I purchased a vehicle yesterday. Kenny Sanchez was my sales person. From the moment he contacted me, he was very helpful, polite and made everything run smooth. I purchased my 2016 Mercedes Benz E 350 from Scott Gurel on early May. I had been looking for a clean, low mile car, for the past few months, and found one with Ultimo Motors. I was unable to go and see the car. I am a totally disabled Vietnam Veteran, and had to trust the dealership to be honest and work with me to get my car to my home. Scott had handled the whole transaction in a professional and compassionate manner. His dealership should be proud to have the class act such as Scott to represent them. Scott did not know I was a Veteran , until I wrote this review. He treats all his customers with the same high level of service. Yes, I recommend this dealership and would buy again. Purchased a vehicle from here back in March 2020. Be careful of the extended warranty they offer especially with Xzilon. I was told they would cover any type of external damage on my vehicle, but when I submitted a claim about a basic scratch they refused to cover it. Don’t get ripped off like I did!
