figure out how to file the paperworkalso I was told I would need to pay out of pocket expense even though I have a full warrantyI was told "that is just what we charge"I contacted the company that holds the warranty and was told that they had to set a dollar limit on this particular dealership because they overcharge customerstried several times to make speak to the dealership and goth the same "that is just what we charge" reasonthis dealership charges inflated prices to customers , as I have ran the numbers with other dealers in the area. All but this dealership would accept my road hazzard warranty which I purchased from a bmw dealerfor some reason this dealer charges more than all the others

I never expected that I'd spend time talking about a dealership. But this experience is just too incredibly unbelievable that I felt obligated to let everyone know. I thought for location convenience, I'd returned my leased car to Tulley which is only 15 min's from my house. I spent almost two hours there waiting for an army of people inspecting the returned car. I was given a list that my windshield needs to be replaced because it has a tiny dent. I needed to pay for two dents that I am not even sure I was shown where they were. Most of all I was asked to pay for two tires because they did not "PASS." Pass what? Am I supposed to return a brand new car? I was told because I leased the car from MA which has a "stricter" rule. Something I have never heard of. I have leased three cars before. One Porsche which when I returned the car, I was not sure anyone cares whether the car was returned. But at least trouble free. I returned my 2nd BMW, piece of cake. I thought that because I took another BMW out of lot on the same day and I was treated as a royal. But this Tulley experience was just outrageous that I picked up my phone immediately to call BMW peabofy for the return instead. They immediatelt get me the next morning at 7:15. I let know that no other deals involved. Just returning the car. By 7:16 I was done. That was that simple. They took down the mileage. They walked around the car ONCE. They said "all set. Please help yourself with our refreshment while we print out the paperwork from the system." I ended up making an appointment to pick up a 2009 Z4. Mind you that I just bought a MB CLS550 from Chambers the week before my lease ended.The point is this Tulley dealership is just DISHONEST. Buyers be aware.

My original salesman unfortunately left the dealership and I was lucky to have Keith Cox picked up my order. From my first point of contact until my last interaction he was very profession and nice. All or my needs were attended to and his responses were alway really quick. I would highly recommend this dealership and this specific salesman. Great Experience.

I would avoid this place.I bought a 07 328xi with 17k miles and CPO. When I looked at the car it had just come in off a lease and had not been cleaned. The car was filthy on the outside. I made the deal with the understanding it would be cleaned and go through the CPO process.Last Saturday I spent the day at the dealer. I did all the paperwork and was told the car was just being washed. At 4:30 they bring the car down and it looks like crap. They did wash some of the filth off but not much. With the top layer of dirt off I could see scratches deep into the hood. The CA said not to worry just bring it back later in the week and they would take care of everything. I spoke to the sales manager and got some rude remarks from him. I had the CA shred my sales paperwork and left the place. Never will I do business with this group of unprofessional thieves. Plenty of other BMW dealer in the area to deal with.

I had recently gone to another dealership and leased a 5 series of which I was very unhappy with. Lori listened to me tell her the details and then told me that she is referring me to someone who will get me into exactly what I want and would take great care of me. She was right! Keith was exceptional at his knowledge, his attitude and fulfilling my every need. I have purchased many BMW's and this was by far the most flawless and pleasurable transaction I have experienced... ever. I am very grateful to all of the hard work Keith put into my deal. He listened and fulfilled all of my requests and wish list needs. Keith was professional, attentive, very personable and very eager to make me happy. I am not an easy customer to please... and I must say that due to Keith and Lori both being exceptional at what they do, Tulley has regained customer. I hope that Tulley realizes what two great and DEDICATED individuals they have working for them. This is my Second BMW335i lease from Tulley BMW. Both experiences were excellent. I ordered both cars per my liking from factory, and I wasnt pressured to buy one on the lot, which Im sure would benefit the dealer more.Keith was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and kept me updated on the status of the Car order without me having to prod him.When looking at the new 2009, the new i-drive was of interest. I mentioned I wanted to come in and take a look. When I pulled up, and went in....keith already had the car outside running, and warmed up for me. I know, these are little things, but multiple little things make up for one big thing.....doing the right thing.I would also state that Kevin and others in the service department have been great. Very responsive, and everyone I have dealt with has been EXTREMELY knowledgable about the product they sell. People in sales and in service dont seem to work there for a Job.....they work there because they actually have an interest and passion for quality bmw vehicles.

I was treated exceptionally well at Tulley BMW, but the staff as a whole, and, particularly by Keith Cox, my "Client Advisor". I discussed my needs with Kieth, he offered me a suitably wide range of options, and, unlike sales associates at my other dealers, did not try to "up-sell" me on a car I didn't need or want. (Going in for a 3-series sedan, he did not try to sell me a 1-series convertible or an M5.) Once I had decided on a car to test drive, it was brought around front and I was given the opportunity to take it out, by myself, for an extended drive. Upon returning from the drive, my trade-in had already been appraised, and price negotiations were quick and transparent. A deal was struck, and I returned, at *my* convenience, two days later, to pick up my new car.The car was delivered, from the showroom floor, in excellent condition, and Kieth took all the time needed to familiarize me with the features of the newest 3-series. He setup everything from the car's door-chime, to the radio's speed-sensitive volume control, to the daytime running lights, all to my liking. Tulley provided Massachusetts plates and registration, saving me the hassle of dealing with the Mass RMV. I left Tulley, on-time, in a new BMW, for an extended road-trip.Upon returning from my break-in road-trip, I discovered that I had somewhere lost a tire valve-stem cap. I swung by Tulley, quickly found Keith, and he gave me a new cap in under five minutes.I have been very impressed with Keith and Tulley's service, before, during, and after the sale. I look forward to continued interaction with Tulley during the ownership of this BMW.

My experience with Tulley BMW and in particular with salesperson Keith Cox was top notch. My past four vehicles have been Audis and I was honestly reluctant to make the transition. Keith fully educated me about the vehicle, offered me a thorough analysis of lease versus buy options, worked intently with me on the price, FULLY educated me about all of the vehicle's features (he even set up my Bluetooth and removed the car seats from my Audi in the rain). Most importantly I found him to be very honest and trustworthy. This was the most pleasurable buying experience I've had in a long time. In fact days after I took my new car off the lot I noticed some minor damage that neither he nor I noticed in the showroom. Without any questions asked the car was booked with the body shop for immediate repair and was turned around within 24 hours. Again, this is the most pleasurable experience I've had in a long time. I'm only disappointed that I was treated so poorly today at Audi of Nashua when I turned in my car. A sales person actually insulted my decision to move to a BMW- saying "good luck to you in the winter" and then tried to tell me I didn't buy an all wheel drive vehicle. He was obviously ignorant and even more relevant, completely unprofessional. And this is from a dealer from whom I've purchased three cars. This comment alone made me grateful for my experience with Keith and Tulley.

Frank Chafe was attentive to my wishes and concerns but did not pester me with sales calls in the 2 weeks in which I was considering my purchase of a 335xi coupe. I'm thrilled with the new car and appreciated Frank's very thorough orientation. I was trading 2 cars for the new one and Frank worked hard to make this a reasonable trade.

Twice I've been disturbed with the take it or leave it attitude of Tulley BMW's Trade-in manager. Once when I took out a lease on a 5 series and once when we thought a 3 series coupe would be a nice addition to the driveway. On both occasions I felt I had been mugged with the trade in price offered being well below the KBB suggested price. I went ahead with the 5 series but I was wiser when it came to the 3 series coupe and backed out. Frankly, a luxury car dealer should be able to handle this aspect of the transaction with finesse. This is a major part of the buying/leasing experience and should be something they are able to do well .... assuming they are remotely interested in doing so. I'm going elsewhere to purchase my new car and do not intend to return to Tulley BMW. My experience has led me to conclude they are not good ambassadors for the BMW brand.

I purchased my M5 a year ago at this dealership amd would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Reading some of these other reviews makes me wonder more about the quality of people coming in to buy rather than the people there to sell.

Darren Gale was the best sales rep I have dealt with in a long time! I love my new 335xi Sedan. I went to boston and the north shore but when it came down to getting the best deal TULLEY was all over it!!! The sales manager Rich McNeil went ou of his way to bring the car to my work for delivery! Thank you to everyone at TULLEY BMW I would recommend this dealership to everyone Thank You!!!

I test drove a 2008 BMW X5 last weekend at Tulley BMW in Nashua. After getting quotes from three different dealers, I found the best deal from a dealership 2 1/2 hours away. I informed the salesman at Tulley of my decision to drive to get a fantastic deal, and later received a very threatening and unprofessional voice mail message from the sales manager. In his message, the sales manager said that if I decide to get a good deal 2 1/2 hours away, I better be willing to drive that far for service as well. He then went on to state that it would be in my best interest to go in and work a deal with him, or I would be waiting at least three weeks for service and I would never be given any sort of a loaner car since I wasn't one of their customers. When I heard this, I immediately called the general manager and received the same exact response from him.Being that Tulley treats customers in this manner, and it is the only local dealer close to me, BMW has lost a customer. We bought an Acura from a truly outstanding dealership, which is also located in Nashua. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I just had a great 135i delivery experience at Tulley BMW in Nashua, N.H.I live an hour and a half from the dealership, but I happened to be flying back from vacation last Friday, arriving at the Manchester airport, a half hour from the dealership. My car had arrived early and was all prepped, so my CA, Steve Hammond, met me at the airport on his day off and drove me to the dealership to pick up my car. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and the overall delivery experience was excellent. Tulley BMW is a first class dealership.

I purchased a new BMW, I had the title of my trade with me for the sale. 3 Days later Tulley calls me and states that I need to give them them an additional $3,500 for my trade in. The trade in title indicated that the car I traded was a lemon law and that is reducing the trade in allowance. They are now threatening to take me to court for the $3,500 plus damages. The Sales Manager confirmed that they made a mistake and expect me to pay 100% for their error.3/14/08

I almost signed papers on an '08 335xi coupe, but I cant bring myself to sell the Audi I have currently but if/when I do decide to purchase a bmw this is the place that I would do it, they are really great. In my opinion, they are low pressure, everyone is easy going and down to earth. The only thing that I didnt appreciate was the initial reaction I got fro one manager, he really didnt like that sales was spending so much time with me and wanted them to ditch me, thankfully they didnt and once the manager realized who I was he changed his additude. other then that they really are pretty good!

I own an X5 and every time i bring it for service there seems to be a $750+ bill with it. The dealer seems to guess at what the fix is, with no real clue of what the problems is. their key phrase is "i couldn't seem to duplicate the issue, but ..." and that "but" is a $300-$400 guess. They never seem to stock any parts, and even when you tell them in advance that this is the problem. they never order the parts before hand, instead wait for your appointment and order it then.

I recently had my vehicle detailed and it was damaged while in their care. When I brought the damaged to person's attention I was told it was like that. Which it was not, I would not recommend or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There are far to many other dealers out there, to waste your time with these one!!!!!

At first I just had many minor to moderate issues with the purchase/ordering process at Tulley. Folks frequently did not take action on things they had promised weeks/months in advance. Further, upon delivery there was some damage to the new vehicle which led to a delay in signing while they determined how to handle it. However, we never got that far because of the big deal breaker. I was essentially ready to sign papers and drive away in the new vehicle when I was told the agreed trade transaction could not go through due to some obscure arbitrary internal processes. Supposedly the only one who could override the process was one of the owners who was conveniently out on vacation and unreachable by any means. The incompetence of the business group to handle a trade situation on the agreed day of delivery was staggering. When inquiring about why previously agreed terms were now being breached the General Sales Manager actually started yelling at me, while I maintained a normal tone/level of voice. Their customer service skills are severely lacking.

Went here to shop for 330cic. Ended up buying elsewhere for location purposes, but Tom Downing was excellent to deal with. They matched my best price elsewhere over invoice on an ordered car. Tom was friendly, courtious and not pushy. If I lived closed to Nashua, I definitely would have bought here.
