We had a first class experience in the purchase of a 2014 Jeep. After discussion of our needs a perfect match was made available in just a few short weeks. Pat Turpin gave us a very fair trade in price and an excellent price for the new vehicle. We were treated like we were top priority , every question promptly answered and were given upgraded tires and radio without even asking. Several of our neighbors recommended Turpin and we are so pleased we chose Turpin.

This was my 2nd stop when looking for a new Jeep Cherokee, no trade paying cash. Went in to the first dealership and was told I want your best price and I wasn't there to haggle and I got a written quote. I went to Turpin next, salesman told me he wouldn't give me a written price quote because I would "take it to the next dealer," even though I explained I was already at one dealer whose price I didn't show to Turpin. A few days later I get a call from the salesperson, younger guy and the sales manager Kevin, I explained I was buying a new Cherokee from the first dealer and was told by Kevin about some family feud between the two dealers and now Turpin would give me any written quote necessary to earn my business. I called my first dealer, who DID get my business and is the manager of the place, told him the story and he just laughed and didn't mention it again. Lets just say after that kind of sales practice I won't be going back to Turpin anytime soon.

This was our second vehicle in less than a week. Again we had Justin and Dave to help me through the finances and we got it done with ease. they are easy to work with and try to help you like you are a friend. I'm very pleased with the 2013 Ram I bought there. Very good value and horsepower for the smaller motor. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends that's looking for any vehicle. Many dealerships treat women in a condescending manner, but not Turpin. Lonnie was very patient when answering all my questions. He worked hard to find just the right vehicle for my family and business needs. When I questioned a vehicle option, Lonnie asked what he and the dealership could do to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchase. He even went so far as to have an extra guarantee written into the contract and fully backed by the dealership. He spent time going over all the available options and explained them fully. Weeks later I went back to the dealership to have some pinstriping done. He knew I was unsure of which pinstriping option to go with on my truck and assisted with that also. Dave was excellent about finding the best possible financing option for me. He acted like he had all the time in the world to go over the options and explained everything fully. He is great to work with and very personable. I left him a voicemail him weeks later at the dealership to ask what my credit rating was back then, and he called back the next day with the information. I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Lonnie and Dave are honest, helpful and definitely go the extra mile for all their customers. Many times a dealership suddenly doesn't have time to spend on your questions or concerns after your purchase is complete, but at Turnpin I know I can call anytime and they will assist me. They always have and that is why I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Turpin.Chris Hemmer

Was misled on warranty and went back because they said they would make it right on another transaction. They gave me 2,000 less in trade on the used vehicle I bought 10 days earlier.

I have a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan that I purchased new from Turpin. While my van is still running great, we did have an issue with the brakes squealing. First, Turpin replaced the pads and front rotors under warranty after it's first year of driving. The next time it happened was about a year later, when the brakes were squealing like crazy again. This time the service team told me that the best option was to get ceramic pads rather than the metallic ones that were on the van because while the pads had plenty of life left in them, the metal on metal was what was creating the noise. Since Mopar doesn't make ceramic pads for the Grand Caravan, they were willing to go 50/50 on a set of new ceramic pads from a nearby auto parts store. So, $100 later I have 4 new sets of ceramic pads and 4 new rotors on my van and things are not making the squealing noises, case solved.That was almost a year ago since the replacement to ceramics. While they do not have the squealing noises that the metallic pads get, they do have their own noises here and there, more of a soft grinding noise. I would take it any day of the week over the metallic pads we had, mainly because of the gut wrenching squeal we got with them. However, this is a review of how well I was treated and not a product review of brake pads. I have been to the service department many time since I got my van, almost all of which was just oil changes, but I have yet to be treated poorly. Every service department has things they need to work on to be better, but out of all the service departments that I have visited locally, Turpin is my dealer of choice.
