Air conditioner stopped working on my way back from Laramie. Appointment was made and I am happy with my new cold air. Also had certificate for a free oil change and got that done as well. Service writer was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was able to find me in her computer because I purchased my used car from the organization! Repair was pricey, but done right!

Jonathan in the service department went out of his way to help me when my engine light came on as my sister drove me back across the country because I broke my leg backpacking. We were concerned that the car wouldn't make it home and I needed to get back ASAP for surgery, and he had the service department check everything, topped off my fluids and even washed the car so I could get home safely. I highly recommend.

We worked with Nick Buckel to help us get a new car and he was extremely helpful the entire time without pushing us to buy a vehicle. He answered every question we had honestly and if he wasn’t sure on something he made sure to get an answer that was legitimate instead of saying whatever to make a sale. We had a pre approval for our loan from our bank and he worked on the vehicle price to make sure that we were able to get our warranties gap insurance and everything and keep it within our price range on a vehicle that was right at our limit to begin with. All in all we had a great car buying experience with Nick and I’d suggest anyone to buy a car from him. A straight up honest and nice salesman that will work with you to make your experience a pleasant one. I’ve bought cars from 5 different dealerships between Wyoming Nevada and California and this was by far the best salesman I’ve met

Sharon is typically pretty horrible to deal with. Bob likes to start fights with customers. Tyrrell Honda hides disabling devices under the dash of cars they sell. They are able to shut off your car remotely at any time. This is a Pretty horrible place to take your car. Managers are low lifes, and the owner is a criminal. I hear markley motors in colorado is good to do business with, Just ask the tyrell employees who drive there to buy cars

I had a recall and all dealers were about 2 hrs away. Went to Cheyenne after talking to someone on the phone who said he could get me right in and it would take half an hour. I asked about checking out a small problem I was having with the tailgate and he said they could do it at the same time. Two and a half hours later they finally got back to me. Nothing was said to me in the meantime. It cost $123 just to tell me what was wrong. Plus a list of things that "may" need to be replaced totalling a couple thousand when they no nothing about when or where i purchased it, which was after most of these services were due. No thanks. I won't be back.

Recently my 2 daughters took a trip out west from Minnesota. Just prior to that my daughter's dog chewed through one of her seat belts. She drives a 2006 CRV. Tyrrell-Doyle Honda happened to have one in stock and was on the way so they scheduled an appointment. Once there, they not only took care of the seat belt promptly, but checked the fluids, tires, and aligned it free of charge! I thought this type of service was a thing of the past - thanks for taking care of my kids!
