I am going to make it simple. From 4 hours away on the phone I made a deal. Asked the right questions. Satisfied with the answers I made the trip. When I looked at the truck it was exactly what was described to me. I took it for a little ride. 1/2 hour later I was on my way back home with my New titan XD. I bought my Lexus NX from ultimate automotive in 2019 and the process was very smooth. So I figured I would take my car back every time I need an oil change and unfortunately with the lack of communication and techs thoroughly checking my brakes after each oil change I’m now in need of rotor replacement and new brake pads. I took it to them and they stated that it was an electrical issue and my emergency brake was constantly on and grinding my brake pads and I would need to take it the nearest Lexus dealership but remind you I was there a month prior and my brakes “were fine”. I called around and found foreign and domestic who throughly checked my car and said nothing was electrically wrong with my car I just need rotors and brake pads and what most likely happened is the techs there were not checking properly and when they looked at this time they realized that and sent me on my way. Totally disappointed and will never take my car back there not even for the “free inspection”.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an enjoyable car buying experience. They truly care about customer satisfaction. They listen and work hard to meet all your wants and needs. I came in and they listened to what I wanted, and by the next day they had met all my needs car wise and financially. I was amazed at how nice they were, and they were not pushy at all. UAG is friendly, fair, they will work hard to meet all your needs. They gave me what I wanted and needed in a car and met my financial needs also. They truly listened to what I wanted. They were quick and evened called after our deal was done to make sure I was satisfied. Great Group!!! Great experience!!! If you need a vehicle try them. You will not be disappointed. buying experience was excellent, no pressure, personnel were friendly and helpfull, I traveled 3 states for this deal and was very happy about the experience there. They have a very nice inventory there which makes it worth the ride. Couldn't ask for much more.

These guys delivered incredible service! During my recent trip from Canada to Florida, my BMW 645 broke down, luckily for me only 10 miles from this shop. Even though it was after- hours when my vehicle arrived at the shop, both the service manager (Matt Kinkead) and one of the owners (Chris Rathel) were there to great me. They assured me that they would look at it first thing in the morning (even though their appointments were full). True to their word, when I called at 8:15, Matt had already looked at the car and diagnosed the problem! By 10 a.m., they called me to say the car was ready. They even provided me a complementary pick-up at my hotel. Believe it or not, the bill was only $168. UAG turned what could have been my worst nightmare into a dream! We started using UAG shortly after they opened because they were the only shop around that would touch our Land Rover Discovery II. We stopped taking our cars to anyone else. You can trust the service staff to work on any make and model. From oil changes to major work, they can do it. They go above and beyond to identify the real problem and I have never been given the "list of things that need to be fixed" that you will get at other repair facilities. If it's not broken they won't waste your money or their time fixing it! I have sent many friends to UAG for service and none have been disappointed. I have provided my own parts at times but Matt has proven that he can pretty much always offer me the lowest prices on parts. I call Matt with emergencies and he gets my vehicle in ASAP. I cannot say enough good things about UAG. It is a relief to have such great service without the worry. They are the best!

They just made me drive from Alexandria Va to Winchester after we spoke on the phone about a White Honda Accord. This car is not even close to being clean it's been damaged, repainted, and the car has a funny odor inside, and when i asked if it's ever been smoked in or if there is any problem or major dents, scratches i was told that it looks better then the pictures. buyer beware don't spend anytime driving to this place it's full of shady people and even the "manager" (if that's true) told me it's a used car not new caar get over it. I will make sure no one i know will ever purchase a car from these clowns.
