I bought a BMW Z4 from TX Auto Group through their website - sight unseen. I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm compelled to say that my sales & finance reps, Jerry and Diego, provided one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been a part of. The vehicle wear exactly as described and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. The electronic process for signing the paperwork was quick and easy.

When my cousin was shopping for a used car last month, she asked me to help. I didn't have any experience with buying a used car so I asked around and a former coworker recommended we check out TX Auto Group. So after perusing their website we decided to stop by and see if we could schedule a test drive for a couple of the cars she liked. Robby was the guy that we met that day and he was extremely helpful with both info on the cars and the pricing and what I really appreciated was that he wasn't pushy at all. We decided to check out some other dealerships anyway but after dealing with aggressive sales guys pushing overpriced cars we ended up coming back to TX Auto Group and buying her car from them. Overall pretty good experience with Robby so he's currently looking for a newer model Suburban for my wife

This place is awesome! Has lots of exotic cars from Nissan to rolls Royce. Great customer service, specially Diego he was great was flexible and honest. Great guy to work with if looking to purchase a vehicle !

I was in the market for a dependable used vehicle to take my kids to school and back when i came across one of their vehicles a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, i was a bit skeptical at first since the price was lower than the market value and it seemed liked a deal too good to be true, I decided to give a shot anyway. The sales rep Sean really made us feel comfortable with our shopping experience, no pushy sales tactics and answered all our questions thoroughly even when we didnt seem that interested and also helped us save money on future maintenance with his experience in the used car industry. Overall we were very satisfied with our shopping experience and our purchase. I would def recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used car at a great price.
