The service advisor was very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist any any way possible. Denise even had the tech provide an oil sample to me as requested. No issues were found during the 27pt inspection, however, a completed checklist would have offered peace of mind. I will definitely be rescheduling later this month at UJ for needed PM!

Almost every time I brought my 2009 Chevy cobalt in for work their mechanics broke something unrelated to what they were fixing then when I questioned them about it the response I got was it wasn't them that did it. I will NEVER use them again.

We had our Malibu taken to UJ for possible transmission repair. We had it at another automotive place and when they checked it out they stated "it sounds like it might be the transmission and advised us to take it back to the place where the transmission was repaired." My daughter called and scheduled to have it brought in the next day. Patrick Wilson the service advisor checked the car in and my daughter said before you do anything to it call my mommy. He stated they would drive it and see. The next day Mr. Wilson contacted me and stated "most likely it was the timing chains and recommended removing value cover and front". I told him no, she would come and get it and take it back to other repair place. When my daughter when to pick the Malibu up, there was a $115 charge and when she tried to talk to Mr. Wilson about it he turned and walked away. The service manager, Gerry was called and he stated that was the charge for a diagnostic even though we said don't do one. We said we could pay it the next day and she ask for a ride to work and Mr. Smith stated it would be awhile. It was 30 min before she had to be to work but he couldn't do it. Then he said he could drop the charge to $75; and we could have the car. I transferred some money to my daughters account and told her to tell him I wanted the 1-800 number and he said it didn't matter cause he got all the calls anyway. They do not have to work about us every doing business with them again. Totally UNPROFESSIONALISM.

We hear so much "BAD" in the news lately....here is the "GOOD!!" Here is a story of 5 girls that set out on their first road trip, Iowa State to Gulf Shores, Alabama for Spring Break. After a great week, they were started back on their 17 hour trip (minus one girl who jumped in another vehicle....smart one). Their 07 Chevy Trailblazer proceeded to break down on a Saturday afternoon. We found a dealership nearby, and towed it to U-J Chevrolet in Mobile, Alabama. The girls needed to get back to school Monday so I tried nine different rental car companies to see if anyone would rent to 19 year olds.....No luck. The four girls ended up waiting in a hotel for two days until the dealership opened Monday morning. We called first thing, and were told they were booked up for the day. After explaining their story, Don in U-J Chevrolet's service department graciously fit us in. They ran a diagnostic, technician drove it and nothing appeared wrong. So weird because the car had been giving them trouble for a couple of days. We were ready to fly the girls home when the owner, BUD URQUHART, Jr. offered to PERSONALLY drive the trailblazer to make sure it would make the trip back to Ames, Iowa. He drove it 70 miles and no problems. How many dealership owners would do this?? He also made it clear he didn't want us paying to replace parts when car was now running fine. So we all decided the girls should be on their way. Bud proceeded to ask my daughter how much cash she had for the trip back. She said, "$15-$20. Bud said " that's not enough cash for your trip", and handed her $200 cash!! She tried not to accept, but he insisted. It's so easy to get cynical in this world we live in now, then along comes BUD URQUHART and U-J Chevrolet!!! We are so impressed with the honesty, compassion, time and generosity that was extended to our 4 girls. The people of the Mobile area are so lucky to have a trustworthy, caring organization like them! We will be sending a check to BUD, but the gesture alone is something all of us will never forget! PS....Bud also called this morning to make sure the girls had arrived at school safely.....they did, late this morning.

After buying four cars from U-J it keeps getting better . I just recently bought a 2015 Texas Editions for my son x-mas present. They did not have one on the car lot so Paul Maye located one for me. Paul knew how important getting my son truck to him for his x-mas ment to me since my son was preparing for his bowl game in New York City. He kept us in the conversation the entire time. He really made us feel like he was part of our family. Paul also call my son to wish him good luck on his bowl game Duke v/s Indiana. Talking about going that extra mile. Thank you U-J for having People like Paul Mayer on your team !!!

Thank you Patrick Wilson. Patrick ordered my hvac interior unit, called me when it arrived and set up a service schedule date. I pulled into the service department at 7:00 a.m. on the morning of my service date and Patrick met me outside at my vehicle asked if I needed a ride to work, and i said yes. He pointed me towards the coffee and the waiting area. A very nice lady, Teresa I think her name was came and got me from the waiting area at about 7:20 and took me to work where i arrived at about 7:50 a.m.. Thanks U.J. Chevrolet for a job well done.

We found a pre-owned car that had the exact color scheme inside and out. Started talking to Gene and 2 phone calls later, we placed a deposit on the car. We drove from Jacksonville Florida (approx 6.5 hours) to do business with UJ Chevy. Jody was there to help he day we arrived to pick up the car. He spent about 1.5 hours answering EVERY question that my wife had. We showed up pre approved with our own financing, then we met Tim in the finance department there. He was able to drop our interest rate by 6 tenths of a percent. We obviously passed a bunch of Chevy dealerships on the way there, and even more Camaros. The customer service after buying the car has been superb. I have received a call from Gene, Jody, and Tim all making sure everything was as promised. Bought a used 05 Lincoln LS was told it had a great warranty that came with it. Vehicle broke down within the first week. Took a month to get the car back to me. Vehicle still had issues, brought it back to get it repaired. Was told to go to a Lincoln Dealer to get it diagnosed and found out the issues are not under the warranty that came with the vehicle. Brought this concern up to the used car manager and he told me "I'm not putting any more money into that car." In the two months that I have owned this car it has been in the shop half the time and had issues the rest. I have spent Hundreds of dollars in gas driving to their dealership for issues. When I asked if I could get my money back and return the car I was told I could Trade It. To which I asked if I would get what I paid for the vehicle back and the response was "We have to see what its worth". I've had it with these guys and the lip service I get. They don't have any concern or sense of urgency now that the car is sold. I constantly get the run around. I own a business myself and when my company makes a mistake not only do I fix it I ask for an opportunity to earn the business back at no charge. I think they assume since I just bought what they consider a cheap used car I'm not worth the effort. Well I'm a customer that likes to return to a business that takes care of its customers. Sadly the only way I get responses from these guys is when I make a complaint. A formal complaint has also been filed with the Mobile Better Business Bureau. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Lots of talk with little follow through.

The dealership and the salesman were nice, but make no mistake, they are out to make money. They will give you just above nothing for your trade. They will swear to you that they will barely be breaking even with your trade, then you'll see it on their lot for $7,000 more than they gave you for it. They won't see me for my next purchase. If they wouldn't have had the perfect truck that I was looking for, I would definitely have bought from someone else.

Let me start off by saying my sales experience at UJ Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic. Jodi was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend anyone I know that needs a new car to him. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. My vehicle needed some warranty work done so I brought it in. Service department treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I suggested they check some specific things. Then they were so disorganized that they sent me home and told me to call the warranty company and they would take care of it. After contacting the warranty company "they" (the warranty company) told me that the dealer was supposed to handle the warranty issue. Needless to say I had to go back to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip because I live in Foley) and drop the car off. They gave me a loaner vehicle and that was appreciated. They had my vehicle for 3 days and I never heard anything about what was going on. It was only when I sent in a survey they asked me to fill out that I got contacted about my vehicle. Of course they had my sales guy Jodi call me and tell me what was going on. Service said my vehicle would be done Friday if they could get the part in time, if not it would be Monday. I was content with that at least I had some answers. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and here it is Wednesday and again I have no idea when I will get my car back. At this point they have had my car longer than me since I've owned it. If you want a great buying experience Jodi is your man. Once you drive off the lot don't go back for service you may never see your car again!

I searched for my new truck and found out u j Chevrolet have one truck almost 5000 $ below the market price so I drove from Nashville tn to buy it and gene the sales man was very good help to me and also the financial person was very nice and honest if any one of my family and friends looking for car I will recommend uj again thanks to gene and I hope doing business with him again

The guys at the used car lot over at UJ made what could have been a disaster into a relatively smooth process. I was purchasing from out of state, and ran into some issues with my credit union. Not only did everyone work with me to resolve the situation, but they even let me have a demo car to take home until I could resolve the situation the next day.

I was very please with the eagarness to assist me in getting the vehicle I wanted. I had just come out of chapter 7 bankruptcy and needed to start rebuilding my credit right away. Of course I needed a co signer bc of my income but their credit didn't matter as long as they had a job. The team at uj Chevrolet was very professional and they kept me up to speed every step of the way. This whole process took a few days longer than I wanted it to but it was all worth it. This is the first car that I have ever owned that actually got 30 miles per gallon. I don't think that I have every had a easier car buying experience. As a matter of fact, we are suppose to be picking up our 2006 Silverado today. We couldn't be satisfied with only one new Chevy from U-J. We had to have 2!!!!!
