I was thoroughly impressed with the experience I had here. I’m an avid car enthusiast, and am in sales myself at a different dealership in the cities. Eric and Tom were absolutely wonderful to work with, and truly made me feel at home! As a 19 year old, I typically get the run-around when visiting other dealerships, especially when shopping for a high end vehicle such as the Audi I purchased. Eric was welcoming and very honest from the moment I met him, to when I drove home in my car. I really appreciate the way these guys do business, and would have no problems referring friends and family this way (if they don’t buy from me, of course 😉)

This auto store has an amazing selection of sport and high-end cars. Their salesmen were very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. We found the perfect sport convertible for us retirees, finally! We love it. There was a small mistake in the financing, but they immediately made it " right." Good people. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. Purchased my car by phone. They went out of their way to make sure I got the information I needed and to make sure my experience was a great one. Got the car the way I wanted it and they had it in my driveway in East Tennessee in less than 3 days. Car was exactly as we discussed and agreed. Paperwork was prepared and sent to me and also in my hands within 3 days. All I had to do was bring it to the DMV and got my TN plates and registration right then. New Title in 10 days. Thanks Tom and Eric for making this fun and for making it happen. You guys are the best!

I bought a very nice 02 Escalade from Tom at U Car Connect a few weeks ago. I got it for a fair price and I'm very pleased with the deal. There are two main things I appreciated. I have never been able to afford a new car so I'm one of those guys that crawl over and under to inspect. Tom gave me the keys, made a few comments and left me alone. Once I checked it over and test drove it I was ready to deal. I get it, Tom is a salesman but what I really appreciated was that he took the time to talk to me and not just about the car. I think in many ways, the art of selling has been lost. Tom was busy but we sat down and learned a little about each other before we reached a fair price.

I had been searching for a vehicle for awhile and stumbled across U Car Connect online. I went there to look at some BMW X5s. When I got there I was greeted right away. I saw a vehicle that I was interested in and I test drove it an loved it. I went back and bought it the next day. The buying process was very quick and easy. The salesman looked around and found me the lowest interest rate I had ever had. I was very pleased. The service was very good and I got a great price for my vehicle, which I love. I recommend stoping in and looking at the inventory. Beautiful import vehicles with low mileage and good prices. It was a great experience.

very friendly and helpful. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had about the cars. Purchasing my Audi was a positive and fun experience. Not many people can say that about purchasing a vehicle! The showroom is a must see! I had been looking for a Jag XK8 in the maroon color and spotted one on-line at U Car Connect. Called and had a very pleasant talk with Tom K. You could tell that Tom really enjoys the car business and wants to please his customers. After looking at the pictures and Tom doing a walk around while we were on the phone I decide to proceed with the car subject to personal inspection. I flew to Minneapolis from Chicago where Eric picked me up at the airport. The car was exceptional and beautiful. We completed the paperwork and I drove the car home to Chicago area that afternoon. I highly recommend Tom and his staff.

Tom K. and his team went the extra mile for our trade in and financing shopping for us. Decent vehicles here. No unnecessary mark ups. They DO NOT sell high mileage, abused import junk. The cars are carefully chosen and prepared well for the next owner. Want that Audi that always caught your eye? How about that "i" series? We are happy with our 1 owner Sequoia. The one star ratings sound mostly like impulse, uninformed and impatient poor decisions holding the seller accountable for Murphy's law without written warranty. Thanks Tom, Dillon, Eric.

I bought an audi 97' back in November. They said the car "needed absolutely nothing!". Well, it did. I first brought it to my regular mechanic, all in all for total repairs needed at least $2,000! The dealership said if we had any problems what-so-ever to contact them, so I did asking them for a referral for a mechanicno phone call or email back! They did a real nice job gluing the sun roof control panel back on too.

Last year we found UCar Connect while looking for a new car. We needed something reliable and practical, at a good price. We found what we were looking for, and more at UCar Connect. We bought a Passat, which was one among a showroom full of beautiful vehicles. The buying process was seamless, and we even got a good deal when we traded in our old Volvo. The best part of the experience is that the excellent customer service didn't end once we bought our car. When our car later needed repairs, we contacted Eric and he immediately made the necessary arrangements, including a complimentary loaner car. We were impressed by the efficiency and honesty of the mechanic at UCar, who could have gouged us, but instead quickly made the repairs at a fraction of the cost of other auto body shops. We look forward to purchasing another car from UCar Connect in the future!

Just left Tommy Kinsella and the most friendly staff I have ever been privileged enough to have encountered. I have been there on more than a few occasions and there isn't anyone that doesn't greet you with a smile and a readiness to get you what you are looking for. The showcase show room is a sight to behold as U Car Connect is completely immaculate and it is unbelievable at how low these gorgeous cars are priced at. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know, if you don't find what you're looking for, you tell Tommy, and he will find it for you at a price that can't be beat. I honestly can't say enough good things about this establishment and the people that truly care about it. You can't go wrong here and you will find yourself telling everyone about it as I have.

The very first time I saw a Lexus LS460, I fell in love, and knew some day, I would have to have one. The original $80,000 price tag was a bit hard to swallow, so I knew I would have to be patient. A stroke of luck last week when I did a cars.com search, and found an 07, with hardly any miles that someone must have stored inside and never driven. More than that I met Tom Kinsella, owner of U Car Connect in Eden Prairie, met his 7' son, his assistant Dillon, and most of the U Car Connect family. From the moment I walked into their place I was greeted by friendly staff and the owner Tom Kinsella. they showed me around to many great cars and asked me the correct questions about what I was looking for not what they wanted to sell . This was a nice low pressure car buying experience I did buy a very nice Audi. I have already told a few others about this wonderful shop and there fine staff.

They incorrectly installed a timing belt on an Audi that I purchased from them. At the time we split the cost of the timing belt replacement at a cost of $1000 to me. 1.5 yrs later I had to spend another $2000 to have the job done correctly. The cams were not in correct timing. We will see how they respond to my calls.

Everyone here is awesome the sales guys are not pushy and know what they are talking about. Not to mention the environment, its not another bland dealership. I just bought an Audi A6 4.2 from them. The car is amazing, and I am completely satisfied with it.

I went in with my mom to look for a new car after weeks of looking the I found U Car Connect! All the staff there were great! They even helped me establish a way to better my credit!! It did not take long at all for us to leave with the car I wanted!! They will work with you and even make your deal better!! I highly recommend this dealership. Drove off with a cleaned, washed car. I spent two weeks looking for the right car and my family and I finally found one that we all agreed looked great and for a good price. My dad left a message asking about a car's information and a couple minutes later the owner called back and set up an appointment with my dad for the day after to come and see the car. When we got there, everybody was so nice. They helped us right away by showing us the car and they gave us great options and ideas for financial help. We really weren't looking for all of this, but it made us feel very happy because then we knew we were talking to very nice and professional people, especially the salesman and the owner, great guys. Here I am today with my dream car; 2007 Audi A4, parked in front of my house. I am very happy about this and I want to thank everybody at the dealership for all your help. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to buy a car. You will not be disappointed.

I just bought an 2001 Audi from U Car Connect and it in tip top shape. Tom takes care of his customers and is willing to work out a deal if needed. All the Cars are very clean and are kept in a warm impressive show room. Erik and Tom are not pushy salesmen, they want you to get the best deal and take their time with customers. I highly highly recommend them to anyone in the cities look for a great car for a great price, and low miles. (College student)

I went to this dealership with my wife to purchase a car for her as our vehicle was coming to its end of life for us. We worked with Tom Kinsella and his crew. They were more than happy to work with us and make a deal on the car we wanted. We walked away with a Beautiful 2008 Jeep Commander.
