I bought 2 cars frm here. They even offered a 4 yr warranty at the time I got my 2007 Pontiac gp,4 Dr sedan. I still hv my car today. 9/20.😉I really do like this lot. Only thing they dnt hv alot of vehicles. But they were straight shooters with me,n vise versa. I like dealing with ppl,companies,etc b that way with me. At the time they didn't try to sale me wht I wasn't interested in. Well,I ain't doin dat anyways so it was a gd experience. One day in the future,I may return. 😉💃🏾👍🏾

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my daughter in college from Ultimate Auto sales. I had looked many places and will not tolerate pushing aggressive sales tactics. I had one dealer call me every day for a week. Joe picks awesome vehicles. It's now been 6 months in the winter in Buffalo NY without ANY issues with the Jeep. Exactly what she needs. Got more than I bargained for. Found me a great deal on a lower mileage vehicle. Check engine light came on and he did everything to get the problem resolved. Put me in touch with a mechanic that knows the warranty. Would recommend Joe to anyone. It was a pleasure to work with and support this good Christian man.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I was very satisfied with the experience. Joe answered all of my questions I had about the car I was going to purchase. He provided me with a detailed explanation of the car with the pros and cons. This really helped me with the big decision I had to make. My wife and I are in agreement that our experience we had at Ultimate Auto Sales was almost to good to be true! We were looking to buy a gently used vehicle and found one at Ultimate Auto. With the past experiences we had at "other" used car lots, we were very leery until we met Joe (owner), he was so friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and very accommodating. He took care of every detail that I requested in one day! I was very happy with how efficient and how willing Joe was to work with us and we worked out a great deal the we were all happy with. In the future, when we go to purchase another vehicle - we WILL go straight to Joe at Ultimate Auto Sales first. Joe will and DOES take that extra step to make you happy!

We went to many dealerships looking for a used car in our price range. Like Goldilocks, some were too pricey, some were too old, but Ultimate had one that fit just right! Joe allowed us a long test ride and agreed to let us have our own mechanic check it out, a several hour absence from the lot. With no questions asked, he addressed the few concerns our mechanic had and had the car ready for us the next business day. When we turned on the headlights from our "new" vehicle, we noticed that the lenses were scratched and fogged. Joe immediately asked us to bring the car in to the lot, where he completely disassembled the headlights and reconditioned the lenses. That is really going the extra mile! Joe made us feel welcome and secure, and we would recommend Ultimate Auto Sales to anyone.

We just purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Lori and Joe . They were very accommodating and not only allowed us to take it for a test drive, but also made arrangements for us to take the Jeep to a nearby auto shop to put it up on a lift .They are a great team and we would recommend them highly !!!! I was ok with my purchase until I discovered how bad it smelled of cigarette smoke & the brake pedal rubber pad was missing, I accepted the truck knowing that it had crank windows. Still it would have been nice to have electric. The plastic covering that was put in place of the carpet or whatever was down is terrible. I can't get any mats for it that won't slip around and it does needs something. My feet slide right up under the pedals when I get in. Any ideas would be welcome.... Anyway, my overall experience w/ Joe was pretty good. He was a very nice and catering gentleman. Thank you Joe.
