Derek Bitler made my experience with Tunkhannock Ford a great experience. I would recommend Tunkhannock Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. Everyone was personable and helpful. Promises are kept at this dealership, as I asked to be notified when a vehicle was going to arrive from the factory, Derek was calling me as it was coming off of the hauler. I bought the vehicle the next morning! Thank you Derek. I look forward to a long term relationship with this dealership.

I was looking online for a vehicle at Tunkhannock Ford and decided to go down and take a look at the truck. On my way there (less than 20 minutes) I received a call from Mr. Bitler. Showed me what I was looking for, took good care of me while the truck was being finished up. Super fast, efficient, and knowledgeable couldn't ask for much more! Thanks again.

Purchased a Hyundai Genesis from Tunkhannock Ford and I got to say I couldn't be happier with my buy. I live out of state so bought online basically I would have liked to see this buying experience go a lot faster. Derek was the manager I worked with and at first was very polite and patient but as the process started rolling he really lacked in sells performance and patience. I found my own financing and my bank and I practically did all the leg work to make this deal happen. After the bank finally got ahold of Tessa because Derek never would call them back I Finally got the loan. Derek took a week to mail out the paperwork for me to sign. I had to demand an IOU from him for the taxes he said would be refunded and took 3 weeks of calling to finally receive. On the other hand I would like to say Thank You to Kyle my salesman. He really pulled through and held the deal together! He always answered my text even on his days off and he sent video so I could hear the car run. He was always polite and very patient. He even gave me a full tank of gas and made sure my shipping of the car went smoothly. He was also the one that handled getting the tax iou check out to me when no one else would. I Was worried about buying sight unseen but couldn't be happier with my purchase and the price!!! Kyle you deserve a Promotion!!!!!!
