Todd and Debbie treated me right today!! Looked after repairing my TGB Scooter. Todd stopped what he was doing today and fixed my scooter while i waited. I was very impressed. I highly recommend turn key auto.... I might consider looking at turn key for my next suv vehicle. I will occassionally check out their inventory to see what they have. Tod was amazing to work with. Was having trouble figuring out a starter or battery issue and he took a look at it and saved me the time and hassle figuring out that my battery needed a swap and replaced my corroded terminal all for very cheap. Very honest, fast and reliable shop! Will deffinitly return!

I have had our family's cars serviced by Turn Key for the past 3-4 years and have always been impressed by the customer service. They shoot straight and do great work. I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F150 and found that it had a shimmy in the steering wheel. They took it back in and re-balanced the tires which seemed to help but then it started again. I took it back in and they found the issue and replaced everything for me. I highly recommend Todd and his team for anyone looking to have quality, honest service done and/or if you are looking for a clean, quality used vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from Turn Key three years ago they were very helpful. As far as service goes, they go the extra mile and are honest all the time. Beats the 'big box' dealerships for service by a long shot (communication and price). They even keep the old parts so you can inspect them after the service is done!

Tod & Debbie at Turn Key are great people to buy a vehicle from. I needed my truck towed on a Saturday, they went to Neenah & picked it up no problem. Then when I decided that I was ready to buy a new, used truck, I let them know what I was looking for and they searched & searched until they found just what I was looking for in my budget. They made the buying process painless and I will continue to go to them for all my service needs on this truck as well as my wife's SUV. Thank you to Tod & Debbie for great sales and service. Have bought two cars from Todd at Turnkey Auto. Both turned out very well. Have had service on two of my other cars. Very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful people. Am having my regular oil change/service there on a regular basis. Would highly recommend.

Turn Key staff is great to work with. Very honest when it come to the work that is being done on car. Any time I have had a problem, I just stop in and they make time for me. They my not be able to fix at that moment, but they will put you in the right direction. Todd & Randy make a great team.
