I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about Ultimate Auto Sales, but due to my interest in one of their listed BMWs decided to contact them. I called and talked with Alex. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. After about 6 months of looking for a car, I ended up getting a great deal on a BMW, with low Millage, and in excellent condition from Alex. I usually don’t write that many reviews, but believe that this company has received some unfair negative reviews, so felt that it was important to share my experience. I highly recommend Ultimate Auto and I will definitely buy from them again.

Ahmad is very cordial, calm, and professional. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. It was easy to test drive the car we were looking at, and the car ran excellently. He was transparent about the car’s history & provided two additional reports to look at. He offered us a great deal on the car we were looking at. We would highly recommend this location while searching for your next vehicle.

Great experience! I did a lot of research and went to several dealerships in Hayward and the East Bay, but found the staff at Ultimate Auto Sales to be the most professional and helpful. They are a small, family dealership and I received the attention that I needed that I didn't get at any of the big dealers. They were patient and always got back to me with any questions that I had. They walked me through the finance process and I didn't have any problems at all. I got an excellent, fair price and it's been about 3 months and I am very happy with my car. There are so many dealers in the Bay, but I would highly recommend that you start your search with them! Special shout out to Alex -- professional and caring!
