I was in contact with a few different Kia dealerships, and by far, Lee at Turner, was the most helpful! When I asked for a price of a particular car he provided it to me. Other dealerships just wanted to know when I could come in and talk and didn't provide me with the information I requested. I was driving a 2007 Optima and never had any major issues with it. I purchased other cars throughout the years, but nothing compared to the reliability of my Optima!

My wife and I purchased a late model, non-Kia from Turner and it really could not have gone smoother on their end. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful, even helping us to save $250/month on auto insurance!Absolutely recommend folks to shop at Turner. We will go back.

I came in to look at a Hyundia Sonata. sales person told me the car was a limited turns out after I purchased the car it was only a SE. They told me I was suppose to know that not the sales person. They also gave me the car with 4/32 tread depth on the tires so after I buy it I have to replace all four tires. I tried getting in contact with sales manager which took about a week he was no help so I wanted to talk to GM that took close to two weeks and he didn't want to help except offering me two back tires. They list that customer satisfaction is #1 at tuner kia that is complete false. I was actually told be Lee Yom that he didn't want to help me with the situation. Save your time and money and don't go there!

Mr Yom all but refused to work with me when I mentioned I had a possible deal elsewhere. During the test drive all he did was vape and pay attention to his phone. I had to repeat several questions. Then he had us wait for over 40 minutes while he "helped" others. We finally walked out and will not return.

I am absolutely in love with my new Kia Sorento! I reached out to Lee Yom at Turner Kia initially inquiring about a 2014 Sorento that was on their lot and after sitting and talking with Lee about what I was looking for and what I could afford per month, I ended up going home that night with a brand new 2016 and my payments are actually less than what we discussed. I also needed cross bars installed to be able to transport my kayak and Lee went over and beyond to make that happen. Hes been great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

Found the preowned vehicle I wanted through cars.com and began a chat with Lee Yom through the dealer website. Mr. Yom was very helpful, answered all my questions and was up front with the fees involved before driving to the dealership which didn't amount to much. I went to dealer and car was as described, price was more than fair and had no reason not to make the purchase. Highly recommend Mr. Yom.

I worked with Lee Yom and Rick! They walked me through the whole process and helped me find the car that will fit my needs as well as some pretty awesome wants I had no idea I had. I do have some credit struggles and Rick really helped me feel that I wasn't the only one and made me feel encouraged that I was ok. Lee even bought me a soda when I was feeling a little stressed in the middle of the process. I love my new car and plan to have it years to come! I am impressed with the services they offer for my car and look forward to working with the service department for maintenance.

I came to their facility without an appointment with an electrical issue. I was met by a CSR rep and two technicians who all immediately took interest in my concerns. The two techs were able to directly address my vehicles issue within minutes. The CSR was able to answer all of my questions and assist me with the purchase of a cargo tray for my Sorento and was able to locate an additional item that I have been searching for. The Internet Manager Lee Yom took time out of his day to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. I do not recall the name of the CSR rep of the two techs that were there but, I would like to thank all four members of the Turner Kia staff for an excellent job. Turner has truly earned their five star rating with this customer.

I knew what I was interested in buying and Lee Yom was more than accommodating. Even though it was a busy day with a ton of customers, Lee kept things moving with us. We looked at several cars until we made a decision. Lee was friendly and extremely helpful. Last night, I picked up my new Kia Sorrento. Lee took the time to literally go over every feature and made sure I understood the different features. I would recommend Turner Kia to anyone looking for a car. THE FIRST TIME I TALKED WITH A SALESMAN I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT. HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH I BOUGHT A USED TRUCK AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF LITTLE THINGS WRONG WITH IT AND THEY FIXED THEM AS SOON AS I NOTICED IT. Ryan Kelly treated my parents in an unprofessional manner while their car was in the shop last month. They were visiting family over Christmas when their 2003 Kia Sorento broke down and needed major repairs, preventing them from enjoying the rest of their trip and ruining their plans to spend New Years in New York City. The repairs were not complete at the promised time, and this was not communicated to them until they came to pick it up. They had no choice but to get a rental car and drive back to Virginia to get back to work. Ryan Kelly promised that the dealership would cover the cost of the rental car including insurance, and also promised to meet halfway in Maryland when the repairs were complete. On the day this was supposed to happen, my father was told he would have to come all the way to the dealership and would not be met halfway. When my parents were able to return to Harrisburg to pick up their vehicle, the battery was dead, and the staff gave them a hard time about replacing it. The service department also tried to charge them for the rental car. Eventually Ryan agreed to cover the rental, but did not cover the cost of insurance, so he did not keep his word. He proceeded to disrespect my parents in an awful manner. He admitted that he lied about covering the rental expenses and suggested they be grateful he ended up covering part of it. He also admitted to lying about meeting halfway to return the vehicle, saying "Yeah, I lied. I'm getting sick of dealing with you people acting like we owe you something. It's not like you have a BMW, you just have a 2003 Sorento; you should be grateful that we've done anything for you." Needless to say, my parents were very insulted. On top of that, they discovered the cruise control is no longer functioning. They were treated very rudely when they called the shop about this. This was a very stressful and costly ordeal for my parents, and it ruined their short, modest vacation. They were living of suitcases in a La Quinta for a whole week being jerked around by your service department and couldn't even take the vehicle home with them. And to top it all off, Ryan had to personally insult my Dad because of the car he drives and acted like dishonesty and disrespect are what customers like my parents deserve.

I have been to quite a few dealerships for service of my vehicle, and by far I prefer Turner Kia, the staff is always friendly and helpful. John answers the phone and is never agitated with my persistent questions. Zach is a mechanic there and he is very trustworthy and always provides needed information and the entire staff always gives clear explanations for service. That is an A in my book.

My situation is a little unique, I was dealing with a total loss and waiting on the Gap Insurance to pick up the $1989 left on my car. That process took forever and the status still hasn't changed. After almost 3 months of no car I sent Turner Kia an email requesting information and that same day I received 3 calls from people from that dealership. The last call was from Lee and he said he could help and all I needed to do was come by. Once I got there, the car was already pulled up waiting for me, I got in it looked around and drove it around the lot and we got to business. The approval process was super fast and so was the paperwork. The best part was that the $1989 I had left on the other car some how some way Lee was able to take care of that for me!!!! This is the 3rd car I've purchased and this is by far the best experience I've had thus far!!! I'm sure the other salesmen are awesome but Lee made my whole day!!! Thanks again!!!

Placed a deposit. Sold the car out from under me. No integrity! Poor business practices!! General manager didn't have the common decency to apologize for treating a long time customer in this manner. They've lost my business. McCafferty was happy to sell me a vehicle, AND HOLD IT, and was more than pleased to know they'll be receiving our maintenance work from this day forward.Good riddance!

Emailed turner kia in Harrisburg Mr.Lee Yom responded very quickly! Went in no pressure great man to deal with! The staff was friendly well trained. Mr. Yom kept offering beverages and food and I drove away in a new car. When you go to turner KIA ask for Lee Yom!!! Thank you

My experience with Kia has been great! I have been working with Dan since the beginning and could not be happier! I just went to "look" and Dan got me approved for a 2014 Kia soul! He kept in touch the whole process and reviewed everything until I was comfortable. This was my first car buying experience and he made it so comfortable and easy! There was no hassle or pressure! He went out of his way at every step to make sure we were confident and comfortable with our decisions, and he succeeded in making us feel like we were his one and only priority. He was kind, attentive, efficient, and most important of all, he was genuine. Truly one of the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting; let alone doing business with. Stopped by two weeks ago and talked to salesman Lee Yom about trading in my Blazer. I wasn't sure on a vehicle or which one was in my price range so Lee gave me a couple of options. My schedule was hard because of me working 12 hour days "afternoon to early mornings" and not available when Lee was available but he worked with me. Lee took pictures and texted them to me with all the information. Lee was so helpful to me and helped me to choose the Ford Escape it is ideal for my family and cost was great. Lee went out of his way to have everything ready for me when I stopped by to sign the paperwork. Lee is a good salesman that I will recommend to sell a vehicle to my family and friends.

Went down and traded my 2012 Kia Optima LX for a 2015 Kia Optima EX... My salesman Lee Yom was great, very helpful with everything as well as everyone their at Tuner Kia! My son and mother was with me and they had a kids toy area which was nice and clean! Also were quick to give us a car to go grab something to eat!! Overall I had a great experience at Tuner Kia!!!! I normally despise the car buying process but in this case it was a pleasant surprise. My salesman Lee Yom exemplified what professionalism and outstanding customer service should look like and made the process absolutely painless. The entire Turner team was attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly respectful of my time and needs. They provided me with all the details needed to be able to make a final decision on my new vehicle. I was worried about getting approved for a car loan but my old Chevy wouldn't pass inspection. I submitted an online credit application and was contacted immediately by Dan Crowley. He answered my questions and offered to see what he could to for me. He got me approved and I was able to take my new (to me at least) car home with me. Everyone was polite and professional and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again, I coulsnt have done it without you!

When walking into Turner Kia I wasn't really sure if I would be leaving with a car or not. I was looking at the Kia Souls because I have wanted one since they came out. I took one out for a test drive with John and the experience was great. I fell in love with the car. Still unsure if I would even be financed everyone was great in getting me appoved and helping me afford my new 2013 Kia Soul. I have given this ratings because I feel that they are well diserved due to the great service and experience I had. I am very excited to my car back for service for years to come.

They did an excellent job and got me into a car I never thought I could afford for less then what I had planned out as a budget. Parts seem to be a real problem. And too, keeping their promise on the deal we struck when I purchased my Optima. Four times I tried to get what was promised and met with four different excuses. I purchased the parts a McCafferty's (in stock, very pleasant to deal with). I think the other person's opinion was right on target. I will never darken Turner's Door Again.

Purchased a new Optima it was an okay deal, but when it came time to put the extras on that were promised as part of the deal, Not SO Much. First time parts was closed. Second time, not in stock we'll order. Third time the wrong ones came in. 4TH time..."I'll call you"...didn't happen yet. They have seen the last of me. I am off to another KIA dealer to get the parts..(they have them in stock and they are six miles away)

This was one of the worst car shopping experiences I have ever had. The salesman was pushy, did not really care what we were interested in and wasn't really willing to listen. They kept trying to talk you into financing plans other than what were were interested in. They sales people were not friendly and the dealership was outdated. After 2 1/2 hours of being trapped in the show room. We finally had to start walking towards the exit and demand to get our keys back from the vehicle we were going to trade as they kept the keeps after inspecting the vehicle. The salesman finally managed to get the keys back from the sales manager who we never met face to face. We left and will never go back. We did go to Mccafferty Kia in Mechanicsburg where we had an extremely pleasant shopping experience and actually purchased a vehicle from them. It was your loss Turner Kia, learn to be nicer and more respectful of your customers, they are why you are where you are.
