The people at the dealership are so helpful and kind they take their time to work with you and make sure you are happy with your choice. Best experience I’ve had at any dealership so far! To start off, I can promise most of these positive reviews are fake either from the business themselves or from others helping them out. If you read the real reviews on how bad they treat their customers and handle their business, you would see yourself why these 5 star reviews are complete bologna. I would not lie and bash for my pleasure. Just letting future customers know that this is not the place to bring your company. I went here because I saw an ad online with cargurus.com for a dodge charger they had. Me and a buddy went and test drove it and it was great! Still has the manufacturer's warranty! The whole process was quick and easy, was there for may 2 hours and most of the time was spent talking to Markus (the guy taking care of me) because he was so inviting and welcoming. I will definitely do business with this establishment as well as Markus again if needed!

Ok so first I would just like to say that this was the best car buying xperience I have had ever. I saw on website the car that I wanted when I arrived the car was there. From the time I layed my eyes on my car I was in love. My car specialist was Kevin and he told me not to worry that I was going home in my car..... I was so excited!!!! I had visited several dealerships all day including car max and was not happy. Needless to say I left in my new convertible Lexus and my car note was right where I wanted it... I mean it could have been a little cheaper but that had nothing to do with it... so I would like to say I am very satisfied with Ultimate Motorsport dealership... my husband is definitely going back to get him a new car... I have told all my friends and fam about them....

I've dealt with Omar from the very beginning up to the end and made everything so easy for me to make a decision to buy it from this dealership. He is very professional and gave me peace of mind especially not seeing and test driving the car because i'm from California. Finding an SL550 with low mileage and complete Carfax information is so hard to find. Richard DelaCruz is also very helpful to make all the paperwork so easy. Jasmine who answer their office all the time makes my day so bright hearing her voice so happy and willingness to help me. And here comes Veda who happens to be very helpful and gave me excellent customer service, she always go out of her way to make sure she answered and satisfied me with my all inquiries. Found the perfect car on line for my Olympian Athlete from Omar. We arranged a dealer inspection Omar brought the car down. Car passed as a certified Honda Resale, worth the price of the inspection. Flew to Houston a week later and Omar had a new tire and new battery installed for no additional charge. Great process and great value the Honda CRZ was exactly as described and Omar totally exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a 2011 Range Rover Supercharged from Ultimate last week - completely sight unseen. They shipped it to Indiana for me. The entire process was quick and easy. The car arrived right on time and was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was a bit nerve wracking to buy an expensive luxury car without test driving it, but they delivered as promised. My daughter found a car that she wanted. we had been to several other dealership and I dislike the whole experience. I went reluctantly with her to Ultimate Motorsports. It was completely different from the others. The car was as advertised. They told us to take the car for a drive and then we asked to take it to our mechanic, they said "sure". We worked with Markus and Veda. They were Great. Will go there first when in the market again.

I have purchased 6 cars in Houston over the past 8 years and some dealerships are a nightmare to work with. I found the car I wanted on CarGuru.com which led me Ultimate Motorsport and Selwyn Smith. Every aspect of the transaction was easy. No sales pressure at all and Selwyn was a pleasure to work with. Sales price of the vehicle was the lowest in the city and the trade in was very fair. I arranged to pick up the car and sign the paperwork at a certain time and it was ready to go as expected. Overall the transaction was extremely good and I would recommend both Selwyn and Ultimate Motorsports.

Coming into the lot you can see they know what they are doing, with mostly higher end luxury models for sale. Everyone here at Ultimate Motorsports is extremely friendly and helpful. They treat you like they've known you for years and that's not something you usually get at a luxury car dealer. I have no issue coming from Austin to Houston to purchase a vehicle with service this good.

Historically my car buying experiences have been full of headaches and frustration due to the high-strung, pushy salesmen and the lies they tell. But this was not so dealing with Selwyn Smith Sr. at Ultimate Motorsports! He was very straightforward, patient, positive, and made my experience enjoyable with his natural sense of humor. I went in anxious not knowing what to expect, but quickly found that the folks at Ultimate Motorsports were really there to help which increased my trust level in them. I literally found them online Sunday and sent a text when I found my dream car. They were closed being it was a Sunday, but later that night I received a follow-up text asking when I could come in. I was there the next day, Monday... test drove the car, submitted an application that evening, and I was driving off in my new Lexus ct 200h that Tuesday! The car was so clean and well kept with a suped up package. ... I just knew there was going to be a lot of back and forth negotiating with the finance department, but not so! I got an unthinkable deal for my trade-in, an awesome interest rate with a trusted bank (despite my less than perfect credit), and comfortable monthly payments. I'm still in lala land, like, "Did this deal really happen? " Such a smooth, quick and pain fee experience that I feel as though the car was gifted to me. Thank you guys so much for making it happen for me with no hassle and no regrets!

We have shopped for a replacement vehicle since my wife's truck was totaled in the 2016 flood. I called and set up an appointment with Selwin and he had the car pulled up front and ready when we got there. After a nice test drive we discussed price and after pointing out a couple bulbs were out on the car in question Omar dropped the price by $1000 and my wife now drives a beautiful, low miles Mercedes SLK 300 convertible. Make no mistake they are car salesmen in every sense of the word but they are honest and fair. Negotiations need to be fair to both sides, these guys work off of volume verses tiring to squeeze the most out of each deal. I will not hesitate to go back and look at the Range Rovers for myself.

Long over due review! I have been looking for a car for a while but couldn't decide on what I went to many dealerships and finally I found Ultimate Motar sports! I Bought my first BMW 320i they shipped it all the way to California for me with such a good price and easy process.. Markus was extremely helpful he helped me pick the right vehicle for me with all the upgrades. I definantly would recommend him to all my friends and family.
