THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL PLACE I HAVE DEALT WITH. I BOUGHT A CAR 2 YEARS AGO. 2 DAYS LATER THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. I GAVE THE CAR BACK AND GOT A REFUND. 3 YEARS PASS BY I DECIDE TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPEND. I BOUGHT THE CAR AND 1 WEEK LATER MY MECHANIC FINDS OUT THE HEAD GASKET IS BLOWN AND I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION. ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE MY CAR EVEN THOUGH IM UP TO MY PAYMENTS. WORST PLACE EVER

If I could rate them a 0 I would but this will do. Purchased my vehicle two maybe three months ago. During that time I moved to another city and was trying to catch up on my payments. He calls and texts my husband and I reminders about our payments. Out of no where my car was taken my the parking lot of my job. The tow company that picked it up left a card for me but didn’t even say it was for me or my husband. Got our names wrong and just left. I go and try to make a cash payment to hopefully get it back but Manny refused. My payment was 16 days late and I was told we defaulted on our contract. We were ready to make a payment over the phone but said he wanted cash. When we got there we were given attitude and told if we didn’t leave he was going to call the cops and not let us get our possessions from the vehicle. Manny wanted us to pay the remaining balance that day which was over $6000.

These people are a complete joke and an embarrassment to the Auto Sales and Financing Industry in the State of Texas. They not only are completely unreasonable but flat out unlawful when it comes to the Financing and Recovery actions they abide by. Reporting them to the State as well as County Officials.

I did buy my 2008 chevy impala 3 months ago great buy no problems at all and fantastic price the sales person Alicia and the manager manny cardona they both are honest and very good customer service very professionals i recommend this place and will refer my family and friends to buy vehicles from them

I did buy a 2009 Hyundai spectra lx my mechanic check the car before we buy it and check out very good the customer service was excellent. the sales person never was pushy if in the future my self or any friend or family member need to buy a car I go back or tell every body go to twin motors llc they have quality cars trucks and suv and fantastic customer service

I did buy a 2006 chevy impala the saleswomen iselda was so friendly never push me to make the sales the car was in great conditions I already have the car for for 5 weekes and no mechanical problems at all im super happy with twin motors
