I have had the pleasure of working with a wonderful, professional, no fake promises Sales Guy Angelo. As a female I often wonder if I'm being played when purchasing anything but he went above and beyond his call of duty personally went to my credit union, set down and talked with the loan officer the deal was completed. No money down, very low interest rate and no I don't have top notch credit (in the process of building it up). I will start by saying I cannot get service from this dealership. I sent an email about 5 days ago asking a price for a vehicle. I never received a response so the following Saturday I drove to the dealership and I could find no one to help me. So I called them as I was leaving and again just wanted the price for two vehicles I was interested in. I was told they didn't have the information but they would get someone from sales on the line and they were all too busy. So I left my phone number and the information I was requesting and still have not heard anything. Apparently business is so good they don't need mine.

I first contacted this dealership after seeing their TV commercials about getting everyone approved, regardless of past credit problems. So, I called to inquire, filled out an application online, and got a call from one of their salesmen who all but promised that I could get approved...no problem. Three weeks later I called and asked about the progress on getting a deal set. He told me that with my credit report, I would need to give them a twenty five hundred dollar down payment to get approved! Can you be live it! The People's Dealership indeed! These guys will get you in a car and promise that you can trade it after about 6 months with good payments. After which time you are so upside down by twice the value of the car that no one will refinance it leaving you stuck I'm the vehicle. I am one of five family members who trusted this dealer and paying the price today. We all regret it. Be ware.

Today I brought a 2010 Nissan Maxima I was very please with the service there. My sales person name was Angelo Mickens he represent his self as a Transportation Specialist. He was very patient with me and my husband and didn't rush us to pick out anything he made sure we was satisfied before we left. The staff was very friendly there and made sure you was comfortable and it didn't take all day to close out the deal. I wish I knew about them before I purchase any other cars I used to have. Today ( April 21,2015) My husband and I went to Ultimate Image Auto, just to look at what they had. We met Greg Miller, he was one of the sweetest people I have met, in car sells, this was not my first time shopping for a car. At other places me being a female I was not even looked at, nor talked to, but Greg and the rest of the staff made it a point to make eye contact with me and asked me my opinion on everything. Needless to say I have a new Dodge Dakota. Trying to purchase my first car on my own was a huge hassle. I either needed a co-signer due to not have any car experience or I had to put more money down due to my credit not being the absolute best. Getting the run around for months, I pretty much gave up on trying. But when it boiled down to needing to get into something ASAP because my transmission on the car my dad gave me occured, I was baffled. Angelo Mickens went above and beyond to get me in what I wanted. He was extremely patient with me as I walked thoroughly through the dealership looking at ALL their options. He wasn't just doing his "job" but it was like I gained a friend. He sincerley wanted the best car for me... A month later, I am enjoying my newer car, and I must say if it wasn't for Mickens I'm not too sure how I'd be getting to work right now. If there's anything I need pertaining to my car or even a simple "car question", he's only a phone call away. Ultimate Image Auto staff overall helped me experience great customer service. Even when Mickens stepped away, someone reached out. Thanks, everyone!

On the same car, had to pay over 500 for repairs after their "Warranty" shop (Auto Tech) supposedly could not find a problem with a SMOKING alternator. Needless to say, shortly after their sorry warranty expired, the alternator had to be replaced - out of pocket. They will rip you off.

Purchased a car from this dealership, and had to bring the car back multiple times, some of the repairs they refused to fix them. My salesman said "All cars on the lot can't be perfect." What dealer says that? If you want a car with a lot of issues and want to be ripped off and sexually harassed, then this is the place for you. If you want a respectable dealer and a car you can depend on, find another dealership.

I truly enjoyed working and talking with the employees at Ultimate Image but when it came to the final purchase of the vehicle I wanted was very disappointed. I felt as though I was not allowed to have what I want but only what they wanted me to have and they blamed it on the bank. My thing is if you can finance one vehicle for a certain amount of time at a certain payment you should be able to finance the one I want for the same amount of time. They bill themselves as the "people dealership" but this is only if you fit into what they want you to. If I am paying MY MONEY for something I want what I want not what you want me to have. You only do children that way.
