I had an amazing experience with these guys. I 10/10 recommended these to anyone who wants to buy a car and not only get a great deal but top tier customer service. John and Katie are simply an amazing team that works like a well oil machine. John with his positive attitude and out going personality. Katie and her southern hospitality they definitely made me feel at home. It was nice to be able to speak with someone from my hometown. I was talking to an salesman/woman i was talk to human beings that genuinely cared for my situation. Definitely recommend going to them and make sure to either ask for Katie or John. You won’t be disappointed!!! ✊🏾

Katie was awesome! Made my experience super relaxing and easy. Understood the situation I was in and price range I needed to be in and she nailed it! Highly recommend her if you stop in for a visit. Making the appointment was easy. Checking in at the appointed time & confirming what was needed was also easy. I could wait or leave while work was accomplished. I elected to wait in a comfortable waiting room where they had both coffee & cold bottled water. The price for materials & labor were quite reasonable. And my vehicle was washed to boot.

Awesome place for a Tahoe oil change. We have had other places change our oil and they cost us about $40 more. Tyrrell even rotated our tires and washed our car for this price. Good deal.

Kylie was great! I appreciated that she knew about the vehicles, engines, and features. She was patient with me and provided all the information I asked for. She was quick to immediately help upon request! Thank you Kylie!! I also really liked Raquel in finance. It was refreshing to work with a warm and professional personality! I usually dread finance as that part of buying a car feels aggressive and sleazy but not with Raquel. What a breath of fresh air, she’s fabulous!!

Thanks to service manager Matt and his staff our lost time for an alternator problem was kept to a minimum. They even washed our car! We are now happy to be on the rode again on our cross-country trip from WA to WV. Phil and Caroline

I have bought two vehicles now from Tyrrell Doyle Honda and have been satisfied both times. Both purchases I dealt with Anthony Ricketts and was glad to work with him. He was honest and really worked hard on our behalf. The facility is clean and well kept. The inventory is somewhat limited being a small dealer, but if they don't have something you're looking for they can usually get it for you. I bought a Honda Ridgeline Sport and Fit sport manual, two somewhat hard to find models in this area. The Drive Forever program is a huge bonus this dealership offers, it's basically a lifetime warrenty on the engine and transmission of every vehicle they sell and it's included in the sale at no cost. I was very impressed and will definitely be going back, especially if we can work with Anthony again in the future. This dealer is absolutely worth a look!
